The is a beautiful hotel. Very clean, very well decorated, the lobby and outside pool areas are beautiful! Rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful! I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay. Great breakfast. Only Down side was very noisy neighbors which took several calls to front desk, which was finally resolved. Front desk clerk was great.

We had a great stay. The front office staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. We always stay here when we are in town.

Easy access to the hotel from the main road. Room is very big with plenty of amenities. Breakfast each morning had been great and all the staff have been helpful and friendly.

Excellent for short or long term stays. Very comfortable quarters, great beds, and a full kitchenette with all the silverware and flatware you would need to make little meals for yourself. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night they do little evening socials where they provide dinner and give you a chance to meet and socialize with the other guests. Centrally located to many great shopping and dining options, I highly recommend this place if you intend on visiting Greenville for any time, whether multiple days or a single night.

I love this place! Every time I come to Greenville, I try to stay here. It is centrally located to a lot of great shopping and good restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and nice. Having a full kitchenette to cook and store food is awesome! The fact that they have grills tops It Off.

The staff seems a little disorganized but the room is clean and stocked. Information is clearly posted about the complimentary meals and events going on at the hotel. The bathroom is spacious and the shower has good water pressure.

I would give it five stars for the facility and staff, but the constant drone of traffic on I-85 is noticeable all the time. Request a room on the opposite side of the interstate. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend and I have no complaints. The location was great. It was near the mall and shops, Frankie's Fun Park, hundreds of restaurants, AND a Whole Foods😍

The suite was very clean. Full frig, cookware, and just about everything your kitchen at home has including a wine opener😏. My kids loved the fact that the TV has all the channels they liked. The bed was comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a big fluffy pillow all night. My only issue with the suite was the bathroom is in the bedroom so in the middle of the night the kids wake me up going to the bathroom.

Ok so I can't say enough about the staff so I'll keep it short and simple. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!! From the front desk to the house keeping, all of the staff went above and beyond. They fulfilled every request with a smile and no hesitation. A very special thanks to the kitchen breakfast staff Kimberly, Kay, and Michael who made sure my family had almond milk for breakfast. Michael even packed the kids some to go boxes one morning they almost missed breakfast. We felt like family and we felt at home.

This is definitely our new home away from home. Room 419😊

Nice hotel. Patio was under construction for renovations but not a big problem because it was still cold out. My room was nice but the TV could be bigger. Marriott has them beat there with smart TVs. Breakfast was average for these types of hotels. Staff was knowledgeable about local restaurants and helped me find a good steakhouse.

I would stay again. It is clean and the employee are friendly. Me and my family loved it there

This is a nice area. The hotel looks as if its brand new, but the new looking microwave in the room was made in 2007. Could not find out for sure how old the hotel is, so i dont know if it just that well maintained or its brand new.

This hotel is okay. It is one if the few of the Homewood brand hotels I've stayed at that the studio was truly one room. The room felt like a dorm room. The decor was very strange and overall the room needed updating. The bed spread had a giant stain on it. It was quiet though, and the room was large.

Clean. New. Food, wine and beer in the evening are complimentary. Breakfast buffet is good. Better coffee than most Hilton chains. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable. The workout room is average. Friendly staff.

Great room. Actually an apartment with a nice bedroom. Shower super hot, towels were squeaky clean.. Cant wait to visit again!

The breakfast was able little drab and our rooms were never cleaned during our stay. On a positive note, the rooms were spacious and the front desk staff were very accommodating.

Great place to stay. The room was an excellent size for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking all around the building. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we pass through again.

Really enjoyed this hotel. It's a lovely stay close to shopping and dining. Right off the interstate, but quiet with large clean rooms. Welcoming lobby and staff. Would absolutely return.

Right off the bat, the hotel staff was great. So helpful and nice. The room was amazing! It had a kitchen with everything you need, including a full size refrigerator. The couch was comfortable and had a pull-out bed in it. The bedroom had it's own t.v. and the bed was just right. I checked in early and had been traveling all day, so I wanted to take a quick nap and they had something most hotels don't, Blackout Curtains! I was able to pull them down and it was pitch black, perfect to catch a little afternoon sleep. The breakfast had all the staples and was delicious. Next time I'm in the area I'll definitely be staying here again!

Above and beyond would be an understatement. Every staff member that my family and I met was extremely friendly and accommodating. Ron was especially accommodating to the fact that I was unable to walk after a surgery and made it his priority to ensure we were comfortable. I can't say enough good things about how they made my family & I feel.

Did not have the best experience. Had a late check in and found that the bathroom door had a large unidentifiable smudge on it, and the pull out couch had no sheets. The newly renovated lobby looks great, but there wasn't enough seating at breakfast for all the guest. Staff was very pleasant and understanding. I'd recommend waiting until the remodel is finished.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was refreshing and clean.

As of this date, they are finishing remodeling the lobby. Should be nice, but right now it is a bit of a mess. Room was very nice, quiet too. I'd stay here again, but maybe after the remodeling.

Building was under construction. Nothing like having breakfast with a sweaty construction worker and its mess.

Newly refurbished and quaint. Off a main thoroughfare but quiet, yet in the thick of everything. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent location and price point.

I only stayed one night but this is a very comfortable hotel. Kitchen was stocked for at least four guests. The suite was separated and the room was very quiet. Bed was amazingly comfortable for me. One of the best hotel breakfasts around. Nightly guests socials. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. It is in a very convenient location. Was very comfortablecomfortable starting there. Management of cribs for infants is poor. I called a week in advance and requested a crib. I also confirmed availability of a crib the morning of my arrival. When I checked in the front desk informed me there was not one available. I requested to speak to a manager and they are able to get one from the hotel next door. The next morning I ran into another family who had a similar experience but they had to go to Walmart to buy one. I was most upset about the front desk employee telling me her baby used to sleep in her bed. Don't put me in a position to criticize your parenting.
The bottom line is managing those infant assets properly would have made the experience far better. I would stay here again.

Great staff. Clean rooms, great breakfast and evening social hour. Located in a great area as well. The staff here is the best I've seen and I travel a lot for work. Unfortunately we have been out of our house for 4 weeks due to repairs, but have been fortunate to stay here. Everyone from the front desk ladies, Mrs. Tasha in the restaurant, Mrs. Debra in housekeeping, and Megan in sales have been extremely accommodating to me and my family. They have all gone above and beyond their duties to make our stay great. Took great care of our kids and made us all feel welcome. Would stay back here in a heartbeat.

The hotel is very nice, and the suites are quite large. The breakfast is standard hotel breakfast fare. The staff is very helpful and friendly. One of the elevators was out, and it was a bit of a hike to get to the other elevator or the stairs.

Check in the hotel the key was not working for room 124. After my husband went back and forth five times and the key still would not work. I finally ask housekeeping to let my three year old, and one year, and myself in the room until customer service could fingure out what was going on. We received a call saying the maintenance department will be coming soon to handle the problem we waited a hour know one showed up so we left when we came back to the hotel around 9:15 pm . We went to the front office to see that a sign was up that customer service step away from the desk. We waited in the car with two tired toddlers for a several mins. finally somebody came back to the front desk so we could get a key check in. Oh did I fail to mention my one year old was playing with a broken glass closet door that I call the front office to report. On the postive side of things the hotel is clean and very spacious .

Here, Charleston, and of course my KUDOS to Homewood in Alpharetta Ga. New manager Dee. Awesome 3, always go back to these.

Very nice rooms. I had a suite 101 but I heard the sound of barking down the hallway. You should not allow pets because they disrupt the peace of the Hotel. Still a very good hotel!

Had an excellent stay here in Dec 2014! Traveled to Greenville for Christmas shopping with 3 girl friends. This hotel was PERFECT for us, very clean and comfortable! The staff was wonderful, from the desk clerks to the breakfast hostess to the manager to the grounds crew, all the staff members were quick with a smile and with a helping hand. We will definitely return!
