Had a wonderful stay. The staff was absolutely amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We were only going to stay one night but everything was so nice we booked another night. A plus was the free shuttle rides. Thanks Staybridge, high five!!!

Driver Tristan is an awesome professional and a definite asset to the IHG brand. He is always helpful and professionally aware of anyones needs and always makes a point to render a proper greeting any time you cross him.
Front desk attendant Lydia has such a cheerful and bubbly personality that it makes everyone smile even on rough days. We love her voice and the way she speaks to us.
The kitchen attendants are great Ladies and take obvious pride in what they do. Breakfast always kicks ass!
Management keeps the place in great order and is always clean.

Can I say Veronica was absolutely amazing last night! We left from a horrible experience at Comfort Inn with a sleeping 10 month at 2am with no hotels nearby or in the next 20 mile radius with rooms available. We stopped at Staybridge with no hope of finding anything only to find the awesome experience Veronica provided. She immediately tried to find a room for us and went above and beyond to call a no show customer. She got us a room in 5 minutes and was extremely friendly! Thank you so much for helping us out.

Beautiful place to stay. Everything was very clean. I loved social hour. Dinner was included along with beer, wine and soft drinks. This is my second stay here and I will be going back in two weeks. The staff was awesome and very friendly and accommodating. I loved having a kitchen where I could cook my own food if I chose. It was also nice having a living room separate from the bedroom. It also had counter height table and chairs. We also hung out at the pool and jacuzzi which was nice. If you have fur babies, this hotel is pet friendly.

We have stayed here in the past and enjoyed yet another stay! The people are great staff is nice and the facilities are always clean. I definitely recommend

This is simply the best suite with a kitchen you can imagine. The hotel itself is warm and inviting with high end comforts including a free laundromat.

The daily breakfast is always delicious with a variety of different dishes each day, and a Mon-Wed night light dinner with free beer on tap and good wine.

I'm going back there when I'm back in El Paso.

Friendly staff. Very helpful and polite. In town for my son's tournament. Saw the person who checked us in two days later and she was asking me about how my son was doing in his tournament. Convenient location and good food. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! I stay here every-time I come into El Paso for business. The staff are wonderfully friendly and make sure everything is in order. They even worked with me a bit when I had to cut my trip short due to travel weather concerns. Also, the weeknight happy hour that includes food and all day, fresh (changed regularly!) coffee are huge pluses.

This is the only hotel I stay at when visiting El Paso. The rooms are always clean. The entire staff is always going above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable. I love the breakfast attendant, she is always there going above and beyond to make you feel like you are home.

This is the 4th visit I have had with staybridge El Paso and I just cannot say enough good things about it . We visit my son at the nearby base since he’s been here and stay here every single time because it just gets better each time. It’s conveniently located right off the I -10 fwy and close to shopping malls and lots of restaurants right across the freeway. Each time we visit we travel by car so we travel overnight and get her pretty early morning and I just will call them when I am right outside town to let them know and we can usually get a room right a away they have been very accommodating.The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Rooms are always clean comfy beds . Coffee maker with full kitchens included dishes and pots and pans they have everything you need. Free washer and Dryer use just bring your own soap. Free healthy breakfast with lots of different options and waffles in the shape of TEXAS! How cute is that! Coffee and hot chocolate available 24 hrs a day. FREE beer and wine at the social hour during the week with dinner . Free books and family games and computer use with printer . BBQ grills and a nice outside patio area and pool and spa. Just can’t rave a enough about this place we will be back as long as he is stationed here. So if you are looking for a comfy place to stay with all the above amenities try it you will not be disappointed

Very nice hotel. The view from my room was beautiful at night. Seeing the lights shining from Mexico was quite a sight. The breakfast buffet was nice but about the same as other hotel breakfast. Mon-Wed they serve free dinner which is nice and tasty. Would stay again.

Loved the experience, went to a social event for a club with some friends and the place was very nice and roomy. Staff was great and courteous.

Staybridge is always enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit more sparse than I've experienced at other Staybridge hotels, but it was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Road noise was bothersome being near a highway with a corner room. Pool and hot tub we're outdoors but open even in January.

Rooms were super comfy and clean while being very roomy. I was impressed for my first time staying there. The location is very convenient - near the airport and just off I-10. Recommend this place as the price was great for the quality and size. Staff was also very friendly no matter the hour. Be mindful of all the hotels nearby - don’t get confused on which entrance belongs to this hotel.

Very clean place and nice staff. I stayed here for almost 2 months. Breakfast is never on time. If you work nights you will have to clean the room yourself. Rooms facing the freeway are horrible for a light sleeper because of the noise. Noise from the hallways, cleaning staff talking and other noises are very noticeable in this hotel. The kitchens are adequate but they placed the stove in an awkward position next to the fridge.

I love that there is no fee to use the washer or dryer. Beds are a little firm but comfortable, really soft sheets and blankets. Rooms have a nice layout.

Love accomodations, service and staff. Great suites that can accommodate for a night stay or for long term stay; by yourself or with many in your party. Love the socials and free Laundromat for guest with many washers and dryers that connects to gym. Great outdoor swimming pool and spa. The entire staff makes this place great! My only choice for lodging when in town!

Great rooms with fridge, dishwasher, stove, utensils, plates you name it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice business center and breakfast. Wifi is very good, my room had an access point right under the desk! Been to a lot of hotels abd highly recommend this one.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. Staff is very helpful, offers free breakfast and light meal and beer for supper mon - wed. Pool is heated, hotel rooms are clean, ample parking and affordable rates. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and our 2 boys got their own room and a bed each. They really liked that. We were very satisfied with our stay here.

My family and I made the decision to stay here because of the swimming pool. The set up in the pool area is beautiful. However, the next day we were informed the pool was being cleaned. Two days later it still wasn't up. We did have the option to swim next door at the holiday inn but I wasn't happy with that. Valerie, at the front desk was very helpful in rearranging us a new room for the inconvenience. Then the manager called our room and had pizza delivered. They did the best that they could to make our stay better. It happens, stuff breaks sometimes but they genuinely tried to make it a good stay for us. I appreciate their attempts and patience with me being frustrated about the pool. We will definitely stay here again if ever in El Paso.

We stayed here for the weekend and it was possibly one of the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had.
Our suite was extremely clean and spacious. Every little detail was in place. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice plus. And the service we received was spectacular. I'd recommend it to anyone. Families, and individuals would benefit. And all for a reasonable price

Really nice hotel near the airport. Friendly staff, nice room, and a good breakfast included. A lot like a Candlewood Suites, but nicer and with breakfast. Plenty of good restaurants nearby too, and a free shuttle to the airport.

Always a great and pleasant experience when we stay here. Staff is very accommodating even when they are multitasking (very busy) at the front desk. I don't think I have ever encountered a staff member that does not have a smile on their face. Lulu has gone above and beyond for our family on several occasions to suit our needs. Thank you for being consistent with great customer service!

This a a fantastic hotel. The rooms are amazing and the staff are just the best. I have been in many hotels and this one is definitely among my to 5 recommend hotels to stay at. They have a free shuttle service that works out great.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 months for work. Everything about this hotel was exceptional, from the room to the services. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. A very special thanks to Margy and Diana, the breakfast crew, for always helping start the day right! (And for helping me master that waffle maker!)

The nicest hotel I've stayed at in El passo, clean room, new, everything is fresh, is an apartment style, with dishes, stove and such. Only complaint, is the room will only cool to 73 degrees. Maintenance came and verified its their energy savings. I really disliked that, but the hotel it's self is fine. Maybe I'll stay again in the winter time.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. The previous two times were excellent from the rooms, to the service, and cleanliness. During departure of my previous stay, I decided to sign up to be a rewards member. Upon arrival during the Labor Day weekend, I was denied my reservation due to the fact that I am not 21. I was completely appalled explaining how we've stayed here previous times with no question of age. I had asked if this was a new policy, with the reply that it was not new, and how all hotels in the area were 21 and over. I was in complete disbelief as I had called the previous two times, in less than a year, asking about the check-in age and being informed it was 18. If this was not a new policy, surely all the staff I had asked wouldn't have been consistent in ensuring me the check-in age was 18, and not 21.

My husband and I got a great rate here as active military. It is for friendly and has a great little area for pets to relieve themself. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is good. 3 times a week they have dinner, beer, and wine for free. The staff is amazing and very helpful.

Great place to enjoy and relax. The evening socials feature awesome food. The wine and beer at the socials flow freely and are delicious. The rooms are clean and spacious and feature a full kitchen. I'll be definitely coming back of given another chance.

This has been the best hotel we have stayed in. The receptionist and staff was so helpful and made us feel so welcome. My husband was asking for Mexican restaurants around there and offered the shuttle to take us which we did not know about but was very helpful since my husband had been driving for so many hours and didn't want to drive anymore. Really recommend this place!

Best hotel I have ever stayed with. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Pet friendly there is a fee but its worth it to stay here. There is a hot complimentary breakfast every morning. Monday -Wednesday they serve a light dinner with draft beer and wine. The housekeeper had beds made and towels refreshed. There are so many amenities here. A great extended stay place especially if you are pcsing. The location is near the airport and shopping areas.

My stay went like this:
the pros: asked for late check out as late as 1:30pm and they said it was no problem, very clean rooms, very friendly staff, extremely fast Wi-Fi, cheaper than surrounding hotels (89$), outside pool and hot tub, TV had tons of channels, front desk supplied free tampons and razors, breakfast was amazing and real food and went to 10:30 am and the area felt very clean and sanitary and lots of room so you don't have trouble finding a table, they give u popcorn and good coffee in your room, big room with tubs in bathroom, right off the freeway, Walmart and other shops close by.

Cons: none that I can think of.

Just a happy customer and wanted to let others know what's up. I'll go back again if I get the chance.
