Friendly staff and a great location! I travel all the time and this is a great hotel. Good shower and comfy bed. Solid breakfast in the morning as well. Book this hotel!!

Great location in the Malvern area. Very clean rooms and spacious. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable.

It was a nice stay. Not to far from the venue, and not to far from Philadelphia either. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed the stay and the breakfast in the morning.

Stayed here recently while passing through late for work. Massive room that was very clean and comfortable followed by a great breakfast. I'll definitely keep it on the list for when I next return for work.

Location was perfect, digital key at first was not working but after a bit it worked like a charm. Front desk personnel was great.. she has a fantastic personality and was very informative. Too bad it was only for one night but I had a great time and the best sleep!!

Staff exceptionally friendly. First time staying. Furniture chip in room over all satisfied.

Check in was on time. Room had a very harsh mildew smell upon arrival. Furniture has obvious stains. Towel had lipstick. Beds were comfortable but pillows were flat. Paint in walls and tub chipped. No hairdryer provided. No ice machines on floors as there is an empty ice maker in freezer that takes 2 days to produce ice, but kitchen staff was helpful and gave ice upon request. Room was not serviced so I had to take out my own garbage and fetch clean towels. Pool area is small but clean. Courtyard was large and comfortable. Breakfast was not good. Eggs and waffles were dry. Hash browns were over cooked and coffee was bitter. Kitchen Staff was very sweet and helpful. Front desk staff not overly friendly and would not accommodate our friends party of 5 with a double bed they requested and no cot available. I stay at a lot of homewood Suites around the country and this one was $30 more expensive and not nearly the quality.

Nice place, would have been nicer if the unsupervised Children weren't running the halls and the lobby. The rest of my stay went fine.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are updated and clean, pillows were better than mine at home and their breakfast was delish! So glad i chose this place to stay at. Additionally, they are pet friendly which was why we stayed here in the first place. Will be staying here again!

Situated a convenient place, good n clean rooms, with all the utilities require for a short stay. Loved the thier pasta night. Overall enjoyed me short stay at the hotel

The rooms here are fantastic. Full fridge, stove top, dishwasher, and coffee pot in room. This is a great location for both short and long term stays.

Great hotel. Hiltons are always a good choice. It's a perfect location being right off the highway. The only downside is it's not the nicest pool the pool is alittle underkept. Its not bad it just could be better.

The Homewood went out of their way to get us a room for the night since guests were able to extend their stay. Thank you George! The hotel and the employees were very nice, breakfast was good and the evening social was also very nice, will come back here if I am in Malvern again.

Very friendly staff. Rooms look perfect, as if recently renovated? No wear or tear seen anywhere. Tasty hot included breakfast buffet, the bacon was better than at home.

The conference room I used was well maintained with water and amenities. It was however very cold and took a long time to warm up. The wifi did not work until they could find the right password. The front desk woman was very kind and polite.

Excellent and well maintained hotel. I was here for a business trip lasting 4 days and enjoyed my stay here. The morning breakfast is awesome. It appears they have an evening snack as well but I was at work most days and not able to sample that. The rooms are big with comfy beds.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. It us centrally located between West Chester, PA and King of Prussia, PA. Offers great accessibility to Rt. 202, PA Turnpike and Rt 76. Offers a nice hot complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Suite was excellently furnished and clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was varied and tasty.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great looking hotel and rooms that were​ recently renovated. Not all rooms are the same quality. The food served in the evening is often bland. Breakfast is the typical hotel breakfast. WiFi is spotty and slow at times. Pillows are very soft with little to no support (I prefer firmer pillows).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The suite was nicely arranged, fully updated, the bed was very comfortable, and Monday through Thursday a light dinner buffet was served in the lounge. The hotel management was excellent too. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The lobby & breakfast area were eye pleasing & immaculate. The room was not quite as well kept. There were definite signs of wear & the pullout sofa had a set of dirty sheets on it when we opened it. There were clean sheets provided, so it was just missed at some point. The bathroom also was not as clean as I expect. So, I feel some attention to detail is lacking in the room area, but overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Stayed here while visiting family. The staff was incredible and so friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Would give it 5 stars if the bed and pillows were more comfortable. Otherwise, great hotel in a great location.

The hotel public spaces are nice and the breakfast and Service is very nice. The room was a but cramped for a suites and the shower was showing its age. We also used the pool and it was not well cleaned.

The rooms are awesome, very spacious and great layout. I would have gave it 5 stars but some guest pooped in the indoor pool and it was closed.

Here for a training event not staying overnight. Very loud AC system in conference room but nice amenities for guests you can see. Helpful service.

Out of all of the hotels we have stayed at in this area, Homewood Hilton has been the best. Free evening reception, cheap rates, spacious rooms. Full kitchen. Nice people

Had to stay here overnight because of a snow storm, service was good. The room itself was good, it was a suite, had a full kitchen, small living area with TV. The bedroom had two beds wth another TV, regular bathroom/shower. In the morning before I left I checked out the complimentary breakfast. They had eggs, hash browns and French toast. They Had OJ, some other juices, and coffee. I would recommend this place to others!

We were located in a corner room next to an exit so at night was quite loud with doors banging closed and opened but it was understandable. The pool was nice..and breakfast was plentiful with things like oatmeal, waffle, bagels, yogurt, bacon , egg

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Malvern, PA vicinity. I stayed here for business for two weeks, and really enjoyed the "home away from home" atmosphere.

The "manager's receptions," where complimentary food and cocktails are served, and my spacious, modern king suite were the highlights of my trip. I will be staying here again!

Nice suite, complimentary food is decent, complimentary happy hour is nice but the beer tasted a little off, like it was going bad. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Great value in my opinion.

Newly renovated rooms are mostly great. The showers were not updated and it shows. Staff has been friendly and helpful. Location is great - close to QVC Studio Park and King of Prussia. I'd stay here again if I return to the area.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. I love everything about it. So quiet and peaceful. The staff are very accomodating and when my hair dryer broke when i was getting ready for an important business meeting they brought me a brand new one within 5 minutes...Thanks again for a great stay. Be back in 2013 for sure. Recommending to all of my business colleagues...

We stayed at Homewood Suites, Malvern in a suite with two double beds for one-night and it was fantastic. The rooms were very clean, well-supplied and comfortable. In fact, the bed, linens and pillows made for the most comfortable night of sleep I've had in years. We utilized the pool and, while it was clean and tidy, I do have to say that it was on the very small side. Fifteen small children in the pool made it incredibly crowded. The gym was very clean, neat, organized and included a variety of equipment. In the morning, we had a chance to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast as well. It included such things as eggs, bacon, french toast, hash browns, apple turnovers, a selection of breads and bagels, fresh-made Belgian waffles, cereals, oatmeal, juices, coffee and fresh fruit. It was above and beyond the typical muffins and cereal continental breakfast. This was an excellent experience and I would most definitely stay at this hotel, or any Homewood Suites hotel, on our future trips.
