We stay here each time we come to town. The front desk team are friendly n professional. The breakfast crew are so accommodating. Even the tooth fairy visited. Easy access from freeway n next to malls.

My family and I stayed there from June 28 to July 5 2018. They were very friendly and even took dinner to are room before we arrived. On the 28. Staff was great very helpful durring the entire stay. Told us all kinds of places to check out. They also have breakfast every day and offer a dinner service Monday through Thursday. Highly recommend this place. Thanks again to the staff. We did Park-and-fly option. Unfortunately our plane was leaving before hotel began serving breakfast. The kind lady at the front desk packed a breakfast to go for my husband and me. She went the extra mile for us so we will definitely be repeat customers.

Attended a seminar here for three days, staff was fairly attentive and friendly. The conference room was nice and had a great air system so kept us nice and cool. Good baked goods from the hotel came for snacks, their scones where terrific! Not a bad place at all

Breakfast was good with a wide variety of items including cold cereals, oatmeal, bagels, fresh fruit, eggs (already prepared such as scrambled or omelettes), meat such as bacon or sausage, etc.

A light supper or snack was available from 5-7 on Mon-Thurs only. Each night was different. one night was hot dogs another was mostly salad-type stuff.

Very friendly staff. They quickly responded to our complaint about a curtain not closing completely in our room.

I would stay there again.

Currently (April 2018) under renovations on the first floor. Stayed in a suite on the 4th floor. Was not bothered by workers coming and going on the lower level, nor did I hear them. Our room was part of an earlier phase of this reno and let me tell you, it is absolutely beautiful. Nice new flooring, furniture, and fixtures. We were very comfortable and happy during our stay. Pleasant staff, OUTSTANDING breakfast. We will be back.

Wonderful! We have stayed here on 2 separate occasions and have really enjoyed our stay. Clean, spacious rooms, excellent friendly staff, and convenient and safe location. This hotel is close to the Maine Mall, easy access to the highways, and there is a wonderful restaurant nearby. The bed, and pillows were top notch, and there is a separate kitchen area for those who want to spend time "home".

We stayed in this hotel for only one night - we were super comfortable and the room was more than perfect. Breakfast was fine, and every member of the staff we met was super pleasant. Sally at the front desk was beyond friendly, but she was especially wonderful several days after I'd checked out, when I realized that I had left my glasses behind. Sally went above and beyond to help send them back to me, and I have to say I really appreciated her efforts! We usually stay in the Old Port when travelling to Portland, but I have to say this hotel was so comfy, staff so friendly, and rooms so ... roomy, we'll strongly consider staying at this hotel on our next trip - especially if we are traveling with our kids! Free breakfast, free parking, a pool, and a large room with kitchenette cannot be beat :)

Very nice staff and clean facility. As is typical in hotels, the pool and/or hot tub is often malfunctioning in some way. Breakfast is great.

My family and I have stayed multiple times at different Homewood suites and it seems to be the same complaint for us with each one. First they don't offer a social in the evening with complimentary food and drink fri-sun or on holidays. One would think that since customers typically pay more on the weekend and are looking for things to do that they would offer their valued guests that. Second, has to be the absolutely horrible breakfast. I've stayed at many hotels and honestly Homewood suites offers the worst breakfast. That being said they have amazing staff who are often willing to accomadate you with whatever you need. Even upgrading when needed. For that reason my family will continue to choose the Hilton.

Grt hotel. Grt. Staff. And the breakfast were hot and delicious. Well kept hotel. Very relaxing. Hot tub was excelent and pool was grt. Both properly maintained and if u forget ur towel they have shelves right there for u. Would use this hotel again.

Rooms could use some updating, other than that it was a very pleasurable experience. Just 10 min from downtown Portland and half the price.

If you are looking for a mini-suite style accommodation, this place is perfect. Basketball hoop, pool, great ways to stay active while away from home. Breakfast available in the lobby. 4 days a week, there's a dinner as well--or put the kitchenette to use. You will be quite comfortable here!
What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They are helpful above and beyond my expectations. From the desk staff, to housekeeping, to the staff that sets up the buffet. I felt like I was a guest in someone's home. That's how hospitable and helpful everyone was. My family had to travel to Portland on an emergency. Being cared for by the staff the way they did meant so much to me. Thank you!

Very nice studio room with kitchenette, couch, bed, and bathroom. Indoor pool and gym. Nice and quiet during my stay.

The room is one of the cleanest and nicest I've seen. Good breakfast area as well. One of my favorite hotel rooms.

Rooms were clean and nice. Hotel was convinently located to shopping and the highway. The included hot breakfast was pretty good but not the best.

A wonderful place to stay. A good breakfast in the morning. A wonderful staff. Place is clean and well maintained.

But the WiFi makes me nuts. It works well, once you sign in on their page. This is ok on a computer, but unforgivable on devices where you receive WiFi based calls. Then you have to hit 2 or 3 websites till it finally brings up a login screen.

This is such a PITA that I will stay someplace else next time, despite how wonderful the people and the place is.

The breakfasts are not kid friendly, cold most of the time n bacon was always over cooked and the some wait staff was rude. It's supposed to be a pet friendly hotel n yet when our dogs barked a bit they were calling us when it was their staff that caused it. We were there a week n the cleaning staff told me that they only clean the room after 5 days. I got news for you I vacuum my house every other day n clean my floors the same let's not forget the toliets😞.

For the price and service it was worth the price compared to other places in the area

Since my flight was cancelled this was a great place. The staff wad very friendly and helped me with everything they could. The room was a little outdated but still comfortable.

This hotel is obviously well managed. Everything was meticulous; the bedding was upgraded from the normal suites hotel. The rooms were well laid out and the hot breakfast was overseen by a helpful, friendly staff.

Our arrival started us on the right note. At the desk was Kim, who turned a frustrating issue caused by miscommunication during the brand's centralized reservations process into a pleasant surprise for me and my guests. Not only did Kim listen to our concerns but she solved them fast and graciously. We will return and hope Kim will greet us again.

Always so comfortable and great service. The only thing is I wish the pillows were a tad former but that's so minor. We will definitely visit again in the future!

We had a great time at this hotel The rooms were big and had room for my entire family (5 people) and we didn't feel cramped at all. Pool and hottub were both great and we enjoyed them both with the kids. Great location as well, only 5 minutes to the maine mall and 10-15 to the jet port. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

They're going through a remodel right now, so it's not fair to assess them at the moment. They have quite a bit going on, but the staff is too notch. Always pleasant and friendly.

Nice having a small kitchen and spacious living area and bathroom. The complimentary breakfasts and evening social snacks were very good. The staff was outstanding. It was also great to walk across the parking lot and enjoy the Sebago Brewing Company restaurant.

This is a decent hotel, though currently under construction, and is near to many conveniences. It's also right off the highway.

The night auditor knew us by name and was very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I only stayed one night, but the small kitchen had all you would need to prepare your own food. Water pressure was good and the water didn't have any funny odor or taste.

I really enjoyed my visit. Unfortunately we made a mistake when we made the reservation and they were nice enough to accommodate us during a busy weekend. Room was clean, but the air conditioner did not work in the room. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

This was a real find, after the horrible stay at the Embassy Suites near the airport. We originally were booked at the Embassy Suites and shifted the reservation to this Homewood Suites after one night. The rooms were huge and clean. Whenever we are back in the Portland area we will be staying here. The hotel was very accommodating with all the normal amenities. Location is not bad to the airport and there are a few restaurants around the hotel.

Fantastic front desk staff who quickly resolved all problems and followed up to ensure we had a great stay. Perfect for a traveling family and close to downtown and the airport.

When visiting the Scarborough/Portland area Homewood suites is definitely my preferred choice! I've stayed here on several different occasions and the staff is always wonderful. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Close and convenient to pretty much everything...Highway.. Restaurants..Shopping centers..Maine mall.

I stayed at Homewood Suites for 2 months around end of summer 2014. Very nice rooms and good service. Hotel staff was very cooperative and helpful. Best part for me was their free shuttle service, I used a lot to commute for work and others. Its at great location, few mins to Portland down town and right around i95 exit.

Good size room, very clean, and king size bed is great. Need better pillows, too flimsy. Overall, pleasant experience.

I love this place and will come back for about 25 more nights. It is super quiet; the kitchen stocks everything I need including full size fridge; extremely clean, and service is incredible. They even offer to fetch groceries for you if you leave a list. Currently they serve snacks from 5-7 pm as well as full buffet breakfast. It feels like your own apartment.
