This hotel has been the best. Been here three weeks and the staff and service has been great. Will always look for a Homewood Suite when I travel for now on. Don't plan on staying anywhere else.

The location of the hotel is OK - Finding Center St was a little tricky the first time as I nearly overlooked it. The rooms could definitely stand to be cleaner. Hair all over the sheets makes me feel like they were never cleaned prior to my arrival. The silverware and dishes were also pretty dirty with dried food. The furniture is a bit outdated, especially when compared to the other local Hilton locations such as Embassy Suites. The pillows are terrible so bring your own if it matters. The service from the front desk concierge has been fantastic, friendly and professional.

Spent the night in Chattanooga to be able to visit the local attractions. The staff was very friendly, and the accommodations were great. We even got a call from the front desk around an hour or so after we got there, just to see if we needed anything. Great experience!

The hotel lobby is beautiful and clean. The rooms are also clean. My issue was with the linens... we drove from Michigan and stopped here halfway on our way to Florida so we were exhausted by the time we arrived. When I went to lay down I noticed that the bottom comforter was tinted yellow in spots and that the sheets didn’t smell fresh. The pillows were old and had seen better days. I slept on one of my kid’s pillows that they brought. I wish they would wash all of the linen and not just the sheets, that is, if the sheets had even been washed. Aside from that the staff was friendly and the breakfast was perfect for what my family of 7 needed:)

Great friendly hotel in the Hilton family. They really cater to pets as a pet friendly hotel and the food staff was wonderful. Stayed here twice so far as it is on our route from Florida to Indiana. Quiet, well appointed hotel for weary travelers!

Extremely clean rooms, fantastic pool, and plenty of comfy seats outside and inside. The rooms looked well made and I usually look for bed bugs but I didn’t feel paranoid in this hotel so I didn’t! The room was fantastic and the breakfast was great as well. I will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful hotel! (We're convinced that Nate and Jeremiah designed it) The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and breakfast was delicious! We even asked for extra blankets (some of our family members like the rooms cold while others don't) and a nice staff member got us 3 that were fresh out of the dryer! We will definitely be returning in the future!

Awesome hotel. Convenient to downtown and the mall. Grilling area supplied by hotel. Nice pool. Breakfast the norm for the chain. Nice suite. Spacious. Service was excellent. Recommend.

Nice outdoor pool, friendly staff, and a great continental breakfast. The rooms were nicely sized, clean, nothing was lacking. The fact that it is in a beautiful area like Chattanooga is a bonus too!

My family was struck with a rough situation. Their accommodations and ability to adapt to our last minute requests was impressive. I had to travel out of state to see my dad who suffered a severe heart attack. In addition to 7 IV drugs and a ventilator, he became attached to a crazy machine to keep blood flowing to his vital organs and even now as I write this post, am unsure if he will make it. Being able to bring our dog was extremely helpful as well. I never thought a hotel would be a place I needed to lean on. Thank you again John and Kim!

The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean, just wish I knew I was getting a smoking room ahead of time. The free breakfast was quite filling and offered more than the stand fare like eggs, sausage, potatoes and hot dogs. Of course, you can't make it a hotel breakfast without the belgin waffles and it was all good and well stocked all the way until close. Would stay here again.

This is a very clean hotel with nice rooms. I did not stay overnight at this hotel however I did visit friends who were. They enjoyed their stay.

It was wonderful. The front desk cashiers was so friendly and helpful. I shall return soon

Very nice place. Stayed here for a work seminar with a co-worker. Hotel was quiet and CLEAN. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful desk service. Our 2 dogs were welcomed. Next to lots of food and liquor stores. Walking distance. Clean.

The rooms were nicely modeled. My wife enjoyed the large mirrors to do her make up. The layout was really nice. Also breakfast was served right at the time mentioned. Sausage, eggs, toast, and a Belgian waffle maker. I could've stayed downstairs all morning if we weren't in a hurry. Would definitely stay here again.

It was an amazing stay. The staff was very comforting and they were all so accommodating! My kittens also enjoyed their stay.

Although away from the mall immediate vicinity ( I prefer this so area is quieter) this lovely and well kept hotel is attractive, clean and peaceful. Near plenty of dining options. Friendly hospitality and comfortable beds and pillows. Good choice for long term stay since suites have full kitchen and bedroom is seperately from living room. Represents the Hilton Brand favorably.

Nice hotel, had to ask to get the room properly cleaned every day during our seven night stay.

Pretty ok. No sheets on the pull out bed, ran out of waffle batter, but Kimitia was exceptional!!

Initially I was hesitant to book because the location is about 15minutes from Chattanooga. There's plenty of lots in the city though so the drive didn't end up being a problem. Homewood Suites had a welcoming clean lobby and the lady at the front desk was sweet. The breakfast crew were the absolute best. They were polite and made sure that everything was full and gave guests plenty of time to finish up when breakfast hours were over. I couldn't find napkins and one of the hosts was more than happy to help and took the initive to ask me if I was looking for something. The room itself was modern and clean. Dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer were all clean and working. My one downside was that the bathroom didn't have tub and only a shower. Overall a great stay!

Staff was friendly, but wasn't the quality I thought a Hilton group hotel should be. Shower was not very clean and the room had the "old smell" to it. Not worth 30,000 pts, compared to staying at Hilton Garden for same price, but the do they do allow pets. $75 fee is little high though....since I do not see any special cleaning that would have taken place

The room was clean and well stocked. It had kitchenette living room and bed bath. Plenty of pillows and bedding. Two tvs. Two adults and 15 years old were very comfortable. Table was wobbly and we mentioned as we headed out for a meal. It was fixed upon our return. Very nice breakfast and nice pool area.

The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. It was very quiet and I got a great night's sleep.

Excellent stay. Good value Tues thru Thur w/Excellent free breakfast & happy hour 5 to 7 w/food & free beer. Suites are nice w/kitchens. Staying thru weekend. Would come back here if ever in Chattanooga again. Only drawback is no hot tub. Having a ball.

The service was great, front desk and hotel staff were very professional in regards to checking in, leaving for the day and checking out. The only thing that was bad was that the room friend and I had wasn't the cleanest. The fridge looked as though some sort of juice was spilled at the bottom, the trash was still full from the previous resident... Which looked as though they were living there for some time. The bathroom shower still had hair on the drain from the previous person. A window in the living area was cracked as well as of someone shot/hit it. Just the cleanliness of this hotel was what we didnt enjoy.

Rates, front desk staff, & cleaning staff were great & very attentive to our needs & questions. Rooms were spacious & clean. However the bathroom shower area was a little too "dated" in my opinion. Also, the breakfast food was aweful, with exception of waffle, cereal, fruit, yogurt & bread items for toasting. All other HOT foods were gross & did NOT taste good at all. The breakfast area was nasty on BOTH mornings that we visited. Counters were super messy, tables were nasty, breakfast area staff seemed to be really struggling keeping up with the demand!

We have a LARGE family, so we'd def stay again. However, we will factor breakfast money into our budget next time because the food was terrible!

The outside is really cute. The AC was really loud and so I am not sure I slept well, but then we learned in the morning that the fan is able to be turned off. The bed is comfortable and the staff is friendly. They do serve a pretty good breakfast, waffles, bread, fruit etc, but we went to waffle House which is in walking distance. I was hoping for a pancake, but this one didn't have them. I got raisin bread and an egg and it was very good. The coffee is OK, but he kept my mug full so who can complain?

Not up to the standard of the newer or larger Homewood Suites but adequate. Solid choice.

When we got to the hotel to check in we had to wait over an hour for our room. Check in is supposed to be a 3pm. We got there after 3pm and it was almost 5pm before we could get our room. After that, we went to the room and everything smelled musty. We had a family of five so we requested more towels which we did not receive til the next morning. The breakfast was cold by 7:15. Breakfast starts at 7 am. Hotel staff knew nothing about anything in the local area and were not extremely friendly. I will Not be returning to this hotel.

Stayed in a 2 room suite on a family vacation. Best time I have had in a long time. Rooms were clean, price was decent, and pool had some noodles for my nephew to play with.

Nice and fairly new, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Offers free dinner Tuesday through Thursday and free breakfast each day.

This place was awesome! I loved everything about it. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I would highly recommend this place. I would like to try a room with a fireplace next time.
