I had dinner with my daughter there, a self-service buffet. It was small but had enough variety to make several dishes. The desk clerk was smiling, courteous & helpful.

This hotel can be pricey but usually goes for as little as $110 per night depending on when you book.

Monday through Wednesday evenings include dinner with drinks with their 'social' nights. Their facilities are plentiful with an indoor pool, gym, laundry room (not coin-operated, just need detergent). Outdoor seating has a fire pit with a nice view overlooking the lake.

The suites include a full refrigerator with freezer, stove top, and cookware/utensils.

Breakfast and dinner choices are fairly healthy with low-carb options.

The staff is friendly and helpful which is such a nice break from the unfriendly service we typically see in Dallas.

Overall an excellent place to stay with nice facilities and great staff.

We love the Staybridge! We stay here everytime we go to Hot Springs. It saves us money because it has the best Breakfast! If you stay on a Monday-Thursday they feed you free Supper which is wonderful. That is a great saving right there. They also have a wine and beer Social with your supper! We stay here every year. Our favorite spot! Thanks for being a great Home away from home! They have Kitchenettes in the room!! Love it!

Lovely. The attention to detail at this hotel exceeds what you might expect from a more expensive hotel: comfortable beds, cozy pillows, all natural bath products, beautiful outdoor seating area with a view of the lake, and a delicious breakfast. Also, the hotel staff (Jason) really goes above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Highly recommend!!!

Very clean and located in a nice spot. It's close to a Harps Grocery store which is great if you plan to utilize the rooms kitchen. Close to Hamilton Lake and about 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Hotel is easy to spot from the road although the entrances are harder to find. The road next to the hotel is busy though noise is minimal. Indoor pool and nice patio for cooking or lounging. Overall we had a great experience here.

We stayed one night at Staybridge on the third floor next to the elevator, the staff was very welcoming. The room was clean except the bathroom was dark and smelled of mildew. Also I noticed that the certificate of operation was expired in the elevator. The best part of our stay was the breakfast, we were surprised at the selection and how good it was. I was also very happy with the coffee.

Loved this place. Fantastic suite, great bed, soft linens, wonderful shower. The best breakfast I've ever enjoyed at a hotel. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Very impressed. We were there Mon thru Thursday morning. The free breakfast was very good. The free reception at night was excellent! We had brats and burgers (wed night) with all of the free beer and wine! We made it out dinner on Monday and Wednesday!

We stay here every time we come to Hot Springs. It is awesome every time. Clean, comfortable, affordable, the staff is always super friendly, and the social hour and breakfast are amazing.

We wanted to stay here for Memorial Day weekend to explore nearby trails and activities, and we found Staybridge Suites to have the best value for the price. Once we got to our room, we we're very happy with our decision. We stayed in a queen room; there was a pull-out couch, but we didn't try using it. The bed wasn't the most comfortable thing for side sleepers, but their pillows were fantastic and made up for it. The staff were friendly and always open to any questions we had - we didn't have any issues and will be back if we come back to Hot Springs!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. I was absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful and the lake view was awesome. I loved it. Worth every penny!!

It was very nice. They offered free breakfast and dinner. They also had heated indoor pool.

This is a great place to get away. Has everything you need all down to the wine and bottle openers. Dishware, dishwasher, everything. Great place if you have family or just for the sweethearts to get a Lil closer. The location is great, great staff, delicious breakfast. The social hour was very nice met some good folks. Free wine and beer during social hour was a plus. Very comfortable spot to enjoy Hot Springs.

Loved the hotel it was much nicer than I realized it would be . We had an apartment suite with a sofa kitchen and separate bedroom.

Really enjoyed our visit. Room was clean and felt like we was at home. Will be visiting again soon.

I only visited the lobby area. Very clean and the ladies that work there are vary nice. Food smelled great seating area was very nice and clean.

Trevor and Kasi were so nice to us! Me and my husband were looking for a place to get away for a few days, the first place we went to was The Baymont, they absolutely refused to let us stay there because we are locals, but at Staybridge heard us out and let us stay with them for a little getaway. They are very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay more pleasant. We will be back and will recommend to anyone who needs a great place to stay.

Trevor and Kasi were awesome. Went to Baymont first and would not let me and my wife have a romantic getaway. Here everyone was nice and wanted my wife and I to have great time. Trevor even asked us if we wanted to have the fire pit going. Forget the other places stay here

Very nice and clean Hotel. Suites are nice and comfy. Kitchenette is well stocked. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to for couples or Family. Rooms are as pictured. No DVD player, they will rent you one. Are you can use the teather room to watch your DVD's.

This hotel is very nice for the price. There is a lot of nice amenities. The theater room was awesome and is open to all that is a guest. If your looking to a nice hotel in hot springs, this is a good choice!

First time to stay at a Staybridge and it was great. It has a great continental breakfast better then most hotels I have stay in. Stay was friendly. Room was clean and best was comfortable. I will stay here again.

Parking is good. Breakfast is amazing. I would stay here again based solely on their breakfast. We had a suit. Wonderful accommodations as far as kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic family friendly place to stay. We booked a 2 room suite. We were pleasantly surprised that there were 2 bathrooms, too. Nice sized living area and small kitchen. Staff was friendly. Our room had a great view of Lake Hamilton.

The location and view of the lake is incredible! The room was nice, clean, and spacious. Slightly older looking but not run down. Staff is friendly and helpful, pool was nice, and bed comfortable.

This is a very nice hotel situated in the southern part of Hot Springs. The rooms are clean, the staff are polite and helpful, and our room had a built-in kitchen, which was pretty great. I would stay here again!

The staff is great. Have had some of the best customer service. They have a great happy hour. There burgers were very good. And they are pet friendly.

Room was nice and clean, although one electrical plug randomly went out which had our main light source (lamp) plugged in it, but not a huge deal really. Nice and clean, big breakfast too.

Nice hotel, staff was attentive and professional. We booked this place partially because of the pool for the kids. The pool was down for our visit but the staff upgraded our room which was a nice gesture. There were a few other minor things but overall very nice hotel.

Good location, good view, great staff. Breakfast was satisfying and rooms were very clean and spacious. We had reserved through hotwire who had messed up our reservation - but the staff were helpful enough to fix everything.

The rooms are really spacious. If I am not mistaken my room, which was sectioned off into 3 rooms, had 3 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, 3 tvs, a stove, microwave, a toaster oven and a full fridge. The breakfast, which is normally served from 6:30 to 9:30 od a bit small but is very high quality. There is an indoor pool and an all day gym included with the breakfast. Ultimately this was one of the best experiences I have had in a while! My only complaint is that it is easy to pass up the entrance.

Best hotel experience ever. I love to critique and usually shop by others reviews. I could not find a single thing wrong. From light dinner and free drinks when we arrived (included) to the amazing breakfast, friendly staff, great views, super comfortable beds, hot shower.... I could go on and on but we will go back just to stay there again. I cannot say enough good about this place. Also indoor pool, home theater, awesome patio with grills and fire pit. We stayed at the red roof inn last time and were afraid this might be like that awful experience, but it was completely opposite and we have found our forever hotel!

We had a two bedroom suite. The suite was great abs the price was great. A couple of small things, no hair dryer or kleenex tissue bugged me. Also, they seemed to be short handed at the front desk.

Rooms are very, very nice. The view from every direction is beautiful, and it's relatively close to just about anything you'd want to do in Hot Springs. The staff is also super polite.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying there and it was nice and peaceful. The staff spoke to us and asked us our plans and even gave suggestions. Breakfast was nice, but I wish there was bacon, lol!!! We will stay there again. Awesome place!

Just had a wonderful customer service experience with the manager. She went above and beyond to make sure our issue was taken care of. The hotel is very clean and well kept. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Very nice hotel. Super clean and convenient. On top of a hill with lake views all around. Rooms/suites were large and well appointed. Anything you could want for breakfast. Extremely nice gym for a hotel. Multiple ellipticals and full set of dumbbells. Will be back for sure.

Out of all of the hotels that I've stayed at which is quite a few because I travel a lot this is one of the best very very best of any IHG brand Hotels I have ever had the pleasure of resting my head on their soft comfortable pillows

This hotel is located on Lake Hamilton which gives you great access to many of the activities at the lake and Hot Springs National Park. The hotel is clean but older. Upon arrival the door to the small closet in the room was broken. The bathroom door had an issue that made it hard to open and close. The room was clean and the bed pretty comfortable. The mini-kitchen was very nice with the large fridge, microwave and stove top but it would have been a neat addition to have a small toaster oven. There were some pots and pans and other kitchen utensils. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

I want to give a special thank you to Myra for taking such good care of my daughter and son in law by ensuring they were relocated and settled after the fire this morning. They were originally sent to HIE, where they were told their room would be comped. Upon arrival, HIE tried to charge them the full rate. My daughter came back to you guys in tears, and you made sure they were appropriately received by Candlewood. We are Aspire Elite Reward members, and we've always loved Staybridge. This Is just one of many reasons why. Thank you!!!

Nice room but breakfast food choices were better at other staybridge locations. Others had tasty ham instead of sweaty sausage patties. Elavator also really slow.

I wouldn't say this is one of the best hotels in the IHG chain. The room felt outdated and the prices were high for what it is.

Clean, friendly staff. We just stayed for a week whilst visiting friends in hot springs. We were not expecting anything but a basic hotel. While not fancy good value for money. About 15 minutes from downtown, there are restaurants and shopping close. Will stay again if we are back this way.

Clean and comfortable, great location. Unfortunately, we were put in a room just off the lobby where a group played cards (loudly!) until late into the night. Any other room would have been fine.

We stayed at the Staybridge suites in Hot Springs Ark for Labor Day week 8/31/14-9/3/14.The room was very comfortable,very clean,and very ,very nice.The Staff was soooooo AWESOME!!!!!! The Breakfast was a Little cold,but the crew warm it up for us.Our views over looking the lake from our room was breath taking.If you go to Hot Springs Ark. You MUST stay @ this hotel.Everyone was so friendly.

I don't do reviews often or easily but this is one wonderful stay. Five stars easily for the staff, room, beds, area, breakfasts (Tues, Wed, Thurs there was great free supers too!) and free laundry! How can this be beat? I've traveled all over the country for over forty years and never had such a wonderful stay! Thank you to the staff and owners. I'll be hoping you don't change a thing!
