Front Desk manager was great!! We traveled during the weekend of the 4th and felt like we was at home the staff was friendly and I can’t wait to visit again.

Jalisa the front desk manager is amazing. She made our stay 100% better and we had some random requests.

It's okay it would've been better but because of covid most of the royalties were closed like the pool fitness and computer room there was also no free breakfast besides that the room was very comfy and the blankets were super soft

I had a very nice experience! Really good location, close to everything! Room was spacious and loved how it had a full fridge and mini kitchen. The staff was amazing! So friendly and attentive. They checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. Valet was quick and easy. I will be back!

I enjoyed my stay at this Homewood suites location. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. They allowed us to check in early (around 12pm) and so gave us a FREE upgrade suite, which had 2 bedrooms and two baths and with a living room area with a pull out. Perfect location, in walking distance to bourbon street/french quarter. Rooms were in good condition and the daily free breakfast was a great touch. The baggage hold was also beneficial at checkout since we had late flights.

Absolutely fabulous Hotel. The staff is amazing. The rooms are quite large for a very reasonable price. Walking distance to a lot of places. Free happy hour and complimentary breakfast. If I could give them 10 Stars I would! We will absolutely be back there!!

I love this location. Only a few steps from Harrah's. Bourbon street within a few walking distance. Staff is friendly. Stayed here a few times because of location. Breakfast pretty good. Be sure you get there on time. A minute late and the food is already cleared away.

Lynette helped us check in before we even got there. She was very friendly and helpful. Actually the whole staff was great. The room was beautiful and clean. It was true southern hospitality. Also it was a great location. I would stay there again.

Not to far away from everything. The staff was friendly and mostly nice. But a bit run down and operating cheap. Room wasn't ready by the time we came back to escape the heat of the day. The breakfast protein was prepackaged burritos...the carpets are looking old. They have put so many coats of fresh paint the doors stick. The television in the lobby needs to be replaced, or fixed, it is very blue in hue.

The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is nice. Parking is expensive. $35 for overnight valet with in and out privileges. Dinner is offered through the week for all guests. Lots of soup and salad kind of stuff. It's a nice value add.

We stay at this hotel several times a year because of it's convenience to concerts..There was apparently construction on the floor above us and we weren't told until it woke us up

Great clean spacious suites, free breakfast with waffles and eggs and pastries. Afternoon snacks and drinks. Great location just a few blocks from the French Quarter. Beautiful pool with a spa. Easy walk to the stadium or the riverfront. Catch the trolly right on the corner a block away.

Hotel is in a great location. Easy walking distance to popular stops and activities. Rooms really need an upgrade. Bathroom and kitchen seemed clean. But the bedroom and sitting areas felt old and dingy. Elevators we're out due to a water leak, so every one used the service elevator. Minor inconvenience. Pool was very clorinated and indoor. No hot tub. Concerige helped with the swamp tour and did a great job when I had questions. Morning breakfast was pretty basic. Staff was friendly.

Good location. Most attractions within walking distance. Nice rooms, fully functioning kitchenette. Attentive housekeeping staff, and front desk. Well stocked "suite shop" including adult beverages, rooms included a wine bottle opener++++. Bedroom and main room separated by doors. Perfect place to stay for family with smaller children.

Good location to the Superdome. Room was clean and easily got plenty more towels from housekeeping. All staff has been courteous and helpful. If I need to come back to the Superdome I'll check here.

Spacious room, lovely big bed, very homely. Room comes with a small kitchenette with a fridge and mini freezer. We had a small issue with the fuse in our room which led to us not being able to use the light or the fan in the bathroom but this was dealt with immediately when we reported it. Disappointed that there was no safe in the room, but they gave us a key to a deposit box in reception

About over 2 miles away from French quarter. As soon as you cross the canal street. Little bit quite and no one bother you for change. Homewood suite, you are in the middle of everything. You can reach your destination between 15 to 20 minutes of walking. Harrah's casino, Riverwalk mall and the Bourbon st. Staff are very friendly and breakfast are good enough to satisfy you in the morning.

This is an ok family stay hotel for a visit to the Big Easy. The property is showing it’s age, but it is well-maintained, the rooms are clean and the staff entirely wants you to have a fabulous stay. Given its proximity to Bourbon Street and the French quarter, this is a good value stay. Breakfast is free, and it’s not a small breakfast!

The hotel has been renovated since many of the pictures I've seen on yelp. I stayed here for most of eight straight weeks. This is an awesome hotel and I'll always recommend it. The location is excellent for restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast at 0630 sharp every morning, for those on a timeline. Their business room is available 24/7 for internet and printing/copies (I know this doesn't seem like much, but if you need that sort of thing it's a huge help). The staff knew my name and always took great care of anything I needed, including immediately addressing any unique issues regarding reservations or charges.

No, this isn't the flashiest hotel or braggable, but they take outstanding care of you. Very strongly recommend.

We had an awesome stay. Exceptional customer service; breakfast and happy hour during the week were great. Our room was nice and very clean. Blake made our trip even better by sending champagne and chocolate to our room for our anniversary. We are looking forward to next year. We will definitely make Homewood Suites on Poydras St. our place to stay in New Orleans.

This hotel is quite nice! King size bed, full kitchen (minus oven), balcony, and not super expensive which is great considering it's only a 10 minute (leisurely) walk from Canal St. The morning breakfast is decent and the room is spacious! I would definitely stay here again!

I've stayed in several hotels in New Orleans and this one so far is my favorite. Very close to the French Quarter. Walking distance to restaurants. Very quiet. Great full sized heated indoor pool and hot tub which is essential if you are traveling with kids. Full hot breakfast. The lobby is very nice and has a fireplace. The hotel feels very secure and safe, which is an important factor. I'll definitely be staying here again.

I loved this hotel, one of my favorite Hilton's in New Orleans. Clean, and the staff is really nice. Just a couple short blocks away from Bourbon Street and the water front. We will visit again!

The suite was clean and front desk was responsive to all our queries. Breakfast was good for non-vegetarians with sausage, pork and bacon options. They had cereals and fruits for vegetarians. There is no changing room and swimsuit water extractor for the pool or hot tubs.

The service was a little slow bt the overall stay was great. Spent time in the spa which was so relaxing for me and my friends. Our view was great especially at night.

A great hotel downtown. Several restaurants and bars within a block. Walking distance to the Superdome. Awesome happy hour with adult beverages and appetizers. Our room was clean and comfortable. ALL the staff were nice and helpful. Close to the French quarter. We'll definitely stay here again.

Great location! Very clean and new looking inside. Valet parking. Free breakfast in the morning. Better than continental breakfast but not great. Would definitely recommend.

Overall decent place, rooms could use some minor upkeep such as painting in the bathroom. At least in the room I stayed in. Great area and their breakfast is pretty good.

Solid hotel. Had my room ready for me a bit early just in time for the rainstorm. Typical evening and morning fares included. Great location close to the French Quarter, but far enough away to be quiet at night.

Incredibly impressive new and comfortable hotel. Beat all my expectations for comfort, service, and convenience

Rating is more a 2.5. First night it took over 10 minutes to get hot water for a shower. Other two nights, at least 5. The tub had rust around the drain and mold in the corners. Carpet pretty stained and it looked like the carpet against the wall areas was never vacuumed.

Big let down for a Hilton family property.

Great, except for the valet staff was extraordinarily inattentive. I had to essentially force my keys into their hands before they took them. They didn't say a word the whole time. It was a very strange experience. Rest of the hotel was great!

Nice hotel. Accommodations meet standard. No courtesy parking for hotel guests. Either have to pay for valet $35 at time of my visit (valet attendant was not very pleasant during greeting) or hourly garage parking next door.

The view from the hotel is amazing. It is extremely close to the French Quarter and is overall in a great area. One of the best stays I've had yet!

Really liked this hotel. Good comfy bed, room temp cooled down nicely (it was hot when I checked in). Room was spacious and the upkeep was good. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff were very pleasant to deal with. Internet was fast. Water in shower didn't leave you feeling slimy from being oversoftened like the water at some of the other hotels I've stayed at in the area. Close to the attractions. Great stay!

Great staff! A few block from bourbon street. Parking is 45 a night but well worth it since the park your car in a secure lot.

Good hotel for families. We had a suite with two rooms and one living room for two families. Location was pretty good for walking into the French Quarter, only took about 20 minutes with our youngins. The lights did stop working to one of the bathrooms, but that was fixed pretty quickly.

Enjoy staying here. This was my second visit on business. Upgraded me to the 2 bdrm suite. USB charging. Sleep timer. Nice shower head. Those are little yet important features for me. Breakfast was good and the location is nice in the business district. Valet parking.

This place was so convenient for a week stay. It was centrally located (kind of in the business district ) and a block away from the St.Charles Trolley.
We had a spacious 1 bedroom suite. The king bed was comfy & the whole place was clean with plenty space. We even had a balcony.The staff was professional,helpful and friendly. There is a large selection of restaurants in the area in all price ranges.
Each a.m they have a breakfast and in the evening a social hour included with your stay. We also used their on-site laundry machines. Great place!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They knew all the best places to go. The hotel is close to everything. The casino and strip mall are a few blocks away. And bourbon and canal Street are with in walking distance.

Great place. Couple of blocks from Superdome. Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Tons of great restaurants within walking distance. Valet service, so you don't have to worry about parking. On-site concierge.

Room was wonderful, they had my diamond status ready. Location is great, near to French Quarter. Dinner was a bit weak, beer and wine for the drinkers, but no soda for the rest of us. Food options at dinner very limited. Monday was just simple salad and some soup.

The staff is super nice and helpful! Love the complimentary breakfast AND dinner. It has an indoor pool, on site laundry and gym. The rooms are extremely spacious. I love how even even when you book a room to share that you still have your own private bathroom and private bedroom. So many things about this hotel is awesome... but I'd recommend you stay yourself and find out.

Exactly what you would expect from this brand. Large clean room. Everything in good repair . It was quiet and all of the staff I interacted with were very efficient. Very close and convenient for the French Quater without being in it and dealing with the noise. I'd stay here again.

The customer service was great. We arrived before our room was ready because we were attending a noon Saints game. They held our luggage for us until we could officially check in after the game. However there was no a secure room that the luggage was held in, just behind the desk.

The room is clean and nice. However the air conditioner is extremely loud. I had to sleep with ear plugs because it was so loud and distracting.

Very nice hotel. Had a problem with our first room. But management took care of it right away and put us in another room. Location is very close to Bourbon street a 10 min walk.

Very friendly and courteous staff. We have stayed in MANY Hilton family rooms and Homewood Suites seems to be among the best customer service in the business (from what can tell so far).
On the contrary, the rooms are somewhat "outdated" and the hotel carries a mandatory $35.00 plus tax for valet service for your car.
This can prove inefficient if you are on business and in a hurry.
Additionally, the hotel is centrally located to most downtown attraction.
If the hotel would been newer, I probably would have given it 5 stars.

We stayed in April for a week. Super friendly,nice pool and bedrooms. Gave up on trying to get the VERY loud AC fixed. Maintenance said that was normal,although it kept us awake at night....lights in bathroom went out, shower water was lukewarm. The sofa and the chair were not very comfortable either. There is no way to rent movies. My granddaughters enjoyed the breakfasts and evening soup and salad.

My sister and best friend stayed here for their birthday this past weekend and I wanted to surprise them with champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries. I got ahold of Gina who worked at the concierge desk and she contacted a local grocery store to see about buying the items. When she found out they were closed she left my information with her co-worker Blake who I got into contact with the next day. He said that they would not deliver to the hotel, but he would be more than happy to walk over there at no extra charge to pick the items up. He was so extremely helpful and kept in contact with me to ensure that everything went smoothly. He even wrote a note and left it for me. I was so completely floored by how helpful they were! It was a very amazing experience and they obviously truly care about their guests.
