My room needs a little TLC. The light bulb over the vanity is missing. There is no bath mat for the floor. The vanity sink needs a thorough cleaning. There was no dish soap in the kitchenette. The room is a decent size. I most likely will not choose this location again.

My stay was another example of the excellence of Homewood Suites at any location. The staff in every area was top-notch from reception to room cleanliness, and assistance. I try to exclusively stay at Homewood Suites due to what I see as a culture of consistent, customer oriented service.

Pleasant stay. They do allow pets so keep that in mind. We had a few issues with our room and another guest because locked out of there's. Staff was always helpful and responsive.

Really nice hotel and friendly staff. Social hours were a delight and good breakfast options. Our room was upgraded and it was spacious and clean. We will definitely return in the future.

This hotel was a little weird. The suites are good space, living area with kitchen in addition to bedroom. Everything was a little run down though, towel bar fell of in my room and the room smelled like pepper, my colleague said she had stains in her room and the lobby and hallways always had small debris on the floors. Just a little off putting. Staff we friendly enough, although somewhat dismissive on the shuttle process. One night it took us where we wanted then the next day we were told it only runs on the hour even thought there were multiple people around ready for the shuttle in the middle of the hour (how does that make sense when it's not a fixed location shuttle and that time span was a bit nuts). Not sure I'd stay here again, although being close to the mall was nice.

Great hotel for business. The apartment style makes the stay so much more comfortable then a typical hotel room. Decent breakfast in morning and a simple dinner 4 nights a week. Location is good with plenty of amenities nearby and a shuttle service if you don't have/don't want to use own car.

This hotel is newly renovated and absolutely gorgeous! The staff is friendly and helpful. They have hot breakfast every day and it is in a wonderful location.

We stopped in for one night with our 9 year old son who was thrilled to have his "own space." The room was clean and modern, with a very comfortable king size bed. The staff we encountered were all very friendly and accomadating. The only issues we had were with the wifi and the pool being "freezing" in the middle of June. We are staying at another Homewood Suites tonight and hope to have a similar experience.

the pool had floatees and there was questionable shower holding utensils such as plastic bag holding shower up people were nice room it's self was fairly clean

The location was incredibly convenient for my work trip. I was a short drive from work each day and there are many restaurants close by.

We stayed here for three weeks after we had a fire in our house. The room was great. The beds were super comfortable. Wifi was spotty. Breakfast was great. They also offered snacks and drinks M-Th night. Clean pool and Jacuzzi in a gym atmosphere. The maids were afraid of our dogs so cleaning service had to be arranged around that. Nice, polite personnel.

Huge suites, nice place

The room had some major flaws. The A/C unit in room was extremely loud. The bath tub at some point had been worn through on the bottom. The had been poorly patched. The patchwork was concave extremely uncomfortable to stand on. In my opinion both of these things should have been replaced/properly repaired if you are going to charge money to stay here. Attempts to change room were met with "A member of our management team will contact you.". That never happened. I'll not be staying here again, not that my family would let me. Everything else was just average. I am not sure how this hotel is so highly rated.

I love the suite the suite layout of the rooms. The only thing missing from the kitchen is an oven. Two TVs and a sofa sleeper are a plus. Uncomfortable mattress and dim lighting were negatives.

Actually had a very nice stay here. Nice full suite with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sofa sleeper and two TVs. Staff were very helpful and friendly. However, lighting in all rooms was too dim. Bathroom was cramped and uncomfortable. Also the mattress too firm and uncomfortable. Saying all this I would stay here again.

The staff was very accommodating. We had a party of 13 and everyone loved the breakfast buffet, the whirlpool, and the pool.

The usual service you'd expect from Homewood. Good stuff, breakfast is good enough and free, happy hour has free beer, wine, and a light dinner, the rooms are clean, they are friendly, and the gym has the bare essentials of some free weight dumbbells and cardio machines.

It was fine. First time with this brand. Rooms were decent, was quiet and left alone. Not the cleanest place in the world. Wasn't dirty, just felt unkempt

Clean, quiet, large, inexpensive, comfortable hotel 30 minutes drive to Boston Commons. When the rest of the city charges $300+/ night for a short stay-over, this hotel is worth the drive. Free parking, Wi-Fi, breakfast and large suite-style room. Very pleased with this choice.

Brought my adult son and two teenage girls. Guest services were great and the military discount was welcomed. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. Close to Boston amd Salem. I will recommend all my friends stay with you and we will be back.

It has been a great experience so far. Feels like a home away from home. The breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel are really lovely. Staff was courteous and professional.

AMAZING customer service. The room itself was great (clean, soft bed and pillows, etc. - the gym even has some free weights!) but I would recommend staying here just based off the customer service alone!

One of the best free breakfasts ever. Not your usual powdered eggs and stale bagels. This could be a $10-$12 breakfast at most restaurants and it s all you can eat. Additionally, the happy hour in the evenings is not bad either with free beer and wine. Easy access to tourist landmarks, great accommodations, and friendly professional staff make this a must stay in the Boston area.

My family and I stayed here recently. Matt (Manager) is exceptional at Customer Service and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful as well. It was a rough time for us because our youngest was sick and we were able to do laundry when we arrived and although we had to deal with the illness while we were away the staff made it as easy for us as they could! Thank you.

Went for a weekend getaway. Was greeted by friendly front desk agent and made to feel relaxed. The continental breakfast was awesome. Get there early, as it goes quick. Great access to the local sights as well.

I was only here visiting a friend for a couple hours but everything was good, couch I sat on was comfortable, and there was plenty of parking.

Bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean, but room's condition was unmaintained. Did not match expectations from previous experiences at other Homewood Suites by Hilton

Could use an update (bigger TVs/newer fixtures) but it's a nice hotel overall. I stay here when I'm in town for work and I like it.

My BFs parents were staying here. We visited. It was really nice

lived there with my family for three months when i moved to United States. staff are friendly. breakfast and dinner are provided if you dont like to eat outside. for the next few years, i always consider Homewoods Suites first if i have to stay for a few days. cherish the memory.

One of the friendliest hotels I have ever stayed in. Clean rooms and a staff dedicated to customer service. Wonderful breakfasts and (happy hour snacks with beer and wine during the weekdays)

Just beware of the tub/showers they are very curved and slippery...Ask for a mat so you do not fall. My first step into the tub/shower was a real surprise!

Room is nice, breakfast was good, the cleaning staff are a little wasteful, I had a single spoon on the counter from making my coffee and he/she ran the dishwasher to wash a single spoon.

Clean, nicely-furnished rooms and friendly staff. Had no problems finding parking around back. Free wifi was reliably good enough for streaming SD TV shows via Netflix.

I am satisfied with how quiet the room was during my 3-night stay. It was near the hotel kitchen, but I was not able to hear the staff from my room, and I was only able to hear guests in the dining room on one evening until 9pm or so.

The complimentary breakfast was good, and I really appreciated that they offered different hot food items every morning (e.g., eggs, bacon, corned beef hash, potato wedges, breakfast burritos, biscuits & gravy). They also provided a complimentary happy hour in the evenings with free wine and tap beer (Sam Adams seasonal and Coors Light) and limited free appetizer selection (didn't try any, but it looked decent). I also especially appreciated that the kitchen staff was very friendly and seemed to really care about providing a good dining experience for the guests.

The only issue I had at all was that when leaving I had to either let my room door slam shut, or else pull it really hard to get it to latch good enough to not reopen when pushed.

The hotel is very nice. I stay here for business quite a bit. The provide dinners Tuesday thru Thursday. Happy hour type food on Mondays. Food isn't bad and they provide complimentary wine and beer which is cool. There's a small gym with the basics (treadmill, elliptical, bike, free hand weights). Rooms are spacious which is a bonus. The only downside is the fact that the heater doesn't seem to be blowing out heat. It's more of like a lukewarm. Other then the heater not really working, that's about it. They also have complimentary breakfast. It's a nice place to stay at definitely.

Fantastic! Hot breakfast is included and on M-Th, a hot dinner as well, plus freshly baked cookies. But the best part is the staff-especially Denise-the staff just do anything to make your stay absolutely stress-free. They are professional and do extra things to make you glad you picked their hotel. The suites have a living room, dining room, full kitchen, all of which are carefully maintained.

Best time EVER! I was snowed in over the weekend and was so disappointed when I had to go home. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I can not wait to go back again.
