It is the best hotel in the area. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Everything in the room is brand new and working properly. No smell whatsoever in the hotel.they offer delicious breakfast in the morning. It was the one of the best experience i have ever had. I will definitely go back if i ever come to Houston again.

Only stayed one night for graduation. We had one small issue an they were able to quickly help resolve the issue. Great room, very clean, nice pool area. Breakfast was ok.

I had an excellent stay here, the staff was great the rooms were clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast buffet was a perfect way to start the morning off. Great deal for the price, I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful decor (inside and out), friendly staff, great amenities. Convenient to IAH, with easy freeway access. Room was a little smaller and more cramped than other similar properties I've visited recently, but has all you'd probably need inside to make it a home away from home - full-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishes, dishwasher, oven/stove, etc.

Wow, I loved this hotel!
My wife reserved the room, we usually stay in the strip right outside IAH but this was a better deal and after staying here much nicer!
It is really only about 2 minutes more drive to airport so worth saving the money for nicer room, full size fridge in a complete kitchen so you save money if your staying there a few days travelling also instead of eating out. The bed was super comfortable.
My only complaint was it took forever for water to heat up in shower so I had to stand there for a while waiting and its only shower no tub so no relaxing in a tub if you had a long trip. But some people don't like hotel tubs anyways so that's personal choice.

This hotel is the ONLY hotel that I ever liked. Such nice comfortable rooms for good prices. Breakfast was delicious. I didn’t want to leave neither did my family so we decided to stay an extra day that’s how much we loved it. I felt at home. Employees were really kind and sweet. Will be staying here every time I come to Houston.

Bomb breakfast! Cute and spacious rooms. The bed was comfy but the pillows were too soft, my head fell right through. Overall great experience

If I could give this hotel an 8-10 star out of 5 I would. The room was a really nice kitchenette. It is well lit outside, I looked out the window after a nap and thought it was daylight still. The lobby area has a social hour with burgers and hotdogs. The staff is friendly and it is very clean. I didn’t have to use the shuttle so I can’t comment on that but this hotel is worth every penny!

Comfortable accommodations. The room provided amenities beyond my expectations. Breakfast was fantastic!! Pleasantly suprised by our stay and it was dog friendly.

By far one of the best hotel bargains in the area. Great service, comfortable beds, and affordable! On MTW they also serve Free dinner with wine and beer! How can you beat that? The location is good to, within 3 miles of Bush IAH Airport and right of the beltline, Sam Houston tollway, loop 8.

Amazing rooms, great layout, comfortable bed, big closet, and a kitchen which is a HUGE plus for people like me who prefer to cook their own food. The kitchen amenities are actually pretty darn upscale and quality.

After staying here for 2 months, I can with certainty say that the staff here and some of the most friendly and accommodating people. They even worked out a cleaning schedule with me because of the dogs. If I had one complaint, I wish they served biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

Very clean cheap rooms with alot of things it's like a mini house the bathroom is big and the breakfast was great the pool is not available during winter

They didn't have our room ready ..and the bed wasn't clean.. And the couch wasn't any better... They came to change the sheets but I was upset that they didn't already have this done and the cleaning Staff that was on our floor at the time was very rude .... Only thing that was OK about the stay was the fire pit, the common area in the lobby and the kitchenette in the room. Stay at your own risk... But I know I won't be returning

This hotel is like new. My room smells rico. And breakfast- dinner 7 days. A pool and concierge.

Only stayed one night, less than 8 hours in total actually. Just stayed for a flight in the morning Checking in was easy, price was reasonable and the room was nice. Be careful about the airport shuttle though! We were under the understanding that we would be able to ride it in the morning to get to the airport for our flight, but turns out the shuttle didn't start running until late morning!

Very comfy and nice room and love the kitchenette, has everything for you to cook ,just bring food and free continental breakfast

Stay bridge suites
Some good things about this place. Mon thru Wed comp mini dinner and drinks. Not bad but not much selection. Place is new and just off I8. Get Holiday
Inn points, comfortable bed and have kitchenette. Decent size mini suite. Service good.
Bad things: horrible internet, hard to connect and slowwwww even at midnight. thin walls and ceilings so can hear all the neighbors. The area is bad with no immediate restaurants , bars, etc
With bad internet, cant give them more then a 3 star rating

Like: clean room, free dinner on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Decent size fitness room with modern equipment. Hotel location easy to find. Near I-10 highway but not too noisy. Plenty of free parking. Dislike: slow check-in, dinner options could be more healthy, confusing Wi-Fi SSD making convention.

Three disappointments with this property: First, the dead roach on top of the bed upon arrival; second, the housekeeping disruption in the morning despite the "do not disturb" sign being set; third, the staff's casual dismissal of both issues. IHG Platinum member.

Its great. Rooms are quet. Employees were super friendly and helpful. I just hate the side roads getting to the hotel. They are torn up bad. Other than that i love staying at this hotel.

Very pleasant staff. Clean rooms. They were very helpful and understanding knowing we were visiting a very sick relative in the hospital. They accommodated us with a late check out due to the delay in surgery. My highest regards for their compassion.

Above average accommodations for the price. With an extended stay I was wary, but Staybridge was a perfect location for study, working out, and sleeping. The kitchen is serviceable as well. The light touch cleaning kept me tidy as well. Provided me a stress free environment.

The Staybridge was very clean and comfortable. Our room had a couch and a full sized fridge. The bed was nice and had very soft, fluffy pillows. Breakfast was limited but tasty, with eggs, bacon, oatmeal, waffles, baked goods, and fruit. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed because we had a 10 hr layover in Houston before an international flight. We checked in at 6 am, enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and had a great nap on the very comfortable beds, had a nice shower before using the free shuttle back to the airport. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I can truly recommend this hotel. Would stay again.
