It’s far and very hard to reach. I usually need to change two RERs to reach there. Handling these connections with few baggages is not straightforward.

This hotel is ok. I was here working for a few times and I never had something to complain for. I always was treated really kindly for the employees and waiters and I always had great experiences. I like the breakfast and the rooms there. The gym is nothing to die for, the weights were almost all broken, and just four machines to do some cardio which randomly stopped working sometimes.
One time I was with one of my co-workers snd she got me up during my nap to tell me that someone came into her room while she was inside almost naked and started looking inside her suitcase looking for something to steal, so she called the police, the hotel called the police again to thell them not to come because everything was ok. I think that is DISRESPECTFULL for the costumer as we have the right to complain if something is not ok with the service that we are paying for.
So we had to leave to another hotel in the middle of the night.
Again, I don't have anything to complain about, as I always had great experiences there.

Big, clean rooms, great dining and friendly staff. Free shuttle to the terminal every 15 minutes too.

It's a worn out hotel. Everything is really basic relative to other Hilton hotels in Asia - I live in Asia. It seems to be a rule that the provide the bare minimum in the room here. We had to as for a kettle - they weren't forthcoming with the information or how they would solve the problem of us needing hot water in the room either. Beds are old and lost their comfort. TV is old and not providing a clear picture. Staff seem to be indifferent - maybe a French thing, but I would have thought the Hilton brand would have provided appropriately training? Check-in was smooth. On the plus side, the rooms seem to be quite generously in size, there is a shuttle bus to the airport every 15 minutes from 6am until midnight (please check). WiFi for HHonors members is decent, not the fastest but it will do. Will update once I have breakfast and checkout.

The hotel is well and nicely situated.
The rooms are old and need a full refurbishing work.
Not even a single bottle of water in it which is very desapointing knowing the Hilton brand and standards.

The lobby and such are fine. The bed is a little a hard, but it's not be and it's just a 20min bus ride from the Eiffel tower

Hotel is very tired. Closer to a standard regional town 3* hotel. And worst of all, the food is terrible. Whilst the staff are friends and polite, don't expect any assistance with your luggage, which I thought is standard fare for a 4* Hilton.

We ordered a €23 burger at the bar and was asked how we want it cooked, I asked for medium rare towards the rare side and was served a beef jerky burger after a 30min wait. The barman and the manager who happened to walk by both agreed that it was terrible and should not have been served. This was at 11:30pm and I wasn't about to wait another half an hour for a burger with an early morning flight the next morning.

The next morning: we go downstairs to catch the 6:30am shuttle bus at 6:15am. Checked out briskly but the 7 seater shuttle "bus" was full. Wasn't told at check in that it was a small van. Couldn't even put your name down for the next one, instead having to lug my suitcases out on my own and wait outside.

Other hotels I've stayed at have an actual bus and you could reserve a seat.

Pleasant, with friendly people. Nice bar and restaurant open pretty late. Rooms are American-sized and have solid air conditioning. Not cheap, expensive wifi etc. but that's not surprising for a hotel like this. They run a shuttle to the terminals and are happy to leave early if you leave a signup request at the front desk the night before.

Receptionist Julie very very arrogant, treated me like a piece of s****.
Rooms old décor, not very comfortable, restaurant service for dinner and breakfast almost non-existant (took 15min to find someone to assign me a table).
Usualy stay at Hilton Hotels and this one is the worst one i ever been

Great location at the airport / our stay was wonderful and good value for the price / friendly staff, fast check in, speak English, great buffet breakfast. Our room was large and very clean with all the required amenities. We will stay here again...

On arrival we were greeted in the lobby by pleasant aroma's wafting through the airconditioning system, they do this also in the big hotels in Las Vegas.
Rooms were large and well laid out. We were here only for a short. My one niggle was that We arrived for breakfast very early at 6.10am, I would have expected the eggs to be warm at this time, they were cold as we're the pancakes which my wife selected.

Dinner the evening before was very nice but my wife had to return her steak as it was undercooked, when returned it was perfectly cooked. So the service i would say was attentive and courteous.

Standard Hilton polish is applied to everything, and the food is fantastic. Getting to Paris is easy on the nearby subway or RER. Take the shuttle to the airport, then the airport bus to the train statioin, and then to the center of Paris.

It was a nice place to stay so close to the airport for an early flight. They have shuttles running every 15 mins. The food isn't as bad as some reviews make it out to be. Front desk was helpful and accommodating. The elevators weren't working to the 1st floor the day we left so that was awkward booking down the stairs. It needs some updating and there's not much to do around the hotel. However, it's a good last night stay for an early flight. You can easily take a cab into Paris as we did for your actual "last night" as it's about 26 minutes away.

Food was good, well cooked and presented but massively expensive for what is was. My main issue is the crazily expensive parking which is a deal breaker. This makes it by far the worst value in the area in my view. I did complain but no assistance or negotiation given. Not coming back even though I'm here many times a year. Bet they won't even comment.

Very old. Food was so so and I could not believe when I wanted to purchase some jewelry from there "gift shop" no gift shop just cases. But, the person with the key was off.????? And they gripe about money. They have no clue how to make any. Don't ya think more than one person should have a key. Obviously we switched hotels. Went to a BEST WESTERN in china town it was beautiful and clean.

Yes in 2016 you have some places where wireless Internet is still not free....Hilton Orly for instance.

Atmosphere is quite sad there.

Rooms are ok.

Staff ok too but not the best place In Paris for sure.

Very comfortable, convenient and accommodating!
We stayed here to catch an early flight from Orly, and it was wonderful!
At check-in, the young lady was so nice to speak French slowly enough so that I could understand everything clearly.
My husband and son had a panini at the hotel bar (huge portions) and really enjoyed it.
Later I asked for a special room service order, and they graciously accommodated.
The hotel is modern, clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
In the morning, a friendly shuttle driver took us to the airport at 530.
We were so pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel and staff were. I'd highly recommend the Hilton Orly.

I had to stay at this airport hotel for a night with a friend as we were flying in the morning. They gave us a renovated room with two comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom. We were hungry so we stopped at the restaurant. Food was great as expected from a French restaurant, a bit pricey though. We had a good time.
