We checked in/out remotely and used a phone as a keypads so we had effortless start and end to our stay. Room was clean but oddly set up as it was an accessible room but the tv was placed perpendicular to both the bed and couch with no way to orient it otherwise; this might be to accommodate some patron but it should have been on a mount of some kind. The breakfast area was clean and well staffed. Stay was quiet and undisturbed. UPDATE: Removed a star because on a recent visit I noted that their swimming pool does not open until 9am which is substantially later then typical pools and didn't work with my schedule.

Lovely Hotel. Large suites room. Enjoyed High Tea Time. ...Lovely Gym and swimming pool. Close to St. Jacobs Playhouse and Farmers Market.

We were able to check in early. This was good. Then upon seeing the room it was definitely smaller than it looked on line and said it had a full kitchen...it did not. Only had a cooktop,no stove. They offered to upgrade us for free. Refused the update as the only difference was it was the same room but had a false wall separating the bed from the rest of the suite. The toilet ran almost constantly and the exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom. A "complimentary hot breakfast is included". Not so much. Consisted of an English muffin with egg on it, sausage links and beans. You could make your own mini waffles in a waffle maker. The rest was continental breakfast. Was quoted and received an invoice for a certain price...just looked at my Visa bill. They charged me $15 more. We did not use any extras! On checking out mentioned the washroom problems in our suite...front desk staff did not seem to care. In short...not staying here or any other Hilton.

Went for high tea. Was a great hotel, could have provided more sandwiches. We were told they were all out of egg salad and then the table beside us requested the same 10 minutes later and got a huge plate. Other than that, it was great.

Hotel was great and clean staff was amazing. Only downfall my room only had a shower and needed a bath as I threw my back out and we were staying for 3 days. No hot tub either in the pool area.

Third time at this hotel, we still love it.

I did have a problem though. I originally booked for one night then later tried to extend it to two nights. The Hilton website instead wants to cancel the original night and re-book it for two nights. This meant it re-books the original night at the new now higher rate. I don't want to pay more for my already booked night so I made a new separate booking for the second night only. That also created problems. It means two check-ins, two sets of Hilton emails, confusion with the room cleaning staff who process the room differently for a quest that is staying for one night or more than one night, plus having to arrange with the front desk to stay in the same room and not have to move out to a different room on the second night. Hilton needs to fix this booking problem please. This would make a great hotel even better.

Very spacious room. Room has full sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, etc. Ifor stayed in hundreds of hotels but this is the first one, as far as I recall, that has a ceiling fan! Not much value in January but great in the summer...

Was only there for a business meeting. The staff was very friendly and the entire place is extremely clean. Only reason for 4 stars is I didn't see any of the rooms. But judging by the common areas, I'm sure the rooms are spotless and comfortable.

Due to a fire at my house I have lived here for quite a while. The staff are amazing and very friendly. My oldest son had his birthday here and they gave him a present. The house keeping staff are friendly and always go the extra mile to make my kids happy by tucking in their stuffed animals when they make the beds. Over all I have been very happy with this hotel and its staff and would highly recommend a stay here.

Part of the Hilton group. It's relatively new and everything is in great condition. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Good quality bathroom supplies. Fluffy towels. Comfy bed. Wonderful breakfast. Free parking. Good internet. Attentive service by some of the most polite and friendly people on the planet!

Hotel and room is modern and clean. Room is well maintained (no dust). View not great - on one side there's an old farm and treed lot with lots of junk and a few old sheds. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is about 25 mins from hwy 401 and 10 mins from Rim Park.

Great place to stay. I have been there several times and plan to go back. The complimentary dinner and breakfast were great and the staff were very friendly. Barb at the breakfast buffet was very friendly.

Service is fabulous . We had the best time in the hotel , room were spotless and a lot of space. The kitchen very clean lots variety of food and waitress very nice and kind. Definitely we will go back any time

There was a large suspicious looking reddish brown spill on the carpet and it made the room seem dirty. We didn't want to walk around without our shoes. The price was right though!

We have stayed here several times. This location is always extremely clean, the rooms are perfection and the location is in a great place. All staff are friendly and happy. The breakfast buffet is awesome; great variety and they never run out of anything.

It is newer. Clean, friendly and we'll managed is a good description . Being new, the decor is very nice. The location is beside the outlet mall and an easy walk to the market. I would stay there any time . It does breakfast and has a pool. The nearest restaurant is across the street .

The room was clean and well laid out. Full kitchen setup with full size refrigerator. Very friendly staff and very nice breakfast was included with our stay.

The Homewood Suites is easy to get to and perfectly located next to St. Jacob's Market and other great stores. It was immaculate and the service was wonderful. They have a pool, a gym and an arcade all of which was extremely well kept. We were there for a private function. We were all very impressed with the decor, and especially the fabulous service we received. We wouldn't hesitate to return there or recommend it to anyone else.

Nice rooms. The sleeping area is separate from the sitting area so kids can go to bed early. 2 tv's as well so no fighting on what's on. Nice pool but no hot tub. Free breakfast and a good one at that. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the staff, they were very helpful and a true representation of customer service. A couple standouts were Carla at the front desk, Andy the facilities guy and the night time security guard. They made my stay wonderful. I thank you all!

The stay at this hotel has been great. They have a lot of services, including free evening social. Jessica, at the front desk is very helpful. The rooms are also very cozy and comfortable.

The rooms are wonderful, the food is excellent, and the staff is great. Only problem is although we are usually up early, we were unusually tired from all the traveling. Both days we stayed they sent a robo wake up call to the room at 7AM. First day we thought oh well mistakes happen. After informing the front desk we were assured a note would be left for the night staff and it would be fixed. Next morning at 7AM the phone rang again. I called the front desk saying we did not want to get up yet. It went off twice more while I was in the bathroom. I do recommend this hotel but suggest unplugging the phones if you don't want to be disturbed.

The room, though booked well in advance was not ready until well after 4:40 pm. The room was spacious and walk in shower easy to access.

Though clean and tidy, extra bathroom tissue was not readily available and we had to ask for some at the front desk.

The weekday free supper was a welcomed treat at the end of the day, however, as a person with a disability, staying in an accessible suite, the serving area was too small for me to negotiate and I had to ask my travelling companion to make my meal choices for me. The issue with the small, crowded area from getting breakfast was also a problem on each morning of our stay. It did not help that guests freely moved the larger chairs around making it impossible for me to enter the lodge area. When this was mentioned to the front desk I was told to eat in the lobby, which was full, or my room! Food allergies we mentioned upon making reservations and when checking in yet no alternatives were offered.

The pool was rather small. though inviting yet due to the large number of mothers with 3. 4 or 5 children in the pool late in the evening and early in the morning we were unable to avail ourselves of it.

The hotel was wonderful. Rooms were great as was the food. Staff was amazing and Kevin was so accommodating !!

Wow Jessica was super nice! When holiday Inn rudely told my mother she cancelled the room 2 months ago when she printed out the reservation 2 days ago(how can she print the reserveArion if it was cancelled) she was very stressed and upset. I looked up hotels and Homewood showed up I gave them a call. The Homewood luckily had a room available! Jessica was very helpful and understanding with my family's issue. She made checking in go very smoothly. 12/10

This is a great home away from home. Very comfortable and they offer an excellent hot and cold free breakfast. I also have to mention the free supper mon-thurs. This is definitely through the month of July at least. There's a full fridge and dishwasher and stove in the room. A very nice patio out back to BBQ and relax. A little putt area and bikes to rent for very cheap. No restaurant or bar on site, but a nice indoor pool. I highly suggest this hotel!

Love the Rooms! They are clean and spacious with modern comforts, beds and pillows are so comfortable! Staff is amazing! Best stay I've had anywhere and I travel a lot and have stayed in many many different hotels.

Was only visiting a guest on an extended stay in the suites section, but this looked like a great place to stay. The guest were very happy with the accommodation and surprised at how many amenities were available in the room including a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.

The lobby and reception were very welcoming and comfortable. The suite was beautiful, and definitely worth it. The breakfast was lovely and I would definitely recommend it.

Large bedroom with a good livingroom and full kitchen. The commentary hot breakfast was a great surprise. There was lots of space for our family. We really enjoyed it.

This hotel is located directly across from the St. Jacobs Playhouse. This is a beautiful modern hotel that offers a very comfortable sleep and all amenities that you need. Beautiful pool, and a fair size gym along with laundry options. The room offers a full kitchen with fridge, stove and even a dishwasher. This is by far one of the best stays at a Hilton. Very comparable to Doubletree by Hilton. I will definitely be staying here again. One more thing complimentary breakfast!!!! :)

Nice, clean hotel. Rooms are very good size. The pool is nice and the morning breakfast is good. Located close to the highways for easy access and right next to the outlets and Farmer's market.

The one bedroom suite was very clean, spacious and comfortable. .. the kitchenette was a nice bonus. My family would have enjoyed staying longer than just overnight.

Loved the hotel. Very nice staff. Hotel is very clean and suites are huge. Only 2 issues - first is a pretty standard one this time of year - lots of small kids checked in for a hockey tournament. Breakfast area tried their best but couldnt keep up with the volume. Unfortunately lots of unsupervised kids running and yelling up and down flooors, slamming doors, riding the elevators and pushing every button etc. Oh well, not the hotels fault. Second - only 2 luggage carts. Hard to get a cart on the morning. Hotel could use 2 more carts. overall still good, would stay here again if we needed a suite for several people

Convenient location near an outlet mall, good restaurant and a farmers market. The suites are a nice size, very clean and well equipped. The staff is also very friendly and have greeted me at every encounter.

The room i am staying in on the 4th floor is great. There is a full kitchen, lounging area, two double beds, and a bathroom. The service is great. They serve free breakfest every morning with good food.

Located just down the street from the St. Jacobs Farmers' Market. Hotel was very clean, lots of parking, the meeting room we were in was spacious and well lit, and the food provided was quite good. Would recommend.

I was very impressed by the size, cleanliness, and amenities in our room. It was really great. The pool area was good as well. There is a washroom in the pool area that can be used for changing.

The morning breakfast was underwhelming for me. I was there around 7am and there were no eggs available. I waited for a short while but decided to leave and get breakfast elsewhere since I had an appointment to get to. Had the breakfast experience been better I would have easily given this hotel a 5 star review.

Always a great experience when we visit. Clean rooms, quiet family environment, friendly staff, and good breakfast selection. Once, when faced with a sudden flu while camping, staff provided us a great rate on a large double suite with short notice on our part.
