The stay was great, the suite was perfect for our family because we had 2 families and having the connectioning living room and kitchen was perfect! My daughter loved the swimming pool and the temperature was just right.

A clean, spacious suite at a value rate makes Staybridge an easy decision for future travel.

Our room had a few minor problems which gave their wonderful and helpful staff an opportunity to show how much they care. We checked in in time for a quick meal at the social.
Our grand kids loved the pool and we loved the two bedrooms.

Not happy with the late checkout. I usually am granted a 1 pm late checkout being a spire elite. Best they could do was noon..not real good when you work at night. I expected more from staybridge, but holiday inn express treats me better in this regard. Hotel is nice, staff nice, good location.

My husband and I only stayed one night. The room was very nice with a clean kitchenette and living area. The hot breakfast was also very nice with a nice atmosphere and eating area. Staff was pleasantly welcoming.

Looking at the picture you would think the quality of your room would be way better than when you actually check in. My family and I walked in the room and were very disappointed. It seems like they got the furniture from a flea market. It’s bad when you question sitting on the faded couches and when you do, you sink in. The tub had broken stopper and it was nasty. At about 5pm I asked the front desk about getting the trash taken out and getting towels and she had confidence in the cleaning staff that they didn’t get to me yet. I called back at about 8:30pm and she ended up coming to take out the trash herself and bringing us towels. My kids wanted to swim but didn’t want to because a couple poolside in regular clothes doing inappropriate stuff. not even trying to swim. This didn’t feel like an IHG experience, but felt like a Motel 6 experience.

My room looked run down a bit and could use some upkeep. For example, my door was very hard to push/pull open. The breakfast was good. The staff was great. Check in was quick.

If you're in the Jackson area for an extended stay for the medical center, consider this place. The southern hospitality is worth the experience. The staff were accommodating. This is my second time within two years to experience a clean and comfortable room.

The hotel room was big and nice but the dishes in the cabinets were not clean at all. They had mold growing in them. Also the fitness center was very lacking having no weights at all.

Rooms and whole hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Large breakfast. Great place to stay, right off of a main area of commerce in Jackson/Ridgeland. I would definitely stay again, and recommended to a friend and family member.

Nice pool and rooms with separate living room and kitchenette. Dishwashers, breakfast is good and dinners 3 nights of the week. Our room gets cleaned later in the afternoon and we've had to ask for toilet paper a couple of times, but other than that it's been nice. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Clean but well used. Pool is nice and the gas grill station is a nice touch. Breakfast is OK nice variety. They have Beer Wine and Food on Monday Tuesday Wednesday nights 5:30 to 7:30 It's complementary, it's OK as well. STAFF is helpful and nice. Lots of other food options near by.

My wife and I are traveling cross country and have been staying in several hotels..we came across Staybridge in Ridgeland MS..They are by far the best..Friendliest staff that makes you feel right at home..Acommodations are great..clean and comfortable. Nice! Very clean and updated hotel. Breakfast was yummy! The front desk lady Cameron had a great attitude which helped me choose this hotel just by how she was over the phone

Perfect place to stay. Employees is very productive and professional. The breakfast staff Gigi and Annie is exceptional. I would definitely visit there again.

Three two cockroaches kind of ruined it right away. One on the kitchen at floor and the other in the bathroom floor. At least they were dead. The breakfast was good and the staff were very nice.

For a Hilton not impressed rooms have been refurbished not up to what I would expect a Hilton to be. Breakfast was no better than an embassy suites or a Hilton garden inn at $14.50. Not worth it The staff friendly and the lobby nice

What can I say. This place is awesome. Super clean and a great place to stay. The beds are super comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Loved the nightly dinners. My one complaint is that the main entry door to my room was very very hard to close. And the bathroom door would not close at all. Had to lean up against it while using the bathroom.

Enjoyed the exterior of the building...in the front and the back. Enjoyed entering the room for the first time. It was waaay better than I expected. Initially I felt like I was the first person to ever stay in this room. I liked the way the room was decorated, it was clean and I felt that the kitchen designers thought of everything that makes you feel like home. We took advantage of the Fitness Center as well as the free Laundry room. You may save money buy bringing your own laundry detergent or making a quick run to Target or Walmart. Was glad to get back home! :-)

Room # was 233. Reasons we did not enjoy our stay are the bathroom and pillow cases were dirty. The bathroom door was too long and scraping the floor. It was loud and very hard to try to lift the door while closing it. One of the dresser drawers would stay closed and was a hazard for our younger kids to run into. Also there was no sink stopper for me to fill up the sink to hand wash a few kids cups. There was a dishwasher but with an overnight stay I didn't have enough to run a load.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean. Pool was great. Enjoyed our stay!

To be able to eat a meal fit for royalty on a commoners income was truly an amazing experience. The environment is inviting and vibrant filled with passion of art blended with exquisite taste in food.

Nice enough. Clean rooms. Free food and drinks Tuesday through Thursday night. Won't be staying here anymore though because the internet connection is absolutely horrible, I need a fast enough connection for Skype. I was getting .2 mbps at 1 in the morning. That's not even dial up speeds.

Went down to Jackson to see John Prine. Hit this on Priceline for a really cheap rate. No big deal, just needed a clean room to sleep the night, no hanging out. The place is meh. Clean enough that it was fine to sleep here, but the service was weak, the rooms have a lot of crap jammed in them and feel crowded. I suppose if you needed a cheap place to stay for a week or so, i would be nice having the kitchen. But, for an overnight I would never pick this place. Put my wife and youngest daughter up at the Embassy in Jackson (Ridgeland) a couple weeks ago and they loved their suite there. I rated it fair-poor. TO be fair, it was entirely fair, not poor. If it had been poor, I would have backed out the credit card and walked away. I inspected the room before we unpacked anything and it was, well, fair.

The hotel is nice. Clean . Well kepted up. It makes you feel like your home. The breakfast is hot and great .
