As always, the excellent quality of the Radisson network. A longtime fan of this network, never disappointed, like this time. Clean, spacious rooms, rich breakfast, parking. A small minus, I did not really like the place of the hotel. A bit away from the center, and hard to find if by car. But the plus is the view of the mountains from the window.

This is a great international chain hotel. Just next to Lucerne train station and 7 min walk to the old town. Very convenient and easy to walk around from this hotel.
The room is very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Brightly lid with a huge TV.
The restaurant very big and lots of varieties of food too.
It’s a fantastic hotel to say. Highly recommend to stay when visit Lucerne.

This stylish business hotel is just five minutes from the Lucerne main train station. Great location to explore old town Lucerne and the lake. The rooms are modern, clean, spacious, and quiet. Breakfast is great. On the ground floor is a bar and a restaurant. On the top floor is the fitness room.

The hotel is nice with a very good location near the station. The rooms are spacious with good view on the lake and the breakfast is really good.

I would have given this a 5-star rating except i had some problems with the staff. They didn't clean my room for the first two days eventhough I didn't have the "do not disturb sign" on the room. However they solved the mistake and cleaned my room for the rest of the stay.

Also onetime we came back at midnight and all the cards for 4 rooms weren't working and there was no staff at the lobby. We waited a bit and looked behind the desk to check for any information when suddenly a guy came barging and being very aggressive in his tone telling us to get back behind the desk and making it feel like its our fault. He we very disrespectful to me and my family. He explained that there was a sign to call reception on the desk but we didn't see it at fist. Still it doesn't give him a reason to be aggressive. He could have just calmly helped us and explained that there was a sign and there would have been no hard feelings.

It was a great stay in July 2018. Excellent location , walkable from train station. Suite was ultimate with lake view from full size windows on two sides. Supportive staff.

Top Class hotel. Luxury stay with awesome view to amazingly beautiful Lucern lake. In my second stay, I got lake facing room. It was awesome experience. Rooms are large, super clean.. Really 5+* rated.. highly recommended. Worth the above average rate.

Our room was spacious with a view of the mountains. Bath linens older. Everything worked in our room, but others on our tour had rooms with broken air conditioning, inoperative lighting, and under-sized duvets.

Upon arrival, I was told that I will be getting a room with a mountain view. After checking in, I was given a room facing the courtyard with no view at all. Check in time was 3PM, but room wasn't ready till 3:30PM! Extremely disappointed! I asked for one king bed and was given a room with two twin beds. Unfortunately will have to stay here for two nights! However, I must say that this place is extremely clean and has a great location.

Spacious room and bathroom. Love the Nespresso machine with capsules in the room. Conveniently located with just the main train station 5-7min walk away.
Gym located on 5th level was small but adequate. Mainly machines with light weights.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, and perfect location. The hotel is 5 minutes from the station which made it so much easier to go on our day excursions. Would definitely stay here again :)

The best of the Radisson Blus. Newly renovated and the bar selection is great with friendly staff all around reception bar and breakfast. Great value for the centre of Luzern!

Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr gediegen, das Personal am Eingang war gut gekleidet und zuvorkommend. An der Bar wurden wir schnell bedient und das Personal war hier ebenso sehr schnell und aufmerksam. Der Chardonnay ist zu empfehlen genau so wie der karaibische Rum.

Convinent location near train station and main scenery. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful when requested. Gym was adequate with machines and weights up to 10kg. Room was nicely sized.

Nice enough rooms. Good locality. Horrible service after 22h00 - hardly anything is available, including the 24h room service menu - so make sure to eat before 22h00...

The beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing; it included the mountains, city, and lake. The ability to open the windows (larger than most standard doors) and get a breeze without worrying about anything flying out of the window was also nice. Really wish there had been firm-er pillows though. But nearly all of the hotels seem to be going to these pillows that they can make stand up in "fun and curious" ways so that they look like folded napkins. Problem with that is you have to fold them once or twice to get enough firmness for front or side sleepers. Did appreciate the free beer though.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. We arrived at 10:30am after a long journey and our room was ready. The hotel was situated by the lake and was within a 5 minute walk to the train station as well as major city attractions. The hotel room was very large and spacious (American style), with all the comforts we are used to.

Very elegant place, right aside from the train station, ideal for every trip in luzern. Wide range of meals for breakfast and good restaurant. Not exactly cheap but in line with swiss standards

A very upscale hotel. Very helpful staff. Rooms are very modern. Loved the welcome message when I entered the room on my TV screen. WiFi is very fast. Its just that the washroom have a big gap in its glass door. If you are sharing a room with a office colleague then its a bit embarrassing 😁

Modern American style hotel in Lucerne. Rooms were very large, comfortable and modern. Location is right on the lake, with a 5 minute walk along the lakefront to downtown Lucerne. There is also a steamroom and sauna onsite.

The room was very comfortable. You have an additional 5 min walk into Lucerne, but you're along the lake the entire time. Only complaint was that the shower ran hot/cold in pulses on its own.

Really nice modern hotel with friendly staff. A bit out of the way but located close to the train station. The only fault we could find was the need to give the carpets a good clean as they were stained.

Excellent hotel with well appointed rooms. Location is great, just about 7 minutes walk to chapel bridge and old town. The hotel is directly across from the Lake and has a beautiful setting.

On the downside, the coffee provided in the room is awful (they should put Nespresso machines in every room - not just the suites!) and the parking is very limited (though that isn't the fault of the hotel - Lucerne is very anti-car!)

Location is a short walk from the train station which is great for commuting. Staff is pleasant and the rooms are comfortable.

This hotel was fantastic, they let me borrow a plug since mine did not work when I arrived in Europe. The hotel was phenomenal, clean and the people were helpful. I would definitely stay again. The location allows you to get around wherever you need to go. There is a bus station about two blocks from the hotel.

Great business hotel in lakeside location and just over a bridge to the old town. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Very close to train station and bus terminal. We were travelling by car and parked in the underground car park with direct access to the hotel. Separate costs for car park.

A nice modern hotel in the city. Very close to the train station but because of the station layout it is quite a walk to get to anything in the city itself. I would probably pick a hotel more in the city downtown next time.

Excellent hotel location in terms of convenience and very honest staff. They are not interested in making a quick buck. They will rather send you to western union office at the train station for better rates on money exchange than try to fleece you.

The rooms look like an IKEA showroom. They are of similar quality as well. It was clean overall and we had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room. The air-conditioning kept us nice and cool. The downside is that this place seems to nickel and dime their customers. For example, a small bottle of water cost something like 12 Francs. It was price gauging like I have NEVER witnessed. In their defense, this is on par for the rest of Lucerne, but it just left a bad impression after how much we already paid to stay.

P.S. You can get a huge bottle of water at the train station grocery store for 1 Franc if you're thirsty :-)

A hotel with fantastic views, close to the train station which is such a bonus. Book early or you will miss out. Trains from here will connect you to the rest of Switzerland. Service is very good. We had a small problem with the bathroom tap, but it was sorted straight away. If you have to be really picky, I would say there probably was a tiny lack of attention to detail, but otherwise great stay. Highly recommended.

The Raddison Blu Lucerne was the perfect hotel for our 2 day getaway in Lucerne for one reason: Location, Location, Location! Literally a 5 minute walk from the main train station in Lucerne, this hotel was our life line the first night when we arrived tired and exhausted. The check in process was seamless with an upgrade to a lake facing room and the room was clean with ample space. They had American power adapters, which is always a plus to charge your electronics. The next morning we were able to wake up and do a short day trip because of how close the hotel was to the train station. Since the city is so small it is a reasonable distance from the city center and lake as well. The hotel is also extremely close to the Euroline pickup – which was another plus on our trip.
