Nice accommodations, staff very attentive, and breakfast was very good. Very close to Disney, within ten - fifteen minutes. No complaints with any part of our stay.

We stayed 3 nights from Aug16-19 the hotel staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel had ample parking and was very close to Disney Springs ( about out a 5 min drive). The only issues we had were 1. The personnel who ran the managers reception and breakfast seemed overwhelmed and were not on top of things. 2. The swimming pool was a little murky and had white foam floating in the deep end.
This was our second stay here, our first was 5 years ago that previous stay I would have given 5 stars.

Good location not too far from the parks. Breakfast is crowded but comprehensive. Staff was helpful with any extra needs.

Awesome location for Disney Universal Studios they also have breakfast and dinner accommodations they're simple it served purpose they were free but you made it great. My son stayed here I just went to visit every day for 5 days they loved it

Consistent problems with the tv for the duration of our stay. Maintenance addressed the issue all but one time. Breakfast was delicious. Nice game room and restaurant.

Very nice location, 90% of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, property is well-maintained and clean. No restaurant on-site however the Hilton Garden next door has a restaurant with a limited menu that was open until 10pm. Free breakfast is terrific, lots of things to choose from and quality is good. Watch out (translation= plan to go eat before 8am) if you're there on a sold-out night, though, because they run out of food quickly and it's about a 20 minute wait for them to replenish.

Great hotel for Disney visitors! Like every Homewood Suites, this one is clean, comfortable, and modern. Being close to Disney, this location offers a shuttle to the different parks (ask for the schedule when you check-in), but the shuttle times may not be suitable for everyone, we we drove to instead. On weekdays (Mon-Thu), they offer a dinner reception, so that saved us from spending probably $100 for 5 people to eat out.

To was very nice. Spacious. Kitchen was a nice bonus. Only problem was the a/c took forever to cool down. Would gladly stay here again, as it is close to Disney.

Friendly staff. Spacious, clean, modern rooms. Had dishwasher, full size fridge with freezer, and 2 burners. Nice zero entry pool with hot tub. Breakfast had a good variety and was tasty.

3rd floor overlooking the beautiful swimming pool. Walk into the small kitchen to include: full size refrigerator, microwave, glass cooktop, and sink. They've supplied plates, bowls, coffee cups and a few pots and pans. There is also a small table and chairs. Continuing into the TV area with a small couch and chairs, this section has it's own thermostat control. There is a door to the bedroom with two beds, a desk and chair, a 3 drawer dresser and a TV. You walk into the sink/closet area with a personal safe. The toilet and tub are behind another door. Excellent and clean accommodations.

This place is nice, clean and service is good. The pool is basically for kids since its small, and their gym is also pretty small but I was happy either way since most of my stay we were at the parks having fun.

Booked the last room through the Hilton app at the last minute and couldn't be any happier! Mallory at the front desk was amazing! Thank you so much for all your help! Mallory was extremely accommodating and friendly. Hilton hotels are always my first choice and the staff members like her are the reason why. We will positively be back to this location after this visit! Thank you!

The manager Ariel was very helpful accommodating my family and she helped me out a lot. The room was descent it had a full kitchen dining little table and a pull out sofa bed. And the sofa bed was more comfortable than the king bed itself. The breakfast was not that good the eggs were runny and watery and the kitchen staff seem to be short because by 9:30 there was almost nothing left on the weekend and the tables did not get clean often.

Close to parks and downtown. Nice hotel with helpful staff. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. No complaints.

Clean and comfortable. They upgraded us to a suite with a full kitchen. Hot breakfast was decent. They also have an evening meal but we didn't try it. Convenience store is well stocked. The bar is pretty nice with good food

The lobby is very nice and clean. The rooms were also very clean and spacious. The front desk is very helpful. The rooms smelled a little musty when we got here, but that may be central FL in general. The shuttles to the parks do not leave at good times, nor do they depart at good times. The breakfast, while hot, is not the best that I have ever had. But overall, it is a very nice place to stay.

The layout of the suite is very homely. So comfortable it makes you not want stay anywhere else. I experience the front dest utilizing what I call World Class Customer Service Skills! Day took care of me doing my stay. I'm very satisfied.

First floor room was fine. Service was good. Great location. Morning breakfast was ok. Check in and out was a breeze. Parking is adequate.

Stayed here with some friends for a trip to Disney World. Location was great for getting to the park easily. Room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend as a great place to stay if travelling in the area.

Great hotel. Great room. Very nice lobby and breakfast area. Only complaint is the odor in the room from the dishwasher, very sour smell that stunk up the whole place even after running it thru twice. No coffee in lobby throughout the evening and early morning either. Would stay here again.

OMG! Very spacious rooms and very clean. Definitely a family's hotel. Close to Disney Parks and Disney Springs. If you're coming to the parks, this is definitely where you need to book.

It's the first time I'm staying at this hotel. I love my Suite, a living room, kitchen and separate bedroom. I haven't yet checked out the pool, jacuzzi and gym yet. But I'm looking forward to it

The rooms are clean, there is cooking and eating utensils. A nice workspace, and two TVs. Make sure you are a Hilton Honors member for extra perks. 4 stars because the shades are see through and too much light comes in the morning.

Very clean. Affordable place to stay. We really enjoy the separation between the room and living room. Also the kitchen is a very welcomed addition. Breakfast is always good and best of all, complimentary!

Clean, comfy rooms. Lobby and personnel were friendly. Has a pool, very small gym, even smaller game room, computer room with 2 desks, and laundry room located near each other. Complimentary breakfast was great, as well as the complimentary "social nights".

Just outside the disney gates / disney springs. Rooms accommodate my family size of 6 comfortably. Living room with pull out couch bed, bedroom with 2 queen beds, bathroom and small kitchen. Breakfast is served every morning.

Fantastic hotel located in the heart of Disney. Easy access to lots of shops around the area with a great big pool clean and comfortable rooms with a fairly well stocked kitchen. Full breakfast and dinner socials on weekdays included. The staff and management are all very nice and will go the extra mile for an excellent stay.

The people working there are amazing and I loved the room which we stayed in. Shelton Morris is one of the amazing members of staff. Overall I would rate 10/10

Solid. Good breakfast. Our (non-smoking) room smelled a bit like smoke but it didn't affect my allergies too badly. Pool is pretty basic but not bad.

The service was very good. When we asked to change a room, they gladly changed our room.

Room was great, i got a free upgrade with no hassle and they even moved my stuff from old room to new room.

Good location for WDW. Nice sized rooms. Good sound proofing so the rooms are quiet. Plentiful buffet breakfast with many hot and cold foods. Nice small pool. Basketball court and game room were a hit with my son.

Very clean and well kept. Nothing special good or bad. Breakfast is warm and tasty. Kinda hard to get to if you don't have directions.

Beds were sunken and well used. Shower head is not adjustable and offset toward the shower wall, so not a lot of room to rinse off. The breakfast was average for this typical type, but each morning had to ask for something to be refilled.

Loved staying here. My room was extremely wheelchair accessible and easy to get around. The staff was really nice and they had really good breakfast and also evening socials.

I booked my parents a 3 night stay here as part of their desire to come back to Orlando after 15 years for their 30th wedding anniversary.

They absolutely loved the room (King Suite-464 sq feet) and the adjoining Hilton Garden Inn kept their frequent coffee desires in check with their 24 hour hot beverage service.

Most importantly to be commended however, is the wonderful service this Homewood provides. My brother and I wanted to surprise our parents upon their arrival into the room, and so we contacted Homewood to see if anything could be arranged. Shelton (not sure if the name is absolutely correct) was wonderful to speak with, and after approval from the hotel manager, left a bottle of wine and a beautiful note in our parents room.

Given the feedback we heard from them as well as the interactions we had directly with the hotel staff, would definitely recommend this Homewood Suites to all.

Book this hotel because it stated that they had a shuttle to Disney. They do but it leaves at 7:00 AM and the last return is at noon. I believe that the other departing shuttle is at 9:00 AM, not much time between the to shuttle and the return shuttle. PS. Check your bill prior to leaving, they charged us for dinner that I didn't have. I called and they took it off. Room was nice.

The location is perfect and the hot tub has the best views... Love this hotel and will be back...

It was pretty good. Rooms were spacious. only problem was that the hot water wasnt hot

Clean , tidy ,helpful staff and close to theme park's

The room was clean and spacious (we had the room with 2 queens and a pull out bed) so nothing to complain about there. The free breakfast lacks waffles, but that's about the only problem I noticed with the hotel.

Location is great, close to everything you need like food and parks. The room was nice and front desk staff was very friendly. Only thing that didn't work well is ac. It was freezing outside and i couldn't get the auto on th ac to kick off so it consistently was blowing and was freezing in our room. Even tried turning off the whole thing, nope didn't work either, finally somehow turning on heat somehow turned off the fan eventually. The fan was noisy also which was another reason I wanted it off. Woke up 3 times trying to get it to turn off. Also make sure you get to the breakfast early, came down about an hour before it ended and everything was mostly out. The breakfast staff was just standing around and wasn't refilling plates, silverware or food.

Staff was friendly, suite was large and very clean, and the hotel was luxurious without being overpriced. I am a proud Hilton Honors Member, and I always get wonderful service at Hilton.

Rooms were spacious and we'll appointed with lovely little kitchenettes. Near the attractions without being in a busy location and had free parking which is great. We'll worth the price.

The only room we got was on the first floor. The ice machine doesn't work so we have to go to the second floor for ice. The internet is limited to only 3 devices per room.

The room I am staying at is very nice. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly staff member. Room has a. Full kitchen living area and two queen beds great price for what they have.

Great stay! Checked in online and was assigned a huge room even though we were a little late. Our one bedroom had a king bed, two pull out couches, and a kitchen. With a quiet room, free parking, and a free breakfast, we'll stay here again in a heartbeat.

Compared to other Homewood Suites I have stayed at this one only gets a 3. The self serve laundry room had a few old washers (2) and dryers (3), they cost $2 each a load which is OK but the room was too small for more than one person and had no air conditioning. They were way understaffed for breakfast, so there was not enough food or space despite the 2 staff members working their butts off. The room was clean, the beds are the best and the staff were kind and helpful.

These suites, like most homewoods are really a home like experience away from home.

Everyone was always friendly and very helpful, and the room was amazing. It's more on the cozy side than the luxurious, but that's why I loved it. It had everything I wanted, TV was great, air con as well, and there was a bathtub too. The breakfast was delicious and with lots of options (as a vegetarian, that was really helpful). I totally want to go back.

On arrival late at night, front desk staff was great, very welcoming. Day front desk staff helpful and prompt with ordering engineering to fix A/C. Suite clean, lots of towels, NO SIGN OF BEDBUGS as I checked. Have to do that nowadays folks. Breakfast was great, kids (and adults) loved self serve Mickey Mouse face waffles, variety of items available for breakfast, dining room guy very nice. Big pool and basket ball court. Good value in Disney area with the breakfast and simple dinner. Lots of hot water, large bath rooms with hair dryer, night light.
Suite hotels are the only way to go if you have a family. Full size refrigerator, counter top stove, microwave and sink, pull out sofa bed could be more comfortable, and you do have to bring extra paper goods in kitchen as there is only service for 4. I have traveled for many years and stayed in a lot of hotels and would go back there.

The hotel was fine, which is why I am providing 3 stars. I feel that, based on what we paid for the hotel, we should have received something a little nicer. There was nothing wrong, it was just okay. Seemed safe and clean. A bit dated. If the value was a little better (i.e. cheaper) it would have received another star.

The free breakfast had minimal options (scrambled eggs (each of the 5 days we stayed) some sort of meat, potatoes, pastries, bread, cereal, and a waffle station). The dinner was a generic mass cooked pasta dinner. I am not complaining.. but it was just okay.

The front desk staff was very friendly, and the pool was nice. The free shuttle to Disney (which drops you off at Epcot after stopping by one more hotel) was fairly convenient. Here is a quick note about the shuttle, expect about 45 to 55 minutes of travel time between the hotel and the front gate of the Disney theme park, other than Epcot, which is about 25 minutes door to door. This time includes a small travel time a second hotel pick up and to Disney, and includes time to travel between parks. The drive to Disney (using your own car) is only about 10 minutes or so.

Two final tips:
1) we rented a stroller from Simple Stroller Rentals. Great experience and low cost. It was waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived.

2) the hotel called a cab for my family of 4 to the airport. The car showed up 15 minutes early, and was much cheaper than a ride share van to the airport (since we had 4 people, and the ride share charges per person).
