Service was good but rooms are small and tariff is high.

First class service. Wife and I spent our wedding night here and they made sure it was a special occasion. We were treated to free breakfast (or room service, our choice) as well as returning to our room to find a nice bottle of champagne. Beds were comfortable and rooms were more than adequate size for Paris.

The hotel location is fantastic. You are a few blocks from the Arc and Champs. The staff was also very curteous and welcoming. Our room was very disappointing. The furniture was beat up, the bathroom door appeared to be an old room door that had a lot of damage, the carpet was stained, and we woke up to a rather large spider hanging out over our bed. We found several webs throughout the room. For $400+ a night I would have expected much more than this. Sure the location is great, but you can find nice Air bnbs in the area for less.

Dinner was great. They really helped make our anniversary special. Great experience.

Awarding 4 stars for value and quality of this hotel, in Paris! Hotels in Paris always seem to underwhelm but once you get a baseline, this one is rather nice for not being super expensive. Very friendly and attentive service, great location near the Arc and Metro 1 / RER A, big enough lobby and room (we had a superior room) for Paris standards. The business corner is a chair in a corner (but it's usable), the rollaway's mattress is only acceptable for kids (

Expensive, not worth the price. Located close to the Arc de triumph. Easy to reach by metro. The hotel is ok. Rooms quite small, clean and beds comfortable. Restaurant pretty small and breakfast not more than ok...

Very nice IHG hotel.. very near from champs elysee.. very nice room and very nice staff.

My room was pretty small. And I was also put on the smoking floor even though my reservation requested no smoking (though they did try to pretend it was a non-smoking room by putting a card stating as much in the room). And the bathroom situation was weird - there are sliding walls, and no door or air vent... So hopefully if you're staying with someone, you're really comfortable with them. Also, the shower floor is about 4-6 inches above the bathroom floor which nearly caused a wipeout. Bed was comfy. TV was small. Staff was great.

Service in general is very good, bathroom is terrible: low water pressure for shower, very heavy sliding doors, handle for door fell off.

The smallest Intercontinental in size but a very nice and cosi hotel. The staff was very dedicated and helpful. The room are relatively small which is usually in Paris but each have a specific decoration.
The hotel is very well located only 5 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe however relatively quite place.
Only point missing is the Club Lounge if you are an IHG platinum member however the drinks in the room are free

Great location next to champ Lesya but the rooms are extremely small, never the less it is having incredible design, great Resturant with such beautiful atmosphere and one of the kind staff.

The hotel location is excellent. The rooms are quite small, even our upgraded one. The ceilings in the room were close to 5 meters high. The staff were friendly and the hotel seemed mostly clean. Will spend a few more nignts here soon as booked. Would stay here again in the future if I review that the room size is comparable to hotels nearby.

Poor WiFi in room otherwise excellent hotel, service, staff

First of all, I would like to appreciate the people in the front desk, they are so kind and they are very good in meeting customers need. Coming to the rooms, yes they are small and the room we have some kinda problem with the Air conditioner. Front office was helpful yesterday to get a new room but even this room has the same problem now. So I would say it is the room service persons to have this in ther "to do list" to check the room temperature before they hear anything from the customer. I will be very happy to rate 5 if that is done.

The location was excellent, just a 5 minute walk within the Arc de Triomphe/Champs Elysees/Georges V metro station. The hotel stuff are very kind and speak many different languages, and will go out of their way to assist you with whatever it is you need - truly a 5 star experience. My only complaint is that the rooms are very small, even by Paris standards. The breakfast was your typical average quality. I recommend you cross the street and go to Bagelstein and grab yourself a gourmet bagel or fresh pastries from Josephine also across the street. There is also a little depaneur next to Josephine. Overall, I would come here again if I had to stay near Champs Elysees.
