From start to finish, my experience at the Singapore Ritz was absolutely flawlessly executed.

This property provided one of the highest levels of customer service that I have ever experienced at a Ritz property.

I knew I was in the right place when the staff offered to pack me a "to go" breakfast for my flight early next morning.

Almost as important as the service, were the views. Absolutely stunning! Recommend getting a marina view on a high floor. It's worth it!

We did the Sunday Brunch with free flow Champagne. Highly recommended.
Everything was sensational, service food and drinks were all top notch. Really loved all the options and different cuisines. Eggs Benedict with lobster is divine. Only down fall was the Latte and Cappuccino needs some work and the Smashed Avocado was missing.

BEST HOTEL IN SG! The thing I love about this hotel is the staff. They are so polite and friendly, they are really helpful and always with a smile. The view is amazing even if it is facing the other side of Singapore. The pool is nice and the breakfast buffet is the best of the best. I really recommend you to try waffle with ice cream. You'll thank me later. Oh ya, and I got a box of tasty chocolates in the room. And the room is huge! Bigger than an average 5 star hotel room.

Afternoon tea at the Ritz Carlton was very good. The atmosphere was great, the food was nice, friendly and attentive staff. There was a good selection of bakery items.

It is more of an adult outing I will say, young kids wouldn't fit so well. You can try but it won't be so enjoyable for them and consequently for you. If you have to go as a family, I will suggest taking 10 years olds and up.

It is wheelchair friendly. Overall a really good experience, I will definitely recommend it for adult events (dates, birthdays, anniversaries etc).

The Colony is perhaps my favourite buffet place in Singapore. Been there over a dozen times (if we include the days when they were the Greenhouse) and still loving every minute when I'm there. Lovely ambience, even lovelier staffs... All that added to the quality of the food makes that golden pricetag (yes, it is on the high side) feel justified and worth it. Personally i prefer the lunch as the afternoon sunlight just makes the entire experience that much more pleasant, but the cozy dinner there is definitely worth a second, or even third, visit!

We had lunch at Colony, Ritz-Carlton's restaurant. The buffet spread was expansive enough to satisfy even the most demanding of diners.
The service staff are pleasant and observant enough to anticipate your needs and requirements, sometimes even before you make the request.

Had a meal at the restaurant -Colony, to celebrate my mother's birthday. Food was great, there was a wide selection of food and the dessert was amazing! Service from the staff was excellent as well! They were prompt in ensuring that the glasses were filled, and empty plates were being cleared. Definitely worth recommending!

Went for dinner at the colony. The food at the restaurant was really fresh especially their oysters and salmon sashimi. However, the varieties weren't that great. It seemed like for the price there should be a larger selection of food. The service however was impeccable. I really loved the environment and service staffs. They even sang my girlfriend a birthday song Along with a chocolate cake. Great place to have a dinner.

Stayed in the Ritz Carlton for a night and took the room facing the Marina Reservoir. The view was simply awesome. The room was v big and the bathroom was simply out of this world. The bathroom is designed such that when relaxing in the bathtub, you can enjoy the view of the Reservoir. The breakfast was excellent too with a very wide spread of food. Check in was fast and I have nothing but priase for Ritz Carlton!

A very elegant hotel. Welcomed by the very professional staff when entering the main lobby. Had a meeting at Summer Pavilion. Lunch was awesome - high quality soup, and the White fungus dessert was really refreshing. Price was definitely not cheap but you get the best quality!

Simply brilliant staff and a very nice hotel. We had an issue with noise due to a wedding party but the hotel staff very immediately onto it and the response was superb. Food is stunning and the presentation first class. Would go back there in a NY minute...well done to all the staff we met.

You could think that the brand speaks for itself. Amazing rooms, location, the views at the bay even better, but what really made our stay unforgettable was the level of service we received! Had an awesome buffet dinner in this hotel. The food spread is crazy and yummy. Three kinds of raw oysters to choose from. Best one was from New Zealand as it was fresh and creamy. The only thing I like the restaurant to improve is to add more flavours to the icream menu. Anyway, it was an excellent buffet dinner.

Location is great, hotel is pretty good as well but they don't let you accumulate points for the stay which sucks! I get it that a lot of people on work trip go there but you still get business because they choose you. Breakfast buffet gets boring after 2 days. Need more variety for people who stay longer.

Was at the Colony on 1 May 18 to celebrate my friend birthday. The ambiance of the restaurant is good. The food spread was superb range from local delights like chicken rice, nonya kuehs and dumdum to international spreads. My favourite is the salad bar and dessert sections. Staff are very attentive and my friend was given a small birthday cake during the dine in. We really enjoyed the food there. Hope to come back as we have yet to try all the food there.

The hotel lobby and restaurant looks very well maintained. Went to the Colony to have a high tea, to be precise the tea set is called 'The Journey'. Wait staffs were very detailed, they first introduce the itinerary of the tea set. Then they explained each dish as they were served. The restaurant is evenly lit with natural sunlight, making photographing a joy.

Fantastic hotel. Wonderful staff. Beautifully decorated room with huge bathroom. It was a wonderful experience and stay.

Everything about this hotel was amazing all the way from the food to the amazing views. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful in anyway, but there were two things that weren’t so good. 1 being that a bathroom smelt like cigarettes and 2 being when we were eating breakfast the cleaning lady, started to vacume around our table. But over all it is an amazing hotel and I would recommend staying here

Amazing hotel. Absolutely perfect in so many ways: especially love the rooms and luxurious bathrooms with fantastic view; absolutely professional staff; but, just a little to ostentatious for a relaxing holiday. Great location and amenities for business guests.

A luxurious destination in Singapore, you do get what you pay for. The rooms are large sized (for Singapore), well furnished with all the things you expect. The room, and elevator area windows, have an amazing views. As you might expect, the staff is exceptional. If you need anything (like less than $14 water in your room) Marina Square is a five min walk away.

A great view for every room - either from the bed or the bath. Bed was comfortable. Availability of buckwheat pillows is a big plus. Club lounge is fabulous - good food (omelette, waffles, and onion soup were my favourites) and good range of wines, champagnes, and teas round the clock.

The Ritz-Carlton is an elegant and beautiful hotel set in the heart of Singapore. It is close to the civic district with a great view overlooking the waters of the Marina bay area. I had a pleasant and relaxed evening spent with friends after a fun day and I would recommend the hotel to anyone who appreciates the finer things in life.

We went to the Friday night buffet. It was fantastic! The venue had a very luxurious feel to it. The food was amazing. So much choice and the quality was brilliant. But what made it an extra special evening was the wonderful staff. Very attentive. Best serviced in Singapore. Thank you.

We had high tea here and it was fab. There is no information anywhere about how it works though so it's quite confusing which is why I only gave it 4 stars - we spent some time wondering what was going on and which course was what. You get a little slice of beef with sweet potato to start which they call main course and it goes on from there. Tea is considered a course. They finish with a cookie cart, so make sure you're hungry when you get there!

Nice hotel, but older. Service was high quality, but there was an odd odour near the stairwell at the end of the hall on my floor. Thankfully, it was not noticeable in my room.

I had buffet lunch at The Colony. Seafood was fresh, with a wide vareity of cooked food. Cooked food was well prepared. The cold drinks was a little diluted as the ice has melted, leaving a layer of water on top.

That's a excellent 5 star hotel with a great atmosphere and with a river view and parts of the town centre. The breakfast is huge and delicious. I must say the waffle is great.

Best Hotel I've been to by far. Really friendly staff, really good facilities. Rooms are out of this world comfortable. Wouldn't recommend any other Hotel, but obviously is also pretty expensive, however it's worth it.

Went to the Colony for buffet dinner. I have to say first that the overall look and feel of the hotel is very posh ( and I mean that in a good way). The service staff present themselves very well and we're very attentive and helpful. The colony had a wide range of food to enjoy as well and the quality is very good.

Great service, convenient location, big rooms. Especially love their big bathroom and the separate bathtub and showers. Marina bay facing rooms have amazing views.

Our third visit to Ritz-Carlton and every time we are blown away! We came this year for our first wedding anniversary and as usual were treated like royalty. The room was perfect and clean, bathroom incredible, and the views of the marina are amazing (well worth the money!) Buffet breakfast is vast and high quality, and I cannot express just how amazing the staff and the building are. If I could give 6 stars I would.

The location is excellent as it is right in the city centre. It is near a lot of shopping malls and plenty of public transport options. The rooms are beautiful! Service is excellent!

Came here for the dinner buffet at colony and the food was amazing. Seafood was very fresh and sweet and salty at the same time. Best part was the shells were opened for you so no effort required to peel the crab shell off by yourself. Every dish tasted great. Ambience was classy and cozy. Service of staff was perfect. 10/10. Tops all the buffet I’ve been to.

This hotel is full of little details and surprises!
The rooms are very spacious and clean, te food is great and the restaurant is very pretty! There is not a lot of crowd (like most of the other hotels in Singapur) and everything seems to be really new or taken care of.

Service is really good and the people that work here are really really nice and always smiling and willing to help you!

I wished we could have at least 2 different beverages for our afternoon tea at the same price. Nevertheless the foods are delicious and the waiting staffs were excellent (esp. the one that attempted to speak hokkien to my grandmother to explain the foods)

Great ballroom. Possibly the largest ballroom that can accommodate the most number of people with an unobstructed view of the stage. Food for the wedding I attended was excellent and the event went off without a hitch.

My Junior College prom was held there. The ballroom was large and spacious and we'll decorated. The food served was good tasting, but the portions could have been bigger. Overall I enjoyed myself.

Could be eaaily found next to marina square, went over there for the buffet lunch, had a really good food, ice cream was fantastic. Waiters were friendly, would rate this place a good 8/10

I like that Ritz Carlton is a family friendly hotel where they provide play rooms for children. Their rooms are spacious and big enough for a family of four. Their location is awesome. We can travel freely without a car as it is right smack in between Marian square and suntec city.

Had dinner at Summer Pavillion. All the staff from the drop-off point to the restaurant were helpful and friendly, directing me where I needed to go. The dinner itself was fantastic, the Peking duck was to die for.

The new pool renovations and spa refurbishment were long overdue but now match the rest of this hotel. Only niggle is wifi isn't too great at the far end of the pool deck. (First world problems)

Room was clean, comfortable and beautiful. We had the Marina Bay view room which oversees the whole marina landscape and it was so beautiful. We were lucky to be able to see the ndp rehearsals from our room too since it was overlooking the floating platform. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The overall experience was a super pleasant one and absolutely wonderful staycation choice.

Attended a wedding lunch banquet. The food was unsatisfactory and not to standard. Only the soup is supreme. I suppose the other hospitality aspects should be fine, though.

When arriving at the hotel, we were swiftly escorted to reception for a speedy check-in. We had asked for connecting rooms with our kids but these were not available in the room type we had booked. No problem - the upgrade fee was waived and we were shown to our 9th floor rooms.

They were fabulous. Spacious with great views over Marina Bay - absolutely stunning. The bathroom was spacious - and we certainly had a bath with a view. The beds were king size and comfortable, pillows may have been a little soft. Toiletries were nice in the bathroom, although I do agree with others that the showers were difficult to control. Boiling hot or freezing cold with little in between.

Breakfast was fabulous - the largest selection I think I have ever seen anywhere. They had absolutely anything you could want - even ice cream and sorbets for the kids! It was simply fabulous backed with top notch service.

In all honesty, I cannot fault this hotel. Super service and top-notch facilities - including the swimming pool and spa. If in Singapore, I will definitely stay here again.

I was here only for a company event. I can't comment on the rooms and other services. The ballroom was a bit small for the event but the place looked good and there was just enough space that you wouldn't feel cramped. Food was fine, good enough to meet your expectations knowing that they're catering to a few hundred people.

Was here for wedding banquet. The staff can be abit slow due to their new to environment but they are not rude. Food wise is OK not salty I like bit however the food took a long time at times when other tables had already been served. And of course here don't practice ladies first. Hmm kinds weird

This iconic hotel needs no introduction with its top-notch accommodation that offers breathtaking views of the marina. Great service and very child friendly. The staff were all trained to handle children and put them at ease. My 9 year old daughter had a great time!

The Ritz Carlton Millenia has one of the best in class service for hotels. Service is usually good for both the restaurants and hotel rooms. The service in the new Colony restaurant (formerly Greenhouse) is wonderful. The lobby lounge is also good although it may be noisy for business discussion during afternoon tea time due to their pianist performance. The hotel rooms may not be the most modern in terms of lighting design and gizmos, but the bed is very comfortable.

The Ritz-Carlton has by far the best dining experience you will get. The wide variety of western and Eastern food is top notch. The service to go with this is exceptional. Whilst not totally a local experience, visitors to Singapore will miss a memorable experience they will never forget if they don't try this. It is by far the best buffet you can get not just in Singapore, but one of the best I have ever had in my time.

Best hotel thus far in Singapore! Room is Spacious, clean and very luxurious. The bath room is big and the tub with the view is just.. Amazing. Recommend the marina bay view rooms.. No words can descibe the view. Its an experience by itself.

Gym is good. Big with quite a variety of equipments. Pool is decent enough for a good swim. Lounge is very classy and the sofa is so comfortable you can nap on them if you're not careful. Love the sweet wines :)

I stayed there with my wife for 2 nights and we wished we had more time in the city so we could continue to enjoy the hotel.

We stayed at the 30 floor and had the view towards the lagoon....it was amazing! You must ask for this because it's a total game changer.

All the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Also the food is really good and it's in a great location because you can go walking to the Bay gardens or to the Marina Bay Sands shopping mall.

I am here now..in the very gorgeous space. The outterior does seem nothing special...but here is spacious room and modern interior. Especially clean and calm. Good for resting. Of course Good for tourists to go marina bay sands.
