The hotel is fantastic, and the people r even. Really a nice place to stay when on business.

Staff was very friendly. The room was gorgeous. Only complaint is that the bathroom door didn't stay open on it's own.

This was hands down the BEST Hilton property I have ever stayed at. The staff made you feel so warm and welcomed, just like family. Their attention to detail and customer service in unmatched. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. The free breakfast and cleanliness of the location was outstanding. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. HIGHLY recommend.

We stayed in the King Suite. It was very beautiful. It came equipped with a full kitchen,dish washer,full size refrigerator,dining table,living room,dual ceiling fans, 2 flatscreen TVs. Our room was awesome but the breakfast,pool and gym were another story. The food was very skimpy,not refilled for over 45mins both days,and when asked to get something we waited until the time we just decided to leave. The pool was empty,the pool room was dirty,and it had no towels yet we had to get out at 11:01. To be locked out of the gym aswell....

Excellent facility. Great stay but there are no radios in the rooms.

Front desk associates remembered our names, reason for staying, and were so pleasant and courteous. Nice pool, decent breakfast, and good location!

New property... Reception lady at night and day shift were both very nice. Always greeting and welcoming with a ☺.. Breakfast was fine. Wish they had more choices though... But no worries. Overall a good experience though.

It's a Hilton based hotel, so the amenities are great. My children loved the indoor pool. And if you wanted to, they have a halfcourt rim on the side 2 get ur hoop on

Loved it here! We always stay at Homewood Suites ( big family) and they are all great, but this location must be the nicest, newest and friendliest!! All of the staff was super nice! Delicious food, beautiful new furniture, clean and friendly. It is also close enough to Chicago which we visited on our spring break.

Virginia, Elise., Yolanda , Dana and many many more hotel Associate's we're awesome! We never felt more welcome. This hotel is beautiful! We had the best service ever. Our room was beautiful! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast every morning and a social every evening Monday thru Thursday. We were suprised that they served us wine and beer and food at every social. Would highly recommend this specific hotel to everyone! We will definitely return!!!!

Great rooms with pretty much everything you would expect. Breakfast in the morning however was very stale and didn't taste good at all. If you need a place to lodge temporarily though, this is the place to be.

Had to sit in the lobby for four hours while my wife and her friends prepared for a wedding in a room. They let me eat breakfast and I got WiFi for my laptop while waiting there. Everything I overheard from the staff was very polite and kind. If I were to personally stay the night at a hotel I would definitely consider Homewood suites.

This location has nicely maintained newer facilities, great breakfast and dinner offerings, and, best of all, a phenomenal staff. I always enjoy staying here whenever I'm in the area.

The room is nice. The usual layout for long term stays. (Full refrigerator, two burner stove, dishwasher, etc). The bed is comfortable and the desk is Mobile.( So it can be place wherever you like in your room). It only has a shower, no tub. The employees are friendly and greet me every time I encounter them . Which is quite often. The evening social events are a nice touch with good food. I would recommend staying here.

Have stayed here in the past and will continue to stay here in the future. The hotel is clean and up to date. The staff is friendly and helpful. I can check in online the day before and choose my own room. I am close to all types of restaurants and stores. WiFi is available. There is also a refrigerator, stove and microwave if I want to cook my own food

Nice facility, seems fairly new and easy on the eyes. Hot breakfast served daily. The suite was nice but a tad tight for a family of 5. Overall a very nice property.

My family and I stayed from Thursday to Sunday and had nothing but amazing service and warm welcomings. The staff was amazing and definitely made me feel at home, I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in the area. Not only was the staff amazing but the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Thank you again for making my daughter‘s third birthday great memorable moment.

The staff is exceptional. I have the opportunity to stay at a lot of Hotels.
Many Hotels are clean and nice but few have a staff as good as this one. Clean, nice and good staff = 5.

Clean hotel with sufficient space for a small family. Plus amenities include ceiling fan, dual climate control and full size refrigerator. Minus would be that the water in the shower was warm only.

The room was clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly. Beds were comfy and the room was decorated and smells good .Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!

This place was pretty nice. Our room had a full kitchen including dish washer. The bed was super comfortable. They have free WiFi which was decently fast (enough to stream HBO go). The water pressure was nice as well.

Great location, nice room, friendly staff, though having to present ID and a credit card as a Diamond member was definitely unusual. And the breakfast was certainly past its expiration date by an hour before they closed things down, which was also strange for a Homewood Suites.

This hotel has the best staff I've ever encountered. The rooms are fantastic, clean and modern. The pool and hot tub were clean and maintained. Great exercise room and a mini basketball court. Breakfast was hot and indulgent.

Awsome place very clean rooms wonderful staff they're really nice. The kids had a blast at the pool and basketball court. You can also sit out and bbq .

We had previously stayed at another hotel/suites nearby and the experience was fine, but decided to try the Homewood Suites. It was great! The facility was clean, the staff friendly, the food was really good (not just warmed up from the freezer). The value was also very good. Our son loved the exercise room!

Was a nice room only thing is I found quite a few random hairs in the shower and they sent someone up to clean it but he left over half of them behind so that was disgusting. Not worth 184$ a night for terrible housekeeping!

What a nice place. The grand kids loved it, especially the pool. I don't know that I've ever stayed at a place with more friendly staff.

Love ❤️ homewood hotels It's like my get away home. Have everything u need. Not Limited to what u can bring far as food beverages u can cook if u like. Full sz Refrigerator is a plus. Out door grill. Which I love to do when I stay in spring & summer my # 1 place to stay

I travel a lot for work and this might be the best hotel I have stayed in. Free breakfast with real eggs (everyone who stays in a hotel regularly understands the importance of this). They also have a Monday through Thursday happy hour with a free light dinner and free beer and wine. If those two things aren't enough for you to stay there, I can't help you

Room was homey and spacious. If I could live here I might just! Only stayed one night, but it looks like they have a lot of social events for guests, and there are many things that you can have done via concierge.

My parents had a room, and we stopped by with the kids to check out the pool and to visit. The room they got was great it was like a small apartment. The pool and spa were kind of small but very clean. And there was a small basketball court outside the pool room.

Overall this place was great.

The entire hotel was AMAZING the staff was very courteous the room was one of the best I've had the pleasure of staying in. The decor was fabulous and we loved the complimentary parking and breakfast. The price was very reasonable especially since the accommodations were 5 star. We will definitely stay again!

The service and quality of lodging far outweighs the price. The room was equipped with a full size refridgerator, microwave, dishwasher, and dishes! I love the decor and the staff was very hospitable. We have family in Munster and we will never stay anywhere else when we visit.

I cannot have asked for a better stay. Easy check in. Beautiful decor throughout the lobby, the elevator waiting areas and of course the rooms. I am glad I took a chance and stayed here because when I booked there were no pictures available. Do not hesitate to stay here. I loaded a few pictures for those like me who can be quite apprehensive. The staff is helpful and courtesy. Breakfast was good and unfortunately I missed the evening reception when I arrived. I really love the double room suites with separate sitting areas. There is also a beautiful patio area with a few grilles and tables. Also a basketball court area. I look forward to coming back just to stay here once more.
