My husband’s favorite place. Just wish I could afford it every time I travel through Joplin. Room was superb as was the mattress. The shower is great and love the lighting was wonderful. We were there on a Saturday night so got Sunday morning breakfast and it was just wonderful. Breakfast buffet!

Not far from I-44, located on 32nd Street, close to many restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. My friends stay here every time they visit from out of town, and I've joined them at the pool for family fun. The suites are clean, modern, and have plenty of space. The breakfast provided is also high quality, with a great selection.

I can't even begin to write into words how wonderful our stay was with them. My aunt had passed away so we drove in from South Carolina, from the moment we walked in to check-in to the very morning we left we never felt unwlecomed. The kitchen staff was wonder with helping get drinks and food for our children. The morning of the funeral I asked to have breakfast delivered since we had to leave before 9..and they brought it up at 7, which gave us plenty of time to eat and get ready. The staff made us feel at home and I am throughly impressed! When we come back to visit family I know exactly where we will be staying! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all the kind words and wonderful welcome!

Great room with desk which I badly needed. Executive room off lobby with computers, fax, and printers. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Free breakfast.

Check in was a breeze. My room was perfect ! It had a king bed, clean bathroom, TV with VCR, small kitchenette with everything I would need to make a fast meal. It was immaculately clean. There was a small sundries stand next to the front desk with everything I could need. Various snack foods, including frozen meals, health & beauty aids usually forgotten when traveling . There was even cold beer & wine. The business center had computers, a printer , maps & brochures for local events & restaurants. There was even a binder filled with many menus of every restaurant in the surrounding 10 miles. The breakfast was exactly what one would need to build a self serve breakfast. There was fresh fruit to a waffle iron & the fruit & various bread items were fresh. Homewood Suites is where I will stay during my next visit to Joplin, Mo. It was much more than a comfortable bed.

This is a wonderful Hotel. Great breakfast buffet and a nice fitness facility. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel was nice and the staff was very courteous. We ate at the breakfast provided the morning of our departure and it was delicious with a good variety of food. Overall we had an excellent stay here and would stay here again next time we are in Joplin.

We went there because we live in the Houston Texas area and there was a big flood/storm happening in September last year. My dad really wanted to go to Missouri , so we went! We had terrible experiences with other "5 star hotels" but this hotel was amazing! We are planning on coming back this summer!

I utilized the conference room as an instructor for a training event. The staff were friendly and set up the room exactly as we needed them to. The projector and sound system were easy to use with my computer for the presentation.

Everything about this hotel is amazing! The staff is the friendliest staff in the world. It's super dog approved:) The main lobby bathroom was always perfect, with folded toilet paper edges. It's the little things that make the difference. I also forgot my shampoo and conditioner in the shower and they found it, logged it and are sending it to me. Unreal.

When I checked in there were two friendly people working the front desk. The facility is modern and my room was clean. The breakfast staff is amazing. There are no dirty tables or empty cups. I have never seen a better run breakfast operation at any Homewood Suites. Fantastic hotel experience.

Breakfast and evening meals smelled great even though I never had a chance to dine at the hotel due to my schedule. Friendly staff and spacious rooms.

Have stayed at the Joplin location dozens of times over the last several years. Before retirement, I used the proximity and comfort here (as well as the business set up in each room) while I covered 'on-call' obligations. Always a satisfying relaxing efficient experience...warm, friendly, accommodating, CLEAN, and modern. By comparison, we have stayed in either Homewood Suites or Hilton Garden Inn from Maine to Phoenix to Oregon to SW Texas. No one holds a candle to the Joplin experience. Tammy (front desk), who has not seen me for over two years) called me by name this morning when I turned in the room key. And, I MUST give a shout out to the meals and staff here. The quality, variety, and freshness of food does not compare to any of our other experiences (save the downtown Embassy Suites in Portland and the HGI in Baltimore as you might expect). JOPLIN IS our favorite Hilton location. In fact we have visited just for a get-a-way (it's only 65 miles from home).

The rooms are quite big and beautiful!! The staff is so friendly and amazing!! They really make it a wonderful stay!

Very clean and wonderful hotel. We were only able to stay for one night, but Homewood Suites made our short stay worthwhile.

Great hotel to stay at with the family. We stay there because they have a nice gym, pool, and hot tub for the kids. The rooms are spacious. We always get the 2 queen bed suite since you get the living room with an additional fold out couch. The room has a full kitchen with stove top and refrigerator. The amazing hot breakfast in the morning saves time and money. We have stayed there at least 8 times and will keep going back.

I don't ever write reviews despite the fact that I rely heavily on them to make decisions. The fact that I'm writing one shows how great this hotel is. We have stayed there a few times, this past weekend being one of them. Admittedly, I have borderline unrealistic expectations when it comes to cleanliness and this place does amazing every time. The breakfast is one of the best at any hotel. The desk staff is super helpful and friendly. And the lady working the breakfast could not have been better. She went out of her way to serve people, welcome them, happily cleaned up after people. Everything about this place is beyond expectation. And in case you missed my previous statement, I have stupid high expectations.

This place is wonderful! We have recently become those people, you know, those who think their dogs are people. Therefore we requires a hotel which was pet-friendly. Never ever would I have stayed at a hotel that allowed pets before but now that was an amenity I required. I expected a lower class hotel with some smells but that is not what we encountered at all!!! Homewood Suites was beautiful, super clean, extremely spacious and the staff was top-notch friendly! My family of 3, including a teenager, did not want to end our stay. We will always look for a Homewood Suites for a future travels....with our sweet pup or without. Excellent hotel.

First stay here. So far so good. Hotel appears very clean and well decorated. I believe it is a fairly new hotel. I like having the bedroom separated from the living room. The kitchen area is a bonus. We'll see how tonight goes because I love soft pillows! (Evening Update) No bar at hotel is a negative - BYO or walk to get some. Sitting in the living room tonight watching TV. Our room is on the front (north side) and the traffic buzzing up and down 32nd Street is fairly loud. We would recommend getting a room on the south side of hotel. Dinner and breakfast are included for the price of the room. Room prices are higher though. Did not eat dinner there and breakfast was just okay. They do not take food requests beyond what's there. Overall stay was fine. Beds slept slightly better than a typical hotel bed.

I stayed here for two days in the middle of the week. It was really good value. The room was well-appointed and the staff were very friendly. I liked the 12.00 checkout time, as it gave me the chance to get some work done on the morning of my departure without worrying about having to vacate the room.

My wife and I had been traveling for the last 10 days, and were looking for a hotel before we wrapped up our vacation and headed back home. We had already had some horrible experiences, so we were hoping to end up on a positive note. We called late on our way into Joplin, Missouri and Tammy at the Homewood Suites, answered the phone. She was very accommodating and let us know that she had only one room left, which we took. She was still working the front desk when we arrived and was very friendly and helpful. The room turned out to be great. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be that the pillows were too soft. It was so quiet that we slept in until 9:00. That morning we had a very good breakfast at the breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly and courteous and Chef Johnny even came out and checked up on us. We finally checed out with Mallory (manager on duty), and she was just as friendly as the rest of the employees. I highly recommend this hotel in Joplin. After staying there, I see why there was only one room available.

All of the great things people are saying about this hotel is spot on! Not only was the room amazing but the entire hotel was very well maintained. You can tell that management and the staff take great pride in their hotel. The only minor issue that I can come up with is that the pillows were very soft so If you like a more firm pillow bring your own.

The best experience I've had in a very long time. Denise the gm is so bubbly and accommodating. She sets games and coloring sheets out for kids on the weekends. They have a great staff and very clean rooms and common areas. This girl enjoyed breaking here while riding my bike across country and I'm so thankful for the support they have me.

This is a great place to stay! The staff really takes good care of you, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for travelers like me.

This place WOW!!! THE staff went above and beyond in all areas of accommodations 😄😄😄😄😄😄😄 DVD for free with popcorn , Wii games, three servers for dinner with desert and breakfast, Table service, pool, mini golf 4 wholes, gym, convenient shop, meeting rooms, free wifi,dog treat bag, the staff was always asking to help with our visit.
No other Homewood suites does what this location did on our stay.
I Highly recommend😁 my teenage children LOVED this stay.

Very nice rooms. The reception in the evenings is very good. Great snacky food and alcoholic drinks are good too. The staff is super friendly and will even keep your drinks full.

We came to town for my son's wedding and this hotel was in a great location for our needs. We had easy access to everywhere we needed to be. The room was very comfortable, the staff was great to us, and the breakfast was a good start to our mornings. I would certainly stay here again.

The rooms are very nice, updated, very clean, well stocked and furnished. The staff is extremely nice. The outdoor fire pit, Swimming pool area, and putting green are a nice bonus. The food, while mostly edible, was not the best I have ever had. We did not make it in from work to eat dinner, but we did eat breakfast both days. It was very bland, and the bagels were stale. The scrambled eggs were good, and they provide a large assortment of fresh fruit & cereals. Overall it was a pleasant & comfortable visit.

They deserve more than 5 stars. We stayed here for the Joplin Memorial race which was supported by Homewood Suites. The staff made our check in and check out as easy as walking through the door -- that's how quick it was. We were given late check out due to our race and set up the race shuttle service to include their hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the entire hotel exceptionally clean. When we go to the race again next year this is the only place we will consider staying just because of the staff. The rest is a huge bonus.

The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was lovely, but I was charged as many fees as I waa charged for the room with little explanation. I'm sure there is one but I still need to follow up. That said, $75 for a pet deposit for a one night stay? Does not exactly feel "pet friendly" to me.

Phenomenal hotel, the suite was flawless. The staff put out movies and games in the afternoon and you can take them to your room. The breakfast buffet is carefully placed out the way you would see for a wedding or private event. The staff over achieves in every aspect, and you feel like you're a VIP guest at a resort, which is ironic because we booked this room after the casino resort we wanted to stay at was booked. We are extremely pleased with our stay, and will continue to be guests here in the future.

I'm putting this place on my list of places to stay for road trips! They have a great breakfast AND dinner! On top of that they have a salt water pool so I actually feel okay letting my kids swim (no burning eyes, etc). The staff are all incredibly friendly and the rooms have bedrooms - great for traveling with kids so parents can actually stay up for a bit. There are so many great things to list, free DVD library and popcorn, beautiful outdoor patio with fire pit, mini convenience store.... Obviously I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff made a Thanksgiving dinner for stranded guests on their own dime and volition, despite corporate not scheduling a meal for Thanksgiving to give employees the night with family. Plus: clean, modern, great breakfast, service oriented. Wish there was a sixth star for these guys.

Stay here when visiting Maple Leaf Festival. Always treated well. Rooms are comfortable clean and spacious. Excellent breakfast. Linens are always clean which is essential for me. Highly recommend.

The room was immaculate. The staff was super friendly. The room was stocked with everything we needed and more, absolutely perfect. The morning breakfast was better than expected. They have DVDs for you to borrow, popcorn included, which is an awesome idea. Everything was clean, pool was nice, everything was convenient. We will definitely be staying there with future stays!

Absolutely OUTSTANDING place to stay! We were visiting with a group of fifteen for a family reunion and everyone was impressed with this facility. Super friendly staff, free movie rentals, excellent food quality compared to other homewood suites I've stayed, and plenty of in room charging options. Bravo, well done!

We stayed last Friday for two days. The best hotel in the Joplin area. Excellent service and always professional. Maids was the best. My daughter's loved the selection of blu rays and dvd movies, pop corn, pool, plus having the living room and a tv to watch for their entertainment. My wife and I enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We even played on the putting green. Breakfast was awesome we usually don't eat hotel breakfast food. I am so glad I decided to stay their. I stayed at many hotels in the joplin area and by far this is the best one!

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good enough. The dinner at night has just been soup and salad so far. Clean rooms. Better than normal workout room for a hotel.

This hotel is spectacular! It is extremely clean, open, bright, and modern. The service was awesome...everyone friendly and willing to help, say hello, and in general make our stay enjoyable. If traveling through the area this is the place to stay!

As a Hilton member, staying at this Homewood Suites in Joplin was THE BEST stay I have enjoyed at a Hilton Brand. Denise and her staff completely took care of my traveling baseball team and their families (GO PREDATORS) during our recent stay.
