Collin, the front desk clerk was phenomenal. Made us feel welcome and provided everything we needed (and more) with a sense of urgency. Will be staying here again!

Had business meetings here. Very clean and good atmosphere. Had a unique modern vibe. They’ve done a great job with a simple, modern comfortable style. Loved that there isn’t a Smokey casino here. Parking was easy as well.

The room we got was a suite for 6 people. After splitting the price between the 6, it was very affordable. The 2 queen beds and the pull out bed were very comfy. The bathroom was huge. The room was spacious and comfy. The hotel itself was beautiful inside. The theme was like Italy. The gondola added a touch to the Venice scene. It goes around the hotel and outside. It was very fun. It is amazingly beautiful when you look up to the ceiling. There are shops, casinos, and restaurants, that you can go explore.

I enjoyed my stay at the Venetian. It was very luxurious and memorable. Bring your own drinks to the hotel. Grabbing one from the fridge that was provided can be very expensive.

Really big rooms. Comfortable beds, nice lobby /courtyard compete with swans.... YES swans. Amazing customer service from everyone from the front desk to the bar. Great happy hour! Free drinks and food/snacks...just keep it going and tip the server!! 😀 Not too far from the strip

I stayed in August, 2018. The price was right (no silly resort fees), the room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent as usual.

After I left for the airport on the morning of my departure, I realized I had left a valuable item in my room (that sinking feeling). I called and spoke with the amazing front desk staff who worked with housekeeping to retrieve my belongings. They had it ready when I returned! Above and beyond expectations!

First of wonderful front desk service. Very nice. The room is spacious. Living room are bathroom and bedroom. 2 TVs. Pool is open 24hrs! Yes. Complementary breakfast was delicious. Potatoes, scramble eggs, omelets, French toast ....and more. And free happy hour! Shuttle drops you off at planet Hollywood so it was perfect.

Staff was great breakfast was great as well. The bed was pretty hard. Every morning I had back ache. I had two other issues with the hotel. Embassy really need to change toilet seats. The toilet seat was dingy and old and the housekeepers should do a better job cleaning bathroom. There was urine around the base of the toilet. I have to say the bartender was AWESOME! Very friendly guy.

Nice location, near CVS, and a few restaurants. All within walking distance. Staff was friendly and professional. The complimentary evening snacks and beverage and full made to order breakfast is what brings the whole family. Spacious 2 room suite. Love Embassy. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the shower water pressure was low and it made a loud high pitched noise. Other than that, would definitely stay here again. Oh and yes, they have real swans in the lobby!

June 2018..Stayed here again! Same lovely experience, the food was delicious and no issues with my suite. I even had a chance to do a small photo shoot session. They have a nice pool area for photos.

Embassy suites is AWESOME. All rooms have their own kitchens, ice machine is in the freezer, comes equipped with cooking supplies. The amenities they offer are great...complimentary laundry room for all guests to use, fitness center, pool and jacuzzi, a 24 hour store in the lobby area...just to mention a few. The staff is outstanding...very helpful and informative. DEFINITELY A HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

Fantastic Hotel. Great accommodations. Didn't get a chance to experience breakfast but I'm sure it's similar to other Embassy Suites. Great staff. Beautiful building. The swans are a great addition!

Location was wonderful very close to the airport Plus on airport shuttle. There was also a lot of great service provided by the staff. Also there is a free breakfast. Multiple working elevators and a wonderful view of the Vegas Skyline. Overall, great experience thank you to every one of the staff members.

They did an excellent job. Check in was quick and easy. They now charge for parking, but we booked prior to that so they did not charge us. There was a free reception with beer, wine, mixed drinks and snacks. There is a shuttle to the airport or to the strip. There is free breakfast. The swimming area, dining areas, and room were very clean. We had no issues whatsoever! A great value for the location.

A nice and clean Embassy Suites not too far from the Strip, and the hotel provides a shuttle service. The rooms are comfortable, and the lobby area is large and open. Sometimes planes can be heard overhead, but it isn't too distracting. Overall, a good experience.

The hotel is very clean and and the staff is very friendly. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are fairly big. The breakfast is great. Airplanes fly overhead fairly frequently but you don't hear them while inside. Would stay again.

Was here for a small conference. Not too crowded or busy as it's well off the strip. Clean room and suite. Nice breakfast and the free cocktails in the evening are nice. Lots of families here. Lots of nearby restaurants or you can taxi/ride share easily to the strip in less than 10 minutes.

The rooms are very nice, and super close to the strip. You get a great room for a great price, and lots of fun activities near by. The breakfast is all right here but hey... It's free. Over all it's a great hotel

This location is beautiful; very relaxing, great food, the swans in the middle of the hotel are calming. Loved it here! I will definitely be going back... Also loved the room, decor was beautiful and very roomy. 5-stars well deserved!

Overall it was a nice stay, the complimentary breakfast was very welcomed, the evening reception was a but disappointing, only potato chips, trade veggies and goldfish.... it's nice to have free drinks, by I would of liked some more hefty snacks. The service was really good and I appreciate the decor. Not sure how I feel about the swans, in one hand it's nice to see them but at the same time I feel like the fountain us way too small for these 2 lovely birds to spend their lives just swimming endlessly there.
On another note, even though the room was very comfortable and lovely decorated, maintenance needs to pay some more attention to details, like water draining slowly in the shower, wall panels falling off, connecting doors not locking, etc....
Overall a good place to stay away from noise and buzz from the strip

The rooms are clean and well maintained as well as being spacious. The bar tender for the happy hour is friendly and very generous with the drinks. Breakfast is excellent with made to order omelets with plenty of ingredients. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great and close to the strip. They are close to the airport so there are places passing overhead every 10 to 15 minutes but it's not really noticable from the rooms.

Stayed here last February and we are back this year! Love our room. The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Very clean and love the swans! Would highly recommend!

I came here for a seminar, haven't stayed in the rooms but the look and atmosphere is awesome. You are greeted as soon as you step foot in the door. And the pond with the swans is breathtaking!! I know where my next hotel stay will be!! And I also looked up the prices for a room and they were awesome as well. Not as expensive as I thought they would be.

Great stay. Clean. Big rooms. Nice mtg space. The staff was super friendly, efficient, honest, and wiling to go the extra mile with requests. I'm giving them 4 stars because they didn't provide a welcome brown bag for me while my friends room did have it provided for free. Also the microphones in the meeting room kept failing.

Rooms were nice but pool and hot tub were horrific. The pool bleached my swimsuit and left me with chlorine rashes all over my body. It also made my hair feel super dry and dead. Overall though, the hotel was very clean and I loved the swans in the lobby along with the breakfast and managers reception. The free drinks and snacks were also great in a city that costs so much.

Very comfortable hotel for the price that we paid. Enjoyed the breakfast even with line for made to order breakfast but there are a ton of options for breakfast. The cocktail hour is a nice touch as well. Rooms seem to be recently updated but bathroom shower and tile wasn't so nice and kinda stood out against the nice everything else. If you want a comfortable, quiet place to stay and don't need the internet to be perfect 24/7 I'd recommend it.

Beautiful hotel. Different staff make or break the stay. First stay was fantastic. Drinks were good, food was delicious, front staff were helpful. Second stay not good. Restaurant doesn't sit people after 930 pm (not published - closes at 10). Couldn't get grill items at 950pm (yet room service was open until 11pm). Drinks were weak and front staff were not helpful. WIFI is slow. Swans are lovely.

I've been staying here for years. They have always been great, but are even better with the recent remodel. Make sure you check out happy hour, where you can get free drinks! Along with that- the breakfasts are really great.

A very well kept, modern and comfortable hotel. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast included made to order omlets and french toast.

Oh, and there's two swans who live in the indoor water feature in the courtyard.

The only real downside is that the hotel is a little hard to get to coming from the south through the airport.

Nice place. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. The breakfast is great. Location is close to the airport, not too far from the strip.

Hotel is better on the inside than it looks from the outside. Nice updated rooms. Showers and beds are most important to me and they are good. Complimentary drinks and snacks in the evenings are a nice touch. My only con is the WiFi. It's in and out in my room and in the restaurant area. Otherwise it's a very nice hotel. I'm glad I didn't stay in a casino hotel.

It was really good. We had a planning snafu, so needed a place for 6 guys for 1 night and they were super accommodating. Breakfast was good.

The suite was exceptional. I ate the prepared breakfast (I was in a hurry) and it was perfectly acceptable. The cocktails in the evening were a nice treat in a busy city. No slot machines, so a great place to relax.

Just an overnight stay at a comfortable, convenient location. The complimentary breakfast and "Happy hour, " was very nice. Loved the swans. Would definitely stay again.

The newly remodeled Hotel looks fantastic, the staff was extremely pleasent. However there are some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed in the room we were in, room 401. So if someone from the hotel wants to get ahold of me I'm more than happy to elaborate. Even so, I will definitely be staying there again. Note to anyone who has ever stayed here before, Priscilla and Elvis are doing just fine. They look happy in their new surroundings.

This hotel is beautiful. It has the most amazing lobby where two swans live. All the hotel doors over look the main floor. Breakfast is incredible. It has made to order French toast and omelets. If you don't want to wait, they have eggs, sausage, turkey bacon, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, bagels, and donuts. A wonderful place.

Nice rooms, interior is much nicer than the exterior. There is a nice wide open space in the center to hang out or have a meeting, there is even a swan pool. The rooms look modern, my only complaint is that the sink is in the living room. They had free drinks one night at the bar which was awesome.

We love this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Close enough to the strip, yet just far enough away. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Breakfast was awesome. Too many choices!

Nice, quiet, non-smoking place to stay off the strip. Great free breakfast and cocktail hour. The bathroom has some design flaws (toilet paper dispenser is practically behind the toilet tank, no towel bars, etc). The free WiFi works better toward the front of the room for the TV works better toward the back of the room.

Good hotel with nice rooms. Only downside is the 4pm check in time. I arrived at 1pm and the lady at the counter was so rude and unhelpful. She rolled her eyes when I asked to leave my bags with them. When checking back in, the guy at the counter was super friendly and pleasant. They have a free happy hour for guests and free breakfast in the morning. You get a welcome bag with water, chips and snickers bar too. The ladies that checked me out early in the morning were very funny and sweet. A cheaper hotel Ethan on the strip of Vegas.

We had a premium room with a good selection of snacks and drinks. Super comfortable bed, room was very spacious and having a fridge and microwave is a great help, specially when traveling with a 3 yr old. Great costumer service and the breakfast and evening reception was perfect! It's not on the strip but they do have a shuttle that can take you to the Planet Hollywood. The lobby is beautiful, my daughter fell in love with Elvis and Priscilla (the swans). We loved it do much that I'm going back in September. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great 2 room suite. Comfortable beds. The swans in the lobby were our favorite thing about the hotel! The FREE cook to order breakfast was quite outstanding. Omelets cooked with your choice of ingredients. Other hot items included French toast, hash browns, sausage & bacon. A great bonus was the flavored syrups for the coffee.

Excellent hotel with decent views of the city or their pool, which has a beautiful water fall and two hot tubs. There's a happy hour here with free drinks and snacks. Also a complimentary breakfast. There are also two swans that just chill in the lobby wondering what all the humans are doing coming and going all day.

My family and I were so impressed with this hotel! It was so clean and nice! My kids loved the pool. The breakfast is amazing!!! Plus it has Diet Coke at the buffet, which made my day!! My kids loved the swans in th lobby. The staff was so friendly and nice to all of my kids! It was a great experience. We will be back!

The Embassy Suites in Las Vegas was a perfect choice for our Las Vegas trip. It offers a full breakfast with made-to-order omelets and eggs and a whole host of other breakfast choices. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms very clean and the atmosphere just what we needed - away from the strip. Their free shuttle to the strip runs regularly until 9:30 pm. They have a peaceful setting with live swans. There is a free reception with free wine, beer, and drinks along with snacks nightly from 5:30 to 7:30. Parking is free and there is free wifi. It is a value that can't be beat (and did I mention the attentive, caring staff?)!

I really enjoy this hotel.this is the second time I've stayed here. Its close to the strip but let's you get away from the hustle and bustle of everything going on in the strip. Everyone is extremely friendly and it's extremely clean. Another great plus is the breakfast. A really great hot breakfast included. This is the second time I've stayed here in less than a year and they continue to meet my expectations. I will definitely be back.

This place was excellent! Friendly staff, great breakfast, spacious rooms, and a nice lobby area. I stayed here on Christmas day with family, and I enjoyed every minute. The staff really took care of us, and the room itself was always very clean. For how much we paid, this was 5 star.

Gorgeous Hotel off of the Strip, if you're looking for somewhere quiet away to dip away to this is the place to go. Would definitely recommend for families with children.

They have live swans in the lobby that you can watch while relaxing on any of their many comfy seating options. There is Hot Breakfast, complimentary, everyday for a short period of time in the morning - it's good stuff too, not just dry goods! At night time they offer Happy Hour, free drinks and light snacks in the bar! The pool is pretty nice as well. The Rooms were clean and Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. There is also a shuttle to the airport and The Strip, and the driver is an absolutely wonderful gentleman! I wish I could remember his name, but he was the nighttime driver and very friendly.

Would love to take another trip here, as always Embassy never seems to disappoint!

Great hotel! Rooms and lobby were recently renovated and it looks like a brand new hotel ( have been to hotel prior to renovation). Big rooms, complementary breakfast and happy hour plus a great pool area, you can't go wrong!

About a 30 minute walk from the strip but the hotel provided a shuttle to and from Planet Hollywood every hour. Also had a shuttle to and from the airport. Hotel was in great shape and staff was nice. Would stay there again as a great alternative to staying on the strip and saving a little money.

This is my second time staying at this fabulous hotel, it's my favorite in Vegas. I have nothing negative to say, only positives. There's an omelette bar, and the people there were friendly and are excellent at doing their jobs. Secondly, the location is outside of the touristy and casino area of Vegas, so the traffic isn't too bad around. This means that it's quiet except for the many planes taking off from the airport. Room service was prompt on both occasions. We did not have towels in our room, but that was solved in about 3 minutes. This is the best hotel I've stayed in in Vegas.

They've remodeled it! Gorgeous! Large suites with separate living room and bedroom. Two TV's, two desk areas, comfortable beds, fresh fluffy linens, and best if all - a hot made to serve breakfast!

Nice place under remodeling. Little noisy wit the construction during the day and the soccer tournament kids in the hotel during the night running around. Rooms were very nice and the staff was accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful and the chef was very easy to work with. put more than enough food on your plate!

Another GLORIOUS stay!!! Treated like a family member! Beautiful, safe, clean room, great hot breakfast, genuinely friendly, highly responsive staff, good room rate, and the best value for my dollar!

The rooms are very modern and well appointed. Two TVs, a gorgeous kitchenette area, a full assortment of A/V inputs for the TV in the living room, and importantly, lots of charging outlets readily available. A modern traveler's dream room.

The sheets and mattresses are great. Very plush and comfortable. My only real hang-up with the rooms is the light switches, which take a bit of time to get a hang of, but they're not worth docking an entire star for.

Of course there's the usual evening reception (which we missed unfortunately), and breakfast is superb as always, with the usual assortment of eggs, bacon, and pastries, and most notably, a made-to-order omelette bar.

Great suites (with actual bedroom doors), great hot breakfast (omelets, french toast, pancakes, etc.), friendly service. Our main complaint was that they are doing construction in the atrium. It's only during the day, and you can only barely hear it from the bedrooms, but it's quite loud in the sitting rooms, lobby, dining room, and conference rooms. They really should have shut down their conference rooms while this was going on. The internet was also a bit erratic for one computer, and it was a pain to have to re-sign-in every 24 hours. The location isn't ideal, but there are a bunch of food options within walking distance, and the shuttle to the strip was nice.

I have stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions and have enjoyed both visits. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Our rooms were cleaned well. A complimentary breakfast is included with your stay and we were very impressed with this. It's not your standard continental breakfast. We will be staying here again in the future.

Good remodeled room. 2 TVs - one of them is 65". Good breakfast - as usual in the Embassy's hotels. Nice and helpful staff. Not all staff speak English. Located close to sity center. As for me - very good hotel with breakfast and complimentary evening reception.

Very close to the strip. Across the street from UNLV and about 9 minutes from the airport. 5 minute walk to restaurants. We too an Uber whenever we wanted to go to the strip which cost about 7.00 and arrived in less than 5 minutes. Free ready made breakfast every day and evening reception with free beverages and snacks. Low cost, spacious suites, nice swimming and work out areas.

The free buffet was delicious get omelete of your choice to add bacon, sausage, veggies, cheese etc. There was pancakes, french toast sides of sausage, bacon and hashbrowns, They still had the regulare contential breakfeast stuff. Different flavored water throughout the hotel, free apples, free drinks and snacks for 2 hours . Rooms were a nice size, beds comfy, living room, microwave, small refrigator 2 tvs, a nice coach, a few tables and small tv dinner table great set up. Greenery in middle of hotel was nice 2 big swans and koy fish in pond.

It was fantastic! Nice rooms and a very cool looking downstairs area with trees and a small pond featuring swans and koi. The suites were spacious and well stocked, with a large and nice TV in the living room area, and one in the bedroom portion. Front desk staff were helpful and kind, and there was a well stocked shop at the front of the hotel with food and toiletries. Morning breakfast was either cooked to serve or a buffet (you chose which line) and was good. Nice and large pool with several hot tubs spread around the expansive area. A restaurant/bar was in the back, and even provided a snack time social thing in the evening. All in all, a good experience. No noise complaints either. Everything seemed pretty well soundproofed.

Nice enough, but the bedroom door wouldn't stay shut and it was cramped for the number of people we were trying to fit. Couldn't find stairs with access to the first floor, which was frustrating since we were on the second and had a long wait for the elevator. Restaurant was mediocre. Good for a short stay when you just need a place to sleep.

Great breakfast. The place is a bit old, but decent - except the bed. There was a clear depression on the right side of the bed where everyone sits to get in and out of bed. The mattress is old enough it wants to roll you to the middle. All the staff were kind and had a smile.

It is located in not the best area. Don't go walking after dark. The hotel felt clean in the room and around the rest of the hotel. The breakfast is amazing! The staff was friendly. We really enjoyed the swans in the common area.
