I was only there for a night and left very early however I found the room to be large and inviting. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The snacks and drinks in the room were a nice touch. Not very good parking was my only complaint.

The beds weren't that comfortable and. The pillows were waaayyy too soft! No support. Other then that it was a nice hotel. Front desk was friendly, and what not. Although the ladies at breakfast were too busy talking to their friends to acknowledgey kids telling them thank you for cooking the food.

I really liked this hotel - I have stayed in quite a few Dallas airport hotels and I really like this one. Only draw back is the only restaurant that is within walking distance is the Wattaburger. Other than that the place is clean, has good breakfasts, and an airport shuttle - this will be my go to Dallas airport hotel

Quiet room. Even though it's next to DFW. Also, I was here for 3.5 weeks. I was in my room, studying for hours at a time every night. The staff brought a real office chair up to my room for me so that I could be more comfortable each night. Great service.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and also near multiple restaurants. I was in town for business and used the shuttle from the airport and the driver was very courteous and got me to my destination quickly. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. The room was clean and I had plenty of space to work and be comfortable.

Suite with one bedroom was nice and clean. Beds and pillows we're comfortable. Enough dishes and utensils for four poeple. Really nice toilet paper in the bathroom. There was a ceiling fan in the bedroom which was nice. Indoor pool was clean and seemed well maintained with lots of towels. They did not have a hot tub which would have been nice since the pool water was on the cooler side. Breakfast was good. Waffle batter was good quality. First day they had tatertos, eggs, and sausage patties. Second day they had french toast sticks, eggs, and bacon. Yogurt bar, oatmeal bar. Fresh fruit was mostly honey dew so that was dissapointing. Bagels and some pastries. They have a basketball court and a room with a pool table.

I found it disturbing that 3 women were fully clothed while in the swimming pool with their baby who was in a diaper. The pool area had a very strong odor that made my eyes red and I didn’t even swim. My children swam and had burning bloodshot eyes and a rash that burnt. Thinking it was just the chlorine that did that to them, I found out it is because urine in the pool mixed with chlorine gives off an odor that resembles chlorine. I hadn’t seen anyone clean the pool or test the water. After my children finally had relief from their burning, itchy skin the next morning, they said they would never go back into that pool. Also, our room was nice and seemed clean until I reached for a coffee cup in the cupboard and it was dirty and the next and the next and the next, all 4 mugs in the cupboard were dirty. For the most part the thing that grossed me out were the 3 women in the pool fully clothed and swimming...GROSS!!! someone should monitor the pool better and not allow fully clothed people or babies in diapers to be in the pool at all!

Great hotel this will be the only hotel I will stay at when we take vacations. Great friendly staff and very clean rooms.

The pool is sunny (even on our rainy day) The breakfast was nicer than a common hotel breakfast. They clearly tried to take it up a notch. Close to the airport. Comfortable beds. Exuiped kitchen in the suites. Great front desk service. Large conference rooms and accommodating lunch area. Highly recommend for an affordable hotel.

It's a nice place to spend a week on business. They're very nice people, and the Evening Social at night is pretty nice. It sort of depends on if you're a drinker or if you actually want to deal with people after work. I'm not one for nodding my head and listening to empty conversation, to be honest. And then, you know I was a little disappointed in the selections of foods. It is a little weak (fruit cheese salad crudite) and to be honest some of the cheese had a pretty good crust on it, but hey...there were no crackers to eat it with so, no biggie.... Breakfast should be good...

The place was nice and clean. I love the fact that my children could come with me in the suite. The price was pretty reasonable as well.

We stayed in suite 323. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. It was a very nice stay. We stayed for 3 nights.

The rooms were big and clean. The hotel was restfully quiet. The bath tub was large and deep. However the water did not get very hot. It was nice.

Held my dad's 60th birthday party here. Full kitchen DOES NOT include an oven!!! It was a surprise, with my siblings and I coming from out of state. We needed to cook the food we were bringing. BUT, the hotel allowed us to use their kitchen. Everything worked out swimmingly (speaking of which, the pool was heated and lovely!), so I was very happy with the visit.

We met for a group meeting and the room was great. The facilities was very clean and comfortable. It was also quiet.

Everything was great. Conveniently located close to the airport. Breakfast was good, a step above the typical hot hotel breakfast.

Staff was very nice. My kids LOVED that it had a basketball half-court and pool table. The downside - the hotel could use some work. The showers did not have liners, shower curtains were broken on both ends, and lots of little things were broken throughout hotel such as the arrows were broken and taped in the elevators. Also ice machine did not work on the first floor.

There were three of us in town for a convention. We wanted to stay in the same suite together but also have our privacy and plenty of room. These suites are perfect for that! We were very much at home. The kitchen was well stocked with sliverware, corkscrew, cutting board, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and cups. And there was a microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, and refrigerator. You can also order from a couple of places close by and have it delivered. We ordered pizza. The one thing that we were most happy and surprised about was the fact there was a Tv in our room in addition to the one in the living room. That was nice because we like to watch tv while falling asleep. Our friend stayed on the pull out sofa which she said was very comfortable and easy to pull out and put up. The breakfast in the morning was awesome! They have everything you can imagine and it's all complimentary. There is a really nice place out back with a basketball court, bbq pits, and an indoor pool. And also a room with a fireplace and a pool table. We took full advantage of the free shuttle that will take you anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel. Using the shuttle meant we could save money on Uber and yellow cab rides. This was our first stay at Homewood Suites and we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well kept the place was. We even asked if it had recently been remodeled because it was so nice and flawless. Definitely the cleanest hotel we've ever experienced. Oh and I can't close my report without saying how great the staff was. From the desk clerks and shuttle drivers to housekeeping dept...everyone was very friendly and professional! We will be back!!

Great room. Very spacious, close to airport. Short drive for food or has kitchen to make food. Happy hour from 5 to 7. Good place to stay.

Room was clean and well maintained. Kitchen is tiny but serves its purpose. Breakfast was good and staff was professional and helpful. Pool area is small and LOUD.

I stayed here a month and if you want a nice quiet hotel to stay in, believe me, this is your place. Everything is clean and very accommodating. Food is really good, too! Staff is extremely nice and always there to help out.

The hotel is near the airport, just minutes away. The rooms are very clean and the service is outstanding. Complimentary breakfast and dinner is provided, although it could be better it is still worth it.

I can't say enough good things about this location. The suites are very comfortable and the kitchens are so well equipped with everything you could possible need...better probably than most people's kitchens. But now for the best part...the staff. When customer service was invented they had the staff here in mind. Starting with the front desk, Dave, the evening and night manager, another little gir named during the day whose name I can't remember, Maria who oversaw the free breakfast. Raul and his father Fernando the courtesy van drivers, the housekeeping staff, and last but not least the wonderful Erin-Lynn who was also a courtesy van driver but Oh, so much more. She bent over backwards to make our stay a pleasure. There were about 15-20 of us who came in from all parts of the country for a surprise birthday party and Erin-Lynn was like the conductor of the orchestra. She seemed like she was there 24-hrs a day because any questions we had she was there to answer, make suggestions for our entertainment with a beautiful beaming smile. I have never stayed at a hotel (and I have stayed at hotels all over the world from the most basic economical one star to luxury five star) with this level of superlative customer service.

The honors room was very spacious, it had a living room with a small kitchen tucked in the corner and another room with the beds and bathroom. There are some places near by that you can order food from which is great after a long day of traveling. The breakfast was pretty standard and the staff were very nice. Overall, it's a great place if you're staying the night in Dallas and need to catch a flight in the morning

The accommodations and appointments were great as expected. But the customer service provided by Michael M. was exemplary. Michael took care of my last minute reservation, coordinated with Hilton, and made arrangements to get my wife and I to the Hotel and back to the airport.

Night manager was not helpful when we found out we missed booked the dates. Parking lot was completely empty at midnight and he claimed the hotel was completely booked and we could not change our reservation. Pretty awful customer service and the whole lying about being full needs to end with the hotel industry in general.

Nice room at a great price. Full sized fridge and dishwasher. Plates, pots, pans, silverware provided. Clean and well appointed. Will be my go to place for future business travel in Irving.

Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport truly is gigantic! I've been through there several times on connecting flights to St. Louis and it honestly is huge! Dallas Airport is in fact 7 miles long and they even have a monorail train that takes you around to all the gates (it would take an eternity to walk it!!!!!!!!!!) Since it's so huge, it basically flies all over the world, which is pretty darn good! Trust me, it's like a miniture metropolis in there!

I had the pleasure of staying 4 nights recently. The staff is very efficient and courteous. The rooms are great! Very clean, spacious, convinience of home amneties. I was remarkably satisfied.The free breakfast was DELICIOUS!
