Had to stay here after the Madison flood caused me to be unable to get to my Madison apartment. Everyone was so nice and understanding about the unfortunate circumstances. They even gave everyone the AAA discount! Thankful for their accommodation!

Excellent stay with a great staff. The rooms were spacious, comfortable bedding, and very quiet. They also free appetizers and beer during the week 😁, which after a long day of training , is a awesome way to unwind. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful as well. I thank the kitchen staff every morning.

Homewood is AWESOME. The rooms are spacious and each is equipped with a full kitchen, which is a lifesaver and a creature comfort for those with longer stays. The staff are excellent! Roderick at the front desk was so helpful, not only greeting us every day (as did the rest of the staff), but also even taking time to recommend apartments for us to check out while we were in Madison. The free dinners and drinks M-R and the daily free breakfasts make the wallet happy. Proximity is perfect, with access to countless shops, restaurants, and parks within ten minutes and even a short walk. ABSOLUTELY recommend Homewood and will be back in the future. :)

Entryway kind of smelled like a hospital but I can get around that. Our King suite had a nice kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. The bed was comfortable; the shower was enormous and had nice soft water. There was a big storm outside and I could barely even hear it. There's a firepit outside which was nice for socializing.

Very nice lodging sharing a parking lot with an adjacent Hampton property. Staff was friendly, room with kitchenette was very clean, breakfast for a Saturday was good and plenty of available portions. Add in that we were able to leverage a very low discount rate and enjoy a quick weekend visit, the location (only 18 min to the downtown area) worked out very well.

Awesome stay! Great customer service. Front desk was so accommodating. They made my one year anniversary and mother's day a delight. If I am in the area I will definitely stay there again!

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom nice and clean. Almost everything was in working later, except possibly the most useful thing -- the dishwasher. It wouldn't drain water and was left with half-cleaned dishes. It leaked terribly. I am hopeful a report to management will fix it.

Wonderful "Pet Friendly" facility, great choice of extras (beverages, snacks) mornings and evenings. Highly recommended!

Very nice and spacious suite, really great for us to travel with friends. Nice breakfast, really nice evening social hour where they feed you! Our kids loved the pool, I enjoyed the hot tub. Responsive staff, very clean place. Would definitely come back here.

Beautiful accommodations. Very nice to have a full kitchen and living space during your stay. If you are looking for a home feel in your stay, very friendly staff and a very clean hotel I recommend staying here.

Rooms are very spacious and nice. Good location and parking. Lobby is beautiful although small. My only "complaints" would be that there isn't an in house restaurant/bar, and that the black out shades in the bedroom are pretty much for decoration only as they do not close. I had a hard time sleeping as there was a very well lit storage facility right out my window

Location is close to my client's offices. Room is clean and comfortable, and the rate very reasonable. Breakfast options are also really good.

Room was very spacious and clean. Hotel staff was extremely friendly - and helped with directions and etc. Breakfast was good, but too often were there no plates to get food, and I had to wait up to 5 minutes to begin getting my food. Pool looked clean and well lit, but due to time I was unable to take a swim. Do note that the lobby is on the SECOND FLOOR and not the first; this confused me at first, and required another elevator ride to get out of the building (I'm pretty sure the desk lady mentioned it, but I forgot it in the moment). Overall, very clean and updated facility - will definitely be staying here again if the time comes.

Rooms were great. Dealt with the overnight guy and he was great as well. We stayed for my fiancé's birthday new years eve on a team member stay, don't remember his name. Everything was great.

Homewood was quite impressive. The rooms were spacious and well laid out overall. The staff was very upbeat and helpful. My stay was pleasant and I would certainly return.

I stay in hotels about 50 weeks out of the year. Stayed here for four weeks in October 2017. Excellent service, very accommodating staff, very clean with a great outdoor patio! Dan and Chauncey are five-star employees, they helped make the stay a great one. Thanks guys!

The rooms where very nice and everything was clean. Hot breakfast was as expected (good, not great) but the free happy hour and food was a very nice amenity. My only complaint was how soft the pillows where. I like firm pillows, but usually can stack a couple in a hotel with no issue. I had to use all 4 pillows on the bed and still no where near enough support under my head.

Very Clean, Spacious rooms. Rooms are separate from the kitchenette and living room. All staff are very helpful, form the front desk Manager to the kitchen staff and cleaning team. Serves breakfast in the morning and 4 days of the week has a small buffet for dinner. Th gym is still brand new. I will defiantly go there again.

We had a king in one room, two queens in another and a living room with a kitchenette in the middle. Very cute for a small party of people. Location was a tad difficult to find, but once there there's easy parking right in front of the building. The breakfast is AWESOME! They have a very good selection including waffle maker, biscuits an gravy, omelette and many cereals, fruit and more. Was the highlight lol. Super friendly staff.

Nice clean rooms with full kitchen. Only stayed one night but perfect spot to stay for longer visits. Can buy your own food with a target within walking distance and make it in the room.

Extremely pleased with this hotel. Beautiful rooms, cozy lobby and breakfast area, wonderful amenities, good complimentary breakfast and dinner options, and very much appreciated shuttle service provided. Staff was very welcoming when we arrived as well.

The rooms were great, one of the best hotel soap I've ever used, super soft chairs and a full stocked kitchen. The staff was very helpful and made the stay that much easier. The kids loved practicing on the putting green!

Parking and check-in were easy. It's located near the Beltline for easy access to anywhere in Madison. The rooms, hotel staff, and food were all great. There were events almost every night with food and drinks for the guests.

My parents were guests at the hotel and we met here for dinner. The hotel provides food in the evening which is sometimes enough to make a dinner out of. Our food was very good. Salad, bread, pasta, etc. There was also a small selection of wine and beer available. The staff was very friendly.

I stayed here while training nearby at Epic. This hotel was the perfect option and the shuttles between the hotel, Epic, and the airport were great!

Our stay at this hotel was just great. The rooms are conveniently laid out and have everything you could need. The staff after extremely friendly. The pool is nice as well - especially for families/kids. The hotel is also dog friendly, which is always a plus for our family! We were in town for a baptism and they even let us check out late so our dog could stay in the hotel and we wouldn't have to leave the church service early. Very nice people, super accommodating, a great stay!

It's a clean room to stay in and a decent breakfast. Added bonus of nice tvs, and kitchenettes. Nothing fancy. Service was fine. Just not hugely notable over all.

I stayed here while looking for apartments in the area and it was everything I expected it to be. The full kitchen was a plus, however, not having a bathtub was slightly inconveniencing. Housekeeping was less pronounced due to it being a weekend, which was good. The only major complaint I had was that the pillows made my neck slightly stiff, but I generally prefer a firmer pillow.

New facility, nice clean rooms and equipment. The gym is fairly stocked with dumbbells and a Nautilus, along with threadmills and an elliptical. The free breakfast and dinners during the weekdays make it easy to unwind after a long day of work.

My stay at Homewood suites was excellent. The room I had was very clean, tidy, and had many amenities. The location is a bit away from downtown Madison but the drive in is quick and easy.

Very nice hotel. Very clean, nicely updated, great breakfast. Clean pool. Nice workout room. Friendly staff. Nice touches like Kleenex in all bathrooms and Coffeemate (French Vanilla!) at breakfast. Coffee pretty good too.

Nice hotel with a suburban location. Room was very clean, and comfortably arranged. King suite had a 2 burner stove, full cook set and a full sized refrigerator. Breakfast was okay, though the eggs were bland. It snowed while I was in town, so they provided ice scrapers for guests to borrow, which is a really nice idea. Dinner is served Monday-Thursday, I was planning on eating there but was visiting on a Sunday, so I missed it. Overall great hotel, would definitely stay again.

I went to visit a friend staying there, but my husband and I had stayed when we first moved out here. In the 5 years, the decor has not aged; they take REALLY good care of their hotel. Everything still looks new, the food is better than normal hotel fare, and the staff is attentive

Place is quite good. Dinner is good and they give free bear with dinner. The business office is quite good and we could take printouts for free. Swimming pool and gym was also good. Reception people were quite nice and helpful. Definitely recommend it.

The room here was beautiful, we had a full kitchen in our suite with a dishwasher. The staff were very friendly and remembered who we were and greeted us whenever we came and went. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, good water pressure in the showers. The kids loved the pool and swam there for hours. The location is in West Madison in a newly developed neighborhood; very safe for families.

Staying at Homewood is like being at home. The staff us very friendly, rooms are clean and you have a small living area and kitchen in your room. Last night we also used the grill on the patio to cook dinner - like I said it's just like being at home. I love Homewood Suites.

Suites are very comfortable and clean. Mini kitchen includes a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and Keurig machine. A TV and thermostat control is in each room. Breakfast and evening reception (with beer and snacks that can almost be a meal) is located in the lobby. A putting green is available in the courtyard. Would definitely stay again when I return.

The room is very nice. Comfortable bed and bedding with a variety of pillow softnesses. There's no tub in the bathroom - only a shower - but that was fine for me. My relatively low rating is because of the breakfast. It was not up to their usual standard. No sugar packets for the coffee - odd - only Equal and Splenda. They did have spoonable sugar (unbleached) next to the oatmeal. But for the oatmeal, they had no nuts (on day 1; day 2 they were there) and no dried fruit/stewed fruit toppings, and no brown sugar - only granola and the plain sugar.

The staff was wonderful. Room was clean and spacious, but the walls are thin. We could hear the couple in the next room, all night. (Ya...I mean that) The breakfast staff were really nice, but seemed overwhelmed by a larger than normal crowd, had to wait for the eggs and sausage to be refilled, which were heavy handed on the salty. On a good note, the coffee was great!

Disappointing for a new hotel. I spent 2 weeks here and had high hopes since it was brand new at the time. The rooms are tiny and overcrowded with too much furniture. My first night here I found 3 towels in my room with unexplained stains on them. Breakfast lacked healthy options. If you want bagels or muffins every morning you'll be pleased with the food. I didn't think staff here was very friendly. Also, the layout of the hotel is strange. The elevators are hard to find without getting directions. It is close to a grocery store and Target, but you've got to cross a very busy road to get there so I advise driving it.
