Loved the free drinks when we arrived after a long drive. The restaurant food was also very good. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were a lot of choices in the complimentary hot breakfast. All and all, an excellent stay.

A little smaller than what I'm used to. Excellent service. Tyler was amazing. Manager's special is always a plus! 5:30 to 7:30. Appetizers different, but good. Lots of veggies. Bartender fixed variety of drinks.

Service here was spectacular! Each employees that we encountered seemed to have customer service as a priority, from the front desk to the maintenance men! Hotel was very clean and nicely furnished. Decor was nice and updated. The evening reception was typical bar food fare but a nice break for us while traveling. The breakfast buffet was excellent! Various breakfast choices of food and drinks.
The only con would be the small sized bed pillows. On the king sized bed, the sleeping pillows were the size of small decorative sofa pillows.

This hotel was a great stop! Definitely stopping here again! Their rooms are clean, the whole place is clean. They have an indoor pool, that way you don't have to worry about the sun, or getting sunburned. They had happy hour, where you can enjoy free adult drinks and snacks! They had free non alcoholic drinks for the kids as well. It was a really friendly atmosphere. In the morning breakfast, there were so many options! Everything was so delicious!! Highly recommend this hotel!

First time staying at this hotel and my experience has been mostly good. When I checked in, they didn't have the free water for diamond members but I was able to get it the next day. Also, eating in the restaurant was less than a good experience. They wait staff was extremely lax in doing their jobs. I had to take my glass to the bar for a refill of my Coke Zero Sugar. Now for the good...my room is nice. The furnishings are nice and the room was clean. The staff is friendly and the free breakfast was as expected. Overall, I would stay here again but will avoid the restaurant!

Reserved a king suite but received a double because some one was in the room reserved for us. The staff was nonchalant about it. We took the double, we did not realize the the beds would be full size and not queen. 2 people can not sleep in a full size bed. My husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. Not a good weekend getaway.... Breakfast was good along with the kitchen staff.

The rooms are very dated and need to be refurbished. Carpet was red wine stains (hopefully), showers have mold in the caulking, and the furniture looks to be from the 70s. The staff seems friendly. The pool was decent but the hot tub was green. I usually stay at Hampton Inns and thought this would be an upgrade, no way was this worth the extra money.

Best breakfast in Baton Rouge! Hands down! The customer service reps at the front desk! A-1! The workers behind the grills and beside the tables! SUPERB! The food! Delisiously hot AND fresh. The atmosphere and service that is INCLUDED(mind you) is simply top rate! When workers swap out the standard of excellence IS CLEAR! Had stayed years ago and was very nice. Stopped in this weekend and there was a huge party. Very loud. People everywhere. Seemed fun but too loud for me, for a hotel.

Absolutely loved my experience here..staff super friendly. Prompt & courteous I can’t say I ran into any bad things. I was in town for businesses & I brought along my sister who has special needs, I forgot her wheelchair at the event we were attending & the front desk had one in hand for me to assist with getting to the room. Which I appreciated so much. Guest service agent Tyler is awesome!! And also Ms Tee in breakfast assist me with getting a tray up to the room to my sis. I really had a wow stay & you guys can definitely look for me to stay in the future!!

Stay here last weekend & I was very satisfied. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff all were helpful & friendly . The entire staff was welcoming . Breakfast made by Shan was amazing . I do look forward to staying here again whenever I'm in town .

We went to a convention here with 160 attending members. All was well until the last night We had a catered meal and it was absolutely the worst meal I was ever served The fish was like plastic and after first taste, you could not eat Was glad they had a salad, it was the only thing to eat. The steak tips were burned and awful. The previous day they served a buffet and it was great, so I would suggest no catering plates, bad experience, and go with buffet

From the outside, the hotel looks dated. When you walk in, it looks pretty nice. We got a 2 bedroom suite but it doesn't look like a 2 bedroom suite. It just looks like a regular suite with a door that separates the room from the living room. The staff is attentive and breakfast is good.

Attend my close friends wedding and it was a wonderful ceremony. The rooms are in great condition and even the pull out bed in the living room was wonderful. I will be coming back to stay

The attendant at breakfast bar, her name is Vergie I believe, was extremely helpful and offered amazing costumer service during my stay. The entire staff displayed exceptional customer service as well. I would definitely stay again.

Slept like a baby. The stay was great. The only problem that I had was the refrigerator was not working properly. It was plugged in, turned up, but it was just barely cool.

Booked through Travelocity. The room was decent. The bed was comfortable. To Say the room was over $120 per night, it could use some updating. The bathroom was super small, the mattress for the sofa bed was old, stained, and uncomfortable as you can feel the springs from the frame. Some cheaper hotels are sometimes not that bad to consider.

Nice open concept! A little old but you get that Louisiana vibe here! Free Drinks and Food during happy hour!

The staff has always been very friendly, rooms clean and inviting, the atmosphere is very elegant. Indoor pool and hot tub is a favorite as well. Can't beat made to order omlettes each morning, either!!

Very enjoyable stay. Room was very clean and staff was awesome. Free breakfast was also very good plenty of the favorites. Note MS Vergie made me feel right at home brought me cheese for my eggs!

Continental breakfast was great and the rooms were comfortable however only if you have one on the higher floors. Lower floor rooms have a mildew smell and we had to change rooms three different times until we were able to get one on a higher floor that didn't have the smell. Once that was taken care of we had no other issues. We were in town for a football game and this hotel was the host Hotel so we really enjoyed happy hour and all the TVs in the lobby area we're on the football games so everyone was happy.

Love this hotel!!! We had a wonderful stay. My daughter was here in Baton Rouge for a dance convention. I give 5 stars and apparently she does too.

By far the best hotel i have ever stayed at. Excellent service, excellent rooms with extra provided privacy, breakfast was free and great! Will be staying here again soon!!

There are much better hotels for far less money within a few miles. The rooms are very small. Our room did not get cleaned while we were there. The toilet would barely flush and several times it did not flush at all. There was not any bedding for the spare couch bed. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the breakfast was great.

Attended a conference last week and was very pleased. I had not been at this hotel in sometime and was pleasantly surprised. It was beautifully updated. Conference space was more than sufficient, there was ample parking and the food was great.

There was mold or mildew at the bottom of the shower curtain. A few of the outlets did not work in the room, the best part about the stay was the fresh hot breakfast. The omlets are the best

Suites are spacious and mine was very clean. Stayed three nights and each evening returned to a room that had been freshened by the staff and felt /smelled new. The front desk was helpful and professional. Really enjoyed the manager's welcome period from 5:30-7:30 each afternoon: free drinks and light snacks.

This place was very professional. The public restrooms were clean. And they have a breakfast buffet in my happy hour every day. I would recommend anybody to stay here.

Visited Baton Rouge in Aug. 2017. Hotel was very nice with special perks which included an excellent free breakfast. Location was near I-10 with easy access. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Very convenient. Clean spacious room. Air conditioning system sort of underperformed in this size room (73 degrees or so). Might have just been that room. Managers free cocktail hour 5:30 - 7:30pm is AWESOME.

Had an excellent experience at this hotel. Front desk was friendly and informative. Room was very clean. Ate dinner and breakfast which both were exceptional. Dynail at the bar was absolutely amazing ! His drinks were perfect and he was social and friendly. Ms. Rita was very helpful as well. Only issue was that house keeping kept knocking on the door the day of check out. It started at 9 am and continuously occurred even after me calling front desk and asking them to stop. Check out isn't until 12 and they knocked at my door at least 6 times.

We had our wedding here. The staff constantly went above and beyond and did everything in their power to ensure our big day was pulled off with no problems. They worked with us through planning, suggested vendors, and helped us decorate with items we brought in. On some of the most stressful planning days, they helped us find the smiles that were harder to come by. Even though our wedding was on the day the catering manager, Karla Lowe, was forced to move, she still made time for last minute check-ins. She stopped to take a quick picture with me and even helped dress bridesmaids and the mother of the bride. They offered a one stop shop for the things we wanted and allowed us to customize the rest. This comment field is not large enough to sing all the praises we have for this hotel. They made us feel like a king and a queen. We live less than 10 miles from this hotel, but we will definitely be back.

Receptionist was very welcoming and nice but she disn't tell me that there was free wifi code included in my package. I ended up paying for it. There is a manager's happy hour and when I sat at the bar the bartender ignored me the whole time I was there. He just glanced over from time to time but never asked if I needed anything. I ended up just leaving and buying drinks somewhere else. Very disappointing. Room was clean and new.

Nice hotel, good location and employees are polite. I would come back. Breakfast was so good and had alot of variety. The drinks and snacks in the afternoon were a plus.

1. The showers of the rooms next to us would wake me up every time they came on. 1 room took showers very early in the morning and 1 took showers very very late, like midnight.
2. The second night we came back to our room our room was cleaned but our towels were not replaced.
3. I-10 is so loud and can be heard inside of the room. We were in a room that faced the freeway.
None of these issues were ever brought up to the hotel staff.
Despite those complaints it was a great stay.

Not so good. No reservations although I had a confirmation #. Finally got a room after an hour. Elevator not working. Long wait for the other. Light not working in shower. Toilet stained. Carpet old and dirty. Hotel needs a remodeling. Staff friendly and helpful. No problem their. Breakfast good.

Good location, nice room. We had to change rooms because the floor was wet from heavy rains. In the new room, the refrigerator wasn't cooling well so the engineer came and defrosted it. I wish they had replaced it and worked on the first one elsewhere.

Beautiful lobby and veryy friendly staff. All rooms open to the common atrium. Bar has snacks set out at 5:30pm and are free to all guests. Just a great hotel to be in.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was fantastic. I didn't stay the night, but all of the first floor was very well kept. We used one of the larger rooms downstairs for our event and it was perfect for what we needed!

Nice classical Embassy Suites...with open center "atrium" and larger spacious rooms including the free cooked to order eggs/omelets for breakfast. Choose x09, x10, x16, or x17 (x=floor 1 to 8) for quieter rooms in the corners and away from the interstate highway.

One of the key cards to my room didn't work. Restaurant was good and happy hour was a good value.

This is the first time that I have stayed at an Embassy Suites. I enjoyed the variety at breakfast and complimentary drinks at Happy Hour. The room was clean and pleasant. We did have two issues during the stay, but did not bring them up to hotel staff. The toilet was set too close to the vanity. It was within an inch or so of touching it. The toilet also had a flushing issue. The water did not release from the tank fast enough so it was very hard to flush. The other issue which happened late at night on our final night was the water to our entire room was shut off for a few hours. We were asleep for most of this time so it didn't really impact our stay at all.

We really enjoyed our stay here.. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean.. The only thing that needs improvement was the temp in the room, we could not get it just right. But overall we Love Love Love. We will definitely return again and also recommend to others..

Not bad. Beds were comfortable. Staff were nice. Room was clean. Good breakfast. Downside, carpet stained, dated unmatching furnitue, slight offenisive odor in halls, fitness room not much to speak of, restaurant says should be open but they "sent the chef home due to lack of customers". I would say a bit overpriced for what you get.

Great room, good breakfast, only thing was the ac/heater did not get to temperature set. Was a a little chilly in the room one night could not get it to blow the air warm, luckily tbe bedding kept us warm and it wasn't too cold in the room. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I enjoyed the stay. Though it was 1 day, I wouldn't mind spending a 5 day trip at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choices and the room was nice and clean. I definitely would stay again.

I would like to thank Theresa T. in sales and Loryn in catering on a job well done. We had our family reunion dinner party on June 4, 2016 and these ladies personally had everything taken care of. Our rooms were roomy, nice and clean. James the banquet manager was truly a jewel along with his staff. We couldn't complain about anything. The wait staff kept the food and beverages replenished and made sure the tables were cleared. I am so thankful that we chose to have our first George family reunion event at the Embassy Suites, per the staff treated us like royalty. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thanks so much!

I stayed for one-night and the rooms we stayed in were nice. Breakfast was okay and the employees were nice. I had a incident where the lock on my door wouldn't open and a lady came up and fixed it real fast and without any attitude at all.

It was very beautiful but the staff was so so rude especially the guys working on the omelette station. I ask them to make me an omelette. I don't know what they made me instead it wasn't what I ask for, and I asked them to make my husband one they rolled their eyes and completely ignored me. my husband went up later and they said "oh yeah fine I guess we'll start that now".

Had a block of rooms for a wedding. The sales staff is AMAZING! They were extremely helpful in helping me get guest goodie bags to the rooms and helping with changes we needed. They could not have been nicer or more efficient.
Our guests commented on how great the breakfast was, and it was nice for us to congregate in a comfortable setting in the lobby after our nights out on the town.

nice room and lady at front desk was professional. Only problem I had reserved two room for the night because room rate online said 129 but when checking in it changed to 169 per room to most people that's 80 bucks and I'm not rich. Wish it would be fixed.
