Location of hotel is great. Hotel is around the corner from the mall and a major expressway. Room was very clean for a older hotel. Bed was comfortable. Only thing I didn't like was there is no door separating the sink from the bedroom. So when you are getting ready in the morning there is no privacy while brushing your teeth and washing your face and the light bothered my girl while she was trying to sleep. Breakfast was lacking as well. Other than that everything was fine. It's a good hotel to stay at if you are passing thru.

The hotel is situated in a great are with easy access to the interstate, music venues, and good food. But the staff is what really sets it apart. They are always so friendly and helpful when we are there for our weekend retreats.

I love these hotels! Clean and super friendly! My only negative is that the storm was messing with the TV channels. Loved the pool, outdoor sitting area, social hour, breakfast and room. Great friendly staff! I enjoyed it and will be returning.

Excellent front desk and shuttle service. Nice, updated rooms. Housekeeping needs work though... The trash next to the ice bin smelled horrid. Our room had newer stains on the walls, ceiling, and chairs. Our shower leaked onto the bathroom floor causing us to use all towels to mop up. I suggest a deep clean on all rooms and extend shower doors to the bottom!

The accommodations are really very good. The rooms are super spacious and clean. Very comfortable and in a good location

Very beautiful location, convenient location. The room was clean, cooled and nicely decorated. Manager checked me in, and he was extremely accommodating, and very humorous.

It was clean and relatively convenient. It was nice that you could segregate the bedroom from the living room with doors. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Fridge was not cold and smelled like seafood.

They actually have mild truck parking if you get here early and if your looking for something real low key but in a nice place, the customer service front desk people at first come off nice but seem to be a bit short when engaging in welcoming you in in reference to your trip arrival. Customer service should be nothing far from exceptional!! I just got an odd vibe from them, but well see how the rest of the stay goes.....stay tuned!!! Room is nice as always, clean towels, Bed and Quiet!!!!!!

Beautiful building, food is great, beds are one of the most COMFORTABLE BEDS that I've stayed in a MOTEL/HOTEL!! The staff was most accommodating and sensitive to our needs.....would stay at it again!!

The hotel is somewhat outside of main Atlanta, but without traffic, you can reach downtown in 25 minutes. I will say that there is typically traffic. An Uber from there to the city can run you between $35 and $45. The rooms are amazingly comfortable and the beds and bedding were excellent. Breakfast is included and there's also a calendar of what's for dinner each day posted on the refrigerator. Parking is free. I would definitely stay here again.

I want to like this hotel more. We are Hilton reward members, so we try to stay in one wherever we go. But the bed here was awful. I feel like I've been beat to death this morning . This is the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on in my life. The room is nice, I like the suite with the door. But I had to sit up for part of the night because my ribs were so sore. Definitely not going to stay here again.

Rooms outdated, Front desk staff not friendly only Patrick. Water went off when I was about to check out and no memos went out to our suites. Also the fitness room had rust on all of its equipment. Evening socisl was very lame and tge food was horrible.

Nothing major, but several things worth noting.. Only one elevator, and it's pretty slow. The tap water has a strong bleach smell/taste; brushing your teeth isn't too fun. Breakfast is better at pretty much every other chain, but whatever. The sofa in your room isn't comfortable enough to sit on for more that a few minutes. The kitchen in your room is nice though, if you need that; I didn't. The bed is comfortable and everything is clean. Ceiling fan in the room is cool to have.
It was an average hotel stay, but honestly, the next time I stay in the area, I'll try the Hampton next door for less money.

Service is fantastic they cleaned up the room exceptionally well. Everything was great, however no one likes French onion soup.

My family had to stay at this location for 2 weeks while our house was being redone . the staff has been very friendly and accommodating to us with 5 kids during this highly stressful time. Never experienced a rude employee and everyone spoke with smiles like they were glad we were here.

Free breakfast buffet that other hotels don't offer. Free wifi upgrade when they saw I was staying two weeks without me even asking. Close to lots of restaurants. Easy to get in and out of.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. 24-hour washer and dryer available. Little convenience store has everything you would need. The breakfast provided would get you through the morning.

The room has kitchen supplies mini stove dishwasher full size fridge and microwave.
It would be nice if the room actually provided the soap for the dishwasher and a little soap for the sink as a convenience. The bed was comfortable and the room felt homie. This is a pet friendly hotel but you never noticed their pets here.

The only downside that I found was the elevator which does take some time and is only one for the building. A heated pool or hot tub outside would have been great.

There's some really beautiful places around this area and I would stay at this hotel again. It's a convenient location with restaurant options around. A Publix 3 minutes away.

I love this hotel! My husband and I stayed here before our wedding, and it was a quiet, restful stay. My dad is possibly the pickiest hotel person I know, and even he had no complaints. He even said the bed was super comfortable. =D Definitely recommend this hotel: the facilities and the staff are amazing!

I visited a friend staying here and it was incredibly nice. The room was large but felt very homey. The dining area looked like a great place and the food smelled wonderful. It's in a great spot that has a ton of stuff to do. I would definitely stay at a Homewood Suites if I needed a place to stay for any period of time.

Good hotel and location: it's right across from the Sugarloaf Mills and many nearby restaurants. I've stayed here for two nights and the service is good. The Homewood Suites food (dinner, breakfast) is fairly standard fare for the chain, but decent (and included). They had a chicken BBQ dinner with potatoes one night and a fairly wide selection of pastries, eggs, sausage, waffles and fruit in the morning.

The bed is quite comfortable and the bathroom (in 407 at least) was quite large and well lit.

We had an amazing experience here. The room was very nice and we really enjoyed it. The staff was really nice. The breakfast was great. Such a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Very clean hotel in a safe area. The staff is very courteous & proficient. There is a hot breakfast every morning & a social hour Monday through Friday with food, wine & beer. I would definitely return.

We stayed 5 days. The hotel is clean and well run. This is a pet friendly hotel. The kitchenette is cozy and well stocked. The free breakfast was standard for this type of hotel. Nothing to rave about.

I had a great stay here. Very friendly staff and nice amenities. The room was clean, the suite was well furnished with everything needed, and the bed was pretty comfy. The shower was fairly modern and nice and hot. Breakfast was crowded and seemed to be out of plates, silverware, or types of food at any given moment, but the food was good. I'd definitely stay there again.

Upon walking in had to wait to be he given room key because he was on the phone and there was not other front desk representative. The room was ok, the shower had mold in the corners. Breakfast was ok to. Not horrible stay.

This is a great place to stay. They have a great complimentary breakfast and also a dinner. The dinner is only Monday - Thursday. The room is very clean and even has a little kitchenette complete with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. If I'm ever in the Atlanta area again I will only be staying at Homewood Suites.

First impressions are everything, and after a 3 week stay at a competing popular hotel chain I must say that my first impressions of Homewood Suites has be very good. Friendly face and personality greeted me at check in and my room was ready to go with no issues. I'm on the 5th floor with a nice view. There's a toaster, microwave, cooking top, full sized fridge and much more of what you need on a long stay like the 5 week one I'm currently on. There is free breakfast too 😊. Overall I've been here 1 night with many more to go and I have no doubt it will be smooth sailing. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Loved it is an understatement. This hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The beautiful suite was heaven on earth! The Staff took my experience to a whole new level. I've never felt so welcome! The sweet women and kind men who work there need a raise because they really make the hotel a 5 star hotel. Even the maids were smiling and laughing and I
could tell they loved their jobs. Best hilton I've ever been to, and that's saying A LOT!
