Highly recommend. The staff makes you feel like you have known them for years. Very professional and friendly. Responded immediately to the few requests I had. Room and hotel areas were very clean. The continental breakfast definitely needs to be upgraded ( it was all carbs Mon. -Fri.) , this is the only reason I am giving it a 4 instead of 5.

Best weekly rates in the area. Rooms are spacious with full kitchens. Nice out door area with pool and bbq. Fitness center too.

The Staybridge, now Regency, is a decent enough facility, but service was lost in the changeover.

To start with, there was no toilet paper in our room. When my wife called down to the desk this morning there was no answer. When she cane down to the desk at about 5:30 there was nobody there. A person working in the breakfast area seemed annoyed when she asked for toilet paper, which they got her. And, no coffee yet.

We came down later for breakast to find nothing but some sliced cheese on the island where eggs, sausage would usually go. There were some baked products and waffles but a tough breakfast for someone on a low carb diet. Oh, and the waffle batter was too thin. When we asked about that the answer was that it was fine yesterday. ???

I certainly hope this is just a transitional problem. At their room rates service should be at least acceptable.

Excellent facility very clean. Exceeded all expectations with only exception being that the breakfast was not the greatest. But at least there was a free breakfast in general. All things considered, highly recommended!!!

My husband are staying here for an extended period before closing on our house (moving down from the north so it is a real big change), and everyone here has been amazing, helpful, and kind! Complimentary breakfast everyday and dinner mon-fri--plus free laundry machines, pool, hot tub and grills. I really can't say how much we appreciate the help of the staff and how sweet everyone has been. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Am in room 113 the desk chare needs fix but over all i love the place staff is the best. And wood be nice if i had some pots and pans to cook my food

Nice place. We choose here because they have four Tesla chargers. Only one was not blocked from regular cars. I'm glad I was able to use it & get a full charge by morning.

Wonderful place. Friendly staff and awesome house keepers. Great breakfast and they serve dinner Monday threw Wednesday with drinks. My kids do not wont to go home. Great location also

After evacuating our home in Florida, Staybridge became our home away from home for a few days. We enjoyed our stay and found the room to be cozy. Sure, we have stayed in much nicer rooms, but for the price, this room was great. One downside is that the pool is frequented by smokers, so we did not visit the pool. It would be nice if smoking was further away from non-smoking areas.

Great hotel!! Very clean and reasonable rate! We had to leave a day early and they refunded us for that night that we didn't stay!

Nice suite my family and I stayed in. Sunny one of the front desk receptionist was wonderful. My family and I had to be back on the road before 6:00 a.m he made sure we had hot coffee and my young children muffins because breakfast wasn't open until 7:30 a.m. With my husband being in the military I would recommend everyone to this hotel.

Stayed for 3 months after a house fire. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, evening socials during the week, morning breakfast. Overall good experience.

Convenient location, extended motel.Our room (suite) was clean and decorated nicely and spacious. Room had large refridgerator stove,dishes. Hot breakfast was included on room rate which was reasonable.

Checked in a little over an hour ago. Very tired from traveling all day. So far, so good. Great customer service! The rooms are very clean, and comfortable. The hotel decor is very nice as well

Clean rooms. Quiet. The bed was not very comfortable. It was very soft and lumpy and had a dip in the middle. The breakfast was very good.

The breakfast, housekeeping and maintenance staff are definitely doing their jobs. Pool and property were very clean. The breakfast was great.

As far as the front desk staff... The night clerk was really helpful checking me in. He went over everything about the hotel. The morning staff tried to rush me out at 11a. Staff knocked on my door 3 times and called my room twice, sarcastically asking if I were staying another night. I made the clerk aware of my late check-out the first time she called but they continued.

Hotel is furnished and finished well. Night weekend staff are not the most helpful. Breakfast on the weekend starts at 0730. That is a bit late for us, but... Walls are paper thin, fell asleep listening to neighbors action flick and woke up 6 hours later listening to neighbors kids cartoons. Bummer, wish breakfast was earlier...

Place is alright. The pull out sofa is a bag of springs! The food is great though! Love how Monday- Wednesday they serve dinner with free beer and wine.

My stay was wonderful. The rooms were nice and the staff were too. There was a ball team staying when we did and we wanted extend our stay so the manager made a room available for us. We would definitely stay here again

Five star hospitality at a one star price. These folks will go way out of their way to make your stay pleasant.

These are clean rooms, nice amenities, comfortable beds (which is really the important part) and great high speed internet.

You can't pay me enough to stay somewhere else. I just checked in (again) today, and I absolutely love this hotel.
