Got a really nice room. Pool was really nice and had handicap access. Breakfast was really impressive, better than most hotels

The room was amazing! We got a two bed room for my family & I & it was so spacious. We had a living room area with a pull-out couch, a full kitchen with microwave, stove top, oven, fridge/freezer, sink, toaster, cabinets, coffee machine, & plateware. Also with a little breakfast table. The restroom had a tub & the sink was placed outside of the restroom which is always convenient. There was also a spacious closet with a full mirror in front, including the ironing board & iron. The breakfast is free & amazing, theres also a saltwater pool. & the best part? THEY ALLOW PETS. 10/10 would go again whenever I'm visiting Houston. Also, staff was very friendly, welcoming, & polite.

We would like to thank all the staff for making our family feel right at home from the time we arrive until the time we left. The new look is Beautiful Can we see a lot of improvements. The management team Patricia , Lisa and Donna Do a very good job on making us feel comfortable and letting us know that they are there If we need them. The front desk staff are very currency friendly and helpful what a wonderful job. We can not forget the housekeeper's maintenance crew and shuttle drivers they help make our vacation and our stay great. 🤗 Our Children enjoy the clean swimming pool hot tub and basketball court. The work out center have everything we need to stay in shape. 💪The new ATM is very convenient. 💰💵 Now we can't for get the hot Breakfast Fresh eggs🍳 bacon🥓 sausage oatmeal A wonderful waffles 🥞 A variety of fresh juice🥃 with cereal milk🍶 And fruit 🍌🍉🍎🍏🍒🍓🍍🍊not to mention I have a hot coffee🥤☕ you can drink. Monday through Thursday you can enjoy A light meal🍽 with beer and wine.🍻🥂 Do not forget fresh cookies At the front desk 🍪 In the afternoon. Stop by the front desk get you something cold to drink Coca-Cola Dr Pepper Pepsi root beer your favorite beverage is cold in ready to drink also have different types of candy bars chips and snacks . Don't forget to grab you some popcorn to having your room as you enjoy your night. If you are saying a few days they have 24 hour washer and dryer . Don't worry you could stop by the store at the front desk and they have detergent and dryer softener. The staff is very friendly get to know you by 1st name I will assist you with anything during your stay. They are happy to have you there and look for to seeing you come back. There's no place to call your 2nd home Like Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston the Woodlands as a residence in the state of Texas I want you to know

I went for a continuing education class. There was coffee available to whole time and the temperature was nice and cool to keep you awake. Actually had to wear a jacket but that was fine because I was trying to stay awake anyways. The place is kind of hidden but it's super nice inside.

It’s a great place to stay Staff is professional and kind just great all around they could clean pool more often but everything else is great free complementary dinner ,breakfast,wine,and Beer

It was a good hotel very fancy and clean the only thing i didn't like was how the shower was designed because every time you showered there would be literally a pool of water so yea it's good otherwise.

I Must say i Had a great experience i traveled alone, hotel was pretty ok. Staff was very nice. Hotel is close to places to eat. I must alose Note That A Staff member named David i believe, was very very very Helpful! once i arrived for dinner. Everythng had been almost gone but in seconds he refilled everything needed, clean tables and greated everyone with a warm Welcoming smile. I will come back.

Decent suites hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Price is fair for what it offers. Breakfast is included and it's average in terms of quality and diversity. Location is good. Only a mile or two away from Woodlands shopping mall and Pinecroft shopping center.

The people were kind and accommodating when needed. The hotel is a bit older and run down but in the process of getting a face lift. The breakfast was okay but dinner wasn’t great. The people who worked breakfast and dinner each time I was there didn’t replace items that needed replacement like plates and silverware and some food like ketchup or just refilling the coffee in time. It was a common thing. Not bad for staying a couple of nights but not for many more. The air in AC has made me sick and another friend as well somehow. This is what made me leave.

I wasn't expecting much, honestly. I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities and the kindness of the staff. I came here for Christmas Eve/ Christmas day. I also proposed to my girlfriend at this establishment and the honey, double rooms were perfect for setting up a Christmas tree while she was sleeping. I ALWAYS prefer the homewood suites to any other Hilton hotel because of the "homey" feel that they have. I would stay here again.

Great place, room was nice, pool outside and basketball court in back across the street, gym is a little small, guest laundry room on 1st floor, didn't get to stay for breakfast.

I visited Homewood suites for a work-related conference. It is a nice place. Would have been nice if they had warned our group that the hotel is under renovations.

By far the best pet friendly hotel I have ever stayed at! This was my first time ever taking a trip with my dog and when they say there pet friendly they mean it! They would even watch Maxx (my 8 month old boxer) in the lobby while we stepped out. It did not feel like a hotel stay to me, I felt at home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE PETS!! Breakfast was great and evening dinner was very nice.

Overall the stay was good. The building sustained a little water damage during the storm that cause a mold oder and the refrigerator went out. The manager was nice enough to replace some of our groceries.

Beautiful property, great staff. Very hospitable and aervice oriented. Large room with full kitchen amenities, a basketball court, kids play area, full breakfast buffet and a nice meal at nice with alcohol! The go to hotel when in the Woodlands area.

After spending my first night in town to be with my hospitalized brother in a hotel 2 doors away. And not being satisfied, I stopped by this beautiful, friendly place. All of the front desk team was so helpful and friendly. The room was 5 notches up from the other place. So much cleaner, more eye appealing, we'll maintained plus a full kitchen! I needed am extra night, no problem, comparable in price but willing to pay 10.00 more.
If I return this way again, I will stay here.

The hotel experience was nice as always, but the front desk staff member was less than helpful when it came time for us to check in to our room. We asked for early check in because we had come in from out of town and had a family event to attend right at 3pm, so we asked if we could check in early. She said the hotel was full and that there was no rooms a available until 3pm. She didn't offer any suggestions or help, but only said we could try other hotels down the street! Very rude and inconsiderate I thought, so I contacted the manager, Patricia and she was very helpful in finding us a room quickly. Front desk person is the face of the hotel and should be willing to go above and beyond to assist the customer if needed. In this instance, I do not think I should have had to contact the manager to resolve my problem.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast buffet. Employees were super kind and even helped me get a shuttle to work the next day.

Fabulous newly renovated hotel. Amazing staff and I highly recommend this hotel. Free Wi-Fi, Hot Breakfast every morning, Hot dinner and drinks Mon-Friday. The rooms are immaculate and I feel at Home.

Homewood was very nice with the staff being polite, and the hotel being very clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the hotel has very poor access to it and you have to exit the highway pretty far ahead to get to. Or you would have to drive through a neighborhood to get to it.

Staff is extremely friendly and rooms are very cozy. Breakfast is ok, could be better.

Service is lackluster. Staff seem caught off guard when you ask for anything. They are currently under construction so if you get a new room it's great but the old ones are quite dated. Construction also make parking limited.

Great stairway going up to the second floor. Plenty of food for breakfast. Waffles, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, oatmeal and more. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I will be returning soon

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this wonderful hotel when our home had fire and and smoke damage. I can not even begin to say all the good things about this hotel. It was very clean, served breakfast and a happy hour at dinner time. There was so much food!!!!

Now to the staff...Since we were there for almost 6 weeks, the staff became my family. They were very attentive to every thing that I needed. It was very hard to say good-bye but since they are only 15 minutes away from where I live, I am sure that they would not mind if I came over for a visit.

The best part is that they have a covered patio with lights and ceiling fans by the pool. I met so many people there and I am sure that we will friends from here on out.

This hotel/home is the best kept secret in The Woodlands. Thank you Lisa, Patricia, Lenore and every staff member for the great hospitality and kindness that you all showed not only my family but every guest there.

Hotel was clean and the service was good. Had a decent selection for breakfast and all in all a good stay.

Hallway had a oder to it. Some of the people I spoke to said it smelled like mold but I wouldn't say that I smelled that personally. There is definitely a smell though.

Great staff alwaya pleasant. The rooms are large and well maintained. Breakfast and the llite meal the serve (monday thru thursday) is completely free and is better than some restaurants Ive been to. They have a good size workout room and pool and hottub. It is a place I could comfortably live at and its less money than an apartment would be.

This place was AMAZING! Staff was incredible, beds were super comfy, pool was gorgeous, and breakfast and dinner (DINNER!) we're spectacular.

A really nice hotel located near many good spots. The rooms are all suites with kitchen. There is free breakfast and evening social which is a nice perk to have after a long day at work. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Needed a place to stay over one night. It was more than I wanted to spend, but COMPLETELY worth it. Arrived around midnight and was greeted with a smiling face. There was complimentary Tazo tea in the lobby area which I was very pleased about. Extremely clean rooms, quite, and cozy. Hypo-allergenic Neutrogena shampoo/conditioner small travel bottles in the bathroom. I would recommend for anyone trying to get a restful nights sleep.

Large rooms, helpful staff, pool, jacuzzi, breakfast 6 days and dinner 4 days ever week. Decent gym room and outdoor gym machines. Shuttle service can take you 5 miles in every direction. This is just a lot more than I had expected from a roadside hotel.
