Beautiful all around . comfortable rooms, bending. Attentive staff sincere and always ready to meet your needs. Awesome front desk staff always ready to help with a pleasant smile wonderful spread for breakfast and of course smiling staff ready to meat and great you .I can't say how wonderful experience it is to stay over at Hyatt house Bellevue, home away from home. Simply wonderful. You got to try it for yourself... I give it 4.5 star.

This is a clean, comfortable stay. Free, ample parking and daily breakfast. The lobby bar and restaurant is decent and convenient and the rooms are large and well-appointed. Would stay again, this location was so perfect for working at T-Mobile Headquarters.

Our room was spacious and clean. The service was the highlight though. Checking in on Friday night Matt and his co worker ( I can't remember her name) were so amazing and welcoming, they gave us kind personal service throughout our entire stay. Would 100% recommend!

Staff was super nice. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Indoor pool was warm and well maintained. The free breakfast was the best free breakfast I've ever had at a hotel.

The rooms here smell REALLY bad. I've stayed at this hotel twice in the last year, and two different rooms smell like mildew. I recommend that you bring lots of air freshener. Standard room is so TINY! Nothing is nearby in walking distance so prepare to either eat/drink at lobby bar, walk a mile to Dairy Queen, or drive somewhere. Traffic is horrible. Right next to Interstate 90 so prepare for noise at all hours. The ac/heater (which I suspect is source of mildew) is the type that is big and installed under window. So sitting in the chair beside window means getting blasted with noisy air. Every morning here I've awakened with sneezing fits from bad air quality in the hotel. After an hour at the office each morning, my sinuses calm down for rest of day but then another night in hotel room and cycle of sneezing repeats. Only recommended if you have no other options. Bummer, because the Redmond Hyatt House, about 10 miles away, is awesome!

Very nice hotel with a great location. It is easy to reach from the freeway and yet the area is still quiet. Close enough to Seattle to attend events there without a long drive

Nice to have a kitchenette in the room, comfortable bed and couch. Good breakfast with an omelette station when I was there. Nice dining area too. A bit far from places to eat if on property restaurant is closed. 30 to 60 mins from airport depending on traffic.

Great experience. The room was very spacious and super clean. It's literally right off interstate 90 so in a super convenient location with bus stops nearby too if you don't feel like driving. Provided breakfast was great too. A lot of options and really good too. I'll definitely stay again.

Nice decor. Helpful staff. A wonderful morning breakfast spread. On chilling winter nights the bar makes provisions for something akin to a berbeque on the garden.
The rooms are well-appointed, with state of the art microwaves and dish washers. The indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi sure does refresh one up after a long day or a stint at the adjoining gym.
On a clear day from the common area window against the lift farthest from any series of rooms, you can frame a breathtaking view of the snow capped mountains behind Seattle in the horizon

And yah.....u do have local drop n pick up available 😀

Stayed for business reasons. Staff were courteous and respectful. Facilities quite nice. Room was clean and organized well. Only thing was this carpet smell. Didn't bother me enough but one can smell it entering the room the first time. Otherwise, pleasant experience was had.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt House. Staff members were very friendly and the service was excellent. Our room was very clean and our beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the amenities we were able to receive our breakfast (included), which we enjoyed very much. We would come back again in our next visit to Seattle/Bellevue and will certainly recommend that they stay at the Hyatt House.

Got a quiet room, the carpet could use shampooing. Breakfast is satisfying with small variation each morning, but can get dull in a few days. Detergent dispenser did not work in the laundry room, but front desk gave me some. Staff is very friendly.

Great hotel near Seattle. Amazing and complimentary breakfast with omelette station. Big spacious rooms, a great indoor and heated pool and Whirlpool, Fitness Center and guest laundry with multiple washers and dryers. Staff was amazing and helpful. Free parking and close proximity to the university and the interstate to get to wherever you have to go.

A short drive away from downtown Seattle. Provides spacious rooms, ample parking, a swimming pool and hot tub, and very comfy beds. However, heating system is not central and kicks on in the middle of the night. Service was stellar and always tried their best to help me.

The location is great and the service us great as well. We arrived at 1am and the reception was still polite and kind. The room is good but I feel the building itself is a bit old.

Excellent hotel, great service, very kind people. The breakfast selection was outstanding, especially with the "daily omelette", the gym was nice. The pool is a bit too small and whirlpool a bit too hot, but hey, I am being very subjective. The bus station is close and you can be in the centre in about 25-30 mins without worrying where to park your car.

Almost perfect stay at the Hyatt House with friendly staff and clean room. But a little bit disapointing to see the pool area not being cleaned and to find hair on clean towel inside the cabinet. Btw the same dirty towel on the floor was still sitting in the same spot the next day... Plus an unknown plastic bag was found inside the cupboard above the hood range.

However everything else was great, hence I am gladly giving 4 stars.

The staff is amazing and friendly. Rooms are clean and cozy. The mattress was pretty stiff and there was considerable traffic noise heard even on the fourth floor. Breakfast was basic but good. Overall a nice place to stay.

This hotel gave us best value for what we paid for ! We were there for Two days. Impressed with features such as amazing complementary breakfast, polite staff, clean rooms, stove with cooking accessories, free 24 hours coffee/tea in lobby, free indoor parking, swimming pool, gym and hot tub. Great place to stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and well kept. This was one of the best hotel stays I've had.

Nice modern rooms with kitchenettes. No oven, but everything else you might need including a decent sized refrigerator , microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop. All cookware, too. Spacious rooms and very quiet.

Stayed here for two nights
The good: continental breakfast, nice gym, free coffee and tea downstairs
The bad: uncomfortable pillows and bed - both me and my wife had back pain after sleeping. AC blowing directly into the bed, so either the room gets hot (we where here during heatwave), or I'm freezing even under covers.
The weird: the design of the sink, - no way to wash hands without the water splashing all over.

Had a residence suite. Comfortable and big. More than I needed, but nice.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Location was great, took 15 minutes to get into the City and was able to avoid traffic when going places like Mt. Rainier. The rooms are very clean and large!

I visited for a music survey through fieldworks Seattle. The front desk staff were welcoming, parking was adequate and the facilities were quiet and clean. Overall I really enjoyed this experience a would consider a stay in the future.

Every employee had a smile and a "good morning", "good afternoon" and have a "great day". All staff was very helpful including building maintenance personnel. Very clean and organized. Very impressive.

Clean and comfortable. Needed wheelchair accessible room. Great "handicapped" shower. A bit of a tight squeeze between beds with the wheelchair. Nice breakfast. Good variety fruit, carbs, and protein. Omlettes to order, sorry I didn't know it soon enough.

Pleasant stay. Building fairly well kept up for its age. Room was clean. Beds were firm, but comfortable. No issue with noise. Staff remembered me after check-in. Loved the omelets and other breakfast options.
We needed a late check-out so we could attend church and come back briefly that afternoon; staff honored our request.
We usually hotel-hop on our trips, so we booked the Embassy Suites down the street the next night, while not terrible by any stretch, I wish we had stayed with the Hyatt.

Attended a training session here. The facilities were reasonable and the WiFi worked acceptably well. There was not much for reception in the building though. Regarding the food, the lunch was acceptable but disappointing (2 small sandwiches which were bland despite the Panera branding). That said, lunch was filling and passable. The morning snacks were typical danishes and fruit. Fruit was excellent but the vanishes were again bland. The coffee wasn't bad and the afternoon snacks were great. I would definitely attend another session here though I probably would not choose to host it here.

Home away from home experience that has on many occasions been pleasingly comfortable and consistent. The rooms are clean, well appointed, with great kitchenettes, and comfortable beds. Only improvement could be better monitoring the pool area. My suggestion would be, access to the pool area depending on room type booked/member status to ensure quality of experience. PSA: Please be reminded that the pool area isn't for unmonitored children and hot tubs aren't meant for pool toys, splashing and horseplay - they are meant for civilized quiet time. It is noted that no food or drinks are allowed into the pool area.

Nice hotel with all the typical benefits but the units are a bit out dated. The breakfast cook is good. Also, had dinner here recently and the staff, especially, Allen knew exactly what I wanted and when I needed it. Basically, Allen knew I needed something to lower the spice level of the food after he saw me sweat. Allen brought me some yogurt and milk on the house. I mean wow!

Rooms were great. Pool area was well kept. Breakfast was good. Location had nice accessibility, but was in a quiet area.

Well-appointed rooms, great breakfast, and the hotel pool was wonderful. It was closed the first day of our guests' stay and the manager offered comp tickets to the community pool as an alternative. Great service.

Was only here for a meeting but was treated well. There was lots of parking available and easy to access and get in and out in a timely manner. Would recommend this location for similar events.

Had a great stay. I enjoyed that staff and the amenities (Pool, hot tub, workout machines). The beds were clean and comfortable and the internet was blazing fast. Nice breakfast offerings as well and they keep Seattle's Best brewed fresh morning and night in the lobby.

Stayed here for Emerald City Comicon, easy to get to bus to go downtown Seattle, to avoid parking downtown. There is a park and ride across the street.Loved the kitchen, pool and hot tub. Grocery stores a short drive away and easy to get anywhere from here. Free breakfast too, what more could you ask for?

I have a dear friend who is staying at the Hyatt House in Eastgate after his home was damaged in a fire. The staff there is overflowing with compassion and have made this rough time much easier to bear. The Bartender and hotel staff Rock! They surprised him with the fixings for his favorite drink.

Good place to stay warm during the holiday season or simply have a good night stay. Love their little private sitting room towards the back of the lobby. They even have a huge TV so you can catch up on the game. Their rooms are nice and comfy. Their complimentary breakfast comes with free homemade omlete of your choice. I recommend their mushroom and spinach. Delicious! There is also a bar and open daily till 10pm. Service was very nice too and plenty of parking.

I'm usually a fan of Hyatt and had a decent stay at this location previously but had a weird experience the last time I stayed.

Checked in pretty late, past 11pm and was given a room that was clearly not cleaned. It smelled funny, there was trash and crumbs everywhere and the towels were scattered. They promptly gave me a new room where the folks above me were running around and banging on things, even after midnight. Sounded like a party or something. Had trouble falling asleep. The walls and floors seem paper thin so you can hear everything. I don't know if I'll ever stay here again.

It's ok. The room is large and clean, the bathroom is clean too. The breakfast menu is a bit limited but they make fresh omelettes on request. I guess my biggest complain is the fitness room. It's quite tiny, with only 3 treadmills and one of them was out of order. In practice this meant getting up between 4 and 5 to be able to run before work.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our TV didn't work in our room, so they upgraded us to a nice room. The bar staff was great as well.

Nice place in nice location. The hotel location is near to T-Mobile office. Very convenient for those working near by location as the hotel provides shuttle service for drop and pickup. Staff is very good and helpful.
Breakfast could have more quality though.

Had an excellent stay this past weekend at this Hyatt House location. Clean, modern hotel with free breakfast and it's an easy commute to get downtown. Check in was easy, room was nice, and really have no complaints from our weekend there. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Our studio room was comfortable and spacious and came with mini kitchen, stove and fridge. There's a gym and indoor pool. There was complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby which was nice since I like a cup before going to bed. They offer complimentary breakfast including customized omelettes. This location is only a quick 15 minutes to Bellevue restaurants.

Second time staying here. Very spacious room with two TVs. Forgot my jeans in my room, called them up and they found it and I was able to pick it up. Loved that. Would definitely stay there at every opportunity.

This was my first time visiting Seattle and decided to stay here. The place was great and welcoming. Also the drive was not bad at all about 20 minutes to the Seattle Waterfront and same goes for the Space Needle. So far so good!

We recently booked a 2 Queen room at this resort. While the room was nice, these are double beds and not queens although the front desk says otherwise.

The pool area was nice and there's a bbq if you want to grill dinner. A hot breakfast is also included

Cozy rooms that are available for extended stays. Plenty of garage and outside parking. There is a small pool and cafe/restaurant/bar. Overall very comfortable rooms and very friendly staff.

This Hyatt House is the BEST! I would not stay ANYWHERE ELSE in the Seattle area. EVER! The room was nice and comfortable. And its only a few miles away from Downtown. Its the BEST! And the breakfast kicks royal ass!

This is my first time at Hotel Sierra and this was a great stay! Hotel isn't down twon, but in a great location between downtown and the airport. Food and service at the hotel were great and the breakfast was amazing for the cost...FREE! Full breakfast, round the clock coffee and overall great stay.
