Would have been 5 stars but the hotel is under renovations right now and a couple of the amenities are unavailable. Great staff and nice newly renovated rooms.

FYI, I was only visiting friends who were staying here. This place is currently under construction so there's some storage units taking up some of the parking and some things (fixtures, painting, etc) inside are not finished. With that said, the remodeled room my friends were in in was lovely. Had a living room/kitchen combo with a separate room with bed and bathroom. Huge TV. Large fridge. I'd stay here if I didn't live in the area. I also hear there's a nice breakfast!

It was so great to be able to stay at such a nice hotel the night before leaving on a week long trip. The staff was thoughtful and the room was roomy with a kitchenette.They let us leave the car in the parking lot which saved us some money not to have to park at the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a good stay at staybridge. Clean and responsive staff. Though they could improve their breakfast buffet.

Even though it was under renovation the staff was helpful the breakfast was great and we we're not disturbed during our trip!

They were very accommodating. Even though we did not know renovations were being done, they went over and beyond our expectations. They gave us a small discount for the inconvenience. We were stayed in a totally brand new suite. Unfortunately, the washroom sink kept clogging. Anthony the Chief architect, checked it out the following day and tried to fix it. Unfortunately, he couldn’t fix it and to our surprise Anthony upgraded us from a 1 bedroom 2 bed suite to a 2 bedroom suite for the inconvenience and to top it off he even pulled out one of the bbq that we really enjoyed on our last stay but because of the renovations was off limits so that we could use it. Staybridge Portland airport is by far the only and one of the first place we look forward to coming back to again. We would like to thank the team there at staybridge and Anthony. And we look forward to coming back to the newly renovated hotel by Hilton

Regardless of the events which we thought would have made our stay horrible, we ended up enjoying our stay much more than the last time we were there.

Oh and the newly renovated rooms look awesome!

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Currently they are renovated their first floor. However, there is no noise at all if you stay at 2nd and 3rd floor. Great breakfast. Will definitely check in next time when we visit Portland.

There was a lot of construction going on but the hotel overall was nice. It was just very inconvenient when they shut down the elevator

This place is under major renovations currently. no pool, no fitness center, no laundry facility and the parking lot is littered with construction materials taking up. Most of the reasons you'd even come to a hotel like this. Rooms are on the small side. They claim the price reflects the current inconveniences but it was still more than $100 a night so that reflection is pretty weak.

I was at this location about a week ago. Lots of construction going on on the lower floor. After all the work is complete this will be a 5-star Motel

My stay was okay. Clean rooms. Room service was respectful of my belongings and did a good job cleaning while out. Breakfast wasn't the best. And ground level was under construction at the time so parking was scarce

This place is awesome! Had a great stay. They provide free beer in the afternoon for their guests.

Excellent customer service from the entire staff. Rooms were very clean and roomy. Bed comfortable and I never was disturbed by any noise! Great place! I will be back!

We only stayed for a night, but what little time we spent was pleasant. The social food idea was neat. They did the best they could with construction going on.

Staybridge Suites in Portland offers a great place to stay when visiting the Portland area. This location is in a prime location, with many places to see and visit near by. Location is in close proximity to Portland International Airport. Place is modern, and the rooms are very roomy and offer full kitchens. I will definitely be returning on my

We checked in for a one night stay. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Accommodations were very comfortable for my wife and I. The location is near the airport mall. Great for shopping. We enjoyed a quiet restful sleep which is what we needed before a long flight to Asia. Thanks for the great hospitality Staybridge Suites!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Huge clean rooms with a great little kitchen. Amazing amenities including free huge breakfast every day and even free drinks and dinner several nights a week. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Love this hotel!!! It's super pretty on the inside and provide great service. Got upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite so I love it even more. Will definitely stay at Staybridge Suites again.

It was wonderful! They up graded our room and everything was very clean and cozy. Rooms were very spacious, pool area was fantastic. Helpful and friendly staff, we will definitely be back :)

Room packed with amenities like kitchen and full sized fridge, giving little space for luggage. Front desk staff helpful with tips on riding Max into town (get the affordable 1 day pass). Free shuttle to Max station. Social Hour complimentary dinners on Mon, Tue, Wed nights a nice surprise. Fast food a short walk away.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was better than most I've had. The room was very well stocked.

Lovely suite. Very roomy. Nice kitchenette.

Suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Room also has a kitchen and there are outdoor grills for cooking. Great for extended stays. Very close to airport and pretty close to down town. Also very close to the light rail system for trips into the city if you don't want to drive. Lastly, free buffet breakfast.

Staffs are very helpful and always have a smile in their face. They help me to resolve the card issue with no hesitation. I prefer this to others to experience the friendly environment. Shoutout to Heather from the front desk.

I've stayed at many staybridges around the country & they're all quite consistent - good. What makes a place greater than good is the staff and the staff at this place was awesome! Long story short my wife & I were on vacation and she had serious accident involving ER then follow up 5 days later etc... The staff at this hotel did wayuuy above and beyond to help us during tough time for which we are so grateful for! Mahalo staybridge PDX

Friendly, great location. Staff is awesome and the hotel is in good shape but renovations are planned soon so call ahead. Shuttle service and free breakfast. Lot of trees around it and birds chirping but not annoying. And did I mention the staff was great....

Just off Airport Way. This is a beautiful hotel, well apportioned, incredible breakfast, indoor pool, a small snack shop in the lobby. I would definitely recommend that you stay here.

The rooms were nice and larger than expected. The wifi was slow for two devices. It was quiet. The breakfast didn't open until 630 for a place near the airport. There was fruit.

Pretty shabby for a "3 star" hotel. Room smelled of air freshener to the point of asphyxiation. Price quoted apparently didn't include over twenty dollars of taxes.

A realy decent hotel, breakfast every morning starting at 0630 Mon-Friday and 0730 sat and sun . Dinner Monday-Wed at 1830. Kitchen with pots, pans, and silverwear and dishwasher. Lots of TV chanels, DVD player if you care to rent a movie either from the front desk or maybe hear some music. 1 dolar tabs for laundry which is located in the gym, and the washer dryers are free. They even have social hours Mon-Friday with wine or beer. And the shuttle runs after 7am around 5 miles to your choice of destination or to the airport up to 1am. Realy a good home away from home.

We stayed here overnight to facilitate a long PDX layover. It was clean, comfortable, and close to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff, from the front desk, to housekeeping to the maintenance guy, have all just been amazing. The room was perfect for our needs for the week. Would recommend for sure.

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean but slightly dated. Some renovations are needed at this hotel but everything else was excellent

Great location and the staff was wonderful and accommodating to my family and new born. The rooms were a little dated but every rhing was clean and tidy. I will be staying there again for sure.

Front desk staff were kind and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great the first day. I was annoyed that I had booked a flight back home too early to get breakfast the second morning, however, they had that covered! They gave us a "to go" bag with a juice, bagel, cream cheese and yogurt! The shuttle was clean and the driver was pleasant as well. I am a self proclaimed hotel snob, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Simple place in terms of the room but surprisingly open and pleasant overall. Standard free breakfast, fridge in the room and Wi-Fi, clean and comfortable.

excellent service by the front desk.. only complaint is breakfast is strangely non Vegetarian friendly..and the girl who works there is not that friendly. eggs get mixed up with ham and you don't get a choice in the matter. first place I have ever seen do that...

The rooms were amazing. Gorgeous, clean, full size kitchen complete with cooking utensils and pots and pans. The bathroom was huge, and came with a full linen closet complete with iron and ironing board. The beds were the comfiest I have ever experienced, and the sheets were clean. Feather pillows and a chesterfield sofa just in case. Amazing quality for the price. The free breakfast buffet was delicious, but get there early to get things fresh. My only complaint being that we told the front desk we would possibly he staying two nights and the clerk said that was fine and that they would hold the room for two nights just in case, the morning after the first night we came down to the desk to let them know we were staying another night and they had already checked our room out to someone else and prompted us to leave. We were stuck in the parking lot looking for another hotel while we tried to pack our stuff. The staff was friendly, but gave us no warning about having to leave.

Would stay again if ever the chance arose, though.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was quite roomy and pleasant. Front desk and housekeeping were nice. The hotel itself was very close to the freeway, making it convenient to travel to downtown!

Every member of the staff at this hotel are amazing! They really made the stay. From the courteous and professional front desk staff, to the hardworking housekeepers, the engineers that keep it all humming! The food at the social events they have in their great room is awesome too!

Excellent! Of all the many hotels I've stayed for business travel, this hotel is absolutely the best all around. Customer service, cleanliness, breakfast buffet, ambience, exceptionally comfortable bed, complimentary washer/dryer, fitness center, pool - even the shower head. I wouldn't stay any other place else in the Portland area and have advised my corporate office of this hotel's excellence.

We just returned from a 4 night stay here. We were in town for a convention and really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable and the staff great. If they were to change anything to make it even greater would be to serve the hospitality dinner all the time not just Tue-Thur. and to serve breakfast earlier on weekends. Other than those it was great.
