The staff at the hotel is great! They are always very welcoming and they even left a bar of chocolate and a water bottle for me in my room. The rooms are clean and spacious. The internet is excellent as well. Free breakfast is also a nice touch. I am definitely planning on staying here again!

Nice room. Breakfast was okay. The customer service was outstanding. Had a canceled flight that resulted in high traffic late at night, the late night check in person did everything he could to check in people fast and was cordial to some very irate people. Patrick was awesome.

Was staying here just overnight before flying out of PHX. The room was large and had a full size refrigerator and a kitchen with everything you would need. Wish I could have stayed longer. Staff was very helpful in recommending airport parking.

I was just dropping an order off for Uber Eats but the hotel staff was very friendly and assisting me in finding the correct room.

The hotel was very nice and the rooms were very spacious. All you could ask for was there. They even provided some popcorn and water when you checked in with fruit avaliable at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again if I am on the area

I enjoyed my stay overall. They offer complimentary breakfast everyday and an evening social with food and drinks 4 nights of the week. There was some trouble with ants in my room but it was fixed as soon as I called it in. The service is great and I had a very good stay.

Huge suites and capable service (including housekeeping). Not as modern as some places but overall a great stay.

I traveled to stay at this hotel to get a medical test. I was treated with kindness and respect by the entire staff, which I believe is their every day attitude. The hotel is modern and clean.

My stay at the Homewood was really good. They had good employees, nice rooms, and alright food. The food at the Homewood is not 5 Star things but for being included in your stay it's definitely not bad. If you want to save some money by not having to eat or everyday, I highly recommend it. They have a shuttle system too b so no need to have a car. Just call the front desk and your can get a ride almost anywhere close by.

My stay was great. They made me feel like a VIP every step of the way. I also love the signal and cleanliness of the rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a great stay here. We brought our baby and the hotel was kind enough to bring a crib to our room. We felt appreciated. The complementary breakfast features delicious food that changes from day to day. There are also fun social events every night and free snacks are usually given. I would stay here again for sure.

Had a work meeting here. The staff were very nice and helpful. The banquet room was clean and very comfortable.

Location is about ten to fifteen minutes from the airport, which is nice. Business district is on the same street and the shuttle service is so helpful, as long as you give enough notice for them to get ready. The happy hour is nice and has a few good drinks out for adults. The room I stayed in had a king bed and I slept great. There was a dishwasher and fridge and breakfast was served in the lobby area. Staff was very courteous and helpful, even if it was an answer to a question I didn't like to hear. I would come back if I had to stay in this area again.

The 2 beedroom suite was huge and clean. The breakfast was amazing. Loved it!

The Bell men, front desk staff especially Kristen made our stay here so Great! We loved the room, the service, & location so close to the airport. Def. will be back here.

The Homewood Suites Phoenix Airport South was excellent! The staff is very nice and the hotel rooms are very clean. There are plenty of things to do around this hotel. I highly recommend!

A very nice hotel. Nice rooms , the pool is good. The breakfast could be a bit better but it's free. They have happy hours during weekdays. It's located near restaurants and not far from South Mountain.

The location was just alright, there was nothing really in that area for tourists. The hotel was probably made for business travel but that's okay. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The hotel's hallways were kinda confusing, but everything else about my stay was pretty good. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable and are open until midnight. Every day there is free breakfast and it's all good.

Nice chain hotel that's not really in the immediate airport vicinity despite the name but instead in an industrial park nearish to the airport is a good spot if you're in town for Angels spring training. Some fast food restaurants within walking distance, and a free good hot breakfast buffet in the morning.

I stayed at this place on the recommendation on my friend who has been in this hotel multiple times before. We took 2 rooms and got an Amazing Service, Rooms are spacious, the breakfast is very good too. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Lobby had a sheet with restaurants in the area which was great. The beds were extremely comfortable.It's close to the airport and freeways. Good job.

My 3rd stay here. The location is my my main reason for returning. The rooms are ok and mine have been clean for the times I've been here. Nothing offered to Diamond members (yes I'm picky, I love getting free water).The only real bonus is the breakfast which is not very good. I prefer the homewood brand and have stayed at plenty. This is the only location that holds an excess amount of money for incidentals though. All other homewood holds $50 maybe a $100 per stay. This location holds $50 per day. There is nothing offered at this location for one to possibly use $50 a day. It's fine if you want a place close to the airport other than that there plenty of other nicer Hilton hotels around.

Very nice place... Nice rooms and very good breakfast

Was there only for a company party. We were allowed to bring in outside catering. The venue was very nice and the hotel is kept up very nice. Looks like would be a 3 or 4 star hotel.

Beautiful hotel and room! Breakfast was very good as well. We were quick overnight guests so we didn't have any time to enjoy the pool or other amenities, but they looked great.

Located in a nice area with several good places to eat. The room was very clean and well put together. Plenty of space and quiet at night. The breakfast had a great selection but the hot food was not very tasty. It included muffins, cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, toast, juice and coffee. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be coming back.

(Overnight guest) The place is great. The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. I only needed the room for the night, so I thought the price was reasonable enough. Beats a super 8.

My family and I came here on Spring Break to catch some Cubs spring training baseball. From the outside, the hotel is impressive! From the inside, it's even more so. The front desk clerks are incredibly personably and helpful, and our room is very spacious, quiet, and clean! I hate having to stay anywhere other than a Homewood Suites, and after this experience, that won't be any different!

Did not stay here, was at a Meeting, but we've used them for our meetings of 100+ people for over a year now and they're always amazing! Courteous and have never had any issues!
