I travel a few times per year. Stayed here the 1st time 4 or 5 years ago. The experience was so good we book it whenever were down there. This last time it was booked so we stayed at another high end hotel and still cant compare. Maybe it's the free drinks at happy hour between 5-7. Or maybe the unbelievable breakfast. Love this place.

Excellent accommodations! I have already booked my next stay! Good rooms. Good breakfast. Good bar. Even with the little league traveling teams there, the staff kept controlling, kept it quite and the breakfast crew worked amazingly fast and effectively!

Nice and comfortable hotel. Great breakfast with made to order items. Indoor pool and exercise room are nice touches.

We had a long weekend stay and were very satisfied. The rooms were spacious, customer service went above and beyond to accommodate my 100 year old grandmother with one of the 5 rooms we reserved being an accessible room. Complimentary made to order breakfast and hot bar was amazing! No "doughnuts and coffee" breakfast here! Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and gym. Evening complementary drinks and snacks. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was nice. The room was clean. The service was great. The breakfast was a real one and tasted wonderful. The reason why I give it a 4 is Because the indoor pool was so COLD! It should have had some warmth to it. My girls lips were blue and their skin ice cold after playing for 2 hours. Also they don't have a hot tub for you to at least balance the temperature out. Nevertheless we would stay here again. It was nice and close to shops and restaurants.

Great hotel at a great price! Better breakfast buffet than many other hotels. They even offer free cocktails and snacks for 2 hrs. Indoor pool was a plus and decent fitness center. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

This was such a friendly professional atmosphere. We had a few issues with booking but not through a third party site. The hotel made up for it. Clean, remodeled, we didn't have the free drinks but hey... the breakfast omelets are awesome. We had an amazing stay here! Thanks to the entire staff.

To start off, at breakfast this morning the staff was awesome I forgot napkins. Young lady just bought some and laid then on table. Then a young man coming around starting conversations with different families telling them to have a blessed day and life. You really don't see that any more.

Reception Area was nicely decorated. Every employee that I talked to was knowledgeable and polite.
Lovely room with a front sitting area/separate sleeping area.
Full breakfast and nicely stocked Happy Hour.
Close enough to go in downtown. And very close to shopping and nice restaurants.

My daughter had a a slumber party here. It was really nice I was impressed. The breakfast was amazing..

Excellent staff, especially the waiters and bartender! I love the 2 room suites also. The digital room key was cool, but didnt work the entire time. I like that you can check in ahead of time and order things to be there when you arrive. You can even pick your room.

Its under construction, be prepared. Its not noisy though. There is a gym across the street you can use with your room key. My phone & AC didn't work in my room. The happy hour is great! Breakfast is great too. Staff was friendly.

I enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was really good and had lots of selections. I do wish there were more tables available. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The building is well kept and the room was clean. It was totally worth the money! We will be back.

Great experience! Check in was very quick, room was very clean and comfortable. Also the location is near a lot of restaurants and a mall. Definitely recommend!

Very nice suite and friendly staff. Even with construction in the lobby and restaurant, the breakfast and service was outstanding. This is now my favorite hotel when in the Atlanta area.

Nice place, currently under construction. 5th floor "premium room" had old thermostat with a scale from high to low on the temperature no numbers and a choice of heat off or cool, no auto. Free breakfast was pretty good (I chose fresh made omelettes each morning) & the other guests seemed to like the free selection of alcoholic drinks from 5:30-7:30 each night. Staff was friendly & offered to bring me bottles of water when construction cut the water lines. The hotel offers transportation within a 5 might radius of which I did not take advantage.

Wonderful evening staff when I arrived. Cook to order omelets in the morning we're fabulous. I'll definitely come back!

The room itself was wonderful. We opted for the premium room which was huge, and came fully stocked with snacks, waters, and sodas. The hotel was a little muggy, but once we got into the room the temperature was perfect. The customer service was fantastic. Thanks Tish for the great complementary shuttle ride to dinner. The best part was a tie between the custom omelettes and extensive breakfast bar and the checkout time of 12pm. Can't wait to come back!

Hotel is being redone right now. We have an older room but it's not bad. Clean and we'll set up. Beds are super soft though.

As always, Embassy Suites delivered an amazing experience. Customer service was ready and eager to help, breakfast was great, and I fell asleep to the pleasant sound of their indoor waterfall. Perhaps my favorite Embassy to date!

Great place to stay. Staff are very friendly, and it's located in a great place. Plenty of shopping, eating, and other activities to do right around the corner.

The staff (Alisha I believe) is super friendly. The hotel is nice and the extra room in the suites are nice as well. There's a big waterfall in the lobby so if you enjoy that sound, you'll especially like this hotel. Hilton is always reliable.

Room was nice and clean, check in was easy, but the best part was the breakfast. So much good food and an amazingly friendly staff. I would stay here again just for breakfast.

Very clean rooms and the service was good. Free drinks and snacks from 5-7 for guests. I ordered chicken fingers from the room service menu. They were very tasty. First time at an Embassy Suite, but i like the separation of the bedroom and living room space.

We absolutely love it here. Breakfast is complimentary and includes everything under the sun. The rooms are clean the staff is friendly. The indoor pool makes for hours of fun for the family. The exercise room comes with many modern treadmill and elliptical machines and is kept meticulously clean. I won't stay anywhere else.

Based off the reviews, it seems this hotel has been hit or miss. My stay was just fine. Easy check in and check out via the app, and they offer a digital key so you can unlock your door with your phone. It was a cinch and I didn't have to worry about my key not working and trekking back to the desk. You do have to have the Hilton app and an account in order to use it.

Love the evening reception and breakfast included in price. The living room and bedroom is excellent for work trips. The hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub, small restaurant and friendly staff.

Nice hotel. Quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast gets you up in the morning because you can smell it in the whole hotel. Omelette station can get a line because they are good. For an extra treat, ask for the Premium floor.

We didn't get a chance to stay due to someone flooding half of the hotel. The hotel they sent us too was not even close to the embassy in room setup and breakfast! Would've loved a real omelet made fresh in front of me but maybe next time

Our company had our holiday Christmas party at Embassy Suites. The service seemed okay and the food was good. The space was decent but not the most luxurious looking. The staff seemed like they were ready for us to leave and that came through in service. Overall a decent experience but definitely has areas that need improvement

Classic Embassy Suites. Best attribute is the breakfast staff. All take pride in their work and very personable with guests. Facility is up to date. Slightly larger than average pool. Primary area that needs work: elevators (which need substantial work or upgraded). With the stay and competitively priced relative to the other options in the area.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel room was dated, stuffy, and smelled of smoke. I thought the hotel or at least the room was supposed to be non-smoking. There were spots on the sheets and walls in the room. We decided not to complain since we were only staying for one night and most definitely will not be returning. We were so turned off that we passed on the breakfast. It's time for some renovations.

The hotel is pretty nice. The pool is big. Breakfast was better than a lot of hotels and had an omelet station. There were a few things that made the hotel feel like it needed renovation. Just small cracks and walls that needed repainting. But it was very clean and the staff was really friendly. My daughter loved the glass elevator.

This hotel is great! Very friendly staff. I'm pleasantly surprised! If you stay here defiantly book one of the suite rooms. For only a little more in price you will get made to order breakfast and free beer/ cocktails in the evening. I will defiantly be back!

The hotel is clean and the staff is welcoming. The only downside was that the gym was out of service during my stay. Other than that, it was a delightful experience.

My Husband and I enjoyed the view from our 5th floor suite. It was luxurious to lie in bed and be able to see miles of scenery and have a great view of the sky. The breakfast was addictive and the open bar was fun. I had to force the room service person to make the beds and when i asked her to vacuum she acted like she didn't understand english. She was kind though just a bit lazy.

Love embassy suites! Especially the breakfast and receptions. However, the pool was dirty, my sheets had red stains on them, the room smelled like smoke, and the walls are paper thin. Heard our neighbors partying until 3 am. Like, we heard every word of their conversation. You don't go to this embassy suites to relax, that's for sure.

Breakfast and coffee is amazing. Staff is friendly and they have shuttle service to office around which is good. Comfortable staying allover.

I love embassy suites and I had a cleanliness issue last time I stayed. I let them know and they have fixed it since. Please be careful when making reservations. I thought I was using Embassy Suites Reservation Center and it was Embassy Suites Reservation Coumter who is third party. Now non refundable and I can't get my HHonors points. I feel ripped off. Be Careful to use the correct Embassy Suites Atlanta Alpharetta/Hilton site only if you want to use your points.

The manager emailed me about the cleanliness issue I had when I stayed in August and said that even though I didn't ask for anything, he was crediting me 25000 hh points for my trouble. After waiting over a month I questioned when the points would be credited and no answer. The manager never answered my email and I never got the promised points. While the staff was friendly, the manager leaves a lot to be desired.

The hotel was very clean an the decor in the lobby and throughout was very attractive. The suite we had was very nice but it seemed the heating system didn't work very well. It was always warmer in the bedroom area. Also the lighting in the bathroom could be better. The breakfast was incredible and they offered a happy hour each night. The only complaint is a maid left a toilet brush in the room after cleaning. But overall a great hotel.
