We had a reservation for one night. We got to the hotel to check-in and we're informed that the A/C was out for the last 24 hours. The front desk clerk, Chris, was great. He offered phone numbers to nearby hotels but also offered a discount to stay with Embassy. Due to us being there to visit with someone who was staying there already, we decided to stay. A/C did get fixed before bedtime. We were all sound asleep when the fire alarm went off at 1:15 a.m. We evacuated to the parking lot and waited for 20 minutes. No firetruck, etc ever showed. Someone came out of the hotel and told everyone they could return. No explanation was given, no employee available to answer questions. We asked the front desk clerk what happened in the morning and she had no clue about the matter. Also, no breakfast, no restaurant available. Was told there would be grab and go bags but were not there. Christine, the morning clerk didn't care what had happened and also was not very helpful with information. If you turn in your key when you check out, you must hit a little button that is hard to find for customer assistance to get out of the parking lot.

I wasn’t told i had to pay for parking and gift shop until i arrived for check-in. I also wasn’t aware before booking that all the amenities were closed. The shower water never got hot and the bed has a huge hole in the middle that you fall right into. I will not book here again.

The general manager was fantastic along with the rest of the service. My only complaint is that the beds are too soft and that’s no one else’s fault but mine for being too picky. I have no real complaints so far and even signed up for their reward system!

Always a good stay at this location. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are ample things to do and restaurants nearby. The managers special is fantastic and the bartenders make the affair fun and exciting.

Keep up the good work and thanks for another great stay.

This hotel was top notch! The service was great and tons were great! I started here on a business trip. The rooms are very spacious - they have a separate living area. The area where the beds are is comfortable. My only complaint is that the tub looked a bit worn with chipping and it appears they haven't replaced them in awhile. The daily networking event from 5:30-7:30 is the best! The cocktails served were not watered down and the appetizers were great. I like that the property is secure as you have to have a hotel key to enter and exit. I would return to this hotel on every visit to the area moving forward.

Last minute hotel reservation and it was close to everything. The room is very nice. The hotel amenities are awesome. I'll update once I get the final bill. Smile.
The final bill was still a bit high, but the price was accurate from the description. We enjoyed our stay overall.

What can I say about the Embassy other than I love this hotel. Dante was awesome and he made sure that I was happy because my first room was not up to par. Room was very clean, breakfast was amazing, and the manager reception was ok. Parking should be free, but it's Atlanta. Close to everything you could possibly need. Will stay anytime.

The front desk staff: Hessneh, J, Czarina, were SO helpful and entertaining! They went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable...from calling Massage Envy to set up an appointment for me to finding me a piece of gum. The shuttle crew, Mr. Harold in particular, was VERY informative and gave the BEST suggestions on food places to try out. My breakfast was made by this BEAUTIFUL soul who made my morning each day and told me that she was sad to see me go. I enjoyed my stay IMMENSELY and will, DEFINITELY, be back.

We are on our way home from our visit now, and we were disappointed in the condition of the hotel. After reading reviews about clean rooms and remodeling, we found the furniture & carpet in our room to be shabby and not especially clean. We were also not thrilled by the parking charges, but I suppose they do that to pay for the "complimentary" food. On the plus side, when we approached the staff about plumbing problems in our bathroom & a room telephone that wouldn't work, the problems were corrected promptly. Also, the breakfast buffet and complimentary evening snack were good, & we found the staff to be pleasant. But honestly, for a 4 star rating & the price, the hotel needs a serious upgrade.

I recently stayed here for business and was disappointed in my overall stay. I am giving a two star rating as I weighed the price vs. the basic service expectations. The room rate was close to $250, so I would expect solid service across the board. Two things happened, 1) the check-in experience was at least 10-15 minutes. While there was two staff members, for some reason guests were not checked in efficiently. Once I checked in, I went to my room only to find out my key didn't work. So I had to return to the desk and try to squeeze in front of the 7 other guests who were still waiting in order to get my key fixed. 2) They charged me for parking on my bill. They did correct their mistake but nowhere in my check-in experience did they ask me if I was parking.

Pros: Rooms were nice and the free breakfast set-up was great
Cons: Failure to execute on the basic service expectations, especially at such a high room rate.

Rooms are very beautiful, clean. Beautiful colors. Seems like nice atmosphere. They have a bar nice sitting. Breakfast served daily and i believe lunch or dinner. Parking is restricted from only customers which is a good thing although ( which i dont like) they do charge you after 30 minutes. I love this area, its next to everything great. Lots of stores and restaurants .

The staff is so friendly and inviting. But the biggest shout out is to IEsha head of food services who took such good care of me while I was sick. Sent me up the perfect meal and even sent up green tea and ginger ale. So thoughtful and kind. Even made me soup and grilled cheese that was not on the menu. And pretty sure sent me up food even thought the kitchen was not open yet. And then they would not let us even sign for it or pay for it. Her sweetness made me cry...thank you!

Very nice hotel but I have never witnessed such bizarre rules for a family friendly hotel. Most hotels including Embassy Suite offer a large gathering area in the lobby with seating. This particular location has a very large common area in the middle that serves as breakfast area, bar and they also serve food. There are couches and seating areas located all along the outside of this common area. On both days that we stayed there we witnessed groups of people that were ordering drinks from the bar and ordering food be kicked out of the area because they ordered a pizza. On Saturday, we saw a family of 15 people that had just come back from a family function get kicked out after receiving their menus because they were finishing up a pizza which clearly would not feed the group. I did not personally know either group but it is a shame that these families were treated this way. One group was there for a funeral. The groups even tried to reason with the mangers on duty. This type of customer services was beyond disappointing for both groups. Very unprofessional management and silly rules.

The Embassy Suites Hilton Hotel is incredible. The large suites are very comfortable although arranged slightly awkwardly. The complimentary breakfast is very good as are the free drinks in the evening. The meeting spaces are adequate and the ambience is good but there is some poor construction finishes. The service and staff we're impeccable. Overall I was very impressed. This isn't a "5 star" hotel by any means but is definitely professional and significantly better than your average "place for the night".

I book this hotel for my daughter and a few of her friends for my daughter birthday. When I first walk in It felt good. The place was nice and clean. I can't remember the young lady name that help me when I check in but, she was amazing. At first I was kind of upset because they added a extra 50.00 to my bill that I didn't know about. But, the young lady told me she was sorry I wasn't told about it and it would be refunded after I check out. I told her it was ok anything to make my daughter weekend go well. The room was nice and clean. The pool area was great kid friendly plenty of towels for all guest. I could go on and on about my visit here but, I want the staff is awesome. My girls love the breakfast the next morning. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I have already booked my room for next month. Keep up the good work

It is so cool here. Love the waterfall they have by the elevators. Plus they have 1 through 9 floors. And the elevators can hold 3,500 pounds. Wow, I know right. Plus they have a pool and a Jacuzzi. And they have room service. I give this hotel a 1000 out of 10.😂😂😂. Love it!!!!

Overall, this hotel is the preferred place to say for business for my particular industry. It is conveniently located near the mall, has comfortable rooms, and good amenities. The open funnel design of the interior atrium causes bar and lounge chatter to reach your ears in your room, but if you retire to the bedroom, the problem goes away. Basic fitness center, friendly staff. The wifi was not that great. They have gone to paid parking since the last time I was here, which is a minus.

Some friends and I stayed here last year. After having a great stay, we chose to return this year for Anime Weekend Atlanta.

The pros: I liked the efficiency of the elevators. Even at peak times when everyone is checking out, they are pretty quick.
I like the atmosphere of the hotel in general, it is very relaxed in the evening. The presence of a security guard at night made me feel safe. The rooms were clean. They have a fitness center and indoor pool/jacuzzi, but I didn't use them during this stay. Shower water pressure was excellent, which is super important to me when staying in hotels.
I subtracted a star for 2 things: parking and breakfast. The gated parking is a new addition this year. While great in theory, it was a bit of a mess when trying to coordinate who in your party had the key to get out. At least once, I was stuck in the parking lot while my passenger had to run back up to the room. I had to hope they were there or there was no leaving. The fee is $50 if you lose it, which is a bit steep in my opinion. Strangely, the gates don't keep people out. Someone who wasn't a guest used the 30 minute option (?) and came in, waving what we assumed was a bag of drugs at us on his way out. Not the Embassy's fault that he was there, but it proves that the gates aren't foolproof and serve more to annoy guests than improve their stay. Parking was extremely limited; it was hard for us to find a spot for our one car. The Embassy should take a cue from hotels that limit the amount of cars per room during times when they are completely booked. Maybe this is the reason for the gates, but signs warning about booting/towing cars would be enough of a deterrent. Gates + limited spots + one way layouts made parking a bit of a headache.
One reason we choose the Embassy over other hotels is for the great breakfast they offer. Saturday was great! I got there around 9 and everything was in order and well stocked.
Sunday's breakfast was, in my opinion, not acceptable for a four star hotel. I got there 30 minutes before the cutoff. They were out of milk that wasn't skim (most can't eat cereal without milk), bacon/sausage/protein that wasn't eggs, french toast, and some of the juice machines were dispensing watery juice. I assumed it was because of a crowd passing through and that they would replenish. Only one dish of french toast was brought in that time span, and it was immediately emptied by all the people waiting. I saw a guy ask about other protein options, and they brought out a huge tray of bacon. They set it down, let him get some, and started shutting the door after he finished! It was confusing why they would waste that food/shut us out when some of us were waiting for it. 30 minutes before closing isn't a good time to cut off replenishing when it was that empty for so long. I left breakfast feeling very unsatisfied, a pastry and scrambled eggs was all I was able to eat. I don't drink coffee, so there was nothing for me to drink. This may have been a one-time occurrence, because every other breakfast has been good.

Just a heads up: I saw another reviewer mention privacy. The bathroom/main bedroom doors are both sliding doors that don't block any noise and don't lock. They are aesthetically pleasing but could be improved upon.

Great new hotel, beautiful....except if you have kids and like privacy. These barn doors don't stay closed and offer no noise buffer for our loud kids. Basically as much privacy as rice paper. Lovely hearing bathroom sounds from everyone. Comfy beds though.

Visited the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Galleria and the staff , the management(Mary) and I even had to speak with the controller- Pat(absolutely wonderful lady to talk to) were absolutely amazing to work with. Attended a professional seminar. The room was oddly laid out - short and wide with two columns in the middle of the room. Because of the columns I wasn't aware there were refreshments in the room until the afternoon. But it served the purpose.

The room was simply amazing! Very nice front desk clerks and the breakfast was great too! A lot of choices were availible. There was no spared expence on the decorations and there was also complimentary Internet.

Very nice hotel, especially for the price. Incredibly nice staff. We left something in our room and they're going to mail to us. Very clean and modern.

Upon arrival, to be told no reservation in my name. Thank God I had an email to prove otherwise. It was eventually handled and I checked in. But the stress of thinking, no reservation. Besides I called tge reservation customer svc the day before check in, same run around, when I asked to be connected to the survey line, rep hung up. Excellent location to be right across the street from our meeting location, the Cobb Galleria. Rooms were nice, breakfast was great. Heard they ran out of food on Friday?? Bathroom sink appeared clogged at check in snd during duration of stay. Overrall stay was good.

I checked in yesterday, expecting the advertised "2 room suite" only to be put in a room that was one very small clostrofobic "you wake up staring at the bathroom " and had cigarette butts, broken glass and trash under the bed!! I was then sent up a floor to the same unfinished, lamp broken, ironing board up against a wall room. Their blow dryer doesn't fit any of the sockets in the bathroom!! Absolutely disgusting and I'm shocked as I am a Hilton Honors member!

I'm hhonors Gold status and got put in one of the recently upgraded suites on the top floor. The upgrades are a nice face lift from the older look in the other rooms. Location is great right next to the Galleria. Service is always great. Worst part about the hotel is that it's under repairs right now (finishing all the rooms like mine was) but they make it pretty clear online that this is happening. I wouldn't stay there until the repairs are finished if you were planning to be on night shift and sleeping during the day.

The hotel is older, but the rooms are in decent shape. Happy hour is nice. The store could use some ramen or other drunk munchie options...

On first appearance, the hotel is nice although dated. However, on the first night, I found a large cockroach in my room. The hotel staff was apologetic and stated they would send an engineer to spray the room. I was okay with that resolution and willing to still give them three stars after that experience.

Then, today I find another large cockroach in my room. The staff again seemed apologetic, but I was really unhappy that the engineer came to my room and sprayed bug spray with me in my room trying to work. Now, I'm sitting here with the burning smell of spray in my eyes, and the engineer was unconcerned at best stating, "Well, we have roach traps under the mini fridge."

Totally disgusting experience and would have given it one star, but the manager was truly apologetic and even comped my room service. Let's just pray I don't get sick from roach contaminated food!

Clean, decent rooms, with microwave and coffee maker. Skyline view, though first over a parking lot. Fulfilling complementary breakfast, lots of choices. Pool, workout room. Good architecture.

We stayed there this past weekend to attend a concert. We had a great experience while there. It was literally a one minute walk to the concert venue which saved us time and frustration looking for parking. The managers reception was great. The free breakfast was the second best I had ever had at a hotel! I liked the rooms, the beds were comfortable and it was clean.

This evening I did notice a pending charge on my account (we paid cash for the room) so I was a bit concerned. I called and after getting a bit of misinformation from the hotel receptionist she put me through to a woman in accounting who was incredibly kind and was explained to me in a matter of minutes and all was resolved!

I have become a picky traveler and I can say that the $196 I paid was well worth it and I will certainly be staying there again for more concerts!
