The staff was generous, pleasant and very courteous. The breakfast was pretty decent and the room was IMMACULATE and the amenities were phenomenal. Definitely going to recommend this hotel; and my family and I will definitely have to come back again. Thank you for making our weekend getaway that much more fun and comfortable!

We were only in town for a couple days, but will definitely come back here if we are ever in the area again. The mini condo style rooms are great and offer flexibility to those who want to cook or have food they need to store.

The daily hot breakfast buffet & nightly dinner social (during the week) were impressive. Peggy and the ladies running the buffet stayed on top of everything & were very helpful and friendly. Coffee bar with all the fixings including hot water for hot chocolate, tea and chai are available all day.

Outdoor pools (one heated) were good size & pool towels were provided for guest convenience. Front desk staff was very helpful and went above and beyond basic service. One researched for me (without me asking) what was wrong with my WiFi connection. Another reassigned our room upon arrival so we didn't have to walk so far because she noticed we were tired. Another was attempting to order pizza for a guest late at night. She even offered him frozen meals if he wanted one because the restaurant had already closed. All in all, a great visit here in Port Richey FL.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, and friendly staff. Pool was very clean. Nice gathering area around pool. Breakfast was very good with different choices each day. This is going to he my go to place when visiting the area from now on.

This is an okay hotel. We paid a pretty penny so my expectations were a bit higher. The check in staff was friendly. We had a 1 bedroom suite with sofa bed. The pillows are so soft and barely had any feathers. We called the front desk to ask for additional and were told that they didn’t have any extra pillows. We also asked for a crib at Check in but was told that they only have 4 and all were in use.

The pool area is nice. It’s two pools and a cute little waterfall. Not pools are small but the hotel crowd never got too much for the pool area. Pool closes at 10pm daily.

The hotel is centrally located to a lot of attractions. There is a breakfast buffet. There was a waffle maker. Hot foods were powdered eggs and Canadian bacon. I asked the employee working the area about already for the Waffle maker and she looked irritated and told me that they spray the waffle maker in the AM only.

The room was clean so no complaints there. My kids said the sofa bed was uncomfortable. I loved the kitchen and the fridge was perfect for keeping leftovers which saved money. There is a fitness area but I never made it over there.

Wanted to add that they charge $250 smoking fee and out bathroom had clearly been smoked in. We called the front desk to know as soon as we realized.

Family enjoyed the stay. Rooms clean and stocked. Staff friendly and helpful. Decent location, seems like mostly chain restaurants nearby, so some exploring may be necessary. Shopping also close. Kids enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay again.

The room was great but the staff was incredible! From check in ,to housekeeping everyone was wonderful. I had a small medical problem arise and my wife was trying to get me to the surgery center,I was in severe pain and could hardly walk. Two wonderful ladies from housekeeping jumped in and got a wheelchair and helped my wife load me up. Incredible! I will always stay here when I'm in town!

This is my 7th time staying here. Always a pleasure! Beds are perfect. Pools are great. Hot tub is bliss. Breakfast is wonderful!

Good for a weekend getaway. Nice outdoor amenities, spacious rooms, good breakfast with lots of hot an cold items. The only downside was the noisy A/C unit that kept waking us up each time it turned on.

I literally loved this place. We stayed here for spring break & it was like we were at home. The breakfast is wonderful & they offer small meals Monday-Thursday called their evening socials, & it's free so you can get filled up without having to pay. They have a spacious outdoor area for socializing & eating that's shaded. The two pools are very spacious along with the rooms & exercise room. This place was amazing!

We love this hotel! They have the nicest staff and the best breakfasts and manager's receptions. We always stay here when visiting family nearby.

Great hotel with many amenities. We had a large suite that accommodated a king-size bed, dresser, large desk, a full kitchen with a table, closet, a couch that makes out to a queen-size bed, an ottoman, and bathroom. A great breakfast was available. Also, they served a light supper with soup, salad, fruit, cheese and crackers, etc. Each night the menu changes. This is in addition to a pool, etc. Great value for a wonderful stay.

We've been here for over a week. Everyone is outstanding. I totally recommend staying here. The entire staff rocks! They're always helpful, courteous, professional & polite.

Room was spacious and as expected. Very impressed with the "light dinner" and complimentary wine and beer served during the week nights. The night we stayed they served bratwurst with cold sides. Was better than I expected. Only reason for not providing 5 starts is the obvious pet odors in the common areas. The do allow pets and the smell is very strong in some areas. Our room was fine but a family members room had a flea problem.

Great location for our needs. The room is basic; kitchenette, table and chairs, full fridge, microwave, 2 burner stovetop, living room has one chair and a hide-a-bed. Bathroom, bedroom and toilet/shower nice. Had to ask for extra trash cans and second remote. Breakfast was adequate haven't attended the dinners.

Clean and quiet. Rooms are very nice. They Serve good food for breakfast and light dinners with free beer and wine. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as much as I could. Very thankful my employer chose this hotel.

Rooms very beautiful. Very nice staff and has a great pool area, with fooze ball and ping pong, beautiful grill and cabanas as well. Over all I give it a 9.4 out of 10.

The only reason this hotel is getting 2 stars from me is because it's beautiful, the pool is gorgeous and one is heated, one isn't. The hot tub is also nice and the breakfast and complimentary social were the only reason my family and I stayed as long as we could. My fiance, kids, and I travelled from Massachusetts and arrived at 5 am. Our reservation wasn't til 4 pm that day so I expected to pay some extra BUT not $140 extra(which was more than the nightly rate I booked). The guy at the front desk told me I needed to pay for a full day and the room I reserved wasn't available so I would need to pay $140 to check out at 12pm and then check in for the room I reserved. I wasn't going to pay $140 for 5hrs. I went to discuss with my fiance and he comes outside to tell me I can come back at 7 and he can see what he can do or I can wait until 8 for the manager. We just drove 16hrs to drive around for another 2 hrs hoping then we could check in without paying a ridiculous amount for several hours. We returned at 7 to only be told now it is $118 and the same thing, only this time I was offered to receive a phone call when a room became available. So my family and I drove around for another 4 hrs and finally received a phone call. We were given the option to to pay $44 for the partial day and upgrade to a different room for $8 extra per night. I agreed and appreciated that. I was told a hold for the FULL amount INCLUDING the extra $44+tax and 15% extra would be put on hold so $607 was put on hold BUT when I woke up in the morning another $52 was taken out. I made no big deal of it because my family was having fun. Then we had 2 nights remaining and this 1 woman was picking and choosing who to make rules with. My fiance went in to get coffee and since they were all out of cups the nice lady from the kitchen gave him a glass and then this lady comes and tells him he can't take it outside after the woman from the kitchen said he could, then she proceeds to tell him he needs to put on a shirt after several other men walked in and out without shirts. Yes, my fiance has plenty tattoos so what. For days we watched plenty of men walk in shirtless and not a word. My children who are less than 4 ft tall were jumping in the pool like all the other children and we're doing this for days with all the other children and today were told they couldn't do that. No drinks are allowed at the tables by the pool BUT a group of other people were only told to move away from the pool with the drinks, my fiance was drinking coffee and they had alcoholic beverages.......and FINALLY we decided to check out early after our experience at this hotel and I asked about my funds being released and the other guy in the front tells me it won't be released until AFTER 2am when I was checking out at 7pm. The hotel is nice and a select few of the staff were pleasant BUT I wouldn't stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone again.

Hotel showed some signs of wear and tear in high traffic area but nothing major. My initial contact with the front desk staff was pleasant, they were helpful withe securing ground transportation. My room was a nice size which could accommodate a family of three with a small child (King Bed). In room dinning area was immaculate. Breakfast was scrumptious, HOT food not just your usual pastries. Pool area is Awesome! You will definitely need a personal vehicle as eateries are not close by however delivery is an option.

We stayed for the 4th of July weekend. As a family of five we always try to find a hotel chain with suites to give us plenty of space. Another key selling point is a free breakfast. The Homewood Suites provided all of these for us. The staff was friendly, our room was spacious, and the breakfast was filling. My kids especially enjoyed the pool area where it boasted a heated pool, a pool with a waterfall, hot tub, putting green, foosball table and ping pong. This location exceeded all our expectations. We'll be sure to visit this hotel again for future trips.

It appears to be a clean well put together hotel but once I saw evidence of rodents, I was ready to goooo!!!! But apparently this is one of the only "luxury" hotel in this area. I will not be stay all 3 day, I will be checking out a day early and heading closer to the airport....

The room was really nice. It's setup like a mini 1 bedroom apartment with 2 beds in the room. It has 2 tvs but only 1 DVD player. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are stores near by which is nice. The outdoor area is very nice, like a mini resort. They have 2 pools, a heated one and a non heated one with waterfall feature. They also have mini put put golf and ping pong table. They also have a cover area that has seating with a TV as well grills. Very nice setup.

Very nice place. We stayed overnight as well as had a meeting there. The power in half the building went out due to weather. They tried to help out where they could. People stayed in the lobby since it still had air conditioning. It was great.

Very nice place. Free breakfast. There are a few homeless cats living outback looking very hungry. Homewood Suites step up adopt these poor animals . Change their lives. Be a savior!!

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Only gripe: I arrived early, and asked if I could check-in or if I'd have to wait - which would have been fine with me, and I said so. I was told that my room would be ready in 5 minutes. Great! So I grabbed a luggage cart and loaded it up from my car, and returned to the front desk a few minutes later. Sorry, I was told, your room will be ready in about 30 to 45 minutes. I would have been satisfied with that answer up-front, but to have the estimate balloon so much from the initial answer was crazy. I could have left my luggage in the car and headed off to a Starbucks or something for a while instead.

Absolutely loved it. The rooms were like a small apartment. There was a small kitchen and livingroom with a sofa bed. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. Also loved the breakfast. It was a real breakfast not just cereal and a donut. There they had the whole shabam. You could even make your own waffle. Which was a hit. Highly recommend this hotel

Very nice, attractive, and clean accommodation. So far during our stay, the staff have all been pleasant, professional, and helpful (when needed). The pool area can get to be rather crowded, particularly the very nice, but very small children's pool. The morning breakfast is good. Nothing exceptional, but no real complaints either, except for, again, it can get rather crowded if you're not the early bird.

Amazing hotel! When you're here, you're family. Front desk staff is amazing. The Evening Social ladies are so sweet and kind! We stayed with the employee rate, but when the day comes that we no longer get the Hilton Employee discount, we will still stay here. Loved the pools and all of the extra amenaties!

This place is great. Can't complain about anything other than the breakfast. That is the only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars. The 'socials' between 5 and 7 pm are cool. Who can complain about free beer and wine? My family has stayed there a couple times and will stay there again.

This place is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The room I was in, had two separate bedrooms, a little living room, and a kitchenette. The staff was all very friendly, and attentive, and made me feel right at home. There are two pools at this location, one heated, one not, along with a hot tub. Alongside the pool, is a little lounging area with a TV, foosball table, and ping pong table. There is also a grill, for an outdoor Bar-B-Q. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and it changes daily, so you don't eat the same thing every morning. I would definitely recommend this place to stay, and would love to go back again :)

This is a very nice place to stay. The person that greeted us at our car was very informative as well as the front desk help. Room service was about 15 minutes late but they were very apologetic . Lots of people were checking in late and wanting food service.

My sisters, mom and I stayed here for several days back in January. The room was exceptionally clean as well as the kitchen and bathroom. Front desk could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Cleaning staff does an excellent job as well.

The rooms are quiet even with a full hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Courtyard by the pool is beautiful.

The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast is was disappointed me. The bacon, potatoes, and eggs were barely warm. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is nice clean and has two pools, and a hot tub. One of the pools are heated, has two grills (propane), ping pong table, and a putting green. Monday through Thursday they serve free evening meals with beer and wine, but breakfast is every morning. The hotel is not that far from the county Parks, water, Mall, and other great shops and eats. It's about 35min from clear water, and Tampa.

Staff is wonderful! Hot breakfast 7 days a week. Evening social Mon to Thursday with complimentary beer and wine. 2 big swimming pools and a jacuzzi. There's a putting green, ping pong and Foosball. The hotel have grills for guests to use. All suite hotel with full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and 2 burner stove. The kitchen have plates and silverware and glassware and pots and pans. Rooms are spotless. Great hotel.

I had the king bed room. It was very spacious and had a full kitchen. It was like staying in a one bedroom apartment. The room was very clean, the WiFi signal was strong. The Hotel had two pools, a putting green, and other out door games. There is a covered seating area near the pool with a TV. The breakfast needs work, but it was good. Evening meals are excellent and free, along with free beer. The TV in the room is a good size, with a big channel selection. They had the NFL channel, not all hotels do. Am planning to stay there again.

Very clean. Tidy. Well laid out room. Amenities are more than satisfactory. Breakfast is good. Evening offered complimentary wine and beer! Can't go wrong with that!

Room was clean. Hotel free breakfast had the usual items. Staff was nice and professional. Parking spots are extremely small making parking and getting in and out of your car a bit of a pain especially if you have a bigger vehicle. Nice amenities (fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, etc). Only wish the rooms had maybe a balcony and even better a balcony with a view would have been nice.

Love this hotel. No hotel is perfect, there's always going to be a few things you don't like but this is probably the best hotel in the area. Rooms are nice and clean. The pool is lovely. No door separation between the sleeping area and bathroom vanity. Made light a problem for those still sleeping. The toilet and shower do have a door. Friendly staff. Quite happy with this place!

We stayed with friends at this particular location. For $128 split two ways all I can say is exquisite! Really didn't have to ask for anything as our needs were anticipated and conveniently readily available to us.
The kitchen for example is fully stocked in terms of plates, 2 sets of glasses (cocktail and coffee mugs). Pots and pans, silverware etc.!
They have a "mini grocery store" in the lobby.
The pool is beautiful. It was so warm, cozy, inviting and the staff was so professional yet chill. Our next getaway will definitely be spent at a Hilton!! I can't wait because sadly, our friends fought the ENTIRE NIGHT!

Rooms are nice, bathrooms are beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was yummy, I loved the waffles and tater tots. Wish the cups were bigger. Beautiful pools but very confusing hallways but you'll get used to it.

Fantastic visit. The hotel has clean rooms, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. The pool and exercise room are worth visiting. They also have complimentary breakfast and dinner.

The ability to pick your own room is awesome and should not be discounted. The staff is always helpful and friendly especially Ann. If only the high speed internet was faster (3 Mbps) I'd stay there all the time

Great room for the price, breakfast is something different every day and Monday through Thursday they have complimentary snacks & drinks with a new theme each night, so much food it could be a meal. Great pool area. Will definitely stay again!!
