So we googled hotels and found this one. Immediately we were greeted by the gentleman working at the desk (7/9/18) and he was very nice and compassionate about our situation. The room was clean and the ac was perfect! We feel we found a great place to stay whenever we have another incident like this at home. Only reason I didn’t give it five was because the wi-fi didn’t work on my laptop. It just wouldn’t connect no matter what I did, the ice maker in our fridge kept waking me up and lastly we had some loud guests above us but that one isn’t the hotels fault.

I liked this hotel alot. Layout of the room was nice. Room had a bit of a musty smell to it which is the only reason why i give 4 stars. Otherwise bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again when we are back in area.

Great place to stay in North Phoenix. This hotel is relatively new, the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff was all very pleasant and friendly. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

The finest motel I've stayed in in many years of road travels, bar none! I have to report the staff, every member of the staff, whether desk personnel or housekeeping, asked if we had everything to our satisfaction, or if we would like assistance. The food offered at breakfast and in the early evening, was excellent and varied, with plenty of choice. The room was clean, expansive, well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. Mind you, I was on crutches at the time we stayed, and every amenity I could ask for was offered before I needed it. Use of the pool was open to my extended family as they visited. You could not ask for a finer residence in the Phoenix area. May I note these staff members, Maya, at the desk, Mikey and Blanca, from the kitchen.

I was going to give a lower review, but the staff made this a 5 star review. I checked in early afternoon and the family above me checked in later in the evening. They clearly had kids bouncing off the walls. To avoid a big fight with the family above me I just asked if they could move me to another room. Even though they were pretty much booked up they were able to shift things around to get me some peace and quiet after a long day of traveling and working. They apologized multiple times even though it was not their fault the family above me was the issue. Other than that, the rooms were clean and the pillows were great. I tend to have neck soreness if the pillows aren't good and I woke up feeling well rested. I will stay here again if I'm in the area just because of the great staff.

Went here for an overnight stay in the two bedroom suite. The front desk person was very nice. I was not too impressed with the free breakfast, but not complaining since it was free.

Great place for happy hour. The pool could have been better since it looks pretty small but great for kids. Been there only once but when I entered the room lobby got confused for directions to pool since the signs are pretty confusing inside.

Nice rooms with a free happy hour and dinner. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

The rooms were very nice and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Myra at the front to desk was super. Gave us suggestions for things to do and see and treated us like long lost friends.

The room was VERY SPACIOUS!!! The staff made me feel like I was staying in a 5 star hotel. The price was very affordable for our weekend stay!!!

Was named guest of the day at check in and was able to choose my room. Very clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and a good variety of food. Very pleased with my stay.

I am staying there for work on an extended period of time and everybody has been absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean, friendly and had a great appearance. The room was huge. I was just there to visit friends but I would consider staying at one in the future

Homewood suites was great. The front desk associates were good and the rooms are really spacious. They have a breakfast, dinner and free beer and wine on Tuesday Wednesdays and Thursdays. I would definitely go back. The beds are very comfortable.

Clean rooms, great staff. It's close to shopping and amazing hiking trails.

İt was a great experience. My first hotel room that has stove, refrigerator,dish washer,pans,plates etc.big room with two tables,one sofa. I wouldn't ask for more. The only thing I didn't like the pillows other than that everything was awesome. Thank you for great room Homewood suites

The rooms were amazing! Much bigger than anticipated. No bath tub but shower was spacious. Full size fridge and practically an entire kitchen in the suite! Highly recommend for business or pleasure!

Rooms are comfortable, love having a separate bedroom and a full size kitchen. Breakfast is great and the evening social has delicious food. Great place to stay!

Awesome customer service. I had surgery and was an incredible discomfort. The staff did everything they could to accommodate our needs. They went above and beyond. Happy hour meal and drink is a bonus. Breakfast was tasty. Our room was very clean.

The peole here are AWESOME! Literally some of the sweetest people on the planet work here. We need to stay here for an extended period of time and the hotel manager personally came over to meet with us and show us the room we were going to stay in while we are here. They offer shuttle service to local shopping and medical facilities and will drop you off and pick you up on your schedule.
The rooms are very spacious and well laid out. There is plenty of space for 4 couples or 8 very close friends if you include the sleep sofa.
The hotel is within walking distance of lots of shopping and food options and there is a movie theater on the North side of the mall opposite the hotel so it is walkable but a good walk so wear comfortable shoes.

I really cannot say enough good things about the staff here and would definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

This was a very nice hotel. While driving through Phoenix we got a flat tire at 2 am and this was the only hotel with a room available. The suite was very clean and modern while the staff was friendly. Would love to stay here again

Visited some coworkers in the north phoenix location for dinner and drinks. The food, although was good, was basic meatballs with noodles. But the variety at the salad bar was nice, also the chilled mugs used for the beer on tap was a plus. No other interaction with staff, rooms, or services.

Very nice accommodations, we enjoyed our stay! Mikey in the kitchen was awesome! He makes breakfast and dinner by himself and does an amazing job and our kids loved him! The breakfast and dinner is complimentary so that's also nice.

This hotel was perfectly situated on our way up to the Grand Canyon. The gentleman at the front desk was polite, courteous and informative. The breakfast was awesome. Fresh biscuits with sausage gravy, waffles, yogurt bar, huge bowl of fresh fruit. We we're pleasantly surprised. Will return if we are back in AZ.

Great staff, great amenities, and great food service while being served. Certainly better than your average hotel complimentary meal. I did have my rental stolen from the parking lot, which was a serious nuisance. But obviously the fault does not lie with the hotel, or staff. The area is nice, and I did not expect anything like that. So, ensure your vehicle is secure and belongings stowed as they also have no exterior cameras to monitor the parking area.

Good location right off US 17. Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfy bed. Kitchen with utensils and a full size refrigerator. Can't really ask for much more.

We've have had a wonderful stay at the Homewood Suites-Happy Valley. The staff is so nice and went out of their way to make our stay the best! Housekeeping did a great job of keeping our room spotless. We would also especially like to thank Nayeli and Mikey from the food service staff and the front desk staff, especially Sylvia...

Well maintained hotel, comfortable well equipped suites, excellent free breakfast and free parking. Walking distance to a shopping mall with diverse dining options. Pool with hot tub. Close to highway 17 so there is some level of traffic noise both day and evening.

Really like this place. A huge shopping complex right behind with lots of restaurants. Also, like all Homewood Suites, breakfast 7 days a week and the receptions 4 nights a week, dining options a numerous. Full kitchen is nice to fill with fruit, snacks, etc. Location is great, right on 17 just a couple miles north of 101, making it so easy to get anywhere. Staff are fantastic and know the area very well. Service is also really good.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had just flown into Phoenix, and we drove about a half hour north to this hotel. We were driving to Sedona the next morning, and we thought this hotel was the perfect spot to stay for one night.

Excellent service from great staff, very clean, the morning breakfast that is included tends to get very crowded nearing the end, make sure to be there early. There's a gym too that is adequately equiped.

The staff was exceptional! They were so friendly and helpful and made you feel at home! The rooms were spacious, clean, and more than we expected. The location was close to food, the theatre, walmart, and other amenities. Very convenient. We definitely would stay here again!

The M-Th Social Hour was completely unexpected: light dinner and finger foods, plus beer and wine! Very friendly staff, extremely accommodating. Very comfortable beds, full kitchenette with dishwasher, and i noticed many people with their pets. We will stay with them again!

The hot breakfast is a nice touch. The room is decently sized, but the kitchen is tiny. The TV is in a weird place that doesn't make it convenient to watch from either the bed or the couch. Very nice otherwise.

Apparently there is a special way to work the ACCOUNT unit that was not explained nor provided. The TV channel listing did not match the TV channels on the tv. Dinner seemed cardboard and boxed. Aside from that breakfast was awesome. The people and service was awesome. Over all an excellent bunch of upbeat and cheery staff. I would stay there again but go n out for dinner.

Larry, the evening manager was great, breakfast was wonderful in the morning. The employees worked really hard when a rush of last min eaters came down and best of all, they had a smile om there faces. We really liked that.

Solid value and decent rooms. Nothing to write home about, and a bit of wear is starting to show. Still my go-to budget hotel in the area.

The hotel is centrally located, but he design of the hotel is odd where the elevators are located at the far end of the hallway. The evening happy hour had surprisingly good food most nights. Edward, the front desk clerk, is the star of the hotel. He has a great, upbeat, personality and you can see him racing from one end of the hotel to another to attend the needs of the guests.

The hotel was nice and clean. I only give it 4 stars because at some point I was accused of not being a guest at the hotel by one of the staff. I'm sure it was a mistake or misunderstanding. Still good place to stay

We just want all to know what a great experience we had at the hotel. We are from Oklahoma City and were there to see our grandsons high school team play in a tournament. We want to compliment everyone at the hotel for their fine service and friendly staff. In the dining area Amerique, Danielle, Mikey and Carmen. At the front desk Ed and Amy and Chris in maintenance. He even asked us if everything was ok and that we needed anything. I see why this hotel property was voted #1. Very well managed and all the folks were there to help with your needs. And lets noT forget the cleaning crew as they were remarkable. Pool was fantastic and well maintained. By the way we are Hilton Honor Members and this is no doubt the best property we have stayed at. CONGRATS TO ALL, JOB WELL DONE AND WILL SEE YOU AGAIN IN 2 YEARS, IF NOT BEFORE.

Great place to stay in the far north valley. Clean and comfortable hotel, well-maintained rooms, lobby and pool. Free breakfast was good. Very customer friendly staff. Love this chain and love this hotel!

This hotel experience was top notch mostly because of the friendly staff the updated facility.
Complimentary breakfast and dinner. The hotel employees want to ensure your hapiness while you stay there and there is a shuttle that drive you around during your stay, but mostl importantly; they will pick you up from the airport.
