Great rooms, beautifully upgraded and clean. The staff was awesome, so friendly and helpful. Our family was treated kind and during our breakfast enjoyed delicious food without being hassled about tickets or room cards. This was a refreshing change from other ES I have visited in the past. There were so many great amenities surrounding the area to enjoy (family fun center, mall, restaurants). Thanks!!

This was the best stay I've had here in a when. The intake staff was so polite I thought they were under new management. This used to be our go to hotel but we stopped staying here because of employee attitudes. Barring oneinor incident every employee was nice and courteous. The one negative interaction was when we called downstairs to get a fan. We've requested and received fans before in this hotel. As usual, we had to call the desk with your cell phone in order to reach someone. They never seem to answer when we use our room phone. Anyway, the guy told u,zs they didn't have fans so we told him we'd used one before. He asked us to check if our thermostat has. Snowflake which it did. Then he asked our room number and asked us to hold. After five minutes of waiting, we hung up since we had other things to do. We got a call a little while later saying maintenance had come but we had a do not disturb in the door so maintenance left. There's like a dozen things lame about the handling of that but our lives have too much drama to add extra for no reason so we blew off any more fan related activities. The staff at breakfast was great and the woman at the reception desk was angelic. Almost perfect stay!

Great place to stay for families. The suites are large and clean. The swimming pool and spa was also clean. The free breakfast was amazing; all you can eat and a delicious assortment of breakfast foods. Our family also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour of drinks and snacks. All the staff was very polite. The hotel is also within walking distance to a family fun center and very close to the mall, lots of great shopping, and restaurants. We will definitely come to stay again.

Awsome cooks and breakfast. Great staff. I stay the 1nce a month. They r very stingy when I ask to stay late on my last day to make sure I disconnect my daughter from her machine. But over all I love going here

My bestfriends fam always stays here when they come up every other weekend. The place is always nice. The staff is nice. Always comfy in the suite too. They even brought a playpen up that they had handy for my goddaughter.

This hotel needs to improve on its cleanliness. I stayed here back in March, and as I was working in my hotel room I noticed a bad smell. After searching around I found two dirty socks roasting on the lamp bulb next to the desk. (picture 1) Housekeeping was nearby and I called them into my room to take the socks away.
I'm staying and this hotel again and as I got to my room I checked the lamps, sarcastically saying to myself that I'm going to find socks again...BUT THERE ARE ACTUALLY SOCKS IN THE LAMP AGAIN! (picture 2) 😨 I just had to toss them out myself so they don't stink up the room when I turn the light on.
Most of my stays here have gone smoothly so I'm still giving them 3 stars, but dealing with other people's dirty socks twice in a row is pretty bad.
P.S. To the dude who is drying his socks on the lamps at this hotel...stop it.

The rooms were clean, and spacious. The shower head was amazing. Large bathroom. Wonderful breakfast with a lot of options. Worth your money.

Went there for a business dinner. The pork chop was delicous! I was a nice thick center-cut chop grilled to perfection with a very hearty and tasty sauce. Sides included tasty smashed red potatoes and grilled asparagus. The asparagus was also excellent. It tasted like it went right from the garden to the grill to my plate. The draft beer selection had some craft ales and lagers, but no porters or stouts. The service was excellent. Very prompt & friendly. Parking was convenient and free.

Clean hotel, friendly service. Haven't had any issues with my stay here. It's also in an opportune location to some good food.

Always a fan of Embassy Suites. This is in Lancaster so it's obviously not as nice as most of the embassy's I've stayed at. It's still classy and the service is friendly.

Digital keys didn't work. Back hotel door wouldn't open for any guests (even with working keys). Miscommunication to several guests about when breakfast started. Elevator messy at night and still messy the next morning. Otherwise the hotel/room was nice. Just expected no problems at this level of hotel.

Typical Embassy. Great deal if you can get a decent rate. Made to order omletes and hot breakfast buffet. Fruit was always fresh, the oatmeal was piping hot, and they always had 2x different breakfast meats.

The rooms are fresh, updated, and the layout is terrific! This E.S. is tied for the best with Anchorage . Breakfast is great. Omelet was cooked to perfection.

I come here often on business travel. No comments on price, but overall, not a bad spot to go to. Parking is ample and not surrounded by too busy of streets. The busy street is a mere few blocks away, so you're not left out. Amenities are plentiful.

Only comment is that structure upkeep in the room is about or slight miss, never terrible. I left a comment to the front that the shower needed to get repsprayed for clean coating. Otherwise, this is still my go to.

In general, I see a lot of professional business travels come through here.

We decided to go here for an overnight date night on a Friday. It was a lot of fun and the restaurant food was delicious! Nice Happy Hour. Also discovered a Paint Nite is held here Fridays and Saturdays - who knew?!

Great and most comfortable experience. Very clean and quiet. Lots of options for breakfast which is complementary. Many places to go out to dinner near by and somewhat of shopping.

Very fashionable hotel, the indoor pool & spa shure worked the kinks out. Breakfast was smashing and the room was an all around good stay. I give embassy suits 4 and 1/2 stars, well done.

The check in desk clerk was so kind and helpful and patient. I had a small problem with my credit card. She never embarrassed me and event went out of her way to find me 2 locations in the city so that I could correct my problem. The building site is beautiful inside and out. A++

The breakfast was easily the highlight of my stay. The food was excellent and there was a wide variety available. The hotel itself was very clean and staff was professional. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had our agency holiday party here, food was good. Lunch was just a small salad and pasta, not too much food. Set up nicely, staff were attentive. Room was small for our event, only challenge I saw. Thank you!

Being a gold member I was not impressed with the lack of greeting. Was not offered waters. The staff was helpful and polite. The manager's special was great as well as dinner. Breakfast was very nice.

Meet my coworker here a couple of nights. Downstairs lobby/bar was large and relaxing. Modern decor and friendly staff. If the hotel hadn't been sold out, I definitely would have stayed there.

Very nice hotel. Suites are roomy and comfortable. The free breakfast is fantastic! They'll make you an omelet or cook your eggs however you want them, plus there is a full buffet. The are free snacks and drinks every evening. Make sure you book early, since the hotel is usually full.

Love the breakfast and happy hour! The pool is great. The room is comfortable with separate living and sleeping space. Great staff that is very attentive!

Great room friendly staff The national reservations screwed up our reservation. We were charged for a no show one night. The manager was so great and gave a refund. Rooms are BEAUTIFUL!!

Two-room suites, nicely appointed, and responsive service -- TV in bedroom didn't power on, but troubleshooting and a replacement remote were had within minutes. Great breakfast and evening cocktails included make this the preferred place to stay when on business travel.

Best hotel in Palmdale! Super clean and all the rooms are one bedroom suites. The bar is one of the best and the restaurant is excellent.

Good location with plenty of parking. Very comfortable beds. Rooms are quiet and HVAC is central instead of the typical noisy under window unit. Good variety of complementary breakfast options.

Stopped here to visit a friend who was in town for work. We had drinks at the bar. The bartender was very sweet and attentive. Hotel lobby is lovely. I also saw a paint party while I was there. Very roomy bar/lounge area.

This hotel is probably one of the best in Palmdale. The location is excellent, with ready access to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping, but still off the main path to keep noise down. The entryway is plenty big, and the check-in desk has plenty of space to check in multiple guests at the same time. The amenities downstairs are very nice with good choices for food and relaxing. The rooms are well appointed and have plenty of room. I was impressed with the overall quality of the hotel, and I would recommend this room to anyone who needs to spend a few nights in Palmdale.

Agter staying several weeks i can say this place is top notch. The staff is attentive and friendly, the food is vwry well prepared, the rooms well maintained and clean a d their managers reception is the best. Highly recommended.

Great hotel to stay at. Always clean, and hospitable. Made to order breakfast, and a happy hour at night is great. Gym is better than most hotel gyms as well.

The Embassy Suites was everything I expected and more. The room was clean, organized, and not to mention huge! The complimentary free drinks during happy hour was an unexpected and welcomed surprise. I lived the free breakfast in the morning. For the money this was an excellent value. We also enjoyed the pool and the gym. I definitely recommend this as an option.

We were having a family get together for Thanksgiving and needed a place to have some out of town relatives stay. We booked the Oxford Inn because it was the most reasonably priced for a bed for the night. Our mother stayed here and said it was clean and comfortable.

Great hotel, I've been to several Embassy Suites yet this one my favorite to date. The rooms are completely updated and happy hour and the breakfast (FYI complementary) was great. Not much to do around the area but yet very nice and relaxing.

Most breakfasts in hotels, even though are highly touted, turn out to be a lot of work, and very sub-par and unappealing. But the breakfast at Embassy is superb, with a great omlette maker, and so many options, including healthy. And the evening reception is really cool, offering a free alcohol drink, and really fresh salad, and chips and crackers. They have rooms with a nice view. However, the windows don't open, even a crack, for fresh air. And the thermostat is very small and tricky to figure out, and ranges only from 68 to 78 degrees. But once you get it figured out, it's mostly comfortable.

Great hotel. Love the complimentary hot breakfast with made to order omelettes. Manager's free drinks is fantastic. My only complaint is that their pillows are too soft. They need some firmness.

Really liked how I could use their app on my phone as my key to get into my room since I showed up really late. Rooms feel rather open and spacious. They have a great breakfast selection too.

The inside of the hotel is beautiful, but the last thing you want to hear after flying and driving for half your day is that the hotel overbooked and had no room for you. I was sent to a hotel down the street, and although embassy covered the cost for the night, the replacement hotel has been a miserable experience. On top of that I overheard the front desk arguing over which hotel would give me membership points for the stay. Upon returning the next day, embassy has redeemed itself. I was given credit for the missed night's stay, a voucher for the restaurant, and quite a nice room. It was a much more personable customer service experience and it was greatly appreciated by me. I have stayed here multiple times since this incident and have not had any issues. Great hotel overall.

Embassy Suites has done it again. Everything about this hotel was great. The guest room was very clean, spacious, and modern. The staff was very pleasant, friendly, and interested in making every aspect of our stay enjoyable. Icing on the cake was the manager's evening reception and daily breakfast was excellent. Definitely a home away from home.

Excellent customer service! Embassy Suites employees were very courteous and very quick in their service. The rooms are very elegant and well kept. The complimentary open bar and open food snack bar between 5:30PM and 7:30PM was a great and valuable addition. The complimentary breakfast as well with their super friendly cooks and great quality food. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family. I got way more for the value at Embassy Suites Palmdale than I have at many other hotels where I paid double or triple the price.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are well appointed. The digital key feature is a nice bonus. It's a little out of the way for the central Los Angeles metropolitan area, but if you are looking for new places to visit, this is a great alternative. And quiet!

Room was great, staff was super helpful and nice, indoor pool was great temp. We stay here a lot and always love it. The sheets and pillows and towels are great. The complimentary breakfast is stellar and has tons of different things to eat.

Beautiful hotel. One of the best in the area. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Juan is an asset to this location and welcomes each guest with a happy smile and conversation as he prepares your omelette. Highly recommend.

There was a mix up in our meeting room reservation for today and another party was in our room. Jonathan Greek and Randy Keller went out of their way to accommodate us. When our client didn't show up and the room wasn't used they did not charge us. Both of these gentleman were extremely professional and it was a pleasure working with them today. We rent meeting rooms on a weekly basis and it will be our pleasure to work with this hotel and it's exceptional staff in the future. You have a wonderful hotel in Palmdale,CA!
