Very nice hotel with all of the features you would expect from Homewood Suites. So why the 4 star? Well there were a few small details I would expect in this nice of a hotel. The suite room has a kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, dishwasher, and stuff of the like. The room we had only two paper towel pieces left on the roll with no replacement. The dishwashing soap was half full and pretty gringy with old soap. Plus the coffee maker had cold, old coffee still in the pot. All got corrected by the staff, but those things I would expect not to happen.

Nice, modern room with a functional mini-kitchen. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. We didn't have a chance to use the pool, but it looked well maintained albiet small.

Super friendly staff, cleaned up a mix up right away and worked hard to make things right. Rooms were super clean and modern. Everything you could want in a hotel stay!

Staff was wonderful and room met all of what I had experienced at other Hilton Hotels. The only bad thing is the pool area shuts down too early but overall I enjoyed my stay.

My room door did not seem like it was installed correctly. The door was loose and not closing correctly. It would still lock, but if there was a noisy person in the hallway you would hear It very clearly. A lot of light also enters around the door. The builders really messed up that door.

The lights in the bathroom are super dim.

We stayed here for a week due to having a fire in our home. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The pool area is so nice. The breakfast and social hour were very delicious! Will be staying with this chain again.

I travel here frequently and prefer to stay at this hotel. It is clean, quiet and the staff is courteous and helpful. Parking can be an issue sometimes when it's busy

I stay here often. They always give me the same room when possible. Hotel is quiet and fitness center is excellent. Breakfast is mediocre but about what you would expect for a hotel that does not have a true restaurant.

Great new hotel. Rooms were super nice and the pool and hot tub are well kept. There is a nice basketball court in the rear also. The workout room is one of the best I've seen. Outstanding. Staff is great and ready to help with anything. Best hotel in Bettendorf for size and rate.

I visited my daughter here and loved it and so did she. They have a social hiur where food, beer abd wine are free. A residence hotel. Beautiful.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. Very inch of the hotel was well taken care of. The hotel staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the room was hard to regulate the temperature in. We were on the 4th floor and it seemed as though it was either cold or overly warm. I have had this issue in other hotels when staying on the upper floors. I would definitively recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful hotel with all new updated roads. Love staying here since it's close to the highway and all the main restaurants. The staff is always pleasant and the food is good.

Great room. Hotel was very clean throughout. Staff were very friendly. Hotel room was very comfortable, plenty of space and cooled down rapidly after we entered and turned on the AC. Hotel is located back from the main road, so there isn't lots of noise. Internet was fast. Didn't have time to hit the pool or hot tub, a shame, looks good online. Bed was really comfortable, good and firm, no sag. Overslept and missed breakfast. Water in the shower was softened, but not to the point of feeling slimey (a common hotel failing). Homewood are one of my favorite hotel choices and this hotel really carried the true spirit of the brand. Would happily return if back in the area.

Great, clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff. Spacious room and nice amenities. Indoor pool is small, but that was not a factor for us. I definitely would visit again.

Nice clean rooms. Love that there is always coffee available downstairs! They do breakfast each morning (the standard eggs with a meat and some potato item or biscuit/gravy, waffles, cereal, muffins, fruit) and Mon - Thur they also do beer/wine and a dinner if needing to stay in. Not sure if beer AND wine are normal but that was last week. Ice maker in the fridge in the room. Comfortable beds. Nice big showers. Coin laundry downstairs at $1.50 per load wash or dry. Pool. Also a grill and outside tables. Plus basketball area I think?

This hotel is awesome. They had a free happy hour from 5-7:30pm with free beer, wine, and appetizers. Also the rooms were nice and had full kitchens and living rooms with couches.

What a great place to stay! Everything was really nice. The manager's reception in the evening and breakfast in the morning were both fantastic! This was our first stay in a Homewood Suites, but I will definitely be staying here in the future!

Stayed at Homewood Suites in Davenport. The hotel is pretty nice and in a prime location close to dining, shopping, and a movie theater. The studio rooms are two rooms but as the name (studio) suggests, they cute but quiant.The bigger rooms are very nice. All rooms have a full sized refrigerator, a stove, and a microwave (no oven). I stayed here for about three weeks and will be back. The group that I manage moved here from another hotel in a nearby city. We all agree that the Homewood is much nicer.

A really pleasant stay. Very comfortable room, great bed, good internet, nice shower with good water (not over softened and slimy like so many other places). Staff were on the ball, very pleasant to deal with. Plenty of restaurants close by. I would not hesitate to return to this location, it was a highlight of the weekend. Top marks from me!

Loved the beds! The hotel was very clean and friendly staff.
The breakfast was good also. The only complaint is that they seemed to run out of stuff on the breakfast bar.

I made 3 reservations in error at this hotel. We didn't notice until I was checking in at another location. I thought this was going to be an issue but two people - Skyler the manager and Ricky the hotel clerk - totally understood. Our reservations were canceled and our money refunded with no fees. 5stars for excellent customer service!!

Staff was very friendly, but was unable to handle a simple billing request. They lacked urgency, especially in regards to the breakfast service. Suites were oddly designed: a 3' wide closet opening with sliding doors = less than 18" of usable opening... Yet plenty of unused square footage in the bathroom. Several of the housekeepers were very friendly and welcoming, and very sweet to our 2-year old. Overall, a decent weekend stay, but I would expect a little better service for the price.
