Overall it was a nice spacious room, but it wasn't cleaned very well. Walls had stains on them, a broken plug, and crumbs all over the floor. The view was nice. I liked that I could do my laundry. Guest agent wasnt very friendly.

My husband and I recently stayed here for our anniversary. We were greeted my Mikaela at the front, who gave us a complimentary upgrade. It was unexpected, but incredibly thoughtful she took the time. She was extremely kind and personable; I would hire her in a heartbeat. She was the standout of our stay. The other front desk agent who checked us out seemed aloof and barely communicated. The hotel room felt clean and was beautiful. I thought it was a bit weird housekeeping went door to door knocking with their key in the morning shouting, "housekeeping" and then walking to the next door. I'm not sure if it's common practice, but just felt it odd. I also think $46 for valet is overpriced, especially since we ended up valeting our own car. It was parked for us the night before but upon checking out, we were told we needed to get our own car since valet couldn't drive our vehicle. Just little things here and there that could be tweaked to make this an absolute perfect stay.

loved this hotel, stayed at another Hyatt place Boise too. You know what you are getting, the rooms are fresh and clean with plenty of room, comfy beds and pillows. Good bar facility. Ideally placed for downtown. Highly recommended after our 4000 mile road trip we stayed in a few Marriots too but Hyatt place far superior for quality

Not great for the price. Breakfast was decent, the pool is indoors, very humid, and small, and there is no safe in the room. I did like that you could order food 24hr (and the food was actually good) but they don't bring it to your room; they call you and you have to pick it up from the bar. I also liked the half partition to separate the bed from the seating area. I also had a GREAT view of downtown from my room on the top floor.

We were initially given a room that had someone staying in it, which could have been pretty awkward if they were in there. They also advertise for a Starbucks but it doesn't open until noon? The front desk people were very nice though. There is also a very cheap parking lot a half a block away ($10 for overnight) which was great so we didn't have to pay for valet. I think I would stay here again, but only for the location. We had to ask for more blankets and pillows despite having a reservation for 5 in two queen room, so there seems to maybe be an issue with communication.

It's a wonderful location, right in the middle of downtown. The staff were very nice and friendly. At the bar there is an option of ordering from a small menu of food including some basic Starbucks coffee. The room was filthy. The staff moved us from our original room to another because it smelled so bad. In the second room the floor was sticky. I tried to wipe it up with a wet paper towel and it was black. The bathroom floor and shower were covered with hair. When I woke up in the morning my back hurt because of the mattress. Given the choice I would not stay here again.

Hotel is great proximity to Colorado Convention Center. It is within reasonable walking distance of most desired locations and a 3 mile brewery trail.

I got lucky to get 21st floor mountain view. Great king bed, admittedly pillows were overly soft. Clean, spacious, good work space, wifi, printing, breakfast, odds/ends as needed. Hyatt really did this location right.

Tip- don't try to hit breakfast at rush because the 4 days I was there they never had enough staff to keep up with influx of people. Hint hint, there are two breakfast locations to miss rushes.

Will be back again if in town.

Stayed for three days and two nights for Denver Comic Con 2018. Nice rooms with fantastic breakfast and all the standard accommodations. However, we found our car had been rifled through during the first night in the hotel parking garage, which was $42 per day per vehicle (they did waive this because of the incident) and valet only. Nothing was actually missing as we had luckily removed all valuables before the trip. We also had no housekeeping visit on our second day, despite taking the 'don't disturb' sign off the door at 8am. Overall a nice enough place to stay for the services they provide, but I won't be returning because of the security issue of the garage.

Large, clean, modern, attractive rooms with good lighting free wifi, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave, and decent free hot breakfast. Located walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. 24 hour food service and bar but no room service. Good business center equipment with several computers and printer free for use. Good value.

Great location, close to a lot of great bars/downtown. The rooms were pretty comfortable and we'll maintained as well. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, it was pretty mediocre.

Fantastic experience! Stayed 2 nights in a great room with a view. Rooms are comfortable with modern decor. Jack at the bar was one of my favorite people I met on my trip! Friendly and funny! Front desk staff was very helpful with recommendations and made booking an extra night easy! Great location in downtown Denver! Close to anywhere you could want to visit!

Loved this Hyatt! I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff, all of the... every day. The hotel is lovely and the rooms beautiful and comfortable. Located right in the heart of downtown, you can walk anywhere...16th street mall being VERY close. They have complimentary breakfast... the one weird thing being one side is for Hyatt House, the other side for Hyatt Place. Not sure that they actually monitor or not but the only difference I noticed were made to order omelette son the Hyatt House side. Full bar on site, bartender made GREAt drinks!

A great location. The one bedroom had a kitchenette with dishes and utensils. The hotel and room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. I stayed during a convention and they managed the high traffic very well.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean and quiet. The views of the mountains were amazing. The breakfast and the food available through the bar is delicious. The staff are helpful and courteous.

Unfortunately, there are problems. The scents of cannabis is prevalent on the floors, rooms and in the elevators despite the hotel being non-smoking. The ventilation system also becomes tinged with the scent if someone is smoking near by. Calling the front desk does nothing. The front desk will say they will look for the person smoking and charge them extra but that does little at 2 AM.

If you’re a non-smoker this hotel isn’t the best option. Perhaps there is no best option as cannabis is legal in Colorado.

Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly, however when we got to our room we had to call because the toilet wouldn’t flush, they came up and fixed it but the next morning the toilet had the same problem, we booked a room for six which meant we had to use the pull out couch bed but there was no bedding available in the room for the pull out, no big deal but we had to call 3 times to the front desk to get bedding, we had to call again because as we had 6 people booked they only provided 4 towels. I expect when you stay at a nice place they would have the room set up for the amount of people we booked. Nice clean rooms but I don’t think I’ll stay again just because of the overall experience!

This place is amazing. Great people, great atmosphere, and amazing views. My family and I stayed on the 22nd floor which is the top floor of this hotel. The staff of the hotel was absolutely awesome and helped us every bit we needed. The only complaint I have is not even on the hotel but is about the parking. But like anything downtown in Denver you're going to pay the park I had an excellent time and I will definitely stay again.

We stayed here 2 nights for a friends birthday. The Check in lady was nice, bartender manager was amazing! Clean rooms and beds were comfy! We has a nice window with a cool view! Lots of room. My only complaints, I wish there was a hot tub and breakfast could have been improved. We waited 20 minutes for eggs the first morning and breakfast wasn't that great the second morning had a better variety and was good! Would recommend and will visit again!

Decent location; not the safest area, but it's downtown, so what can you expect. It's two blocks to the 16th Street Mall, which is great. The service has been phenomenal, and the room is beautiful. My biggest complaint is that the website when we made our reservation failed to mention that there is no standard parking. The only option is a valet which costs $42 per night! Don't forget to include that in the cost of your stay here if you'll be driving.

Great location but keep parking in mind because the hotel does valet only otherwise you will need to find overnight parking elsewhere. Staff is friendly and free continental breakfast in the morning is nice. The gym equipment is acceptable not too many free weights but enough to definitely get a good workout in. Includes a nice treadmill where you can select different trails on a monitor so it is more interactive and fun. Haven't seen that before. Neat touch with Denver being embedded in such natural beauty.

Overall a great experience. The location is wonderful being directly in downtown with close access to everything. Parking just under $40 a day for valet doesn't seem competitive when there are neighboring parking lots for around $15 a day. Staff is friendly although we were given the wrong (downgraded) room initially due to hotel being tightly booked. That was fixed. Would stay again if needed to be downtown.

A decent hotel for longer stays of a high standard. Effectively run and well started in downtown just down the street from the Denver Pavilions shopping mall and convention center. Rooms have kitchen areas including combination oven, large fridge, sink, breakfast bar and the essential utensils, pots and pans. Process fluctuate wildly depending on demand... sometimes a real bargain, other times not. Overall, I rate it highly (when I can get a decent rate).

Great place to stay. Cheaper than regency. This brand is mixed with Hyatt Place as well in case it looks confusing. Same staff for both and same building.

Lot to do in the area. This place is always clean and the staff always helpful. Valet is very quick.

The service is nice, the food was great and well stocked even though traffic was high because of the nearby convention. They're obviously very well prepared when it comes to conventions

Great location, 5 minute walk to 16th street, check in was easy and quick, room was great and had everything you'd need. Bathroom was well equipped although might be tight with two people trying to get ready at the same time. Valet was quick and efficient. Didn't use the pool or gym but did check them out and they were nice. Would definitely stay here again.

I love this place. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has great views, great vibes, amazing bar, and top notch service. Everyone at the valet service is very eager to work, professional, and personable. If you forced me to complain about one thing it would be the selection of tv channels. However, everything I mentioned above and the plethora of things to do in Denver...I couldn't find time to watch TV. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Location: unbeatable, 1 min walk from the convention center, few minutes from the 16th street mall.
Room: spacious, it's essentially a suite more than a room.
Service: my TV wasn't working the first night and I called the front desk, somebody came fixed it within 5 mins, nice!

So why is it 3 stars only?
Because I was there for 4 night and they should have cleaned/serviced my room 3 times. After first night, they serviced it, no problem. Then after second night, I went out in the morning and returned noon, they haven't cleaned it, I called and have them clean the room. At 2pm, still not cleaned. I have to tell them again and go somewhere until 4pm to have my room cleaned. The housekeeping manager had an attitude too. After the 3rd night, they didn't even serviced by room. But since I'm leaving the next day I didn't bother complaining. It is expecting too much these days to have your room serviced?

Very clean, quiet, and roomy. The only issue we had was a remote controlled blackout curtain wouldn't work. The hotel staff had this fixed within 20 minutes. I would stay here again.

Soooo close to the Convention Center, very helpful staff, yummy breakfast... Had an issue with our door, and they fixed it extremely quickly. Good views from most rooms and classy, comfortable rooms. :)

Rude staff, messed up our reservation at check, room was dirty and not properly cleaned for the duration of the stay. Lilly at the front desk did not even know their rack rates and demanded I "prove it" when I mentioned a $20 discrepancy on our $1800 stay. There are better Hyatt's downtown, or if price is why you are checking this place out, nicer staff at the Last Quinta In.

With such a convenient location next to the Denver convention center and amazing, professional staff, I look forward to booking with Hyatt again. Breakfast was delicious. The small bar has sweet, rich, cupcakes. All the staff is so polite and considerate. Everything was very clean. Even during such an overwhelmingly packed weekend with Denver swarmed by out of towners, the hotel managed to give every guest considerate attention.

We stayed for Denver Comic Con. Hyatt House, Hyatt Place knows how to handle large event stays. Rooms are cozy and welcoming after a long day at the convention center. Location can't be beat as you're within walking distance to the Convention Center, and 16th Street Mall. Finally, the staff is excellent.

The hotel was clean and modern looking with a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The bed was comfy and the lobby was cool.

We had a meeting at the Hyatt House with people that were staying there from out of town. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The front of house staff were very nice and helpful.

Tasty, fresh breakfast every morning. It's quite day and night. Bed is perfect and I love the pillows. Very modern decor, clean, calm colors. Stand up shower is very nice. There's a convenient store, 24/7 resturant, pool, and a gym.

Great hotel. Room was clean. Only thing that bothered me was the staff, they were not so friendly.

This place was super easy to find. Very simple process to valet park your car and retrieve it. The staff at this hotel is fantastic. There are many items available to borrow, if needed. These include items for babies and small children and even a noise machine. The rooms are laid out nicely and have everything you need. Though we didn't use it, there is also a grocery service. Great food and drinks downstairs coming from a spectacular bartender. It's also within walking distance to many restaurants and the mall. A wonderful stay.

Terrific location 2 blocks from the 16th street mall, and walking distance from Lincoln Park, the capitol, the US mint, and the historic Brown Palace hotel. We had a late flight and since their occupancy was down they let us keep our stuff in the room till it was time for us to go. Breakfast was great and the modern room was clean and comfortable. Everyone was very nice. If we stay in Denver again, this is the place we will come back to!

Had an amazing stay here. The staff were very kind and welcoming. And the rooms were very nice and modern. The only con about here or probably Downtown Denver in general is just the parking situation. They offer their own valet parking with a private garage in their building. But obviously that comes with a price. Parking anywhere in downtown Denver comes with a price.

Hyatt House is very easy to find downtown. The room is great and has a great view overlooking the downtown area. The staff seems okay, but not exceptional. Valleys are nice but the front desk persons not so much.

We're staying in the Hyatt House portion of the hotel. The room is very nice. It has a kitchenette with plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. There's also a small fridge. The main space is smartly separated by an accent wall that has a flat screen TV that swivels between the living room and bedroom partitions of the space. There is a comfortable couch and an island with plenty of seating and outlets near the entrance. The bedroom and bathroom are nicely hidden away from the entrance. The bed is very comfortable. There are plenty of outlets throughout the space. Breakfast is complimentary daily and is tasty and offers a nice selection of things. It's been a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

This was the most comfortable, beautiful place I've stayed in in awhile! The staff was so nice and accommodating. Breakfast was giant and delicious. I really enjoyed my stay in Denver! Thank you!

Beautiful place to stay! The suites are exquisite and the views are also wonderful. The suite just lacked a second mirror making the bathroom difficult to share at times.

Such a beauitful hotel. Contemporary and fun. Nice warm pool, great location to entertainment and food downtown. Staff were so friendly and accommodating they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Will definitely recommend and stay again! We had a wonderful weekend getaway, thank you!
