We stayed for here and it was awesome, the food, the pool, they had a washer and dryer. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly!! I am definitely gonna stay here next time we come!! I strongly recommend this place !!

Check in process was rather "clunky" and we were told we'd have to change rooms between night 1 and night 2. The room was "fine" but probably not up to Hyatt standards. This hotel is per friendly and the next room had a dog they left all day, it barked, and barked, all day long. After we packed up our belongings and placed them in our car, to take them to the new room once we had returned the next afternoon, we were told they should have honored our initial request to stay in one room for both nights, small comfort as we had already packed up all of our items and bags, as instructed. A substantial ball of human hair was on the floor of our room when we arrived and was not cleaned up by housekeeping the second day as well. Along with some of our toiletries not being replenished.

Comfortable stay with clean rooms, however if you plan on using the sofa bed, it's not comfortable. Location is good if you plan on going to Disneyland. However, be aware of the crowd, since it's close to Disneyland, there are lots of children. Due to the limited breakfast times, the breakfast area can get extremely busy, with many running children, and food falling everywhere and families leaving their dishes behind.

Clean spacious room with basically a fully equipped full kitchen. Free breakfast (basics like yogurt bread and cereal), plus some unique extras (miso soup, for example), plus made to order omelet bar. I prefer the courtyard view to the outside, but zero complaints. One of my reliable go-to spots in the area.

Had a fantastic week long stay in a double queen suite. The staff was very friendly and the room was updated and clean. Beds were super comfy and the room had a very home-like feel. Close to Long Beach, Disney and Knott's. About an hour and a half drive to Universal and Santa Monica, but I'm sure it can be less depending on traffic. Free breakfast in the am were an extra bonus. Would definitely recommend.

So far I'm pretty disappointed. The room is very small. The air conditioning is outdated and extremely loud. It kept us up throughout the night. A shuttle is parked out front and available for booking only. The driver is available and they didn't even try to accommodate us. I'm a loyal Hyatt member and very saddened to see such inflexibility at my favorite hotel line.

Amazing! We stayed for a week and loved it! The staff was very nice and the breakfast was amazing! It was nice having a full kitchen and the rooms were very spacious!

The hotel is pretty quiet, and in a nice location. I had a suite with a king bed. The room was well kept. The kitchenette and the bathroom were both in good order. It felt very homey. Customer service was great, incredibly friendly. Breakfast was very typical, and options were generous. Everything was well stocked and kept clean. The hotel itself seems a little dingy, which is why a knocked off a star, like scuff marks on the elevator door, but overall would stay here again.

The rooms are very clean and spacious, especially if you stay in a suite. One suggestion is to request a room away from the pool. The pool is in the center of the courtyard which causes the noise to echo loudly. Fortunately, the swimming pool closes at 9:00 so it's not too bad.

The room was really nice and had its own kitchen. Everything looked new and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had good options. The staff was really nice too.

Super friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms. Pros has a kitchen and sectional couch CONS they charged me $17 for 3 ice cream sandwiches and a soda for the kids. Scub bag pricing. You made $250 off my stay marking it up by 300 percent is some scumbag stuff.

The room was nice. Slept 7 adult women comfortably. Plenty of accessibility from the parking lot. Good location for stores and restaurants.

We had a king bed suite. It was quiet with plenty of space. Pool and hot tub were good size but dirty. We did not get to the breakfast so can't comment on that

This place is very nice the rooms have kitchens. The staff is very helpful. Its got its own bar so you can go enjoy a nice drink and relax.

I stayed for five nights and had a great experience. The workout room is one of the best I have seen and is open 24-hours/day. The inner courtyard is beautiful and has a fire at night and our room was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. An excellent breakfast and friendly staff rounded out he experience.

We had a great experience during our stay. It was a three night stay with two kiddos. The room has perfect amenities for a family. Apartment size kitchen, refrigerator cabinets, pull out couch and a separate bedroom. We also had a packnplay that fit nicely in the room. My only complaint was the shower doors - it was designed with one side opening. They didn’t function well with the kids showering. It was manageable.

The continental breakfast was the best I have ever had. It went way beyond my expectations. The staff is friendly. There is also laundry onsite but we didn’t use it. The overall look of the hotel is nice, clean and modern. We will definitely stay here again.

Wifi speeds are pretty good. I never had a problem with connection! Complimentary breakfast is pretty standard, though the omlette bar is a nice plus. Bathrooms have actual vents and the sink is conveniently outside of the toilet /shower. Hotel staff also is very friendly.

This location is not too close/far from Anaheim. You get a better rate. Although the location is in a corporate area, you have to consider that SoCal is a driving city and you have to drive anyway. The complimentary breakfast is great! You can tell that they went the extra mile on their food. Omelet bar is such a plus. I love that they have artichoke hearts. Check-in and check-out is easy and can be done online. I didn't need to check out at the desk. Just dropped off my key and off we go. Target is close by. Supermarkets are also close by. We're close the the freeway. We didn't use the pool, but I heard it's heated. Our room was by the elevator and we didn't hear it. Our refrigerator was very silent. They provide a standalone hair dryer (not the weak wall kind), but I brought my own anyway. The hair dryer was still kind of weak. Overall, this was a great No fuss hotel with all the amenities you can think of. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. Will come back again!

Beautiful suites with fantastic amenities. Restaurant and bar are a nice addition and are high quality. the staff were very friendly and had all my company's information ready to go. I would absolutely stay here anytime. Location has multiple dinning choices within walking distance.

This is our 2nd stay here at Hyatt House Cypress. Though this hotel is not within walking distance to the Disneyland park, it's an easy, short, no freeway, 15 minutes drive to the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure. Check in is easy and seamless, even for the late check in guests that we are. The night staff is friendly and efficient. We have been both busy weekend and week day guests and parking, though full, had never been to capacity. The suites are roomy for our family of four (we, parents; our young adult son & our toddler daughter) are cozy in this space. What I love most is the convenience of the kitchen. We don't pack lightly and are accustomed to being week long guests in our timeshare. The added feature of a fully stocked kitchen at a reasonable price per night in Anaheim will keep Hyatt House Cypress on our list of Go-To Places to stay. And there's a buffet style continental breakfast each morning. My sister paid 1.5x more per night to be within a 1 mile radius from Disneyland and she didn't get the 2 bonus amenities I just described.

We stayed here a couple of nights while visiting Disneyland in late September. We were very impressed with the room. Very clean, modern, and roomy. Breakfast was great! Pool and Jacuzzi were amazing. Overall, it was a very nice experience. We would stay here again!

I would like to give them 5 Stars..but we had a bad experience with the people who were above our room, we were on the first floor and the other people were on the 2nd floor..it sounded like a room full of children running around probably chasing each other but the parents didn't have the decency to keep the kids under control or out of respect for us below them and this went well into the night and then start back up in the morning..we complained to the front desk about this and they went up and talked to them and was quiet until morning, we complained again because it was really loud I'm thinking on purpose because we turned them in to the manager... needless to say they made them move to a different room.when they people started getting there thing's to move they got super loud and we just finally left and went sight seeing...but we did get some much needed sleep 😊😊😊😊😊😊....but all in all it was a great experience.... thanks Deb

Great place if you are going to Disneyland. It's not too far but you aren't like right there so you can get away from the noise. Bartender is amazing I think her name is Joy. Rest of the staff is not quite as attentive as you would like but if the rate is cheap I would say go for it!

What a great hotel! Staff are super friendly (thanks to Deli for being so understanding and dealing with all my pestering), and the room is fantastic. So big and comfortable. We only had the one night, but want to come back so we can visit the local parks, but have space and a kitchen to be self sufficient. This rating loses a star because of the noise late at night - between the hours of about 9 and 11 there was constant banging and loud talking in the hallway. Due to the consistency of the noises and our proximity to the dining area, I could only assume it was staff preparing for the next day.

Great place to grab a drink in their bar. They have a nice fire pit near the pools to chill and hang. Nice small hotel that seems like a great location to stay.

Me and my family have been coming to this hotel for over a decade now when ever we're needing a place to stay in the area and it's fantastic. The rooms are always clean and stylish. Breakfast is exceeding expectations with a very nice dining hall. The patio is perfect for night time conversations or relaxation with a swimming pool and outdoor space heaters to ensure comfort even when outdoors.

Checking into the hotel took longer than expected especially since we came well after check in time but our room was still not ready. We waited about 30 minutes for our room. The hotel room was clean and nice. The walls were thin though as we could hear people talking outside and an obnoxious car alarm outside, especially since we were on the first floor. The room had all the amenities and stuff you could cook with. There was plenty of parking and free breakfast the next morning was excellent. There was an omelette station and plenty of food. Overall a decent stay besides checking in and noise.

Staff was very accommodating during my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Breakfast was great, as usual. Will definitely stay here again!

This is a great central location for everything in the area! We had a beautiful 2 room suite with a kitchenette and windows/balcony looking into the pool area. The rooms are clean and quiet (though you can hear the fireworks from Disneyland) and the employees are so friendly and helpful! The pool and hot tub are kept clean and are so refreshing! We absolutely loved our stay!

We stayed for two nights over a weekend for a wedding nearby. We had a lovely room on the third floor that had two queens. I was extremely pleased with the overall experience! I appreciated the environment-friendly posts asking us to re-use our towels. The decor was modern and relaxed. I loved the kitchenette with fridge, range, and dishwasher, and marble countertops. They have incredibly comfortable couches (good for naps). The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had many options, including made-to-order omlettes and rice with Japanese condiment options. I was so happy with the room and service that I went downstairs and signed up for their rewards program.

Nice and quick place to eat that won't strain your budget. Their menu has added some decent salads and drink options while retaining their signature burgers. It's a nice change of pace from McDonald's. Speaking of which, their kid's meals always have some interesting twists on kids toys. The only reason I wouldn't give it a five is, after all, it is still fast food.

Excellent location. Close to parks but far away from crowds. Rooms are big and spacious. Only negative is placement of TV in master suite. Beds are super comfy. Breakfast is awesome, made to order omlettes are a huge plus. Excellent would stay here again. Third stay in the last year, look forward to next time.

20 minute drive to DLR. Great location. Easy eating all around. Staff is wonderful.

The hotel feels cozy and like home. Rooms are similar with comfotable beds. Everything feels well done and clean. There are cups and utensiles available,in the rooms. Bathroom is very nice. The only issue is how difficult it is to locate the right controls for lights. Overall it is a great place.

They overbooked their rooms, so the first night I had to stay down the street. Pretty inconvenient. But once there, the rooms are great. Not Rome's, suites.

Had to be in town for a week. Got a king suite and it was perfect. Just like having my own apartment. Staff is great and the drinks are reasonably priced. I'll be back again.

Very nice hotel with everything neat and clean. Because of the small kitchens in the rooms, a strong smell of curry type food filled the hallways. Pretty unpleasant. No trace of the smells in the room however. Great and Friendly staff.

We got upgraded to 1 bedroom suite which comes with full kitchen, king bed & queen sofa bed. Decor is nice & contemporary with ample lighting. Bathroom layout is a little odd. The closet is right behind the bathroom door so not very convenient. There's no body lotion and shower cap. Big minus for me is lack of bath tub + make up mirror. TV in the bedroom is at the corner but can't be tilted to face the bed. The outdoor pool is heated & Ok size. The full breakfast in the morning is awesome for the price you pay for the room. There's made-to-order omelet, almond milk, varieties of juices+fresh fruits, supposedly have Greek yogurt bar but I missed it. They also offer free shuttle to anywhere within 7 miles & to Long Beach Airport! Highly recommended!

This place has pretty nice rooms in regards to what is given in them. My only issue was how the tv was offset to the side in the bedroom. You can't pull it towards your direction. You have to kind of lay on the edge of the bed. Other than that, great place.

Went here while Blizzcon was in town and I couldn't be more pleased. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are outstanding, and the breakfast was to die for. I will be looking for more of this chain whenever I travel.

We stayed here when going to Disneyland. Great location, and lots of restaurants nearby. The in-room kitchen is great to cook or heat up food. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, especially the build-your-own omelette.

The room was big, with a pullout bed in the couch. The kitchen was great to have. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. The gym is small but clean and open 24 hours. There is also a small pool that is good for kids to play in. The few minor quibbles are below:
1. The food tastes pretty good, but on the weekends get to the kitchen early or it turns into a chaotic zoo. The workers try to keep a smile, but you can see how flustered they are from running around constantly refilling the station.
2. The rooms have large wooden doors... which when open often blocks access to other areas. Sliding pocket doors would have made some of the areas much easier to use. For instance, the door to the toilet/shower opens up over the sink area. If someone is using the sink, they will either be hit, or have to move completely out of the way.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was amazing. Free parking, WiFi, breakfast, updated kitchen/ bathroom and living room area. I loved it here. It was comfortable, clean and not to mention great customer service down from the front desk to the housekeepers. This location of the Hyatt House was in a perfect area for all the destinations we wanted to go to and there are lots of dining and shopping mall complexes around. It is 17 mins away from Long Beach airport and 20 mins away from Disney Land.

I've been spending time to different hotels in a 12 days vacation trip from SAN FRANCISCO to LA and got into good (SF), ok on the way south, not so good for the price( LA )and this one that meets and exceeds the expectations. Superb service, polite people, very good breakfast included, a nice but small pool, jacuzzi, VERY CLEAN and a good price.

Nice hotel, seems very new or recently renovated. Very big rooms or I was upgraded to one of the Presidential Suites. See attached pictures. Staff is friendly and parking is free. Can't comment on the food but I stay at Hyatt's a lot and it's all about the same. If in town for business I recommend.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. It has many restaurants around it so it's easy to find food in the evening.

The rooms a pretty spacious, our family of 5 fitted in well. They are clean and tidy and have everything you need. Beds are quite small though, and a little uncomfortable. Bathroom was adequate, but the shower pretty poor, a trickle of water rather than a nice power shower. Bathroom products were basic.

The free breakfast is a bit limited, but adequate. Food quality is not great, but fits the bill for most families. I would probably stay there again if in the area.

Staff were pleasant and helpful when required. The patio door had a steel bar to keep it shut, which, whilst useful, did not give much confidence for the area.

The rooms are amazing. It is like a home away from home. Very clean and comfortable. Full kitchen, living room, separate bedroom and bath. The full free breakfast in the morning is very good with many options. The staff is friendly and helpful.

love staying here. hate it when they are booked solid and i have to stay somewhere else. only issue i have is that i was double charged for my last stay. that has never happened before. hope to clear it up soon
