Second time back to the Homewood Suites and it is now my go to hotel when flying out of Toronto. Both times I was greeted by Maria, a hard working employee whose goal is 100% customer satisfaction! To me, she is the face of the hotel. Great service, one of the cleanest hotel I have been in and I traveled globally with my military career! Everything you need is located in the room and, restaurants are just out the door along with a movie theater.

Kudos to all employees and the management team for outstanding performance, service and an amazing hotel property.

Great hotel with comfortable beds and a good amount of space for a family of 6. Breakfast was wonderful and at a great location close to restaurants and movie theater. Having a little kitchen was nice for making lunch and night time snack

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding and we were blown away. The room was HUGE! it had it's own kitchen, livingroom, and bedroom. The bathroom was also huge. The bed was VERY comfortable. The kitchen had a full sized fridge and dish washer. The staff was helpful and courteous. We would definitely recommend.

I’m here for a meeting tonight in one of the large meeting rooms. The hotel lobby is very nice with a sitting area facing a fireplace. Behind that is an area for enjoying the breakfast included in your hotel stay.

Hotel staff are responsive to your inquiries and needs.

I’ve spoken to people that are staying here and they say the rooms are very nice.

Excellent quality. Walking distance to entertainment. Customer service is excellent. I have been here twice and it truley feels like a home. The bedding and unit is updated and modern. You feel comfortable to sleep. Breakfast buffet has many options and does the job right.

The Homewood Suites is a great place to stay if you're on business in the area. It's close to Pearson airport and the Hershey Centre. A buffet breakfast is included. Rooms are very nice,and the swimming pool is a pleasure. The best part is the staff who treat everyone like a long-lost cousin.

The suites were cozy with kitchen and living space. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel lobby had lots of seating and a nice variety of food for breakfast and dinner.

A comfortable and well kept property, that's reasonably close to the Airport without being close enough that you're bothered by aircraft overhead. The suites are well furnished and we'll kept, and the hot breakfast and dinner offering (complimentary) are surprisingly good. If you're looking to go out for food, there's no shortage of Restaurants across the street. Overall a really enjoyable stay.

Good enough place to stay overnight in Mississauga. Not too expensive and good breakfast.

I would like to thank the staff at the Homewood Suites and particularly Carolyn Halliday, the Sales Manager who recently helped a Syrian refugee family of six. The family was recently forced out of their apartment in Mississauga due to a severe fire and had to find accommodation on an emergency basis for several nights. The staff was particularly helpful to the family who do not speak English and Ms. Halliday was incredibly kind and went out of her to take food to their room when she realized they had not come down for breakfast. As refugees, and as part of the small group sponsoring this family, budget constraints are very real and the hotel helped us in that regard as well.

This is a great hotel for business travellers especially for long periods of time. Amenities are good - nice kitchen, separate room... I like the fact that you also have a range of restaurants nearby and 15 mins down the road you also have square one where you can find a whole foods, Wal-Mart and other stores.

Beautiful rooms with full working kitchen and fridge and cutlery and everything you need to feel at home! Beds were comfy, lighting was good, room was very clean. Absolutely loved my stay, will definitely return!

This hotel is very clean. Full suites with kitchenettes are available and house keeping does all the dishes so there is no stess for cleanup. They have a great courtyard with grills and tables accompanied by a half court basketball court. Great place to have a cookout and relax.

Cookies and cider at the entrance... A warm and welcoming lady at the front desk... A wide and comfy lobby in the main hall... Indoor pool... Ample parking...all in all a good experience

Stayed here a month ago, was celebrating my girlfriends birthday. The front desk staff noticed I was bringing in balloons in the afternoon to decorate and asked what the occasion was. I told them it was my girlfriends birthday. Later that evening when we got to our room they had sent a cake and a card signed by the entire staff. It was a very kind and memorable gesture by the staff at this hotel. I've stayed at many hotels in Toronto and GTA, but this one will go down as a very memorable experience. Excellent customer service would stay here again for sure. By the way complimentary breakfast is always a bonus!

Wedding weekend was spent in this hotel. Very kind, generous people working there. Went above and beyond to make the experience great.

Booked my recent wedding block here. Everything went smooth with it, we even got a free room for us because of a lot of guests booked with them.

Everything else was a typical homewood hotel. Better breakfast than the states.

Housekeeping was awesome here too.

Toothbrushes are expensive and cheap material. Avoid buying anything from their canteen. Only reason for -1 star... Should just have mini essential for free and cheap material.

Everything about this hotel was top notch. Room was excellent, beautiful, comfortable and lots of extras to make it feel like home. The problem was the staff. Didn't "look" like somebody who would normally stay there, so wasn't worth the time, attention, or basic politeness reserved for people who "look" wealthy.

Friendly staff and great customer service.. they've renovated and updated the lobby and breakfast area. The kids enjoy the treats that are available sometimes. We will continue to book here when we're in the area.

I really liked it. The service was very nice and friendly. It was very clean and homey. I really enjoyed staying in the room. The only complaint I have was the eggs they served for breakfast. Unsure if they even came out of a chicken. Overall, i would come again.

Welcoming staff. Average room with noisy and aggressive A.C. "happy hour" for food for who wants to eat for free. Depressive immediate surroundings.

Great hotel! Front desk very nice upon arrival. Gave our 3 1/2 year old a little bag with juice, popcorn and chocolate bar.

Employees here so friendly. The social hour had enough food to serve as dinner for my family. Free dinner! Breakfast was good. Pool adequate with noodles for the kids to play with. Hot tub was pretty small. Air conditioner in the room was blessedly quiet. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the hotel. Found several hairs in our tub upon arrival in our room. Pool area common area needed to be cleaned. Floor was dirty, there was a spill stain on one chair that left a mess on the chair, floor, wall, and window. Wasn't cleaned in the 3 days we used the pool. Pool ceiling was marked and needs replacing. All in all, a good stay.

Much more than a hotel. They truly make you feel at home here. In addition to all the typical amenities, they provide a full kitchen in your suite. Pool, gym, hot breakfast, even a light dinner,v all complimentary. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. If you have to be away from home, this is the way to go.

It's is well maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's not luxury accommodation, but very good for weary travellers.

Big rooms, friendly staff, nice hotel.gym and pool are good, not to busy. Breakfast is great & they even offer evening snack Monday to Thursday.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. There's lots of places to eat right across the street along with a movie theater. The hotel provides breakfast each morning and a happy hour at 5pm Monday- Thursday

On the outside it dident look too promising but on the inside their facility's are really nice. They have everything from kitchen suits to a basketball court. Also as we entered there friendly staff greeted us at the door.

Hotel was updated and in good shape. Our first was in room 200. I would suggest not staying in this room or 300,400,500, or 600. The sound from the elevator was atrocious. You will be unable to sleep and you will be awoken by 5 am. Overall the service was good and the hotel was good.

Good management with warm courteous welcome the moment you enter. Food was good even though there are better food options just opposite in the Plaza. Rooms are suite style and pretty clean. One of the rooms had a bath tub tap broken. Rest everything was pretty clean.

We stayed here for my sons wedding. Wonderful hotel, reasonable rates, very helpful staff, we even hosted the rehearsal dinner there. Would definitely recommend them.

Friendly staff obviously Canada don't believe in 2 gallon per minute showers. The showers were life changing experience.

The room was exactly as describes in the pictures. Very spacious with a pull out bed. Staff was also very accomodating.

Nice and quiet place not far from the center of Toronto. Couple of restaurants nearby that are open late into the night. A pool if you still feel like it after Niagara Falls or heavy sightseeing.

I pulled of the highway and had a 20 minute nap in my car in their parking lot. There was a guy who was taking pictures of some sunflowers growing close by. I was much refreshed by the nap and a safer driver afterwards. I would totally nap there again.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms and all convenience facilities (small store, pool, gym, business center). Should be good for long stay, but don't rely too much on breakfast varieties.

The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was standard at best and left a bit to be desired. Hot Tub was luke warm and despite telling the desk about a severely leaking shower head twice nothing was done to fix it.

This is a really great place for an extended stay in Toronto. Located in Mississauga with good access to various places all around.
They serve breakfast whole week and also supper Monday to Thursday.
The staff is very good and treat you like family.

My stay is not finished but so far so good. Clean rooms and able to get a good night sleep

My husband and I stayed at Homewood Suites (Mississauga) on XMas day 2014 and could not say enough about this hotel. Everything was immaculate! The room was super clean, comfortable, and the kitchen provided everything you could need. We had packed allot of extra's (just in case) but found we needed nothing! The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and sincere. I have stayed at allot of hotels before (some much more expensive) but this hotel had an honest feeling of home. We live in Mississauga, and stayed because we had allot of guests in town & have planned another "getaway" soon. Definitely made a point to write a review, as good service and places need to be shared.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. My wife and I stayed at Homewood Suites after our wedding because it was close to our reception hall, Mississauga Convention Centre, and because of the high rating that the hotel received from other users. After staying at the hotel, I can see why the ratings are so high. The rooms are really nice (we stayed in room 122, which is a Jacuzzi suite). My groomsmen and I used the hotel for photography (groom prep) - there's a lot of areas inside and outside the hotel for great photos, especially in the room. When my wife and I came back to the room after the reception was over, we were surprised to see a bottle of sparking wine and chocolates, along with a card from the hotel staff congratulating us on our marriage. We were touched and amazed that the hotel did this - shows how amazing their customer service is. The prices are reasonable to, for what you're getting, highly recommended to anyone!

The worst heating units I have ever seen in a hotel... The room temperature shown in the climate control unit was much higher than the real temperature and due to this the heating unit some times was blowing cold air instead of warm! Apart from this, there was a low, medium, high setting for the fan, but it was always working at a high speed making a lot of noise.. I wouldn't come back again..
