I had a friend come from out of town, and I just met them at the hotel for dinner. Overall it look great, food was awesome. I enjoy the amenities

It took three hours to get in our room. Even though we had booked ahead , checked in early. The services has been very exellent , the rooms were clean. This place needs more staff and a small update to the furniture.

We stayed July 3 & 4. The hotel lobby is still under construction. Looks about done. We had no hot water in our shower. We asked for it to be fixed, it was not and they moved us. Brittany at the front desk did everything in her power to get things corrected for us. The other staff members including the housekeepers, and lady and gentleman who works the breakfast and managers reception were great. The building not so much. It is old and maintenance is lacking. Hopefully the renovations will be continued to the rooms.

This was home away from home for 2 months while our bathroom was being remodeled due to a leak. The food is delicious. The dining staff were the best. They were so friendly and passionate about their jobs. They had a super bowl party for the guests and that was a great time!

I had the good fortune of choosing this hotel for a two month stay. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed this stay, our suite was great, they were renovating but that's a plus because pre results look amazing.. can't wait to see the finish product. The customer service was excellent....

Overall, good place to stay. In our suite, the living room area AC is broken. The bathtub is stained. Food is good. Front desk was very accommodating.

Nice location. Accessible to everything, shopping, entertainment for the family (movie theater, skating, bowling, mini golf ect.) and all kinds of restaurants. Although it was still under renovation, staff member Brittney was friendly and very accommodating.

I booked to throw my daughter a sweet 16 slumber party and loved the whole experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I was impressed by the water dispenser with the sliced grapefruit. Awesome way to start a day! (It's the little things sometimes)

We stayed here for nearly a month this summer due to a move with the military from overseas. The staff was always very kind, especially in the breakfast dining room. We were always greeted wi6smiles and often times, had a high chair set up for our baby while we served ourselves. The room was always cleaned, although the shower floor was cleaned with a substance that made it slick and I slipped one morning in the shower. So that was fun. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

I stayed at this property in June and the only reason I'm even thinking about revisiting back is due to the fact that the housekeeping manager gave us every reason too! We had an bad experience upon arrival due to the rude front desk staff (some girl who had RED HAIR yes RED hair that wore legging tights and some flip flops) she became extremely irritated and rude when SHE couldn't answer a simple question about my room type I booked through Expedia and she checked us into the room when housekeeping didn't finish cleaning. After a looooong drive from Louisiana I had enough. Thats when I met the housekeeping manager...she went in and helped clean the room to assist and help her staff not only that she truly went ABOVE & BEYOND to truly turn our bad experience into a positive she apologized for the situation and left us a goody basket in our room she also left a gift for our children she accommodated us in every way she is an awesome woman who doesn't just work she actually cares! Also looking forward to the renovated property because everything is really dated and run down and seeing Scot Rose the GM and Mrs. Lynn the f&b manager!

The staff is super nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast could be better and the 2 king suite that we stayed in could use a really good cleaning, new bathtubs and new carpet in the bedrooms.

Hotel initially charged the room to the wrong card, resulting in me not having money for my trip. It was worked out the next day. Rooms are nice, complimentary dinner is nice. Bathroom could use an update.

Homewood Suites is conveniently located near many dining establishments and right off the freeway. Complimentary breakfast and dinner is a great added touch as well as a free pass to a nearby fitness center. Rooms are spacious with a full size refrigerator and kitchenette. Viewing of the many HD channels and HBO HD is the perfect way to end the day in your relaxing Queen or King size comfortable bed.

Awesome people and free food. Very clean a home away from home. The staff are some of the nicest youll ever meet. From the hotel manager to the maids and everyone in between. We had a wonderful vacation and a big part of it was spent lounging in this wonderful establishment.

We had 2 families stay here this past weekend while our girls had a softball tournament. I had to take a moment and do a review! We were very impressed with this hotel. Our rooms were perfect and we were accommodated very well by the front desk guy (I wish I knew his name). Very friendly staff & affordable prices! Kids enjoyed the pool as well. Will definitely be back!!!!!

We were put in a smoking room, we don't smoke so to us that's horrible. The toilet had issues and the maintenance man wasn't able to resolve them. Also, the pipes banged very loudly and between the two situations we didn't get any sleep. Because the hotel was fully booked, we weren't able to move to a new room. The front desk staffed worked very hard to addresses my concerns which is why we'd patronize again, but only after upgrades.

Nothing special about this hotel. Not one of our better stays. Manager was helpful enough with accomodation mess ups.

Not the cheapest. But you get breakfast and a complimentary dinner. Not sure if that's every night or just last. Room clean. Shower great pressure. And you get a complimentary pass too a phenomenal local gym.

Food was better at this location than others but no beer or wine was offered. Rooms and service are very good and what you would come to expect from a Hilton managed hotel.

The hotel offered great hospitality. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and everything worked as expected. The location is within walking distance of a large shopping center. The morning breakfast was also great.

Large spacious room. Breakfast was satisfactory. I had a non-smoking room but I got occasionally smells of smoke in some areas.

Gay for extended stay trips, due to the included amenities and provided meals. Friendly staff, clean rooms, high value.

Amazing customer service. I had an issue with my room and lock the first night and not only did they take care of it, the manager wrote me a personal note apologizing with free voucher and carpet cleaning. That is how business should be done! I will stay here every time I am in town for work from now on!

Loved this Motel the rooms was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was so relaxing, and the kitchenette was very nice. Overall I would recommend this Motel. Some may say its very pricey at 189. plus tax and other fees you are look at over 200. a night but, that's doing peak season its only a few minutes away from the beach. Off season its less that's doing the winter months.

Great place!

My family just spent the weekend at the Homewood Suites here, and we were very impressed with all of the staff. They went out of their way to make us comfortable, happy and taken care of. The first morning when we got to breakfast, the woman who was staffing it was so happy and engaging. When my daughter got sick, they brought us fresh sheets right away and were back early (though not too early to wake us) to do a thorough cleaning of our room. The housekeeper left us treats the night before and brought back crackers, ginger ale and soup for my sick child. I was taking our stuff to the car, and a gentleman made sure I could carry all of our things, offering to take them to the car for me. My dad left a shirt in his room, and it was brought to us (he checked out before we did) and when we left a couple of things after we checked out, they called and said they were mailing the items to us. We will stay here again if we need a hotel in the area because of the people who work here!
The rooms are nice, typical suites, comfortable beds and very clean.

Staff is real friendly and the service is great. Home away from home.

I was on my Bachelor's Party and needed a room asap. So we found Homewood Suites. The front desk clerk Anitra was fantastic and had good attitude. She was very helpful in making my weekend run smooth. Our room was awesome and had plenty space. I will be contacting Homewood Suites again when needed.
