Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Offers pool and basketball goal for fun. Mostly quiet, although you can hear the planes from time to time. I'd stay here again.

The Homewood Suits is just a 2 minute ride from the airport. It is right next to the mall and restaurants. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very welcoming. One of the best hotel experience. Breakfast is nicely done, with an assortment of table and chairs. The breakfast food is pretty decent. Dinner is not cooked on the weekends. Plenty of parking space and secure. A very enjoyable experience.

Very nice. Very close the airport, and they have a shuttle that will take you anywhere locally and back to the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. There was a kitchenette with a range, dishwasher, and full sized refrigerator. It had a front room with a couch (and pull out bed) and a TV. The bedroom had a queen bed with pillows that had an assortment of firmness. The bathroom was clean.
Would definitely stay here again.

This is our 5th year staying here and we have enjoyed every stay. The rooms are very clean and have ample lighting. The staff are awesome and the breakfast in the morning has a wide assortment of choices.

Homewood suites is great. They have a homey feel, rooms are clean. They offer a small meal each night with wine and beer! Perfect way to wind down after a hard day.

Very lovely hotel and staff. I love the lady that works night she was such a sweet heart and help me made sure my daughter birthday was a great stay. Next time we vacation in Florida this will be where we stay again 😘😘😘

The staff was very curteous, breakfast was really good. I didn't try the pool or anything else. The location was convenient and the shuttle was excellent.

Homewood suites is apart of Hilton and that means it's one of the best, check them out soft beds you sleep like a baby, you need 3days to really rest. Great service and very friendly.

It's quiet (in the back), the rooms are large and the breakfast good. Staff is wonderful. Property itself is a little dated, but for a long stay it is in the middle of plenty of dining and shopping opportunities.

Room was very clean and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. On-demand airport shuttle is fantastic perk!

The service in this place is second to none. Welcome to Southern hospitality at it's best. Not only were the staff accommodating and genuinely friendly, there is a great breakfast buffet (not your typical continental breakfast).

Just a couple little bumps in the road (no bottled water and no shampoo in the room), but with that said, it was a great experience as usual. The room was clean, the staff was great, and I particularly enjoyed the friendliness and efficiency of the folks who took care of us at breakfast. It was also a good location near shopping and restaurants...and only 5 miles from our event at the Saenger theater (our preference).

My two main things for a good hotel are quiet and cleanliness and this hotel doesn't really excel at either one. It really needs a renovation. The overhead fan, the AC, and the toilet all make too much noise. They have a basketball court right by most of the rooms and 'quiet time' isn't until 10 pm. Not at all peaceful. The cleaning ladies set the air to 63 while in there so when we came back it was freezing. About the only good thing is proximity to airport. Having hilton honors for business travel, I've stayed at a ton and this was one of the least impressive.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in! We stayed for 1 week because we had to evacuate due to our apartment being in the path of hurricane Irma. Every employee is amazing! They're all friendly, accommodating, helpful, professional and I'm so grateful for everything they did to make all the evacuees happy and comfortable! They held a free lunch and dinner for us almost everyday we were there! If we needed anything, they got it! For example: I wanted some bubble bath and the hotel didn't have any so one of their employees went out and couldn't find bubble bath but came back with these amazing smelling bath bombs! They went out of their way the whole time we were there to do anything and everything for us! The rooms were very nice and clean and spacious. The whole hotel was nice and clean! I cannot say it enough, this is THE BEST HOTEL WITH THE BEST STAFF IVE EVER STAYED IN! If you get a chance, or just need to get away, go here! From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to everyone that works at the Homewood in Pensacola FL! I would give a lot more stars if i was able to! XOXOX THANKS AGAIN!

Loved this Hotel! Fairly quiet, only once did we hear a lady laughing and talking rather loud in the room next door. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and everything was furnished for extended stays. Well equipped with dishes, pots & pans, dish washer, full sized fridge and even a food disposal. We were very impressed; our king suite was more like an efficiency apartment rather than a hotel room. Will definitely be back!!

Very welcoming and friendly front desk staff. Beautiful & contemporary suites with kitchens. Full breakfast and dinner included. 12 noon check out. Airport shuttle. Just across from airport entrance. Jet noise may be a problem for light sleepers; however, this is not a real busy airport

The rooms are pretty much what you would expect...clean and well maintained, but the reason I gave 5 stars is that the customer service from the front desk has been awesome! I have had to make multiple requests during my stay and the staff is always ready and willing to help. Shout out to Daniel at the front desk as I have interacted with him the most.

The team is amazing!! Our plane was delayed and our luggage left, but we had to stay behind to wait to catch the connecting flight next day. But delta gave us vouchers to stay at this hotel! Our shuttle driver Alex and a beautiful, young lady at front desk made our problem into a truly joyful adventure. They went above and beyond and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The room and the breakfast bar was great as well!

We are having a very pleasant stay, going on our third night. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast has been great! The breakfast staff is so sweet and accommodating. Breakfast has varied daily. A wide variety of food.

We are in a queen size suite. The kids are sleeping on the fold out couch. It is one big room with no privacy for the adults, but we knew this coming in. The kitchenette is small, but has everything we need, pots, pans, silverware, coffee maker, etc. No oven, but there is a stove top and full size fridge.

The hotel rooms are outdated and worn. I cannot take away a star for this because everything grows old in life. What's important to me is that the rooms be clean and everything functioning to capacity and that is certainly true. If you want newer furniture go to a newer hotel. Otherwise, this one is perfect and clean. The mall is right down the street 0.3 miles away and there is dining and a supermarket less than a mile or so away.

We decided to stay two additional nights and I continue to be pleased! A basket of pads and tampons in the women's lobby restroom! Dinner is provided Mom-Thurs 5-7. They even provide beer and wine! I would definitely stay here again!!!

The location is extremely convenient for the airport, only about 10 minutes to the historic downtown district, and roughly 20 minutes to the beach. The service has been good and the employees very friendly​. The rooms are clean and have great amenities, including a full size microwave and fridge with freezer.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are very clean. There's complimentary hot breakfast every morning and an evening social Monday through Thursday. The staff is very nice.

Although the hotel really needs some renovation, the friendly and charismatic staff makes up for it. Their breakfast is really good and the restaurant area is well maintained.

The bed was extremely comfortable. we were visiting for a baseball game and the hotel was centrally located. The fitness center was perfect for a good workout and the room's amenities were perfect. I would recommend it to everyone.

Close to the airport.... Big older, but well kept rooms. Staff is very attentive and caring. Free dinner and breakfast most days. Wired and wireless internet. Not a lot of airplane noise.

The hotel is well-situated to the airport. It is very clean and modern. I had a suite that was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend it to friends and family members. The room is very reasonably priced.

This hotel is very nice. The location is extremely close to the airport and has plenty of parking. The breakfast is far superior to most hotels I have stayed at and the staff is very friendly. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the room has several power outlet/USB charging stations. Overall I have been extremely pleased with my stay and I will stay here again.

Awesome experience.

Husband was booked for a Master Teachers Seminar so we expected the basics. Was pleasantly surprised that Sunday through Thursday included a dinner buffet between 5-7 pm. It was wonderful! They had wine & beer for the adult. lemonade, water, and southern tea for the rest. This was in addition to the hot breakfast every morning! Delicious food!
Rooms were so comfortable. Home-style and clean as opposed to sterile and ubiquitous! Loved it. The pool was only five foot deep so we could enjoy a stress free paddle in extremely warm water. It was like swimming in the womb! Serene and pleasant.

During my last minute stop here, front desk attendants were very helpful in finding me a place to get delivery for dinner and allowing me to stay a bit after checkout because of a later flight. Clean rooms and great shower. Recommended!

I have been staying at this property for more than three years when I am in town on business; usually for a week at a time. It is always clean, staff is friendly, and rooms are comfortable for business travelers. Sadly, the prices have gone up too much this past year....and I doubt I will be able to afford to stay there any longer. Someone needs to advise corporate that we are in an economic crisis.
