Nice, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great place to stay. I have stayed multiple times and never been disappointed

Stayed at the hotel overnight prior to our disney cruise. Hotel has a very good sized room with pretty much all the amenities one would expect. They even have an evening social with free food and drinks. Awesome one night stay overall.

Stayed here before my cruise!! They let us check in early which we were so thankful because we’ve been driving all night!! The front desk was so nice!! The rooms was clean for the most part, just the housekeeping forgot to check and clean out the dishwasher and fridge. The breakfast was not good at all!! It was poor quality, not hot and it taste HORRIBLE!! It was like they went to a cheap drive thru, ask for their left overs from breakfast and decided to feed this disgustingness to hotel guests (that’s paying over $200 per night) the next morning!! The breakfast workers weren’t very pleasant, like it was the last place they wanted to be!! They even misspelled some of the breakfast items!!

The hotel itself is a five-star hotel. Beautiful pool area and rooms. The morning buffet was quite a bummer though. The staff made (seemingly) little effort to keep up with the demand.

The suite is well stocked for long term stays. Full sized fridge, dishwasher, and the dishes/utilities are better than I expected. Management is extremely friendly and accommodating.

STAFF GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND AND VERY CLEAN HOTEL

I had surgery June 20 and had to stay in this hotel near the surgery place. I had a free night stay and used it for the night after my surgery since I had an appointment the next morning. After the appointment I was told I had to come in again the next day, so I immediately called and asked if it would be possible to just keep the same room (so I wouldn’t have to wait for check-in and could rest/relax due to pain from surgery). They were more than happy to accommodate and allowed us to go back, get keys, and informed us that we might not have had the room cleaned since it was well prior to check-out. I said no big deal - the room was already plenty clean.

When we got up to the room the housekeepers were finishing it up and saw my bandaged face. I explained that I’d had surgery. They knocked out finishing the beds and repeatedly asked if I wanted/needed anything. They insisted on going and getting me ice and extra bags so that I could ice my face. Exceptional service.

On top of that, when my father returned from the store with food, the front desk worker asked, “how’s our patient feeling?” The attention to detail - the fact that they’d remembered his face and associated him with me - is amazing. They’ve continuously asked if we’ve needed anything. Happy is an understatement with the service we’ve received here. Proud to be a HGVC member because Hilton is an exceptional organization. The fact that they’d remembered the little things and were kind enough to go get me ice and plastic bags meant a lot.

Great rooms, very nicely appointed facility, pool and tiki bar were fun for both adults and the kids. We opted to stay and park or vehicle while out on cruise. The parking lot was well lit and videoed, the shuttle was on time and extremely convenient drop-off/pick-up location at the boat terminal. We know where we'll be staying for future cruises!!

Rooms are great and the housekeeping and breakfast/evening social staff are lovely. The breakfast and evening social food is OK. The tiki bar food and drinks are tastey. Beds and pillows are quite comfy, ac works great, shower is updated and nice. Gym is pretty nice and outdoor seating is comfy. I had an issue with the ceiling fan in my room and the staff were able to move me to a room with a working fan even though the hotel was fully booked. The front desk staff during my stay were sometimes a little short, but I think it may have been because the hotel was full and they were busy, because they were always able to take care of me!

The staff is friendly. The rooms are very clean. The amenities are wonderful, including the pool and fitness room. The lobby is stylish, and the parking lot is free.

Great hotel for guests staying and waiting for cruises! Great dinner Mon-Thurs. Nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast...perfectly appointed for the price.

One of the absolute best hotels we've stayed at! Clean, prompt service, outdoor tiki bar and pool were superb!

Comfortable and we'll appointed room. Efficient check in and cheerful staff. There were not two bed rooms in the suite but a king bed and pull out sofa for additional guests.

I stayed here about a month ago with my mom the night before we went on a cruise. This is a lovely hotel. Nice upgrades in the room and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. One thing I really loved is that they offered free wine and some local beer on tap in the evening with some Thai food. Such a unique touch to offer a different social hour each night. We will definitely book here again when staying in town.

Very nice hotel with an amazing breakfast! Egg sandwiches and waffles, it was great! Easy to find, and a great pool! The staff was extremely friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable with a full size fridge and kitchen as well! We will be going back next time we visit!

Large room with kitchen and couch bed. Very quiet and comfortable. Our to day stay was perfect except that there was no room turn down before the second night. I'm sure I could have requested it but it wasn't critical.

This hotel is new, clean and has a great staff, from the front desk to the kitchen! Complimentary breakfast, spacious rooms. Also a nice tiki bar by their pool. I would definitely recommend staying here!

My room is incredibly comfortable and quite private. Breakfast is convenient to grab quickly before leaving. After noon socials are good for snacks. Gym has everything one needs too.

I booked two rooms here for a night before taking my handicap mother on a cruise. My previous hotel for the trip was damaged and I was not notified of it's closure.

The staff at Homewood went above and beyond during our stay. They made sure to have a room available for my early check-in, confirmed there handicap accessible room for my mother, and arranged a handicap shuttle to and from the cruise terminal. With the cruise shuttle they called multiple companies as their normal operators were out of commission.

During the stay everyone at the front desk was incredibly accommodating, friendly, professional, and had personal interactions with guests. Any questions or concerns I had, they gladly addressed and also have some GREAT food suggestions nearby.

The rooms were very clean, fully functional, and stocked very well. The layouts were very spacious and comfortable. I will most definitely use this facility again whenever possible!

Beautiful room! We had reservations at Country Inn and Suites but when we pulled up to the front door there was a sign saying they were closed until further notice. We booked to go on the Oasis of the Seas cruise the next day. Luckily Homewood Suites had availability. Very clean place and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at! Smelled amazing when you walked into the building. Employees took pride in every detail of their work. Breakfast taste great! Room was spacious and beautiful!

Always love staying at Homewood Suites when traveling. Rooms are studio apartment style, including kitchen with full size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, and range to cook on if you wish. Rooms were clean and modern. Very comfortable stay overall. Breakfast was average, but Monday through Thursday includes "social hour" which is a free dinner of sorts. The dinner was mediocre at best, but they do offer free beer and wine. If you are looking to make the most of you per-diem while travelling, this is an ideal choice. One of the better Homewood Suites I have stayed at, but not the best food I have eaten at one.

Rooms/suites offer a full kitchen. Perfect for a week long stay for our family. Pool was nice (beware of the ants) and a lovely outdoor seating lounge with a fire place. Dining room is very chic yet comfy. Food was better than expected.

Beautiful. Lovely atmosphere. Bar next to the pool. Breakfast and dinner served at the hotel. Parking costs about 6.00, but be sure to check your bill so you are not charged parking per room, if you have more than one room and only one vehicle between the occupants. Otherwise, this hotel is 1 mile from the cruise terminals. And the rooms themselves are nice and quiet and have lots of amenities.

Enjoy this hotel very much very friendly staff the rooms are top-notch and I enjoy going there every time I'm in town. They have a really good workout room and in brain a saltwater pool also with a bar by the pool

Great staff, accommodations and location. Plus for me is that it had a kitchenette! I was able to cook my own food! Will definitely stay there again.

I travel for a living and this is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff is very understanding if you work on night shift. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is pretty good and is not the same everyday. The free dinner Monday through Thursday was pretty good most days, a real money saver if your company is paying for the room. There is also two very nice grills you can use whenever you like. The have a well stocked workout room with full dumbbell set. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are staying for a long time.

Fantastic!! Rooms were clean and nice. Pool was perfect! Kids loves the walk in pool. Great bar service and we got to see a rocket launch. Shuttle to port as well for cruises.

Rooms are excellent! Well payed out apartment feel with small kitchen and full size fridge. Common are is very modern and fun. Food was just average. Outdoor pool area has a glass gas fireplace and great relaxing layout. Pool is sloped walk in style.

Everything good. Not much to eat in the surrounding neighborhood. Breakfast and evening social were more than adequate. Had problem with door and they fixed it

Everything about this hotel was awesome. My favorite part was the back area with pool, seating area, basketball court, and super nice frills. With it being so close to the port, it's a really great place to stay!

This is a great hotel to stay pre or post cruise. It is very clean and the parking rate is not bad to stay. Could see cruise ships from most windows which is so nice to see your ship coming in the morning of your cruise.

Had a drink by the tiki bar. The bartender was wonderful. Drinks were great and she made sure we were well taken care of while we were there.

The staff was absolutely amazing, were always helpful and friendly. The beach and pool are excellent and an oasis of their own. They have kayaks and a paddle board to use (without charge) to tour the mangroves or go for a morning paddle.

The closest hotel to the cruise terminals. Just 1 mile away. Offers shuttle for $5 each way but I hate you have to pay to park when you are paying $200-300 a night. I'm good with paying to park when I'm not staying in hotel but it's not valet so parking should be included with your night stay. Spacious rooms and good breakfast.

I'm gonna be staying here for 2 weeks with my boyfriend who is here on business and I love everything so far! Very nice, clean hotel has all the amenities you need and could ask for. Service has been great and everyone is friendly. Only small complaint I have is I was hoping for a keuring coffee maker in the room, but it's not a big deal and they have coffee in the lobby all day. Still have many more days I'll be staying here, but as of right now I'm giving it 5 stars and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

New hotel, decent rooms, friendly service. Breakfast not great, but on par with other properties at the same price point where it is included.

Location is convenient for anyone visiting the Kennedy Space Center like we did, took about twenty minutes to arrive. Room exceeded expectations when arriving and can't beat free drinks during social hour (pronounced happy hour). Highly recommended and will stay at again if in the area.

I have been booking this hotel for the last 6 months for my work at KSC. Absolutely, love the service this hotel provides. Staff is professional and courteous. Rooms are exceptional, clean and spacious. Never had a complaint and I will continue to book my stays all the time here..

I travel a lot and this was one of the nicer Homewood Suites. The rooms were updated and there was plenty of good places to eat nearby. If you're staying overnight in the area, I would commend Homewood Suites.

Hotel is barely a year old. Mile away from beach. Very close to Port Canaveral. Evening social Mon to Thursday can ease up cost of dining. Beautiful hotel.

We stayed here after the hurricane Mathew while waiting for the electricity to be turned back on at our house. Everything about the stay was positive. The rooms were amazing, very clean. The best part was the staff. The lady that did house keeping on the 4th floor was the kindest person you would ever want to meet. And Neil the manager was a great help in getting is situated. Nothing in the area compares to this hotel, top notch in every way.

Hotel is really beautiful and staff is so accommodating. Great place for families. I love the free hot breakfast in the morning and free cocktail hour in the evening. Rooms are pristine and quiet. Would stay again and again.

Beautiful hotel! This Homewood was built just a few months ago, so everything is brand new and shiny. We checked in right before the evening social, which had two beers on tap, one of which is brewed locally. Not just locally, but literally 100 yards away. The staff are very friendly and treated us like family. The suite was so clean and comfortable, it was hard to leave. There were plenty of pillows and towels and everything else you could think of to ask the front desk for. The kitchen in our suite had every pot, pan, plate and utensil I would ever need and our closet came stocked with 2 huge, super soft blankets and a down comforter. The halls were quiet and the elevators were well maintained. There were handicapped accessible everything. They thought of everything when they put this wonderful hotel together and think of everything while operating it. Oh the bathroom.... it was big! Nice big shower with curved rod and multi setting showerhead. The water pressure was perfect and hot, the soap was name brand, the toilet was enormous and there was plenty toilet paper. While exploring the property, we met rocket scientists from NASA and SpaceX and there was fresh coffee available around the clock. The bed was big and cozy and I got more sleep than I've had in months. The pool was pretty big and clean. There are comfortable seats, tables and couches located throughout the hotel and even outside. Everything about this place, demands comfort and relaxation! I am very very happy with my stay and can't wait to come back. This is a tourist town and I frequently lodge in this area, but only the Hilton family hotels seem to get it right. This has been easily one of my best experiences yet.

Great hotel, it's new in 2016. Close to the beach and the cruise terminal. The hotel offers nightly social activities Monday thru Thursday evenings, seem to be more geared towards the business crowd. The rooms themselves are exceptional. Each suite includes a small kitchen with all the basics you need to cook a meal with. Along with with kitchen is the living room and a/c unit. Going through a door takes you to the bedroom witch includes a desk. The bathroom is attached, though the sink and mirror lights are a bit bright if someone is getting ready and another is sleeping. Overall the rooms are well decorated. Will definitely be coming back again!
