Great location in West Palm Beach. Convenient to dining and fun activities. Service was fantastic! Valet folks were friendly and helpful and it only took a few minutes to get our car each time we needed to leave. Had a small issue with some obnoxious neighbors but the hotel handled it. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel has a modern refresh. The rooms on both sides of hotel have great views. Personally i would request pool view. The pool is great and the lobby bar is a great place to hangout. Valet is pretty fast. Breakfast is great. Service folks are very attentive.

The customer service was impeccable. I left a shirt in the room and security had it mailed out to me with a tracking number the same day. There are great dining option, with an excellent buffet breakfast. The pool was beautiful and rooms were super clean and comfortable. And the LOCATION! Walk across the street and your in the middle of City Place. Overall... Excellent!

Beautiful and clean. Think for price u pay, u should receive a free breakfast at the very least. Also, would have liked a few more choices on the room service menu. Other than that, all was great! Pool is beautiful and every staff member that I came into contact with was very nice and professional. Valet very worth it. Having City Plaza right across the street made it extra great because shopping and food were easy to get to if you didn't want to drive. Liked walking at night getting fresh air and having choice to have a sit down meal or fast food , coffee, a drink a smoothie...whatever! Publix even in walking distance if you forget anything or need essentials. I will definitely come back and stay here!

Stayed here while in town for a concert on a Friday and Saturday night. staff were all friendly and accommodating. Rooms and entire hotel extremely clean and well maintained. The location is great, right across the street from City place which makes for a nice stroll with plenty of food options. only downside is mandatory valet service and $25/night to park a car. Reasonable given the location but definitely factor in 10-15 minutes each time you want to drive anywhere. Sunday morning checkout waiting for the car was definitely busy but still fairly prompt given the number of people that were leaving at the same time.

Hilton West Palm Beach is a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location with world-class customer service. It was the host hotel for my company's 40th Anniversary Summer Conference, and the event went perfectly! Everything about the hotel -- from the comfortable beds and clean rooms, to the delicious food and customer focus of all the employees I encountered commends it as a perfect spot for any occasion. Director of Catering and Events Hope Woodend is a consummate professional, and a great asset to the property. She and her team helped the many conference events proceed seamlessly. Kudos to Hope, her team, and all the fine Hilton staff -- it was a spectacular experience.

This was a great location downtown. The room was nice, having everything that we needed, and the option for additional amenities (such as microwave and baby stuff) was a great, though not utilized, option. The bed really was comfy, and I appreciated, though again we didn't use, the complimentary ear plugs. What made it wonderful was the service. Everyone was accommodating and polite, from the front desk to the bar. We even got to breakfast late, for it ran until 10, and they allowed us to get stuff to go. Minus the small indoor pool, I would definitely stay there again.

Went for Saturday's brunch, had reservations but didn't stay. The tables for brunch are a different area than the pool area. We had kids with us so we were not able to find a spot close to the pool to be able to watch them. There was great music and people everywhere. Best to get there early, reservations do not matter & best with no kids.

Great stay and friendly service. Very clean hotel and fancy! Didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, but it looked great. Their bar had some amazing drinks. Whiskey Sour blueberry, on point! Central to everything in downtown, love to come back.

The staff is very nice and has been helpful. The room is very nice as is the pool area. The food prices aren't terrible at the hotel restaurants. My one complaint is it is very cold inside everywhere but having a sweater or something warmer helps resolve that a little. The hotel is right next to all restaurants and shops and only about 1.5 miles from the beach and the shuttle will bring you there.

This place is really well located and very nice. The best part is how the hotel smells. This is not a typical hilton. Classy with a great pool and a lively bar and restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly without being over the top. I will be back

Wonderful time. My niece and I spent the day at the pool on Memorial Day. Justin and Katie took great care of us at the bar. Burgers were awesome, too (it was National Burger Day, after all lol)!

Very nice, upscale hotel in downtown WPB. I liked that as you walk in the lobby, it smells good! They have a nice scent infusing the air. Check-in was quick. The room was very clean with all of the basic needs. They give you a key card that you have to use to get up the elevator to your room which makes it more secure, but also a bit of a hassle. The walls are paper thin. I could hear my "neighbors" argument at different times at night, as well as in the early morning hours. The restaurants are okay (they look great) and serve overpriced, average food.

Place is incredible, been going for 2 yrs.. Nd love the staff, and 2 thumbs up to the GM for the way he runs this place...he personally made sure guess we're comfortable during the hurricane last year in 2017... & their fri Nd sat are fun and amazing from the food to the faces enjoying the live DJ music.

The location is great, right next to downtown and a short walk from many restaurants and bars. The room was really nice, clean, and decorated well. The hotel was beautiful and we appreciated the complimentary shuttles to and from the airport

I plan on staying at this hotel every time I’m in WPB! Exceptional hospitality from the staff—they truly cared about making it a great experience for my boyfriend and I. Beautiful, clean hotel with a lot of nice amenities. We had a blast at their pool party/BBQ! The beds are comfortable, and the view was gorgeous! Perfect location as well. We walked to City Place for nightlife and shopping, and took the free shuttle they offer to the beach. Parking here was a little pricey but valet was on point, so it was worth it! If you’re looking for a place to stay, this hotel will NOT disappoint.

This place was very good with service and accommodations. They have a pool party almost everyday for the guests and on the weekends they have a grill out at the poolside bar. The rooms are nice but when looking around I did not see a safe in the room(must have missed it). The staff is there to help you and even wants to help you. There are a lot shops right across street as it is the city place. Overall was great visit.

Stayed here for a conference. The room had a king sized bed and I was on the 11th floor. I had a gorgeous view of the city and partial for the water. The hotel had a nice pool area with fun large games which is good for families. The room was clean and comfortable, and the TV was a nice 50inches. Nice room and I would definitely stay here again!

Staying at this Hilton now. Stuck in a room we didn't ask for. Outdated, and dirty. Fridge is a joke. No USB plugs. Asked for a king room with a walk in shower. Stuck with a tub. I booked my whole team here. Promise we will never be back here again.

I stay at a Hilton at least once a month and the ones in backwoods PA are better than this. The staff was pleasant and the pool was nice but other than that garbage. I'm an "honors" member which seems to mean absolutely nothing. After checking in I realized there was not even a bottle of water in my room unless I wanted to pay $7. No microwave, no minibar and just a very basic room. Couldn't even get room service after 10. I get it, you're in an expensive area and the price is through the roof, but damn, at least give me some decent amenities. I don't mind paying the ridiculous price they charge but I cannot stand a place that nickel and dimes you to death. Not impressed at all.

Nice hotel right at city place, kids friendly and pets too.
I stay here for business and normally enjoy the stay with a good food all around at walking distance, good fitness center and good bed to sleep on.
The staff is very nice and laid back.

The Hilton was great we didn't have to go anywhere everything we needed was right there everything and wanted to do was right there. Service was excellent if you can afford it I recommend you stay there.

Loved it! Stayed with my cousin. It was beautiful. Felt like a celebrity every time we came back. While it felt more geared to business travelers, it was definately enjoyable for us leisure guests too. Close to an entertainment complex; City Place (restaurants, stores, entertainment) The pool was big, heated, and had some games in its surrounding area. RICHARD in concierge was very kind, outgoing and helpful. Fun walk to the beach/short drive.

Nice property in a good location attached to the Convention Center. Located a block from dining and shopping at Cityplace. Standard Hilton rooms, nice, comfortable and clean. Valet only and valet stand and check in/check out waits at front desk can be lengthy (20+ minutes) when busy.

We had a one bedroom suite. It was a modern, clean room with plenty of space. All of the hotel staff were excellent and would go out of their way to make sure everything was OK. The breakfast was also very good.

The Hilton Palm Beach is much superior to other hotels in the area. Upon arrival the valet service was friendly and very welcoming. Hotel front desk area were equal welcoming when we checked in and each time we entered or left the hotel we were greeted. Our room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. We stayed in room 1145 facing the pool. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. #fitteam had a buffet lunch and it was fresh and outstanding. After staying at Hilton Okeechobee Blvd there’s not another hotel I would stay at. Beautiful grounds, workout and amazing pool area. Activities outside as well. Thanks Hilton!

Hotel staff is very professional, helpful, willing to go the extra mile. The rooms are extremely clean and well kept by staffers. Hotel pool and pool bar are amazing and the greatest staff at the outside bar. Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to go back soon.

My entire stay was fantastic. The hotel staff was overly accommodating. Specifically, Richard the Concierge and Jorge in valet. Both of these gentlemen went out of their way to help a gal from out of town find her way around. I can't wait to come back!!!

Nice facility. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. Great staff. Room is comfortable with a wonderful TV package. The shower is filthy. Asked to switch room which was just as bad. Need to clean and upgraded the showers on the 2nd floor.

We had a convention meeting in a ballroom. The valet and the catering was exelent. We had a nice time. Good job.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean, not Impressed at all with the room service selection, or the 3.21 per can soda in the hotel store. I walked to publix and got 10 bottles of doctor pepper for 4.99. If you are staying here make sure that you bring something to drink or mortgage your house to buy a soda.. I can only imagine what the booze costs..

The Hilton at West Palm Beach is wonderful! First and most important the shower. I am 6 foot 7 inches tall. This is the first place I can remember where I can stand in the shower and not bump my head into the shower faucet. The staff is very helpful! The outdoor pool is wonderful! There are restaurants everywhere. Just a heads up they all tend towards the pricey. Also you need to use your room card in the elevator to get to your floor. Both minor inconveniences easily gotten over. I enjoyed this hotel! I think you will too.

The hotel is beautiful and new. However the breakfast buffet is $24.99 per person. Parking in front is often too packed with cars. The rooms are beautiful. Beds are comfy.

Nice hotel. Outstanding pool. But having to pay $22 per night for mandatory valet car service is upsetting. I would not have spent the money to rent a car if i knew this. Feel like I was scammed.

Wonderful property with a lovely pool and green space. Conveniently located near a popular shopping and entertainment complex, a convention center and the intercoastal beach. When we realized we would need a larger room than the one we had booked we were quickly accommodated and upgraded to a well-appointed Jr. Suite. The friendly front desk and valet staff made for an enjoyable stay.

Had a work function at the bar. Great drinks. Really loved the food! The duck fat fries and the cheddar chips were amazing.

The company that I work for ran a 2,5 days seminar in this great hotel. Cordial people, quick response and professional staff.

Delicious breakfast and a decent variety of food options. There are a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi available for the guests. The Internet wifi is complimentary and works very well.

There is a parking lot and valet service fee ($18.19 per day). Sometimes gets busy but you have an option to call them in advance and speed up the process to get your car.

Well located, you are a walk distance (just across the avenue) for very nice shops and restaurants.

Nice pool and service. The room was nice, had a refrigerator and safe, and they brought up a microwave when we requested one. The "city view" was really just a view of the rooftop air conditioning unit and part of another building. Ocean is a short drive, longer but scenic walk away.

Everyone and everything we came into contact with was absolutely outstanding. Douglas, the valet, was super helpful and nice, along with Juliana at the desk. Even the waiter at their restaurant was amazing, though I didn't catch his name. Food was fantastic. Will stay here again!

The hotel surpasses my expectations. The rooms are nice clean and the bed was very comfy. Make sure to get a room is facing the pool you won't regret it. The hotel is right across City Place Mall so it is a quick walk. The only issue I had was that you are not allowed to park your car, it is valet only which cost $22. Even then five out of five stars.

At least I didn't need my shower sandals. The valet takes forever, the entire hotel had a bad sewer odor and the front desk told me they didn't have a restaurant onsite when in fact there are two plus a sandwich shop. Decent location and nice pool area.

Stay was nice. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel and rooms were beautiful. View from the room left something to be desired as you could only see the other big building across the street from our room.

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms were fantastic and it is right across the street from city place. Staff is friendly. I would say the only issue I had was that it was valet only for parking at $22 a day, which adds up when you stay for more than a few days. Otherwise a great place to stay!

The hotel and reception were great, but from our event planner and via text from the hotel prior to arrival, they had a shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. This was not the case, and it took us nearly 50 minutes if waiting to be picked up, after we called the hotel and they told us we had to call the shuttle. Other than that, a quite pleasant stay by the conference center.

Beautiful place!! The pool area is gorgeous. The room is nice. My only complaints are that wifi isn't complimentary in the room, which seems cheap, and that our bathroom plumbing makes noise.

Beautiful, new hotel! We loved the room and the pool area is gorgeous. I wish there were more towels in the room, but the new TV and excellent hairdryer were highlights of the room.

This is a great place to stay.there was great, kind staff, very contemporary, wonderful pool. LOVED IT. the rooms were large, big TV , outstanding business area. One thing is that the parking was expensive but good valet service. It is also in a high end of Town by cityplace. I recommend this hotel and I will stay here again. I hope this helped you! The staff was very accomodating and helpful. The late hours on the pool/jacuzzi were nice. The only issue that we had was after we checked in early around 1 then we went to the pool and the some staff members were pressure washing the pool deck which was very loud and annoying. Every other staff member was very apologetic about it and even said that the pressure washing should have been completed earlier in the morning. Overall, a very great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I'm actually a local to West Palm Beach. I came home one day to find my apartment flooded by a broken sprinkler line, so I headed across the street to the new Hilton that they had just built on Okeechobee to wait out repairs. I'm glad I chose this one! It is a great place to stay. I've rarely stayed at a hotel with such incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The rooms and amenities were fantastic including a great fitness center and a beautiful, relaxing pool area. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends who come down to visit!
