Convenient location with clean rooms and good service

Great location, great staff, great clean rooms, complimentary beer/wine and rotating food choices during the week days in the evenings, full complimentary breakfast every morning. Highly recommend this place.

What a great property. Very new and modern looking. The check in was smooth and seamless. A very polite but welcoming young man at the front desk. The room is what you would hope for, large, airy, and inviting. A superstructure kitchen area with a full size refrigerator, oven top, and dishwasher. Great bathroom with plenty of room, and a nicely appointed room.

My wife and I stayed here two nights in June, 2018. We were delighted, one of the very best hotel stays we've had. The room (suite) was top-notch, the lodging extras, complimentary breakfast and afternoon meals and drinks nicely done and the staff was THE BEST. We travel to Yuma several times a year and we will never stay anywhere else.

Clean hotel with Free breakfast and welcome events during the week. Located very close to the Yuma baseball fields. Highly recommend this hotel.

Normally when I come to Yuma, I stay at the Hampton that's across the street from this Homewood Suites. Vastly different, despite both being Hilton branded locations. First off, when we arrived, the only person working the front desk was from housekeeping. She really did seem to be trying her best but she clearly wasn't trained enough on their system to have been left alone. She gave me directions to the room and walked with my group to where the elevator was and thanked us. We made it up to the 4th floor to our room overlooking the pool, and when we open the door, we're hit with the horrible smell of cigarette smoke (this is a non smoking location) followed by a "sorry, I had to put towels in here and thought I could beat you". It was the person from housekeeping/front desk, putting the final touches on the room after arrival. I was traveling with an 81 year old who would not stay in a room that smelled that bad, so I went downstairs to ask to be moved. The teleporting housekeeper was back at the front desk, and when I told her my concern, suggested she could spray air freshener in the room. I said no, so she directed us to another person to do the room change. At night we went downstairs to enjoy the coffee and tea they have in the lobby, but both the coffee and water to make the tea were lukewarm at best. We had to heat it up in the microwave provided in the room. Breakfast the next morning wasn't too appetizing. Cold tater tots and sausages, scrambled eggs, more cold coffee. Later that night (Sunday 5/27) we went out to spend a little time by the river. This was at 5:53pm and there was still a pile of dirty breakfast dishes sitting in the dining area. Close to 7 hours after breakfast was over! I think next time I return to Yuma, I'll go back to Hampton Inn or the Hilton Garden Inn by the river. I've only stayed at Hilton brand hotels since 2010 and this is the first time I've had a less than favorable experience. Hopefully it's just this particular location.

Great property, perfect location, close to the mall and plenty of restaurants. The breakfast is typical, similar to Hampton, but the evening social is great. Free beer and wine, and enough food that I skipped dinner.

Great rooms, good location, it's honestly tough to beat for a longer stay in particular. The nightly snacks and refreshments are a nice bonus to the well equipped rooms with a mini kitchen. Would recommend to anyone passing through.

Rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The bed and bedding are some of the most comfortable I've slept on and I slept great! My only negative would be that the hallways were super warm - and it wasn't even very hot outside. The staff were very pleasant and eager to please.

Room was clean, large and well appointed with full frig, dishwasher, sink plus dinnerware..as to be expected with suite accommodations. Good breakfast and spacious dining room and lobby. Pool was heated and inviting.

This hotel was clean but I the breakfast area could use a little improvement. Things were not organized as well as other Homewood suites. The staff showed good qualities so over all it was a pleasant stay.

Plenty of parking with surrounding shopping center, fast food joints, and Starbucks. Greatly decorated front lobby. Professional and courteous staff. Rooms and hallways very clean. Clean and very comfortable bed. Swivel TV. Only downside is that there wasn't a bathroom fan.

The hotel was fairly easy to get to and very nice. Staff were friendly and there were plenty of food options nearby.

This is the only place we stay in Yuma now. Great hotel and superior service. You are served breakfast everyday and a managers reception Monday through Friday. Prices are great and even better with a AAA discount

Simple and clean. Definitely too some design ideas from the room, has everything you need. Comfortable bed and pillows damn good continental breakfast. Friendly staff, well lit parking lot. Although working private security they could of used a few more lights

front desk mariah was very helpful during my check in , informed me about breakfast , dinner , and was very sweet! Made me feel welcome.

The rooms here are big and very, very comfortable. This hotel is very close to numerous fast food restaurants which is very convenient. The breakfast here is decent with a nice variety. There are 2 TVs in each room which is great when you have the kids with you!

That mattress was horrible and theyve filled in their jaccuzzi. If not for these, I'd rate them better. Breakfast was amazing.

Morning buffet was basic and ample.
Very quiet, very clean. My suprise was white cover on bed. You could see it was laundered, was not hiding stains and was very clean.
Full Kitchen and dishes were clean.
From now on I will always look for a Homewood Hotel first.
I will definitly stay here again.

Very impressed with this hotel and their desire to take care of those staying there. My boyfriend has been staying/living there for the past few months because of work and has been very happy with the quality of the rooms. Also, he was having to spend his birthday out there, away from his family and so I called the hotel to see if they would be willing to do something for him and they were more than accommodating. Very impressed!

Overall a nice hotel, conveniently located, but a bit set back from the main road, so pretty quiet. Friendly staff. The AC unit was rather loud, fortunately it was cool enough that I could switch it off overnight. Mattress was bouncy, which I don't like (does anybody?). Nice pillows, though. Breakfast was OK, but I've seen slightly better selection in similar places.

Hotel is nice and close to the airport, about a 5 minute shuttle ride. Rooms are plain, but clean with comfortable beds. Very quiet hotel even though it's near the highway. Breakfast is amazing, and staff is very friendly. Would completely recommend staying here.

Is dog friendly and the people were super nice! Beautiful rooms and amazing continental breakfast bar!!! Like better than any breakfast I've been to at a hotel, and it was free!!

I appreciate the customer service if the night staff. So many times night staff are un attentive and mia. However, here the staff were able to support my needs and insure my stay was one that I would return again!

I really like the suite they put me in. The houskeeping staff has been awesome.

The meals they serve mon. - thursday are not very good. Breakfast has been typically a good experience.

They recieved several packages for me, hotel staff promptly notified me, and were very professional and courteous.

Excellent experience! We have been here for over a month and no complaints so far. Everyone is friendly (especially the staff in the kitchen) and they make you feel welcomed. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Hot tub closes at 7:30. Reason given? It gets dark earlier now...who sits in a hot tub in the day?
