The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice. Breakfast was good and there was a wide selection of food. Would highly recommend to others.

We had a great experience here. The king studio was super spacious for the two of us and there is a full kitchen. Separate sink area from toilet and shower, which is a great feature. Comfortable beds. Great service, very friendly staff.

Stayed here for a wedding, was a great weekend. The rooms are huge - I did elect for the larger King and living room package. There was a full fridge and mini kitchen area which was also a nice touch. We had a Friday welcome party at the hotel in one of the big conference/multi use rooms and that was a lot of fun too. Not much to complain about!

Young family with child. Perfect rooms with a separation between bedroom and living quarters. Great for when the baby goes to sleep and the parents want to stay up a while longer. Pool was clean and great hang out areas for big groups.

Stayed here two nights and had a good experience. Comfy beds, kind staff, and the building itself looks pretty sharp. If I had to go back to town I'd be fine staying here again.

The hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and the complimentary breakfast was convenient. Our room was wheelchair accessible and also designed to accommodate the hearing impaired. The suite was isolated so that a guest who is hard of hearing can turn the television volume up very high without disturbing other guests. I think this was the only room on the property with these features.

When I arrived, it took about 15 minutes for someone to be present at the front desk and another few minutes while they counted coins. They were pleasant and helpful. The room was a decent size and had a comfortable bed. The had a continental breakfast which was quite nice. It is in a decent location which access to a bunch of shops via car. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Nice hotel, but some things in the room should be fixed, such as anchors coming out the wall... Overall not bad

12/15/2017: Greeted by friendly staff, and a clean lobby with nice and cozy gathering spaces on both sides of a 2-sided fireplace. Televisions in the gathering area. Large nicely decorated Christmas tree in corner of room was welcoming. Suite had nice decor and was clean. Comfortable bed, pillows could be improved. Breakfast was decent- since it is included in the price of the room, you can't really complain. Available we're cheese omelettes, tater tots, sausage patties, bagels, muffins, a waffle maker, apples, oranges, bananas, yogurt, cold cereal options, oatmeal, orange juice, coffee, hot tea. It could be improved if fried onions/peppers we're available. Restaurant staff was friendly.

Was here for a wedding for two nights. We were in a suite and it was definitely very comfortable and large. Amenities were the standard affair and the staff was professional.

Looked like a brand new facility. Clean and spacious. The staff was helpful. This would be a nice hotel for an extended stay. Rooms include a kitchen and sitting room as well as a large walk-in shower.

We just stopped by to see if they blocked rooms for weddings. The front desk attendant was very nice and said they do, but all of the rooms were booked for our date.

Clean, with decent food and nice amenities. Good restaurants are located within walking distance.

Pull out bed was terrible. Upon calling the hotel prior to staying, a king size pull out sofa was promised and a full/double was provided. I would recommend Hilton upgrading the sofa bed.

wish it dint take 10 stop lights to get to it from the highway. they offer free "dinner" 5-7 but its sooo bad. breakfast is fine. but not much choice. room is fine. could be brighter.

The suite we were in was beautiful and convenient. A full kitchen and full bath fit comfortably. The pillows and sheets were comfortable and soft. The ironing board was a bit unpadded but that was easily fixed by using one of the three towels that was provided. The staff was present and kind. The lobby was a convenient meeting place and had enough tables to support quite a few people for lunch or an after party.

We didn't do much exploring of the area other than attending events for a wedding. However I heard good things about the shopping nearby and ate a wonderful meal at Tuscarora Mill.

The rooms are large and well appointed, with a full kitchen. The staff are attentive, the beds are comfortable, and there is an overall homey atmosphere.

Stayed at this location when we moved back to Leesburg. The rooms are large, clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was very good & there was plenty of food to choose from. The rates are a little high, but for dog lovers this is a great hotel to stay at.

The Homewood suites leesburg has always been great experience. Every time I've had to work in the leesburg area I've stayed at this hotel. This last trip was no different. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly. Breakfast and the evening receptions are always great. Most nights I don't have to go buy dinner. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying I Leesburg.

Very nice decor and very amicable staff. Room was in good shape but carpet was lifting in some areas.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The front desk staff and the kitchen staff servicing the breakfast and evening reception foods were so friendly and welcoming. They made a big fuss over my baby each time they saw him. Nice, big hotel suites, laundry on-site, and even a big selection of free DVDs to watch in your room. Will definitely return to this hotel!

This place was beautiful on the inside. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, it was quiet, the rates were awesome for what you get.

Well I'll start with the POSITIVE remarks on this hotel, upon check in we were greeted by Matthew who was very helpful, speedy check in, and answered every question that we asked.

Now for NEGATIVE #1...Let's start in the kitchen. As the other reviews stated, there is everything you need in there, but the catch is they are not able to be very resourceful, ex. Pots & pans are there to use but the stove has two burners which barely even fit the pots. Its obvious that not many people cook when they come here especially if they are traveling on business. I have a child so I prefer to cook when I'm traveling & its a healthier choice most of the time when on an extended stay. The kitchen here is good for everything but the stove is a challenge.

#2 They have a DVD player in the living room, but what about when you wanna lay down & have movie night in the bed? They were kinda petty with that especially with DVD players being so cheap nowadays.

#3 The windows don't open... they are sealed shut. This seems like an epic fail if the hotel were to catch on fire. Whenever there is a kitchen in the room they should have windows that open for safety reasons & more.

Overall, besides those minor issues I would stay here again & I would recommend to those traveling with families.
