Beautifully designed hotel. Square shaped with internal hallways and an indoors atrium. Spacious 2 room suites perfect for family vacations. Nice and friendly staff. Great value price for the deal!

I attended the PACE Center's Love That Dress event at the Embassy Suites. The hotel has a beautiful lobby that has plenty of room for events and it was a great space to mingle. The food provided by the hotel was excellent. It was a wonderful event at a great location!

Great restaurant, great bar, Very nice rooms. Great breakfast Also. Ate at the restaurant the server Samantha and the bartender Marci were awesome! Great experience! Will come back again!

We have stayed here in the past and liked it. Its still good. Maybe check before you make a reservation to see if there are any special events in the area. We shared the hotel with dozens of 13 year olds, in town for a sports event. They were well behaved and polite, but the pool isn't big enough for that many people.

I love embassy suites. Including this one. The breakfast was really good (included omelet bar, oatmeal bar, fruit bar, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereal and various drinks). Around 5 every night they bring out snacks. Last night it was an array of chips, Vegetables, and dips. Tonight there were bread sticks, cookies, small cakes, and various chips. Drinks are also brought out. The rooms are incredibly spacious for the price (they have 2 TV's!) and include many amenities such as a mini fridge. It probably sounds like I work for them but I swear I don't. Just really great all around

Great hotel that is close to Outlets, grocery stores and restaurants. Staff has always been wonderful here and super accommodating. Rooms always clean, breakfast is wonderful.
Sadly Garret moved out of state. He was always very helpful. A new staff member Amanda is excellent, very cheerful and helpful but for the first time we ran into an employee that was a bit rude and crass with us. We did not catch her name but she is short with glasses and dark hair. She was working after 9:30pm on a weekend and was not very helpful after we made a simple request. The hotel was full and she seemed frazzled and in a bad mood perhaps due to being very busy. Regardless, she should make an effort to be more polite and helpful to guests especially those of us who stay at this location frequently and hold Gold and or Diamond status with Hilton.

This was such a fun vacation..breakfast was delicious..customer service was helpful and friendly..people in the elevator and dining area were so courteous and sociable..heated pool and the hot tub was my favorite..I had a wonderful time..looking forward to visiting again..

We had an amazing stay! Payed $150 for the night. They have free drinks at the bar for happy hour. (5:30-7:30) There's also a complimentary breakfast where they'll fry up omelets to order. We stayed there one night and had an amazing time!

Great hotel. The 2 room suite was beautiful. Very good breakfast with made to order omelettes and other yummy food. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The managers reception in the evening was fun with free drinks and snacks. Highly recommend if staying in the Fort Myers area.

It was a decent hotel but the water smells like rotten eggs! Plus, they only had one elevator working. There were no vegan options for their breakfast except for overcooked oatmeal. We probably will not return.

This is one of the best places in Estero Beach. The friendliest people here. Been coming here since it was built, and continue to come back! Great breakfast buffet.

terrific customer service. our request for an infant crib was accommodated (waiting for us in our room). Great suite/room. clean and quiet. front staff were wonderfully sweet. Clean room, hot shower, comfy beds. good selection for television too (kid and adult friendly). easy access to I-75 and SR-41. good parking.

Meetings at this venue were great. Staff were great, kept us in food and drinks. Lunch was delicious as well. Very clean and well kept throughout the hotel.

Definitely a beautiful hotel , accommodations, and amenities. The breakfast buffet was fantastic.
My complaint is that you cannot adjust the air conditioning to your liking it is controlled by the hotel itself. I literally slept in a light t-shirt and woke up in the middle of the night sweating.

Great bartenders, loved the Happy Hour. Food was good, breakfast was my favorite. Portions are pretty good. Only hard part is if you need to take the freeway back; there's no outlet, so you have to go right and bust a U. This can take a while, depending on traffic.

I live embassy suites. This one had nice rooms but I found the acoustics in the atrium louder than most. It wasn't because of too many people.

It's an Embassy suites. It is newly remodeled. Clean rooms nice breakfast. It's exactly as you'd expect.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites for a business trip. The evening reception was great for conversation and socialization. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly. My room was clean.

I stayed here after a major hurricane came through while I was working to restore services. The hotel was understaffed to what appeared to only a third of the normal employee level. They were absolutely amazing in providing great service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My family and I really enjoy staying at this hotel. The location is perfect close by beaches and shopping centers. Happy hour and breakfast is the best. The kids love to get into the hot tub and pool. The rooms is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and inviting.

Great place to stay. Lots of amenities. Only issue was lots of young baseball players who were noisy. Not the hotel's fault but all respected the 9:00 PM quiet. Great front office staff.

Super friendly and knowledgeable bartender, Marci, at the lobby bar is fabulous! There's a great selection of scotch and bourbon, including several very high end choices (I know, right! I didn't expect such luxuries either!) Believe it or not, the food is fabulous as well.....and very reasonably priced! Medium rare lamb chops with single malt scotch or single barrel bourbon, and a great bartender to chat with.....I'm very impressed with Embassy Suites!

Marci is an amazing hostess and server. Always has a smile and is so friendly. We stay here often and love when we see her.

The daily made to order breakfast was spot on. The managers nightly welcome cocktails was gr-e-e-a-t. The pool was heated and open until 11pm nightly. The 2-rooms suite was nicely appointed and perfect for our family of four. This hotel is well managed.

Embassy Suites in Estero, hands down has got to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It's in a great location with plenty of activities. They have an outstanding made to order breakfast, happy hour, pool, and fitness room. The staff is super kind and the rooms are always kept very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Fort Myers/ Estero area. Can't wait to be back!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and it almost feels like home. If you're looking for convenient location to stores / shopping there's a few restaurants very close by, but that's about it.

The staff here is very friendly and the rooms are huge! The best part is the complimentary beers, wines, and rails from 5:30-7:30 every night! I was here in business for five days, and Embassy Suites made the long days feel not so long.

I went there for a luncheon meeting. Food was prepared by the hotel kitchen staff and was served buffet-style so I tried everything. I was amazed at how delicious everything was.

A great hub to stay at when visiting local attractions. My family stays here every year for spring training and love it every time. Breakfast is great and so is the dinner.

What an incredible hotel! Our room was lovely. Amenities were more than adequate, and the view from our veranda was breath-taking. The facilities were immaculate, easy to access, and well planned. The oceanfront nearby was incredible. The wait staff were on the "dime," always smiling and attentive to our needs. We have amazing memories here and plan to return.

If you go to the Ft Myers area you must stay at this hotel. Friendliest staff ever. Nice pool, great accommodations, excellent breakfast and happy hour. Complimentary Shuttle service convenient location.

Very nice and clean, everything you want in a hotel. They have one of the best breakfast buffet that we have been to. Great location while we were visiting our son at FGCU, and the staff was always helpful and friendly.

Absolutely loved this place. The management here deserves a bonus. Staff is great no nickel and diming fantastic staff attitude, free breakfast included, pool open till later, clean modern etc. Will be switching to hilton honors because of this hotel.

The event was held in the lobby where there was plenty of room and a bar that we could use. The service was wonderful, we were attended very nicely. The room that we were in was also very nice and well kept, plenty of room to socialize with all the evenings guest.

Check was easy, lobby was nice and the atrium was welcoming. When the staff member checking us in heard that we were travel in ng together but in separate rooms, he assigned us rooms next to each other. Bar service was good. Breakfast offered was very good. Buffet style with a chef for omletts ect. Room was clean and the bead was very comfortable.

My husband and I spent the weekend here August 28th. The service was great. The shuttle bus driver (cannot remember his name, an older gentleman) was by far amazing. The staff are extremely friendly. The food is not that great. I was highly disappointed by how much I paid. The food was just not what I expected for the price, overcooked. But other than that their free breakfast was awesome and complimentary drinks definitely a plus. I enjoyed everything other than the dinner. Very beautiful and clean place. Great job on customer service. Definitely deserve a 5 star review if it wasn't for the dinner.

Very impressed w/ this Embassy. Breakfast & Manager's reception in the evening were great. Stayed here for three nights while moving college student in @ FGCU down the road. Hotel was clean & room was very nice. The go to hotel definitely for future visits when visiting student! FGCU rate discount as well!

From the moment we walked in... Everyone is so pleasant.. Room are very nice .. Atmosphere is great !!

this place looks amazing. the only problem I had is that there were ants always in our room. the second day we stayed there they were all over our bed so we switched rooms. not they are in our bed every night we go to sleep. I dont get by because we have no food in our bed or room. If there wasn't this ant problem for us then this would be an amazing place. only staying here because the rest of my team is staying here. wouldn't go back.
