Can't say enough good about this place from the comfy beds to the nice breakfast. They even serve dinner several nights a week and wine one night. Nice indoor pool. Wonderful staff from front desk to housekeeping.

BEST HOTEL STAY EVER! Rooms are clean, spacious, and very accommodating. Most rooms have a large fridge, stove top, and sink. The staff was very nice and very hospitable. We had a large group of boys and their families for a baseball tournament and we were able to use the sitting and table area for eating, gathering, and hanging out. What a value!

What a really exceptional hotel. My room was very clean, the shower was huge with great water pressure, and the suites had a fridge and stove. I really enjoyed the fact that it had both breakfast everyday and dinner Monday-Thursday. I will definitely stay here each time I visit this area.

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels all the way up to 5 star hotels in the most desirable locations in the United States , one of which was ranked one of the best hotels in the world. And I can tell you from experience this is one of the most outstanding hotel/establishment I’ve ever been to. It is run so well and there are so many small touches that add up to a simply outstanding experience. I love the swan folded out of towels in the room at check in, and housekeeping went the extra step to organize the suitcases in our room. These are things you see at much higher end hotels. Whoever the owner/management team is that owns this property should truly be proud of this beautiful gem of a Homewood suites property. As I said many times, truly exceptional!

Room is nice and big very clean, AC works well. The breakfast is pretty good General continental breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a small incident with housekeeping but management was very quick to apologize and make up for it.

The room and amenities were all top notch. The bed was firm, yet springy. I'd stay here again on my next trip.

Great Staff. We were in town for a wedding and we're hoping for early check in, the staff was able to accommodate and called us the minute a room was ready (4 hours before check-in). Beautiful and Clean hotel too.

Perhaps the friendliest staff and warmest welcome I've ever had at a hotel. We were greeted with a handmade sign as one of our group had stayed there previously. We were given "sack breakfasts" so we could eat before departing early for flying pig, and given late check out so we could shower after. Large, clean, comfy rooms and a beautiful outdoor and indoor area to relax or eat as a group. Putting green and grills were a surprise. Wish we could have stayed more than just one night.

I was only there a couple of nights with my sister and brother in law, but I was so very impressed! From the rooms, food, amenities and especially the staff, this hotel is FIRST RATE! The staff were the most friendly and helpful that I have ever experienced. The whole atmosphere made you feel like a part of your hotel family. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. I would highly rate and recommend Homewood Suites.

Very attentive, personable and guest focused staff!
I had a few concerns and Lauren (forgive me if that wasn't her name) was an absolute life saver. She handled the issue in a timely manner and even went so far as to follow up with a phone call to ensure all was ok. ..and mind you she was the only one staffed at the time. It is because of the way she showed she cared and was genuine that I will be sure to stay here again.

Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Stayed here 4 days on business. Great location, wonderful and friendly staff. The weekday evening social with food and drinks was awesome!

Clean, clean, clean, quiet with all the amenities of home. Ecept a comfy pillow, bring your own. Very good hot breakfast most importantly hot coffee.
Checkin/checkout hassle free. Location near anything you would want and restaurants within walking distance.

Rooms are really big. Has kitchen minus stove and has utensils. Breakfast buffet and dinner/appetizers in the evening. Only issue was that upon checkin there was some pajamas left in the bathroom that housekeeping overlooked. Called front desk and they promptly got them and housekeeping cleaned the room really well the next morning. Close to lots of restaurants. Enjoying my stay so far.

A customer of mine was staying here, so I can't give my experience as a customer, but this place is impeccably clean, the sweets are beautiful, if a little bit Spartan. Dinner is free, breakfast is free, they have some wines set out that are really affordable. The lady at the front desk has been there some 16 years and was super sweet. I'd absolutely stay here. Prices were 130 + night which went down to $99 if you stayed for a month.

Great staff and clean facilities. We were only there for one quick night but we were quite happy. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area north of Cincinnati.

This hotel was everything we hoped and more. The room was large and clean. The service was fast and polite. The free breakfast was better than many breakfasts I've paid for! The rates we very very reasonable. Sad we weren't staying longer. Highly highly recommend.

Quiet clean and right off the highway. All staff were really nice and breakfast was well above average for a room of this price. Bed was comfortable and there is a little kitchen in the room. There were several soccer teams staying there and I did not hear anything.

Amazing place and amazing staff. The staff at the night time lounge area are the absolute best ever. Free food and alcohol at night until a certain time. They even have a putting green.

Newest hotel in the block of hotels in the area. Standard breakfast offering in the mornings, nice big lobby area where it is served. Slow elevators. Nice big rooms, clean and well laid out. Good ac units that weren't too loud.

The hotel room was clean. Breakfast was warm and a lot of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a ceiling fan above the bed with adjustable speed via remote control. The room heating cooling and ventilation system is awesome. It's not one of those nasty wall units. Have a nice large flat screen TV with ample cable channels. There's a small kitchenette with stove, microwave and refrigerator, well-equipped. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Very clean and comfortable! Been to many Homewood Suites around the country and this is certainly one of the nicest. Also, there are plenty of restaurants and entertainment on the same exit.

The mobility king suite is a great room, very spacious. Evening reception, & happy hour are offered M-Th. The property is very clean and updated. Will return.

The customer service of the staff here is amazing. Everyone we encountered was so genuinely kind and helpful. We stayed the night as a treat for our 5 year old to celebrate her birthday. The staff put a bunch of balloons in the room, a birthday card, and bag of treats for her. It was a hit!
The pool was wonderful and so warm. Usually my kids are freezing and never swim long but we got to enjoy the pool for quite some time because it was pleasantly warm. Anytime we needed anything throughout our stay, someone was there to help us and provide. There were a lot of good options at breakfast and the rooms were nice and clean and full of amenities. We will certainly stay again and highly recommend others to stay as well.

Check in was super quick and easy. The room was spacious with a comfortable couch and nice desk area. The shower was nicer than I expected, with double sliding glass doors. Overall, a very comfortable and affordable hotel.

First time staying at this hotel, but I must say that it is top notch! I'll definitely stay here again! Service was great, and the room was very nice. I'd highly recommend this to anyone traveling for business or pleasure.

The best customer service ever. The front desk is extremely polite and very responsive. The housekeeping is really immaculate and it shows in the cleanliness of the place. The front desk goes far and beyond to make sure the customers are taken care of even when the housekeeping is busy.

Very clean and spacious breakfast area, clean laundry and they help you with the change if needed. the fitness center and indoor pool is an added benefit.

The meeting room was reserved for us and the staff was helpful when it came to questions about the projector & TV in the meeting room. The suits we stayed in were very comfortable. We had no issues and the breakfast was good. Also, love that they have complimentary internet access in the meeting room as well as suite.

Nice big room with partial kitchenette. A huge bathroom! Great pillows, very friendly staff, an great warm full breakfast everyday. Also, almost nightly social activities (which I didn't go to because I work nights).

Also, be kind to the staff, especially the maids. You wouldn't believe the mess I saw in some of the rooms they were cleaning when I walked by as they did their job. They really go above and beyond here.

Great place to stay. Restaurants in the same parking lot. Clean and quiet. Do wish the pillows were a bit better. Great if you like extremely soft, but I like a bit firmer because I sleep on my side mostly.

Such a nice hotel in terms of staff AND appearance! Room was great and I loved the ceiling fan in the bedroom - such a great feature that most hotels don't have. Breakfast was good. Overall, great experience and I will be back!

The room is very nice but it is also new so that is to be expected. The front staff was friendly. The parking is odd as the only places by the front door are handicapped parking spots so it would be inconvenient in snow or rain. BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW. YOUR choices are flat and feathered flatter. Nice amenities but probably won't use any.

Clean Rooms, Wonderful staff. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend staying here. Close to so many things. on a side note....coffee in the Lodge was delicious!

I had two rooms reserved. Check in was 3:00. I got there at three. One room wasn't ready until 3:45 and the other wasn't ready until almost 6:00. The rooms were very nice, although the toilet didn't work properly in one of the rooms. Sunday morning breakfast was put away by 10:30. It was nice, but I expected more for spending $400 on two rooms for one night. We were at the West Chester Homewood Suites.
