This place is great,we’ve got two more nights here and I’m enjoying every minute. The staff is great-I glad for the complimentary shuttle in the city and the property is very nice and close to everything-from shopping to great places to eat. All of the staff was really attentive and friendly.

Hilton Homewood Suites has been great! Everyone is friendly,it is very clean and, the beds are VERY comfortable! The meals and happy hours included with the stay are actually pretty good and exceeded our expectations! Overall very nice place to stay.

The rooms are spacious and clean with plenty of amenities. The area surrounding the hotel isn't too busy or loud, but there are many popular shops and restaurants within walking distance. Everyone at the front desk was polite and ready to help at any moment.

Great hotel with wonderful accommodations! Hotel is updated and clean! Stayed here for weeks on business and the staff was amazing. They really go above and beyond for their guest. Breakfast and dinner is really good. They also provide shuttle service and drove me to and from work daily. Vicki is great and one of my favorites as well as Dana!

Our family was checked in by Cait, she is great! She was patient and kind. I needed help finding my way around town, Dana and Shelly were super helpful. They greeted us by name when we returned from our day out. The pool is sparkling clean, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms were impeccable. Parking was easy and they had a decent number of spaces. Breakfast was delicious!

Nice hotel, clean rooms, and courteous staff. Free light breakfast, and the king room has a kitchenette, and with a super target in walking distance you can save money preparing your own meals. Although this one is not crazy expensive anyway.

I cannot say enough positive things about our recent stay. We are from out of state and staying while my son had outpatient surgery near by. Our stay was for 4 days. The room was clean and well cared for. The staff was more than accommodating and friendly. After my son's surgery the housekeeping staff assisted us with multiple linen request - with extremely fast response times. The evening socials made not leaving the hotel that much easier. The food that was prepared was delicious and again the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel for personal or professional travel.

I have stayed here for three weeks. The place is very nice. The staff very courteous, especially the front desk. They were very accomodative about the shuttle service. The evening social was also good. The coffee is a killer here.

I spent two weeks here in April 2018 and had an excellent experience. The facilities had everything I needed to cook, do laundry, relax by the pool, or hang out in my room. My suite was spacious and classy, and though it was a small touch, I appreciated the power outlets and USB ports incorporated into the furniture.
I especially thought the cleaning staff was fantastic. They did a very thorough job and were careful to make themselves available without disturbing guests when unneeded.
The complimentary breakfast had a few nice touches like southwestern eggs and yogurt with fresh berries, but I cooked for myself most of the time. The pool area had a nice vibe with its waterfalls in the enclosed courtyard. The laundry machines were relatively quick and could be used by getting tokens from the front desk. I also took advantage of the premium wifi (extra charge), which was great for streaming HD Netflix and gaming. You can't go wrong with this hotel.

Modern, clean, well decorated & comfortable. Friendly staff as well. (Easy) walking distance to Aloft & gas station with lots of beverage options including sparkling water.

Stayed here because the Embassy Suites was full for a convention. I’m a Diamond and was pleasantly surprised how nice the service was and the rooms were well maintained and clean.

Best hospitality. Great location. Nearby to shopping malls like Stonebriar mall and other shopping stores and reasturnats/pubs are at walking distance. Loved the hotel. The morning breakfast is great. They have free happy hours evening monday to thursday where you get Beer with great snack options.

Excellent location - Target Super center, Walmart Super center, Excellent Indian restaurants and pizza places around, Indian Groceries - all in walking distance ......Excellent rooms and facilities are really great....Loved it!!

Pretty darn reliable, and really clean - nothing special, but a clean, safe hotel without many amenities.

My wife got a room for my mother in law. We were moving her here Houston. We had been on the road for 5 hours. We were tired and had a lot of stuff to take up to the room. As we were checking in, I asked the lady at the front desk (May) if they had anyone that could help us with everything. May sprung into action, helped me unload the car, and helped us carry everything to the room while grabbing three bottles of water for us. When we got to the room, she helped adjusting the thermostat and made sure my mother in law had everything she needed. I was very impressed and May is a rock star!

Clean rooms. All of the rooms are in great proximity to the lobby. There's parking all around the building to get you close to your room. Breakfast was exceptional for free hotel breakfasts. It's in great proximity to a TON of shopping as well.

Great place with super staff, super clean rooms. Good quality and comfy beds. I've marked this on as a favorite for my north Dallas trips.

Excellent location to get around the Frisco area. Right next to shopping, dining, and major roads. Good breakfast selection, the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are well kept and clean, they also have kitchenette options in some rooms. Very nice hotel and reasonable pricing.

I family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great. The pull out couch in our suite was a little hard, it could have had a better mattress but I suite was very clean. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel was fantastic, especially for the price! A kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, plates, utensils, and a 2-burner cook-top in my king suite. Lots of room, comfortable bed, complimentary breakfast and evening food along with beer and wine. If I find this hotel elsewhere you can be sure I'll stay there again!

I've stayed at this location 5 times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are spotless, the beds, sheets, and pillows are heavenly. The breakfast is always so very good. The staff is very friendly. Not to mention they give you chocolate in your room at check in. :)

Stayed for three nights, great location in Dallas area. Breakfast was fresh and good. Rooms very clean. Front desk staff friendly and helpfull. Although did not use the kitchen it was very clean, way above average from others I have experienced.

This property is in a good location if you need to be in Frisco, TX. The staff is helpful, breakfast is good, and the property is clean. We have a 4 year old son and the one bedroom suite works perfectly for our family.

By far the best Homewood Suites I have stayed at. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, the hotel is meticulously maintained and the rooms are about as perfect as they get. All the amenities were flawless. They really go above and beyond to make you feel like your at home, which made me very comfortable and relaxed after a long day at work.

The staff at Homewood Suites are simply the best staff I have ever encountered. Friendly, professional, and attentive don't even begin to do them justice. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has a wide range of options, and the interior is immaculate. Every visit I make leaves me happier than before I arrived.

I stayed here for close to 3 months, Staff here is so co-operative and welcoming that I never felt being away from home. Rooms are spacious and maintained with all possible luxuries. I felt relaxed and refreshed, It really added a good memory in my journey.

Homewood Suites by Hilton in Frisco is definitely one of the best hotels we have had the privilege of staying at. My husband, daughter (7), & sister spent four nights at the hotel, and I can honestly say that the property, staff, food, pool, amenities, etc. exceeded our expectations. Everyone working at the hotel, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff, went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. Coming from out of state, we were blown away by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are huge - full refrigerator, stove top, microwave, kitchen, large beds/bedroom space, and a gorgeous bathroom! The location is superb - we were able to access everything around us easily and quickly! The gas station in the shared parking lot was a nice little perk too! You really cant get closer to the shopping! The hotel shuttles guests anywhere within 5 miles, which was awesome because literally everything was SO close! The hot breakfast was delicious each and every day. They have quite the selection! The pool area is absolutely gorgeous! We walked over to check out the hotel across the street and the hotel pool doesn't compare! If you have kids, this is the place you want to be! If you are staying on a week night, they serve up a delicious dinner complete with free beer and wine! They have a nice little play area for the kids, a complimentary executive center, a workout room, and all sorts of other awesome things! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Frisco area. They will truly go above and beyond to provide you with the very best. Homewood Suites by Hilton definitely understands the meaning of service excellence!

Always clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. I was recently there and left my prescription eyeglasses in my room when I left. I called the following morning and was promptly forwarded to someone that located my glasses and got them shipped out the door the same day for me. It is nice to stay in a place that will do something like that for you. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area!
