The hotel was great, the staff was lovely, very helpful and very nice. Very clean place, new towels every day, typical French breakfasts, but delicious at a decent price. I really recommend it, I'll be back there with great pleasure. Greetings from 4 Polish girls to all staff

Very nice customer service, the rooms are spacious for Parisian standards, and the location near the metro and Montmartre is amazing! Will definitely visit again

Great hotel with friendly staff and bar. The city is very dirty but this hotel is well kept up with AND it has air conditioning.

Nice, clean and recently refurbished budget hotel. Located on a busy road close to chateau rouge metro...would prefer somewhere a little quieter if staying for more than a couple of days.

The only real negative was series of admin errors regarding booking and room charging which have been frustrating to resolve.

This is a smart and fresh hotel close to Montmartre and Sacre Cour. The staff is very friendly and service-minded. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The only drawback is the noisy road outside, especially during the sleeping hours. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the Montmartre area.

First time I have stayed here but very satisfied and will stay again when visiting Paris. Near to Chateau Rouge Metro and only about 20 minute walk from Gare du Nord. The hotel has been refurbished and is very smart inside. Like all Paris hotel rooms they are quite small but they are adequate for my purposes. Complimentary coffee/tea provide. Free WiFi is very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Also if you choose not to have room cleaned you get a free glass of room per each guest in each room.

They are busy renovating the place
Definitely on the wrong side of Paris. The housekeeping is shocking. Their only saving grace are the gentlemen on reception

It's definitely a value hotel. No amenities. You even have to bring your own face clothes. No ice. No food. But they are next door to a store. It's in a seedy area but not unsafe. And it's central to Metro lines. All attractions are with 15 mins on the Metro. It was good for a site seeing trip but not a lover's trip. The beds aren't very comfortable.

Nice, clean, friendly place... Yer the place is situated on a main road but to be honest you can't really hear the traffic... Some of the reviews that I have read have said how the locals here some are prostitutes and that they felt intimidated. I was out till late ie 12 -1am when I stayed here and I didn't see any night women nor did I come across anyone that I felt intimidated by. Only reason that I never gave it 5 stars was that work was being carried out at the hotel and also the breakfast was very basic continental.

Friendly staff with good English. Was undergoing some renovations at the time so the lobby was covered with dustsheets, but services were unaffected. Breakfast was nice with good coffee and decent tea for a non British hotel! A short walk from Sacre Coeur, next door to a supermarket and literally 2 minutes from line 4 of the metro (two stops from gare du nord) so a practical location too.

This hotel is located near to Gare de Nord. There's a good selection of plug sockets. I was here for work, so great for my needs - and free coffee included. In winter at least the area isn't great for tourists.

The room is a good size and a decent location for the price. Without traffic, It's about 20 min from the famous landmarks. If you're fortunate to get an upper room, the view is nice. The beds are warm and comfortable. The staff is friendly and eager to please. The breakfast is simple french/continental, but still good. The only complaints are it can sometimes get a little noisy with the traffic outside, and the WiFi went out a few times. I would stay again.

This is my first stayed hotel during my vacation to Paris. Placed in Montmarte area which is about 30 minutes from CDG airport by car. The taxi rate was about 50 euro. The staffs there were very responsive, cheerful, friendly, and of course helpful. There is a convenient shop in just a few walking distance and a pharmacy at the corner of the block. There are a lot of muslim halal food restaurants here which is make it easy for muslims to find a halal food. In the waiting room in front of the registration counter, there is a drinking machine for guest to make their own coffee or tea on anytime they want. A computer set with printer also provided for guest to use in the waiting room.

Very happy with our 2 night stay here. Rooms are a good size also nice and clean. Powerful and hot shower was enjoyed after a long day. Front desk were friendly & helpful, especially George. Short walk from Gard De Nord. Metro station very close also. Area is a bit rough around the edges but perfect for a short stay. Would stay again.

I booked this having read the reviews here. I had to check we were in the right place.
Upon arrival Valentine the receptionist was lovely, but after that.....
The staff were noisy, unhelpful and rude. The area is rough and this shows in the staff. It's also an area you do not want to be in at night. My advice is to avoid.

Typical Paris hotel. Nice staff, good rate. Location is a bit questionable. You’ll need to brave to walk around the streets here - but easy to get an uber or transport link into the city.

Spent 3 nights there and enjoyed every minute.
The entire staff from the manager on down were very friendly and helpful and went out their way to make us comfortable.
The romm was small but since we only used it to sleep in it was more than adequate and very clean.

Friendly and accommodating! The rooms were wonderful, appreciated the AC since temps were around 90. The manager and front desk clerks were helpful, friendly, and so welcoming! Love the snacks at happy time! I would definitely be back. Very close to Mont marte Sacre couer (sp?). Convenient brasseries and quick walk to metro. Only thing I would say is the area should not be walked in alone at night. But felt very safe at hotel! WiFi device to carry around Paris I highly recommend. Only 1 Euro! And the front desk helped us by suggesting it! Highly recommend the hotel!

The staff were super nice. I loved how the attendant cooked the crepes for us in happy hour. The location was close to the train and other shopping areas. I felt safe and in god hands. Would highly recommend.

This place is so great. The people here are so nice and helpful. The staff is familiar with the city and was abled to help my family with directions. The sweet corner or something like that is from like noon to six and they serve the best tasting cookies and macroons ever. sorry for eating all the cookies and things they were so good. Rooms nice, beds good, amazing staff, and the best tasting cookies after a long day.

To all my American friends: get used to smaller spaces. It's Paris! Everything will be smaller - but give it a day or two and you'll recognize that's all part of the charm of the city of light. The staff here is very professional, and works to meet your needs. The neighborhood has some great spots to get away from typical tourism. I was here for work, and it pained me to leave. I'll be back.

Cosy room and smallest bathroom I ever seen. Frozen cheese and ham for breakfest. Very bad area of Paris, metro station close to hotel was closed and hotel didn't inform about it
