Good place, Good atmosphere, Service starts from front office till check out all is good. Even dinning is very much good. Food is fabulous at this place. Dumpukht and Peshawri are too good. Before dine kindly book a table for this restaurant. Helpful staff, Bombay high bar is also outstanding.

Even though I stayed in the hotel for being quarantined post returning to India, it was a 5 star experience. All the staff are very polite and the hotel ambience is simply marvelous. Once this virus is dealt with, I will surely take my family along with me to spend some good days in Mumbai's one of the finest hotels.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms and excellent room service. I Stayed at this hotel while attending a friend's wedding. Easily accessible from the airport. Hardly 10 minute drive from the airport. The arrangements made for the guests' arrival was excellent. The gardens are very well maintained. The food we were served was of excellent quality and taste. Loved my stay at this hotel. Would definitely recommend.

The large part of the pleasure staying there is the extraordinary food that is offered - Indian cuisine at its best. Had a pleasant stay particularly because of the great cuisine. Really appreciate the sumptuous and wholesome breakfast spread & the lunch buffet. I've visited the ITC Maratha few weeks ago to attend a corporate event hosted... Man oh man, what a stunning place to be... the banquets are so big and Amazing... And the gardens very very beautiful... And to top it off, brilliant food from South Indian to Japanese Cusuine.... Wow... I still am mesmerized by the experience....

Grand, exotic and luxury. Warming hospitality, mouth trenching food delicacy with options of multiple cuisines will leave you startled. A luxury stay with ambience of rich heritage is an eye ball rolling moment. Comfortable and spacious ball rooms and conference rooms can be used for official and personal events.

Good Hotel and service. Though they come running to take you bag for checking while entering, but no one is there to give your bag back which after scan is lying in the corner.
Dinner was better than last time. Overall experience good.

7 star hotel located conveniently, close to the international airport. Excellent security checking for each vehicle. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I was there for a corporate event at the ballroom, the arrangements were top notch, albeit only for small groups. Food was absolutely delicious. Definitely lives up to it's upscale reputation.

This is a beautiful hotel,
the rooms are well sized, well equipped and beautifully maintained.
The pool area can get a bit busy when the hotel is full, but is still a great place to relax and swim.
As always the staff are universally excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. The fact that standards have not dropped when so many other luxury hotels are penny inching is a credit to everyone at the hotel and its management.
I will be back yet again for sure.

Hotels don't get much more 5-star than this place. Great rooms and well laid out. Staff is over the top helpful. At first you feel a little guilty about having them wait on you so much but you get used to it fast.

Attended a day long conference at the Hotel. Frankly speaking, the quality of services was very average for a 5-star Hotel. The breakfast was pedestrian and the service very slow with the buffet dishes going empty and delayed replenishment. The Lunch was luckily better. However, overall the quality could perhaps have been improved.

Made for deep pockets, ITC Maratha has a great cafe setting in their centre court. If you are looking for a great meal (family or business) the hotel offers some of India's finest options. Just ensure you have a working credit card. :P

Pretty nice hotel very close to the international airport at Mumbai. The building has an older palace look and at places the decor can seem a bit dated. The staff and service was great and the food in restaurants was also very good. Would definitely recommend this place.

Paradise beside the airport. This hotel is very comfortable and the staff give a five star service. Only a five minute drive from the airport so great if you need to sleep. Rooms are quiet and facilities are very good with a choice of restaurants.

A beautiful property. The design is such that it looks like an ancient Indian Palace. The place personifies royalty. I had attended a two day wedding function here and it was an amazing experience. The food was superb. Right from the starters to the main course. The service was impeccable. The staff kept coming again and again to check on all guests.

Exuberant hotel located literally 10 minutes from the Mumbai international airport. Very cultural and artistically designed rooms with well laid out floor plans. Multiple onsite dining options with a 24 hour restaurant as well. Amazing amenities include butler service, a spa, fitness centre and a swimming pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The service was excellent and the staff was well trained and co-operative. They were equipped to handle ad-hoc situations too. Valet parking available and the service is quick. The ballroom 3 on the ground floor is a spacious state of the art facility for events.

It was awesome. Specially the food it was just mouth watering and very delicious. The hall was very big and luxurious. The waiters very extremely interested in what you want. I would recommend everyone to go to ITC Maratha. I went there for a family function. I just loved it. The decoration was also good. It was well decorated. The checking when you enter was very strict and the wished everyone. The chocolate factory was also good.

This is really close to the airport. That's a huge plus. It's upscale fancy and has everything a five star hotel should have and some more. The rooms are large, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The beds are really comfortable and took away all my aches and pains! The bathroom was clean and prefect in every way. The food was amazing. The buffet breakfast spread was again excellent. Great taste but...
My experience with this hotel was a bit different.
I was invited by one of my clients party. And for dinner there was a buffet system. After around 30-40% public had their plates, we went to have our plates. By the time we reach chicken biryani counter there was just rice. There was not a single chicken pieces in that container. When we asked the waiter, he came with a dish after around 20-25 minutes.
When we asked why did you bring only a single plate of biryani, he replied that it is finished and whatever was remaining is here in this plate.

Had organized an event here. Staff is friendly & helpful. Hotel definitely maintains it's hygiene & cleanliness very well. About foods, Breakfast spread is good, since lunch was arranged for the event separately, can't really comment on spread but overall taste & aesthetics were satisfactory, still scope of improvement. Located near to International Airport which is a plus point for the Hotel.

This is my first time in Mumbai and I had a great stay here. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and so willing to assist you with anything you want. The rooms are big and spacious, and the decor is warm and homey. It's located literally a minute away form the airport so I didn't have to sit in traffic for too long after my flight which was great. The interior of the hotel is amazing, very colonial and beautiful. I will definitely come back here the next time I'm in Mumbai.

The place does not let you down. The breakfast is excellent with smiling staff who can get what you want. The rooms are great and i have stayed twice here. This time the rooms in the row of 1419 are disturbed by the Navratri celebration across the road. The hotel can invest to make the rooms sound proof!!

This hotel is super close to the airport and great for a layover in Mumbai. It is similar to all other ITC hotels, offers very comfortable rooms and great variety of restaurants. They treat Starwood platinum guests very well. I have stayed here on four separate occasions and have always been upgraded to a suite.

Aesthetically pleasing hotel both inside and out. Though not all rooms have pleasant views but given its location it is not a surprise. The room was fine as were the facilities. Breakfast was a bit chaotic on the day for me and trying to get a coffee was virtually impossible for reasons unknown. Staff on the whole helpful and handy for the airport. But then there are plenty of hotels within a very short distance of the airport.

This is my home in Mumbai. All areas, all restaurants, the shops and rooms are best and comfortable. The smell that welcomes you at the lobby is very relaxing. The service is amazing especially at the Upper Crust lounge.

Great Hotel having & amazing restaurant. The ITC is a great place to stay near the Mumbai international airport. It has a really traditional and colonial Indian feel. Peshawari at ITC Maratha lives up to the hype that it creates. Dal Bukhara, one of the famous dish is surely worth a try. The ambience is authentic village kind surrounded by wooden furnishing.

ITC Grand Maratha is all about the traditional Indian charm and elegance with all modern amenities. Excellent and luxurious furnishing of rooms, excellent food and service. I often found often was that it was fully booked .... so booking early may help.

I am a frequent traveler and have stayed in this hotel many times. I had a mixed experience in the recent stay.

First, I want to appreciate Santash who works in security department for his kind help every morning. There was a glitch in the car arrangement and he helped me to call the car rental company and quickly solved issue.

The staffs (Cleatus and Prashant) who worked in Loung on 16th floor provided excellent services when I had my breakfast there.

However, I was not very comfort with the room I had this time. Even I reported to the staff next day that I was not happy with my room, I got the offer to move to a tower room the day before I would check-out.

When I had the dinner on Nov. 2, I was interested in the food in PanAsian menu. I was told that they have Chinese and Japaneses chef in the kitchen although PanAsian restaurant was under innovation . When I asked whether I could ask the questions to chef in person, I was then told that chef was out of town on that day. After I finished the dinner, I was told the chef would be on duty next day and warmly welcome me be back next day.

I trusted them and went back for the dinner next day on Nov. 3. However, when I was told the chef was again not in the kitchen, I felt I was cheated. I then ordered a dish (prawn with Teriyaki sauce in Japaness style). It was awful. It was just like a soy sauce and very very salty. I had to spend about INR200 to buy a bottle water to "wash" the prawn so that I can eat it.

On Nov. 4, I checked again to confirm there was no Chinese and Japaneses in kitchen.

In next few days I luckily found good Chinese food with very good services in the hotel across the street.

I didn't get survey email after stay although I requested it when I checked out. Thus I write my review here.

we got experience at hotel ,when we three couple reached at hotel ,already booked room for 31st dec night at reception ,Hotel reception, said come in line with rudely we got amaze , we said this is ok then no proper sitting arrangement of sitting at waiting three people cannot sit together properly.Secondly we asked to take our luggage from taxi we have come from, reception had directed to some other desk and said contact there ( they can call to some person but didn,t ), thirdly we asked, is there any new year program arrange in a hotel for new year celebration, they have got no arrangement, Fourtly last but not least next day we all goon for taking breakfast they have given waiting time of 45 min and no such arrangement to be waited
