This inn has a whole better feel to it. The grounds are impeccable. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Just from coming into the lobby, there was a different feeling over some of the other inns. I really enjoyed my stay, wish it were longer to have experienced more. But that means I will have to visit again.

Had a great weekend stay at this hotel, mostly due to the amazing staff that helped make it great. Jennifer was really polite and great at check in and even more so with helping us giving us recommendations for the area. Kevin was THE best being somebody that you would want at a hotel to have the best help and experience . Big thank you to Christian for being #1 for helping my little niece get better. I look forward to staying here again next time i'm in Austin.

Nice hotel by the airport but you don't really hear any planes or highway. Spacious suites and nice hot breakfast in the morning (texas shape waffles too). Only comment is I could smell my neighbor's dinner as they were cooking it even with my door closed all night. Also, the doors slam shut.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very big and perfect for our family. Breakfast was slightly above average

Nice place, clean, comfortable, full kitchen. Not the friendliest staff. One lady is very nice, but my travel companions encountered two who were not the least bit friendly. Close to airport, but not the greatest location if you are on foot.

Great location! Super easy to get around Austin from this location. Simply jump on Riverside and zip through town. Accommodation were clean and well kept, staff were friendly and helpful, easy and well lit parking. Sparkling clean pool. Nice selection for breakfast and diner bars. Only downside is the high pet fee with this independently owned hotel $75 per pet for a week.

Great hotel and location near Austin-Bergstrom airport. We stayed here overnight before our flight and staff were friendly and efficient - gave us a free upgrade as well which was welcome and unexpected. Room was spacious and clean and well stocked. Quiet and comfortable sleep - would stay again.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly at the front desk. Excellent customer service! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms was great. Very clean and roomy! I would definitely recommend staying here and plan to stay again next time I come to Austin.

The hotel is only about a five to seven min drive to the airport but I got confused leaving the airport coming back here with the gps directions. The double bedroom suite is very spacious with a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two flat screen tvs also. The bathroom is in the bedroom though. This place is great for long stays as they provide dish detergent, plates, silverware, cooking pots, microwave, stove top, and other needed accessories. This was enough room for six people (2 in each bed).

Great hotel! I've been here for about a week so far during a long term stay. Hotel staff is really very nice. Breakfast every morning and free beer and food Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Housekeeping is light touch. Rooms have everything you need for a long stay. Hotel has free to use laundry room.

Great service!!! Rooms were very nice and it included breakfast and supper buffets. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because me nor my fiancee's phone had good reception in the room besides that I would stay there again.

So I called ahead of time to verify some information. I spoke with Front Desk Agent Maria. She was extremely patient and very patient with me. She answered every question I had and great over the phone customer service.

Questions that I had for her:
1. Breakfast hours: M-F 6:30am-9:30am; Sat & Sun 7:30am-10:30am
2. Laundry Room: Complimentary laundry room usage
3. Social Hour: M-T-W from 5:30pm - 7:30pm, complimentary beer and wine.

This place made me feel like I was home in my apartment. Had everything I needed all I had to do was but food. Their breakfast and dinners were really good. They have a mean in the room that tells you what is is ahead of time. I am very pleased with this place and would stay here again.

Quiet, clean, comfortable beds. Guest service is very welcoming. I attempt to choose staybridge wherever I go. I love the continental breakfast varieties, the complimentary dinner/ snack offered Monday to Wednesday evenings, and the kitchenette in the rooms.

Just outside the front door are several different restaurants, one to surely please any picky eater. There is also a large movie theatre just steps away.
The beds... it's like sleeping on a cloud. Not too firm, not too soft. Oh so perfect.
The complimentary breakfast spread is a true banquet!
Nearly every need is answered in detail at Staybridge in south Austin. You may not want to leave.
The one drawback is no hairdryer. Good thing I brought my own!

The room was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and it had everything you would need, even a kitchen area. The room had a full-sized fridge, microwave, sink, some utensils, and even a stove top. The location is good.. 10 min away from the Austin downtown area. One minor gripe was that the water heater was slow, it took more time than expected for the water to heat up in the bathroom sink and the shower. But overall a very comfortable stay and would recommend this place to others visiting the Austin area.

We stayed here twice in the last 10 days with a party of 9 (4 rooms). The first time the shuttle driver was awesome but the front desk agent was awful (night of Dec 8th) - so my original review was going to be 2 stars. He was simply inconvenienced by us and acted irritated that we were checking in. If I hadn't already booked our second stay I would have not returned. We stayed again on Dec 16th, and it was a completely different experience. The staff was friendly and helpful - all of them - and even gave us a 2pm check-out with no problems. Nice, clean place, with a friendly staff except for the one guy - who just needs to find a different job.

Room was fantastic, all the amenities in the room were updated and worked well. The hot breakfast was below average but suited us fine. The staff are very nice and accommodating.

We got for the first time to this hotel chain and it's fantastic! They have the social hour M-T- W from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, where you can enjoy a free complementary dinner's snack and drinks, which include beer and wine. They also have a hot breakfast included. The 2 ladies on the front desk Angy and Haley were very friendly that make you feel welcomed immediately. Welcoming smile and full of information. Since now we will look forward to come and stay to this place in Austin and wherever they have Staybridge Suites.

Always a great stay at Staybridge suites while in Austin. Conveniently located near Austin Bergstrom Airport, 10 minutes away from Circuit of the Americas. Staff is so friendly and makes the stay even better. BBQ grills are available basketball court and swimming pool are great to use.

The rooms are very nice. Location is a little out of the way because it's down a small street, but easily accessible.

Awesome place to stay. Amazing breakfast buffet. Very comfortable beds! Very quiet, did not hear anyone below or beside us. If you are looking for lodging close to downtown yet reasonable pricing, I recommend this location!

We enjoyed our visit. Room was Very clean, people were courteous, met the security guard within 2 minutes of being there. Complimentary breakfast was awesome with a great surprise on the waffles. The set up with pool and basketball courts made it feel more like a resort. We had a pleasant stay. We will be coming back.

Actually a pretty hoppin place! A lot of construction workers stay here, so lots of people. Pool is fun to play in. And hotel hosts free dinners. Nice hotel.

This was more like a studio apartment than a hotel room. Full refrigerator with freezer, as well as a nice kitchen. A quiet hotel moments from the airport. Would definitely stay there again!

Centrally located for maximum enjoyment if you're lucky enough to get a day off on your crazy tour schedule, but also perfect if you're just here for a night and checking out the next morning! Free breakfast, clean and fresh rooms, hot coffee, laundry services, fitness center, helpful staff, it's real nice to have a place like this to relax in before and after your performance!

Always enjoy staying at Staybridge. My company always has us staying there while we are out here working for MotoGP. BBQ grills are great to use and enjoy the outside right in the middle of the building. Nice suites and rooms fit to feel like at home.

We stayed in the Hotel for one night before our flight in a two bedroom suite. The room seemed nice and we slept well. The interior/kitchening feels slightly dated and could use a refresh. The staff is very friendly and corrected a mistake on their end quickly when they forgot to call us a cab.

Kind staff, delicious breakfast, fresh coffee 24/7, evening catering free wine and beer with food. Easy to access by airport. Olivia is the best greeter and driver made me feel welcome to Austin.

We stayed in room 201, which is conveniently located right next to an elevator that opens up on the ground floor right next to a key-card access door. That door opens up to the back parking lot, including three spaces right outside the door. This was super convenient for unloading and leading the luggage from the car, so if you have a lot of bags, go for room 201 (perhaps 101, 301, and 401 too). It's kind of far from the breakfast area and front desk, though; so if you travel light, this may be a less attractive option for you. The staff were friendly, and the room was nice and clean. Plenty of towels. In our room, there were a couple of outlets where the top outlet was controlled by a wall switch, so if it seems like you have a dead outlet, try all the wall switches (some outlets are controlled by switches across the room). The kitchen inside the suite was good, except the stove burner did not get very hot, so bringing something to a boil might be a challenge. The mattress was way too firm for our liking, and my girlfriend even had to go sleep on the couch for the last few hours, because it was too uncomfortable, but we also have a really nice mattress at home, so your results may vary. This is the second time we have stayed at a Staybridge Suites, and we will definitely look for one in the next place we visit. Overall, it is a great option, especially if you have need of a kitchenette.

We stayed here in a suite for a couple of months while looking for a house. The staff is nice and the facility is clean. They have a basketball court which my kids loved. They also have a pool. They serve free breakfast every morning and free dinners Monday through Wednesday. They also have free wifi with no data limits.

This was my first time at a Staybridge Suites, and it's now in my top list of hotels to look for when traveling. The staff here was incredibly helpful and nice, but also efficient (they even provide a board in the lobby with their picks for restaurants and nightlife -- and it was a huge help, and spot on! ). Complimentary breakfast in the lobby is a nice perk, but the suites were big enough with full-size appliances plus a dining table so you could certainly make yourself at home if you were staying awhile! I stayed for a long weekend, and it's a great location to get to everything in Austin. There's in-room coffee, but also a Starbucks right down the street. Definitely close to everything you need. The beds were comfy, the living room and desk perfect for working remotely. Definitely recommend and will return!

First room they gave me someone had smoked in it and the smell was unbearable being a non-smoker, even though all the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. I went back to the desk and got a new room which was nice, quiet, decent breakfast. Great place to stay.

This is an excellent Hotel! The room was gorgeous and much larger than I expected - contained a full kitchen including a garbage disposal and a dishwasher. The extra room w/ a couch, blue ray player and cable are an excellent addition, regardless if you're traveling alone - it's like having your own mini-apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom/dressing area impeccable. The complementary breakfast each morning is a step above the typical traveler's fare w/ fresh fruit and multiple biscuits, oatmeal, bagels and yogurt - not to mention the bottomless coffee - a perfect start to each day. I DEFINITELY recommend this hotel when you come to Austin.

I Stay at this place every month!! I am never disappointed to go back. The rooms are really clean and organized and have some exquisite detailed items. The business area is really great and has 4 computers so you won't have to wait. Swimming pool is nice and also basketball court. Liz is a really nice check-in lady and helps with any problem and she is also really polite. It just a really great clean relaxing place to stay and is well worth the price. Though one thing that can change is the breakfast, switch it up on the weekends because sausage links and eggs just ain't doing it haha. Really great place once again and i highly recommend it for your next time you are looking around.
