Excellent located Hilton

Came here as both a Diamond and Team member, so I got the service I wanted! Concierge was beyond helpful with recommendations, and they showed me around since I had my phone stolen in Belgium. Everyone at front desk was so friendly and made us feel welcomed.

One thing that weirded me out was the security at the very front. Having to get our bags inspected all the time came off as a bit annoying.

Another con was the room we had. It was lovely, clean, and roomy, but its located by a mall and what appeared to be a business center so we heard foot steps of people walking by. It woke us up a few times. It wasn't too loud but the sound of people's footsteps wasn't so pleasant.

But that didn't matter since the breakfast was one the best tasting I've ever had. I've been to 100's of Hiltons and this breakfast was #1! The latin chef who prepared my omelet made the best one I've ever had. I had to go a 2nd time to see if he can match his craft and it was just as delicious as the first time. And the croissants, Oh my they are to die for! Best croissants of my life!

What I also loved about this Hilton was the location and its access to the train! The train system in Paris is one of the easiest to access, and this place is one you can't miss! Its also safe to say this is one of the safest Hilton's in the city. I was pretty nervous after being a victim of pick pocketing so it was a relief to hear from staff that I was in a safe zone!

I also liked that I got 2 free drinks at the bar with my check in. I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay and will come back here again with my family! Oh and my brother loved the Burger he ordered at the restaurant. He doesn't say much but hes a big burger fanatic and wanted me to share that!

It seemed to be far away from the city and hesitated to make a choice. Still, I chose Hilton because I believed. Our choice was excellent because the subway station was very close and a good line. It was also available when going out to the city and was also available when going out to the suburbs. It is recommended if you are going to the suburbs.

Nice hotel with a good location. Please note though the "suites" aren't real suites - i.e. there is no separate bedroom. Also difficult to reach by car and if you order an Uber, it can't pick you up from the hotel (like where the taxis are). You need to walk to the Pullman hotel or other accessible location.

Great location, lots of stores and restaurants. Be aware that the area shuts down over the weekend. The stores and stuff don’t close down but hours are different.

In the heart of La Défense business district. The hotel is surrounded by unique almost futuristic infrastructure that will leave you in awe. The hotel itself is inside a mall which is super convenient if you’re looking for some places to eat or shop. It is conveniently located steps away from the metro station where you can hop on for the price of £3,90 and be in downtown Paris in 20 minutes. The front desk, for the most part is super helpful. There was one incident where a concierge was quite forceful in trying to get us to update to a new room so we would spend more money (points if you’re a member). Besides that, it was a very cozy stay and truly acted like a home away from home!

Nice, but accessibility by uber not good. However, access to the mall is super easy

Amazing staff and great overall service

Great hotel if you are doing business in La Defense. If you are staying as a tourist, not exactly close to the sightseeing or tourist areas but great access within10-15 minutes on the Metro. Staff is always super helpful. Nice rooms and keeps with what you would expect from a Hilton.

Nice clean Hotel great service

I recently had a week-long, work-related stay at the Hilton La Defense. It's a well- maintained property in the heart of La Defense, conveniently located next to a metro station and a taxi stand. Word of caution: the La Defense streets are a labrinyth and Uber drivers regularly got lost getting me back to the hotel. While I rarely recommend cabs, they are a good idea here because they actually know the bizarre layout of the area (as opposed to slavishly following Google Maps).

Back to the hotel, the staff are bi-lingual, courteous and helpful. I had a complimentary breakfast each morning. While the service was excellent, the food was mediocre and the breakfast bar offerings never changed the week I was there. I suppose you get what you pay for, but some variety would be nice. Overall, a great stay if you're working in the area or don't mind the trip into the city. That said, some of the rooms face in to a shopping mall/office building, which could be, uhhhh, awkward. I didn't have one of these rooms, but I wouldn't have been happy if I did.

Is a good place to pass the night or to just promove a happy hour in a dinner

Nice place to stay outside of the city. It’s connected to the metro and RER via an indoor entrance from the cnit and also connected to the larger Les Quatre Temps shopping center, which also has a large selection of restaurants and eateries. We enjoyed our stay although we were plagued by an odd noise coming from the ceiling or something within the wall the whole time. The staff was very friendly and offered to move us. We decided to just stay put rather than repack and move everything. Hopefully they’ll track down the source before assigning the next occupants. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the beds were not. What was billed as “queen size” beds are closer to a full size. This is not unusual in Europe, so it wasn’t surprising that they were smaller. However, I also found them quite uncomfortable. Small + hard mattress + bad, flat pillow = poor rest. We could also hear people in the room next to us, which was slightly annoying, but they quieted down by 10pm so it wasn’t a problem.

I am delighted with the service and the upgrade. The location is strategically perfect to use public transportation.

Great convenience in its location, with respect to the metro, but access is a bit strange, as it is co-located with a shopping center. Rooms & beds are nice. WiFi was so-so, breakfast was nice. Really love the grocery store in the metro station. Love staying in this area of Paris, but it can be pricy in peak season.

Rooms are spacious, jakuzzi in the bath, tangerine bar is great, breakfast is good. Location is convenient and personnel is very friendly.

Nice location, however it is cumbersome to get to by vehicle/taxi. No executive lounge. Great breakfast and nice rooms.

The location is great being only a short metro ride into central Paris, some features in the room such as the fridge need modernising but this is over all a very nice hotel

Nice location two steps from the RER station and pedestrian mall. Interior room was quiet and overlooked the lobby. Interesting architecture as the hotel is a building within a building. Bed was hard. The room itself was sufficient but faded.

Very finicky WiFi but still very good with service. I really enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was also wonderful.

It is everything you would expect from a Hilton, clean, comfortable, nice. The people are very nice and helpful. It was great to come back to after a long hot day of sightseeing. It is near a metro station so travel is super easy.

Great location. Room had a few cosmetic defects (jacuzzi wouldn't stop running, a handle in the bathroom fell off) but overall good place.

Seems nice so far. The bed way brand new and easy to catch a few hours of sleep after a red eye flight. Easy access to shopping and the metro. The rooms are nicely sized compared to more local hotels and they have an iron and ironing board which is important for me.

The hotel location is perfect, breakfast buffet is very good, rooms are clean and good, I like the view as well.reception mainly are friendly but some were not nice to us.
One thing that extremely disappointed me and it was really unexpected in any Hilton anywhere else. Unfortunately I was with my family, after our long exhausting trip, I asked for extra blanket and I was waiting for more that one and half hour , calling the housekeeping and the reception several times with no action. They were saying "u had one already" SERIOUSLY!
In addition, I ask for an adapter for 2 days and every time I got "tomorrow we will bring u one" until I went to the store to buy one.
They also don't put the daily complementary water in the room as any other Hilton around the world.
Anyway, My family are staying for the whole week, for me I think next time I'll take in consideration some where that can provide me with better services.

Extremely expensive. The food is not good. The club sandwich I ate was really bad.

I believe that the location in Paris is excellent. Although, the rooms are somewhat smaller than I hoped. The service is also exemplary.

Rooms are clean and modern. However, all rooms look into either the shopping centre or over the lobby and none can see daylight. You need your curtains closed. All rooms have a connecting door which is poorly insulated. I could hear the person next door moving around and also his/her tv. Reception failed to pick up my laundry so I had to re-wear my clothes to my next destination. I would not stay here again.

Stayed here on a recent business trip to Paris. The rooms are large and have all the expected facilities. Breakfast was nice with a large choice of items. Only problem was with the broken Wi-Fi but other than that a very pleasant stay

Decent room, very convenient area close to shops and short transit to city center, parking not included( add 36E), needs maintenance as several items in riom were either broken or not working properly. Not worth the high cost.

Very friendly staff, was able to check in early. Hotel is a very convenient base station if you have meetings around Paris as the station is only steps away. Quiet area at night

Only 3 per wifi, for hhoners members. This was extrenley frustrating, especiallt becausr we booked a family room. The door was broken at times, making it hard to hual luggage through. For the price i payed, i feel ripped off. Ive seen and i excepted much morr from hilton.

Right beside the grand arch quite unique building . Excellent facilities and service. Only gripe no subway nearby

The location is not central but this was probably the best hotel room I ever had.

Useful place in La Défense where it is still hard to find somewhere for a business lunch.
